I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel's luxurious ambiance and warm hospitality.
The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center, pool, and spa, were world-class. I also enjoyed an exquisite dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which served a wide range of delicious cuisines.
What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Visited here for a kpop concert event and was absolutely marvelled by the hotel . The way they have set the vibe inside the hotel is absolutely breathtaking with mini waterfalls, a stream and lots and lots of greenery. The event was very well executed and very welcoming too. This was such a special visit for me and the hotel seems very welcoming and warm. 💯 will go again.

I came here for Suhoor in Ramadan and the ambiance was so lovely. It wasnt too loud and felt really calm. The venue is lit up beautifully with lights on the ceiling. The food was good too. Definitely get the shisha. The service was amazing, i even cut my finger and security bought me a plaster and made sure i was ok. Lovely evening thank you

Everything was amazing as this hotel. The interior design was beautiful and so calming. All the little touches of the slippers and the turn down. The staff were so attentive, nothing ever felt to much for them. The food in all restaurants was delicious and we enjoyed every meal. Ideal location with access to the busy areas but like we were in a world of our own! I would love to return

We stayed at the Delano for 2 nights in March and loved our stay.
We thought the staff and the service were excellent as was the food and drink we purchased.
We did have one issue during our stay which may well of been our fault but the staff were immediate in their response and the issue was soon sorted.
We would not hesitate to return/recommend the Delano Dubai.

Let’s be honest: Atlantis is a huge hotel with countless visitors. And considering how many people are here, every single staff member puts in an incredible amount of effort. Of course, things can go wrong sometimes, but the team always makes sure to fix any mistakes, apologize, and ensure that the service meets high standards.
But what I really want to highlight today is the lifeguards at the pool.
It’s crazy to think about sitting in the sun for ten to twelve hours a day while staying focused and alert the entire time.
What really touched me:
A child was playing with their mother. The mother turned away for a moment and didn’t notice that the child swallowed water and had their head underwater. Without hesitation, a lifeguard jumped straight into the pool and swam to the child.
This gives you an incredibly good feeling because it shows how attentive and professional this team is. Despite their long shifts, they stay highly focused and make sure that everyone is safe.
A huge thank you and my deepest respect for this amazing team!

The facilities and rooms at this hotel are absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. But the real standout is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, always smiling, and somehow ready to help before you even ask. The team is full of energy and positivity, which really adds to the whole experience. The kids' club was also great — well-run and another nice bonus for families. Overall, a fantastic stay made even better by the wonderful people who work here!

A deeply disappointing experience – never coming back
We booked this hotel with the half board option, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried all the restaurants in the hotel, and the food was extremely poor, with very little variety – the menu was overwhelmingly Indian, which might suit some, but offered no real alternatives and lacked quality.
The rooms were much smaller than expected, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was uncomfortably strong, making it hard to relax indoors.
But the absolute worst part – and what truly ruined our entire holiday – was the behavior of the pool staff. The supervisors treated children rudely, with verbal abuse that was completely unacceptable. It created a constant atmosphere of stress and tension, and we felt on edge every time we were near the pool area. This kind of behavior not only shocked us but made us feel unsafe and unwelcome.
Service on the beach was painfully slow, and overall the level of service offered throughout the hotel was minimal and far below the standards you would expect.
The only positive part of our stay was Sebastian at the reception – he genuinely cared, did his best to help us, and was the only staff member who made a real effort to fix the problems we encountered.
Sadly, because of the pool staff and the overall experience, we will never return to this hotel. Our vacation was ruined, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone.

An absolutely brilliant stay at a fantastic hotel.
The service couldn’t have been better or friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. I came with our 18month old daughter and they were so engaging and interactive.
The food selection was great and although we couldn’t try out some of the restaurants due to it being a no kids area. We still felt we had enough choice.
The location was excellent and accessible to bars, restaurants and the beach with fantastic views.
The place was cleaned immaculately every day and not a bit of dirt to be seen. The same can be said about Dubai in general.
We felt extremely safe and comfortable during our stay. It was a a great holiday all round and look forward to returning one day.

