The staff are incredibly attentive and polite, every single one of them will welcome you with the warmest smile at any time.
We loved the local cuisine with plenty of tagines and vegetables to choose from.
We had most restful week here and are already looking forward to returning!

We booked with Jet2, which was quite good value for money for staying at such a nice hotel with half board included. It’s located just outside of Marrakesh, away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short ride going in the centre, either with free shuttle bus or 100MAD one way taxi. The hotel ground is beautiful, room blocks/landscape are designed to fit in the environment of the area, the room itself is a bit on the small side but enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The newer rooms are further away, but the reception was kind and changed us to a ground floor and closer (older) room because we don’t want to carry the pushchair up and down the stairs every day. Baby cot was very comfy for our toddler, even though it took a while to arrive despite we requested with Jet2, I did appreciate the housekeeping team was working in the heat so couldn’t complain. Air conditioning in the room is godsend and technician arrived quickly when it was not working at one night. Facilities are very kids friendly, what’s better than two pools to spend a lot of time in with a toddler every day? - The kids club! It has a lot of activities for both toddlers and older kids to do with/without their parents, they can also babysit for a charge. Food was tasty, including the buffet breakfast, light lunch at the breeze bar and the buffet dinner, a great range of selection and a good mix of Moroccan food and international cuisine. However, I reckon the most valuable asset of the hotel is its friendly and helpful staff, we love that everyone we met were welcoming and smiley, including the reception, bellboys, housekeeping, maintenance, catering, big thank you to all of them who provided excellent service. The one thing that I’m not 100% happy was that we were overcharged 600MAD for services that we didn’t used, good job we noticed this when we asked to pay for the bill prior to checkout. The receptionist kindly sorted this out for us eventually, but it was a long wait and a bit inconvenient.

Spent 8 nights here as solo traveller Sept 21st - Sept 29th just to do nothing but relax. A nice little escape, hotel was very maintained and the service was good. Both pools good sizes, loads of cabanas and no issues getting sun beds throughout the stay. The hotel grounds are very nice, palm trees gardens, little lakes and great landscaping everywhere. Very quiet and calm place to do just what I wanted to do which was chill out!

Me and my partner stayed here for 6 nights at the end of September we booked through easy jet, paid a reasonable price for the package inc flights, stay, transfer i would say u get exactly what you pay for the resort is not top of the range or luxury but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, the location of the resort isn’t amazing as it is out of the way a bit but most activities outside of the resort offer a pick up service so eliminates that issue.
The resort is mostly French but pretty much all the staff speak some amount of English.
The food is good, me and my partner had no issues, a lot of it is the same most nights but never had any complaints, staff were always happy to help even though our french is not great, bar staff were friendly for the most part some grumpy at time which is understandable when faced with some entitled customers. They could benefit from having another bar open which is all-inclusive rather than 2 extra paid bars as the main bar gets very busy and consistently runs out of glassware.
Rooms are fine for the money yes there are areas for improvement cosmetic wise but overall no major issues our room was clean when we arrived and the cleaners were always checking every morning if we needed loo roll & water for the room. Only downside is that you have to pay for the safe usage in the room which seems a little odd.
The pools have plenty of sun-beds however be careful around the pool when walking on the tiles as they are very slippery when wet which as you can imagine is pretty much all the time, no effort is made to put a sign up to warn guests I didn’t see anyone slip while we were there but it is an accident waiting to happen. Be aware if u want a quiet pool go to the one at the top closest to the restaurant as the main one has entertainment which is very loud and in the French most of the day intermittently.
We used the shuttle bus twice into the centre of Marrakesh it was always on time and fairly cheap at 80mad for return trip for 2 adults, I would recommend booking it the afternoon on the day before u would like to go as otherwise you will have to queue up at 9am which sometimes the holiday rep that does the booking is late.
Overall the resort was great for the money, I wouldn’t take the bad reviews on board as they are just people complaining for the sake of it you get what you pay for we weren’t expecting a resort with all the bells and whistles and we didn’t get that and that’s absolutely fine.

I had the best time ever. The hotel was brilliant. From the wonderful staff. Entertainment by the pool. To the lovely delicious food. I can not fault it. Taxi you can get outside the resort to take you medina were we spent a lot of our time. We went on a trip with Get your guide to a camel ride in the desert and dinner. They did Entertainment and it was £18 well worth the money. Definitely will be back one of the best holidays

We have just spend 5 days here and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel/resort.
Location - in the middle of nowhere.
Rooms - Basic but lots of little flies and the toilet leaked. Bed was comfortable and bedding changed along with the towels. Fresh water left along with the dead ants and flies.
Pools - The quiet pool was nice. The main pool was like an all day disco. If you like that kind of none stop racket all day then this is for you.
Food - Awful. Just awful.
Entertainment - can’t comment. Went back to the room after we had tried to eat.
Staff - restaurant staff are lovely. Reception staff are rude and dismissive.

