I had an amazing stay at Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located on Palm Jumeirah with stunning beach views. What truly stood out was the cleanliness and housekeeping service, Shahul and Ripon was taking care room, The room was spotless from the moment we arrived — fresh linens, perfectly arranged bed, clean floors, and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping team maintained the same high standard every day, ensuring fresh towels, neatly organized amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail and professionalism of the staff made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. You can clearly see that they care about guest satisfaction.

The hotel met our expectations overall. The room with the garden was beautiful, and the food was very good. We did have a few issues caused by some staff at reception and in the restaurant. However, Matteo at reception and the restaurant manager Vladislav handled everything in an outstanding way. They were extremely helpful, calm, and professional, quickly resolving every misunderstanding and making us feel taken care of. Their attitude truly stood out and made a big difference to our stay. Thanks to them, we chose to overlook the small problems and left with a very positive impression of the hotel.

We Love this place and we recomend for other guest too. Liked · Location is very nice, property has very nice beach and view, pool facilities is fantastic near by the beach (for family vacation its fantastic). When we were checking in reception staff was soo friendly and kind, when he came to know we were first time at Jumeirah he upgraded our room which is fantastic. All the staff were soo polite, kind and freindly. Property view and other sitting arrangement is just beautiful and everyone will love to spend time there.

We had a great stay at Th8 Palm Hotel. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of choice and very good quality. We stayed on half board, and while breakfast was excellent, the dinner options could be improved. It would have been great if dinner matched the same standard as breakfast. There were a few misunderstandings on arrival. Even though we contacted the hotel in advance, the sofa bed was not prepared and the two duvets we had requested were not ready. Normally this wouldn’t be a big issue, but as we arrived after midnight following a long flight, it was a bit tiring to sort out. That said, everything was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Special thanks to Aravind and Suresh for their great service. All in all, a very good stay, and we would happily consider returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay — Outstanding Team & Service Fantastic resort! I enjoyed my stay so much that I actually extended my time in Dubai just to remain here. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Although this is very much a family hotel, travelling here solo was an absolute pleasure and I felt welcomed every step of the way. I arrived on an early morning flight and reached the hotel around 7 hours before check-in, but the management team went above and beyond. Simba was incredibly helpful and immediately stepped in to assist. He connected me with his assistant Nancy, who is an absolute gem. She was warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, and even arranged for someone to give me a full tour of the resort so I could settle in comfortably. Throughout my time in Dubai, the security team were always friendly and approachable. A special mention to Chofor, who was consistently helpful with directions and navigating the property — always greeting me with a smile. I made great use of the gym facilities, and the staff there were fantastic. Firoz in particular went out of his way during my training sessions. Whether I needed equipment help or guidance, he was always attentive and supportive. On my final day, after the gym, I visited the spa (Pure) to unwind before continuing my travels. I was welcomed by the manager, Ms. Vasileva, who was extremely helpful and arranged a therapeutic massage tailored perfectly to what I needed. It was the ideal way to end my stay. Later that day, while getting my steps in, I walked through The8 Residence and met a lovely lady named Mary. She kindly assisted me when I wanted to head out for a nighttime run and was so polite and friendly. Her warmth and kind words genuinely made me want to return to this resort again. A heartfelt thank you to Simba, Nancy, Chofor, Firoz, Ms. Vasileva, and Mary for making my solo stay feel so special. This resort delivers not only beautiful facilities but also truly exceptional people. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended!