It a nice, modern and fancy hotel directly at the beach. We had half board and the food was great, for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was less variety but still good.
The rooms are specious beds comfy.
Pools are a few there one for adults only thought they’re all 1.1m deep so nothing for swimming just relaxing. It is quite loud at the adults pool due to music, but if you’re into party then it’s great.
There is as well sunbeds from the hotel at the beach, so one can relax there as well
What I didn’t like so much, was that it was always pretty full at the pool, beach and restaurant. Facilities are slightly to small for the size of the hotel.
The rooftop we can definitely recommend.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! When we got into our room, there were balloons and desserts. One of the desserts had a piece of chocolate with a QR code that we scanned. It was a happy birthday song from Spotify. It was amazing to experience my birthday at the W. We also booked a safari through the hotel, and it was such a memorable night. The only downfall is there is potential for low visibility of the city if there’s sand storms. Luckily we were able to see better in the afternoon.

My absolute favorite hotel in all my travels this far in my life. And best IMHO in Dubai. Only closest rival might be Indigo... but no one beats the gorgeous dark hallways that are amazing for those who are light sensitive and don't need blasting lights to see. Lit just perfect super sexy. Rooms are beautiful, the freestanding tub is the way to go! My fave and had a beautiful view/sunset.
No one in Dubai beats their breakfast. Every hotel should aspire to care about their guests that much and their health. I will always 1000 recommend and love that it is adult only it was my first time realizing this existed and is so amazing as families have free reign of literally everywhere else. Thank you for this haven.

Very nice hotel, check in was easy and got a nice little upgrade. Room was really big and overlooking the pool area. Missed breakfast the first few days, but managed the last 3 days. Was okay, but does have to tailed to all cultures and nationalities.
One we got the hang of the all-inclusive side it was pretty much straight forward. Quite a number of restaurants you could use between the 3 hotels, but it was mostly centred around the Westin hotel. Only disappointing thing was, there was not late night bar outside this hotel. You had to go the Le Meridien or the W hotels. If you want a pool side lounger you had to be up early, otherwise book at the Mare for some adult only area. Book in advance for poolside. There is also the private beach if you want to use that.

I have stayed at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina before, and this was a return trip. It’s a fantastic property with beautiful views, excellent facilities, and great service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the Marina.
The hotel has a lot to offer—multiple swimming pools, a private beach, a well-equipped fitness center, and a luxurious spa for relaxation. There are several dining options serving a variety of cuisines, making it perfect for food lovers. The resort is also great for solo travelers, business guests, and families, with plenty of activities and amenities to suit different needs.
A special thanks to Heaven Ayman for her exceptional customer service at both the lounge and front desk. Her hospitality truly made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

Stayed in Westin for a week for a second time.
They provided early check in and late check out which really meant a lot for me and my family.
Valey guys could be more helpfull with taxi assistance (offered their cars instead).
Everything else was great.
Also one remark would be that there is no possibility to go to W hotel facilities and they can use Westin's facilities (no sense at all).

Ignore all of the negative reviews - they are full of lies. We had the most perfect experience at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful, catering to everything we asked and even fixed a small water issue with our room at midnight! You barely notice the construction going on (and it’s Dubai, there is construction everywhere, get over it!). The food is absolutely lovely and we could order whatever we wanted as part of our half board. The breakfast provides multiple different options to suit all guests. The facilities are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and miss it already!

I spent a day enjoying this hotel very much. The corridors smelled good. I can still remember the smell. I ate delicious food in a wonderful view and the dessert with jelly was great. Excellent resort for family vacation. Huge heated pool. Excellent food. Staff and level of service is top notch even by already high Dubai standards. There was a construction site next to the hotel but noise was infrequent and minimal and only heard sometimes outside by the pool, our 4 year old actually enjoyed watching the cranes working. Definitely want to come back.
P.s.: the only recommendation is to speed up check out process. Let guests leave the keys and just go instead of standing in line and waiting for someone to check the minibar (if something is missing, you’ll charge the card on file anyway).