Very good value for money hotel . Despite mixed reviews we booked expecting a mixed experience but it was actually very nice.
The food was nice edible and full of flavour there was small changes every day but A lot of it was the same - but regardless it was still really nice. We had fizzy orange or Pepsi - tea coffee and fruit juice or a bottle of wine if requested and they bring water to your table for lunch and dinner regardless . There was a snack bar which had basic leftovers from breakfast and lunch and another that was open for 2 hours before dinner with pizza and pastries - very nice
The rooms were very basic but were tidy and clean upon arrival . Shower and toilet were clean and worked fine so no complaints about that . There was 4 of us and we had a door between our two rooms which was convenient for us . There was a fridge which worked well in the room .
There were 2 pools and one water volleyball pool . The pools were cleaned every night and were well looked after . One was very shallow we didn’t go in It was more for relaxing and for smaller children . The main pool was 1.6m deep at its deepest with steps both in deep and shallow sides .
There were bars one which served everything you could have in the all inclusive package . The smaller bar only served beer and fizzy drink and juice but no complaints . The cups were a little small but it’s all inclusive so you can just get another drink .
There was a waterpark on site - a couple minutes away from man pool - that had 6 rides which was good fun. Very basic and minimal but good fun .
Staff were great and friendly .
We paid budget price and got a good holiday for it

Restaurant staff were friendly but didn't have to get involved really, everything worked like clockwork in the restaurant.
FANTASTIC huge pool, could get a big swim in even when busy
Rooms were basic and shower tray didn't have a mat so suffered a fall which could have been much worse (and we think it was for another guest)
Good fridge and beds very comfy.
Overall a fabulous stay, not perfect, sadly the reception team let the side down

We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Zak, the public relations agent who welcomed us with such kindness and care. We arrived right after the buffet had closed, and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave hungry he personally arranged a fruit basket for us, knowing that I was pregnant and craving a snack. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he is toward guests. Throughout our stay, Zak was incredibly professional, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Thanks to him, we felt truly taken care of and at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Youssef, the young man who works the night shift (we were in room 3214), provided us with everything we needed during our two nights with kindness and professionalism.
I needed an extra single bed for my little child, and Youssef immediately fulfilled my request, bringing one of the best-quality beds complete with all its accessories — all with a smile and a warm welcome, even though it was 2 a.m.!
Throughout my stay, Youssef was always available and ready to help with anything we needed, always with the same positive attitude.
Honestly, his behavior alone made me feel that Pickalbatros Hotel is the best place on earth.

The animation team at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Hotel made our stay unforgettable! From morning activities to evening shows, they brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. They were always friendly, approachable, and made sure guests of all ages felt included. The kids loved the games and mini disco, while the adults had a great time with the sports, pool activities, and entertainment.
What really stood out was how genuine and hardworking the team was — they weren’t just doing a job, they truly cared about creating a great experience. Their creativity, sense of humor, and enthusiasm made the atmosphere at the hotel so lively.
A huge thank you to the whole animation crew for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely come back, and the animation team will be one of the biggest reasons why!

Overall, this hotel and its aqua park offer a very good 4-star experience by international standards. It wasn’t overcrowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities, a nice balance between activity and calm.
Reception:
Check-in was smooth, but it required a significant amount of paperwork. It would have been a nice touch to be offered a cold drink (even just water) on arrival, especially after travelling.
Food:
During our brief stay, only one restaurant was open, but the variety of food options was good. The salad bar was excellent, always fresh, and pizzas were made to order for lunch and dinner. The pasta station offered three types of pasta and sauces, though it often had a small queue. Overall, the food quality and freshness were great for the scale of the resort.
Housekeeping:
This area could use improvement. Towels were removed daily, even when hung up to reuse, which contradicted the hotel’s own eco-friendly signage. A few times, replacements were missed, and every partially used soap was taken away, a bit wasteful.
Waterpark:
The waterpark was a real highlight! Only four slides were closed, and most were well-maintained. While signs say “no under 10s” or “under 120cm,” staff were flexible and supportive when parents accompanied younger kids on double slides, a great way to build confidence for little ones.
Other Notes:
• Pool towels require a 100 MAD (£10) deposit — no issues at all with theft or returns.
• Late checkout was easy to arrange (400 MAD for 4 hours).
All in all, this is a comfortable, enjoyable, and well-run resort, not quite a 5-star by global standards, but a very solid and pleasant 4-star experience in Morocco.