I had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at “Horizon” in the Amwaj Rotana Hotel, and it was truly impressive! The buffet featured a wide variety of traditional and international dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From delicious mezze and crispy sambousek to tender grilled meats and delightful desserts, every bite was a treat.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant’s ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a memorable evening.

I had an amazing experience at Toosi, the Carnival Brunch at Amwaj by Rotana. The views were absolutely stunning, making the outdoor brunch even more enjoyable. The variety of food was incredible, with everything from delicious Italian dishes to flavorful Jerk Chicken, smoky barbecue, and even fresh Japanese options. There was something for every palate, and everything was perfectly prepared. A special shoutout to Raj, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. His hospitality truly made the day even better. Highly recommend this brunch for a wonderful mix of food, views, and service!

From the moment I arrived, the service was simply unbeatable—every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
The rooms are stunning, offering luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views. The facilities, restaurants, and overall atmosphere exude world-class excellence. However, what truly makes this hotel special is the team behind it.
A special mention goes to the Mexican employee in the lounge, whose impeccable service and dedication made a lasting impression. His attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism are on another level—he deserves a promotion without a doubt!
I cannot recommend Grosvenor House enough. It is, without question, Dubai’s number one hotel, and I will most definitely be back! 10/10 experience!

The most concerning issue was the intrusive behavior of the security team. Their actions felt less about ensuring safety and more about unwarranted interference in guests' lives. I found their constant presence in the lobby, often loitering and staring at guests, to be incredibly uncomfortable and frankly, quite rude. This behavior created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made me feel constantly observed.
Furthermore, I was subjected to highly inappropriate and personal questioning by one of the security guards. This individual repeatedly asked me very personal questions about my Managing Director (MD), who was accompanying me. The questions revolved around who I was with, who came with me to eat, and where I work. These inquiries were completely unprofessional, irrelevant to my stay, and made me feel deeply uneasy and violated my privacy. It is unacceptable for hotel security to engage in such personal interrogations of guests.
Based on their demeanor and accent, I believe these individuals were Egyptian. While this observation is based on my perception, it does not excuse the unacceptable nature of their behavior. Regardless of their background, such conduct is detrimental to the reputation of Grosvenor House and creates a hostile environment for guests.
The management urgently needs to address the conduct of their security team. Implementing stricter guidelines, providing better training on guest privacy and professional conduct, and ensuring accountability are crucial steps. The current approach is a significant disservice to the hotel's reputation and the comfort of its guests.
While other aspects of the hotel might have been satisfactory, the deeply unsettling and intrusive behavior of the security staff has left a lasting negative impression. I would be hesitant to recommend Grosvenor House based on this experience unless significant changes are made to the security protocols and the conduct of their personnel. The feeling of being constantly watched and subjected to personal questioning is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

My stay at Grosvenor House Dubai was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. A special thanks to Dyan Librel and the concierge team for their prompt, professional, and thoughtful service.
The Premier Room with Executive Lounge Access was luxurious and comfortable, and the 24-hour butler service made me feel truly pampered. The attention to detail, from the complimentary airport transfers to the daily fruit platter, was outstanding.
To the entire team – your warmth, dedication, and commitment to excellence made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Stopped in the Grosvenor Hotel in March 2025, we managed to get an upgrade to an apartment because they were short of delux rooms that we had booked two of for my family so we ended up with one delux room and one apartment, the rooms were of a very high standard, all the stalf we encountered were helpful and frendly . The breakfast and dinner buffet was of a very high standard. We used the shuttle service once to the beach which was straight forward, there is good wifi and the beach area is much quieter compared to the public beach areas.
There is very little to fault about this hotel, I would ask the managemnt one thing why does the room service leave all the lights on after they have cleaned the rooms, every day I had to switch six lamps and about seven room lights off, just seems a waist of electricity. And way too many cushions on the bed, it looks good but a pain to move out of the way every night.
But I would defenertly stop at this hotel again. 15 min walk to metro station from where you can get pritty much any where in Dubai a tourist would want to go.

Last time was before COVID. Quality of the building, services and staff remains excellent after all these years. Appartment size was imoressive. Can't wait for our next time. Special call out to Aushan whose attention to details at the Porter House restaurant made our time there so enjoyable. Amazing dinner as well at the Hong Loong restaurant: so so tasty. Beach and sea were very clean. Some interesting novelties launched since our last visit: the Laguna beach taverna and lounge, as well as the premier lounge. Brilliant ideas.

From the moment I arrived at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive- ensuring every detail of my stay was seamless and luxurious.
The resort itself is a tropical haven, beautifully designed with a perfect blend of French elegance and Polynesian charm. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered breathtaking views that made the morning feel like paradise.
One of the highlights of my stay was kayaking along the serene waters of the private beach and the palm. It was the perfect way to soak in the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings—an experience I’ll never forget. The gym was also amazing, well equipped and opened 24 hours.
Dining was another standout; every meal was a delight, with an impressive variety of options and consistently high-quality cuisine. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the personal touches truly made me feel like a valued guest.
Thank you to the entire team at Sofitel The Palm for creating such a memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape in Dubai.

Lovely hotel on the Palm. We felt extremely well looked after and valued by all staff. Upon arrival we received a surprise upgrade to the newly renovated Palm suites which were beautiful and spacious and with a dedicated butler we were extremely lucky. Plenty of sunloungers on the beach and by the pools even though the hotel was busy. We ate at all the restauarants our favourite being Laguna Beach and Porterhouse. Breakfast offered a huge choice of everything you could possibly want. The gym was well equipped other than needing more mats. Good hotel shops, a mini mart and a pharmacy.

The beach is the best part of this resort—very clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It’s clear that the outdoor areas are well looked after and it really adds to the experience.
Our stay included breakfast, which was generous with a wide variety of selections. The staff at breakfast—and really throughout the resort—were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their warm service was one of the highlights of our trip.
We tried a couple of the on-site restaurants as well. The Indian restaurant had flavorful dishes—spicy for sure, but tasty. The service there was just okay, nothing particularly memorable. On the other hand, the Greek restaurant offered decent food, but what really stood out was the atmosphere and the excellent service—very polished and enjoyable overall.
Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing. They’re noticeably outdated, with worn furniture and tired decor. The hallways had a strong musty smell that was hard to ignore, and the overall interior upkeep just didn’t match the standard of the beachfront or the staff.
This resort has potential thanks to its location and service, but until the rooms and indoor areas are renovated, I wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Dubai and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—designed with both style and function in mind. The pool area is a real highlight. It’s not just cool in temperature, but effortlessly cool in vibe, offering a perfect place to unwind with beautiful views and attentive service.

As a family of four all our needs were catered to and more. The kids pool was great and super relaxing, as was the main pool. Food was outstanding with many options. Breakfast was fantastic also. Gym is well stocked too. All of the team were very helpful and super friendly.
It’s a short drive from the airport and they provided us with parking for our rental.

- Hotel is modern and spacious. Decor is boring - lots of brown and the same prints everywhere.
- Room is a good size and clean. Carpet was a bit stained. Comfortable beds
- Breakfast is very good. Dinner options are good too but should have a dedicated Middle Eastern option.
- Beaches are a nice size with separate family beach. On one overcast day about 24c. The staff removed all seat cushions and largely wandered off.
- Hotel is close to the airport but not much else. Expect a 15-25 taxi to downtown depending on traffic.
- I was woken twice by staff telephoning room despite “do not disturb”. Doesn’t seem connected to front desk.
- I couldn’t extend checkout due to hotel being “fully booked”. My guess was it was 20% occupied and they were happy to sell an extra half day despite “fully booked”