Had a great time didn’t want to leave. Staff were great, cocktails were incredible. Shout out to khalil in the entertainment team he was a legend, looked after us all week honestly had the best time cause of him!! Shout out to Jenna aswell for getting us on the dance floor and having a laugh. All of the entertainment team were accommodating and would even sit with us during lunch and dinner they definitely made the week 10 times better.
The place itself was stunning and quite, great nighttime entertainment. It really felt like you were in an oasis.

We have had THE BEST trip to Sol Oasis Marrakesh! We booked just thinking the hotel looked nice but it exceeded all expectation. The rooms are great, comfortable & clean, nice pool, spa & restaurant food fantastic with lots of choice.
The thing that really makes this place though is the staff. From the door to the bars to the restaurant to the reception staff, everyone is friendly, welcoming, kind, quick to sort out little issues and can’t do enough for you.
The entertainment team are in another league - they put on fun activities, get everyone dancing and are also caring & sweet, looking out for us and making sure we have a good time. I felt like they were our children by the end of the trip 😍

This hotel was outstanding for so many reasons.
Staff - all staff were exceptional. From the front desk, to the bars and restaurants and the animation team - everyone was fantastic. But an extra special shout out to Jenna, Mo and Soufiane who really stood out as exceptional people that are a credit to the hotel and made our stay very special.
Entertainment/Animation Team - the whole team were excellent and had a wonderful ability to get you involved. They create a wonderful atmosphere through the hotel and make a real effort to get to know people. The best team we have seen by some way.
Food - excellent variety and very good quality. The head chef also took a real interest in our experience from the start.
Rooms and facilities - the whole resort is incredibly clean, including the public toilets. Our room was lovely and very spacious (Family Suite).
We would return for sure!

We have booked to stay in this so called 5 star hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco but I can say that this is a 5 star hotel with no service. When our room is serviced the second day after check-in, housekeeping only supplied 1 set of bath towels for 2 people. When we called to request 1 additional set of towels, reception say housekeeping will send. Nothing happens for an hour and we called again. Nothing happened. We called 3 times and in more than 2 hours nobody from housekeeping came. Finally we walked to Reception and the guy was arrogant and not helpful. Not a word of apology. He said again housekeeping will send the towels in icy cold tones. What bad service! I would strongly advise anyone who wants to stay in this hotel to reconsider their options. Unless you want to pay big money for bad service, stay clear of this hotel. I am certain there are hotels with better service and attitudes staff elsewhere.

Najia was doing massages and offered a feet massage at the pool. Very friendly and caring lady who puts her heart in the job.
After having trained muscles from the amazing Gainz gym, it was a welcoming pleasure.
The hotel and the people are in the beginning overwhelming. After 1 day it feels like a home. The food, the special restaurant and all the facilities are even more than what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Well clean rooms, delicious breakfast, polite helpful staff. Chocolate hour is amazing. Pool is clean with lots of towels, sun beds and umbrellas. Reception and concierge were helpful at night and during the day.
Special special thanks to Lycern for helping us with rooms and treating us on upgrading our rooms and on complimentary fruits and chocolates in our rooms. Lycern consistently shows compassion and goes out of his way to support others. He’s generous with his time and deeply considerate of other people’s feelings.
Tea guy Muhammad was cheerful and served delicious tea whole day. Hospitality of this hotel is amazing. Great Team All the best guys!!!

Our stay at the Movenpick in Marrakech was such a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent, making it the perfect getaway. A special mention to Najia, the massage therapist at the spa – she is absolutely amazing! Her skill, professionalism, and warm personality made the spa experience truly unforgettable.

I stayed here twice in February 2025. The location is great, love the rooftop views and the fact that it's licensed. The staff are kind and rooms are authentic, loved the heated floors. Breakfast was yummy too. Look forward to seeing the renovations

This does not feel like a five star hotel. I was woken up because of subpar service at 2AM two nights in a row. The first night, another guest was banging on the front door to be let in for what must have been five minutes, calling the front desk multiple times which I could hear from my room. I finally got dressed and went down to the lobby to let them in, both for their sake and mine, but by that time the attendant had returned to the front desk. I know that other Riyads nearby always have someone at the desk and security to ensure this never happens; why wouldn’t you at least take the phone with you if you are leaving the locked door unmanned you know that you have guests outside?
The next morning, someone from the desk called me at 3 AM as a wake up call. When I initially booked, I was planning to leave very early so I can understand how this mistake would’ve been made. Except when I checked in, I explained to them that I was no longer leaving early like the rest of my party and in fact requested a late checkout for that same day so that I could book a spa service for that morning. They did book my spa appointments and insured I could have a late check out, but they did not cancel my wake up call.
My spa service was running only a few minutes late, despite being the only guest using it, and the person behind the front desk invited me to sit in the lobby… No water, no tea; perfectly fine but not what you may expect from a five star hotel.
Finally, a huge pet peeve is when I can’t use the mirror in a bathroom without bending down considerably. I’m tall but not ridiculously tall (6’3” / 191cm) and the mirror in the bathroom did not even reach my shoulders! For some bizarre reason it was just a strip of mirror above the sink and then wall above it.
The staff was very friendly, and seemed genuinely kind, but often seemed rushed like they were trying to juggle too many things or guests at once.