Asthetically from the outside, the hotel does not wow like the surrounding buildings, but the inside is very nice. Rooms are big and spacious, we had a king, with two roll away twins brought in, beds are amazingly comfortable, bath room has a tub with shower plus a sepweate standing shower, which was great when everyone needed showers at the same time.
The lounge had wonderful service and snack foods/little bites. At times the main restaurant and lobby felt very chaotic. There were lots of families vacationing so this is to be expected. The water park and kids club were great too, definitly kept our boys busy! At night a bunch of kids would congregate at the kids club to play soccer which was a cool added bonus. The adult area with DJ, big screen sports, and love music was awesome too, we enjoyed this while the kids played soccer at night. Views of surrounding beautiful building was continually impressive.
Service generally was excellent, only complaint is that we were not able to check out as late as we would have liked with my husband's marriott status due to the hotel being super booked. Would definitly stay again, especially with kids. If you want a quieter experience though, I would not recommend this hotel.

The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished.
A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented.
We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience!

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Location: a bit far from public transportation (like the metro) but you may easily get there with a car or taxi (roads are just confusing due to ongoing road construction)
Really well-maintained hotel.
Staff are very attentive. They gave us a lot of treats for our honeymoon even though we forgot to mention it during our booking. Pretty smooth check in and check out.
Even though the hotel was really busy they still somehow accommodate our request for late check out and even told us that we can use the facilities until the evening.
Breakfast was also pretty great! Selections were good & the team were very friendly.
Pros: Pretty great hospitality.
Ordered few things from Noon, concierge delivered it directly to our door.
Cons: if you don’t like being around kids, better book an adults only hotel other than that, you can chill in Barasti.

Brilliant rooms, service and the location. Rooms (enough space and an extreme view of the beautiful buildings). Service (whenever I wanted something I got it in the matter of seconds and food service great especially with the taste included). Location (it was near beautiful buildings and was in the middle of everything like attractions, cool places and views. Also a brilliant manager looked after us while we stayed there. Insane entertainment here with a very cool waterpark inside of this resort/hotel and wave pool in the waterpark. There is also a private beach in this amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz. Firstly, the food is incredible. We stayed half board and you can choose whether you have lunch or dinner, which is really handy. You also get unlimited soft drinks free with meals. Every meal time there was so much on offer and all so fresh and cooked to a high standard. The service was also brilliant; the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. The rooftop pool is really chilled with nice vibes and lastly the location is great with the palm on your doorstep and a short taxi ride to Downtown.

My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing.

Currently at Andaz and loving the stay. We are a family with 2 kids and the hospitality has been brilliant. We were given a lovely room with all the kitchen amenities, this has really helped us so that we can wash and dry the clothes. Hafeez was really lovely to welcome us and offered sweats to welcome us and was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are really lovely. Special mention to Priya restaurant staff, Bilal who was serving at the chaat corner, Sajith the chef who was very friendly and ensured our stay has been comfortable and the Chef from UK sorry didn’t catch the name. Overall most at the restaurant were really nice and looked out for everyone. The room cleaning has been excellent as it’s kept spotless. The guys at the entrance always with a smile.
The food has been flavourful. Less variety but there is always something we could find to eat. They are more into quality than quantity.
The only negative if I have to pick something is that the pool is a bit far from our room and we have to go through the restaurant which isn’t ideal. It would be good to get an entrance to the rooms in the hotel through the outside. Overall would surely recommend.

Stayed here to celebrate my son's birthday they made a huge fuss of him and decorated the room. Also gave him a free birthday cake. We were here over Easter weekend, so there was an Easter egg hunt set up in the room, which my daughter loved. The rooms are large and decorated in a Polynesian theme. Superb bathrooms with a massive bath. We have stayed here about 5 times now and always leave very happy. Breakfast was exceptional with all bases covrred foodwise. Only minor point of improvement is the check-in process being a bit slow.

We really love this hotel with its beautiful service and many activities they have for kids. This is our second visit and we always have an amazing time. There is a big pool for kids so we don’t worry about their safety. There is a lazy river where we can relax and kids chase each other. We also get access to Dubai parks 2 tickets per night and it has been an amazing experience at the Legoland and Legoland water park. The breakfast is truly amazing with the different dishes and the wonderful service of the chefs and waiters especially Zain and Bassem. They also have movies for kids in a very comfortable room with popcorn and the staff is very helpful and generous. The kids clubs and ticki club are also other places for kids to enjoy many activities, craft making, henna and face painting. There were also inflatables and petting zone on the days of Eid with refreshments and it made the whole experience even more amazing.
We really recommend the hotel, it has wonderful activities, access to riverland, Dubai parks, and amazing breakfast, service, and friendly staff.

Great experience with great staff. We had an issue and they make their effort to solve it. The staff is great with childrens, especially Tara, Judy Ojo, Chatumi and Phoon from the kids club. Ali and Melina from the reception were very listening. Great food, activities. We really enjoyed and will come back for sure!

We’ve been to Lapita two times and both times such amazing experiences. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. Staff is just phenomenal and every interaction has been with huge welcoming smiles and service above and beyond. Amazing chef Ratheesh so so nice and talented, Kranthi and all the wonderful greeters and servers just made every morning for us and our kids special. We will definitely return and look forward to it already :)
We had half board plus both times. First time in 2024, scoop ice cream was included - this time it was only the fruit lollies - just so people don’t have disappointed kids like mine since remembering those scoops - we hope you change it back 😆

The Gold Team, Gilbert, Ashis, Amzad, Jai Cee, Supian, Myint & Roju were amazing!
As an extended stay client they made me feel as if I was home.
They greeted me any time I saw them by my name & constantly checked to see my expectations were being met & if there was anything else they could do for me.
It is my 3rd stay at this hotel & the constant 5* treatment is why I return to Dubai so far for the past three years & likely many more.

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked.
The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax.
One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated.
Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort.
Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

We had the best week at Le Royal Meridien, it was our first time in Dubai and we’re so glad we chose this hotel to come to. My husband has status with Marriott so we knew we were going to be well looked after but I couldn’t believe how above and beyond everyone went. The concierge were so attentive especially when I left my phone in the taxi, they were so helpful at getting it back and so quickly. We had breakfast in the downstairs buffet and the Royal Club lounge, the choice of options in both were amazing. Lunch at the beach bars was always delicious and well priced. The Indian restaurant at the hotel was incredible, I wish we had visited more of the hotels restaurants because they looked amazing. We loved the vast selection of sun loungers on offer especially the adults only section on the grass it was perfect. The gym was amazing, a good selection of high-end equipment with amazing views. The hotel is in an excellent location close to JBR, the Marina and close to all other attractions by car. When we return to Dubai the Meridien is exactly we will stay, there is no second option.

Great hotel that does everything well. The lounge access is well worth it if a little too busy at times. It is obvious that many guests are regulars which is a good sign. Quite a quiet hotel that is aimed at the older guest market

This hotel was simply amazing, the staff could not do enough for us, the food was divine, the breakfast buffet, amazing. The room we had was marvellous lots of room, a massive comfy bed, we had the best time at this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I’ve stayed here a few times already, and every visit just keeps getting better. The location is amazing – right by the beach, close to everything, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the city.
But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible team working here. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
I want to give a special shoutout to Milena from Tamoka. She has been with us through all of our stays, and every time she welcomes us with even more warmth and care than the last. She’s not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive. Milena went out of her way to help us discover new spots in Dubai and made sure we were comfortable at all times. You can really see how much she enjoys taking care of guests — and it shows in how she treats everyone around her. She truly made our experience even more memorable.
We always feel so well taken care of here, and that’s why we keep coming back. Thank you to the whole team at The Ritz-Carlton, we’ll definitely be back again soon!

This is a delayed review for the Ritz Carlton. I knew this resort for 18 years. We used to dine restaurants and came for the spa and also regular coffees, and there. We stayed there before I was an Ambassador. Just a lovely resort.. old Dubai.. well what can I say about old ... it was there before I came. Spanish Arabic style complex ... haven of peace..

We are proud residents of The Palm and members of the Atlantis Circle, and this stunning resort never fails to impress. Our visits often include delightful dining at La Mar and Gastronomy, while our days are spent unwinding by the Royal Pool and Beach.
The pool and beach areas are truly spectacular—spacious, well-designed, and featuring a separate kids' pool for families. If you seek tranquility, the beach offers a serene escape with its breathtaking views, pristine sands, and ample space for guests to relax. The casual dining options perfectly complement the luxurious pool and beach ambiance, making it an ideal spot to spend the day in indulgence.
What truly elevates the experience is the incredible team—their warmth and professionalism shine through every interaction. Team members like Sachin and others are always hospitable, greeting guests with smiles regardless of the weather. A special mention goes to Amir, who exemplifies professionalism in his service, ensuring not just our family but all guests feel exceptionally well taken care of.
This is more than just a hotel—it’s a cherished retreat, and we will continue returning while enthusiastically recommending it to friends and family.

This property is beautiful 😍 spent my daughters 10 years birthday weekend here and it was amazing!! Staff was friendly and had some good restaurants on the property, the hotel really made her special with all the cakes she got when dinning at all the restaurants! The breakfast I must say had absolutely everything possible for every type of dietary requirements as well as nationality, not mentioning the quality of food.

So first of all Dubai is a great place to visit with many possibilities to explore. Atlantis the Royal has a spectacular architecture and the staff provides an amazing service. The rooms are comfortable and the view of the city is stunning. However there is one extremely disturbing issue about the hotel - the constant noise level everywhere. It starts from the lift over the lobby to the Restaurants and the Pool everywhere you go you have to endure blasting music. There is no real place to relax. After one week listening to the fountain show with exactly the same tracks at the same time you might get annoyed as we did. Furthermore if you don’t like sleeping with AC and want your windows open, you will endure a constant high noise level of cleaning machines until 2-3 am every night. As said, it depends on your preference. For me the trip was just not entirely great due to a poor level of sleep and relaxation time. The hotel tried to offer a room change and a Lounge access but that didn’t really solve the problem. Other than that the hotel offers good restaurants and for families the access to the water park might be something great to use - we didn’t use it. Please reconsider you staff at elements bar - 15 minutes until somebody recognizes your wish to order, 15 minutes to prepare a simple set of two drinks and 20 minutes to provide the check. Many people complained, nothing happened. The lobby develops at night into a Russian contact & instagram bazaar, that just doesn't fit the hotel’s image and was actually really disturbing. Over all we won’t consider the hotel again due to the above mentioned experiences.

I recently stayed at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s design is absolutely breathtaking—truly a work of art. There’s so much to do within the property that I never even felt the need to leave. From incredible restaurants and multiple pools to a stunning beach area, everything feels luxurious. The service was top-notch, and I even had the best hair blowout at the salon—highly recommended!
A few tips: make restaurant reservations in advance as they book up fast, and head to the waterpark early before it gets crowded. The hotel itself is very busy, with both guests and visitors, but the experience is still beyond worth it. You’ll feel like royalty from start to finish.

Overrated hotel, they dont know how to handle services when hotel has high occupancy. Staff are rude in lobby section, ( attitude) unless i go wear my expensive watch and branded clothes you get no respect. ( bare in mind I live in the palm )Especially host in lobby section.( RANIA )
Service is slow and really bad. The hotel amenities are really nice. But ruined by the management running the show.
( i waited 30 mins to be seated, no one came to help, then 2 tables where empty, after 20 mins waiting to be served they come ask me to move from the table )
Trust me come for a day pass and stay someplace else.