The room was big and clean. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
However, the services at the front desk were pretty average if I compare with other Moroccan riads. The room was badly maintained; the towels were ragged, the hinge on the hair dryer was broken and the couch was falling apart. This is not something I expected from a five stars riad.

This Riad is in a very safe part of the old Medina. Staff are WONDERFUL! Very kind, super helpful, and all of their Recommendations were a 10/10! This Riad/ hotel is VERY clean. The breakfast as well, is excellent for Moroccan standards. Fresh fruit, order from a list of Omlettes, coffee and fresh orange juice, pancakes and the list goes on. Fun Rooftop patio. My family and I stayed at the Riad Nashira & Spa in Aug 2022 for our summer hols.
Great location, whilst walking through the narrow old streets, entering through the traditional Moroccan door and then take a deep breath to admire the courtyards and amazing architecture. A lot of care, thought and detailing has been put into this Raid building.
The staff are equally very polite and knowledgeable. Everything felt very personal and all our needs were always catered for. We did ask many questions to the staff and they always had a smile and provided helpful information for our stay. +10/10.
We highly recommend the Riad Nashira & Spa for all who want to get a feel for the old city and stay in Marrakesh.

We had a very good experience at the Fairmont, the rooms were very modern and well equipped with a nice view over the golf and mountains. The welcoming at the check-in was cold and disinterested, however the rest of the staff were amazing, especially our room supervisor Mohammed and he made our stay particularly pleasant as he is very customer service oriented.
The location is bit a far from Marrakech city, I would suggest staying there to enjoy the golf and the surroundings but not visit the city.

The property itself is exceptionally large, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We booked a premium mountain view room only to find the mountains were nowhere in sight. What we did get were mosquitos—relentless in the rooms and a constant irritation throughout our stay.
The service was shockingly poor for a Fairmont. From check-in to the pool, bar, and restaurant, the experience was consistently disappointing. It was easily the worst service I’ve encountered at any Fairmont property worldwide. Ironically, the only team that provided true 5-star service were the golf cart drivers, who stood out for their professionalism and courtesy.
As a celiac, I was particularly alarmed by the lack of understanding around food allergies. At a property of this reputation and caliber, I expected a clear, informed approach to dietary restrictions. Instead, gluten was served to me on two separate occasions, and only by questioning dishes a second time was a crisis avoided. That is unacceptable for a hotel marketing itself at this level.
Overall, the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech failed to meet even basic expectations, let alone deliver a 5-star experience.

We stayed at the fairmont Marrakech, and only one word ‘WOW’. This hotel has it all. A special thankyou to Ghita & Mira! They were always one whatsapp away! Also the houskeeping, the hotel is spotless. Everything is so clean! The spa, they are so kind and make you feel at home to relax to the fullest. The restaurants were very good, in the Maroccan restaurant, there worked a lady, she breaths hospitality, I think here name was Myriam! And also the poolstaff were amazing, especially Mouad! It was our second stay at the Fairmont Royal Palm, because 2 years ago we had such a magical time we came again. It did not disappoint. The friendliest staff we have ever encountered in all our many trips around the world. Beautiful setting, calm and relaxed atmosphere, great food and drinks, best in class service…everything you think of when you think 5 star luxury - but with the addition of the wonderful people. Ahmed, The Breakfast King, Flan and Adil the Poolside Bar Staff and all the golf buggy drivers made our experience particularly magical - their interactions with our 2 young children was something we will never forget.

The hotel is beautiful and our junior suite was a great size. All the staff that work at the hotel are outstanding: nothing is too much trouble and all are welcoming and friendly. All staff made a fuss of our 3 year old son, remembering his name and going out of their way to make him feel at ease, giving him ‘Hi-Fives’ and even making racing car noises when driving us around in the buggies much to his delight! I was impressed to see the deputy director of food and beverage, Mohamed Himdi, helping out with breakfast service carrying trays of food and drinks to guests. To me, that demonstrated the staff worked as a team and managers led by example. We ate at all four restaurants multiple times during our stay. All our meals were delicious. My wife and I both agreed that our favourite meals overall that we had were the South East Asian food served in the bar. My favourite overall dish was the lamb shank at the Moroccan restaurant and my wife’s was the parmigiana at the Italian. Our son enjoyed the kids club: the staff were lovely with him and he especially enjoying making salt dough models and painting them. We just wish there had been more children who attended the kids club during our stay as our son would have enjoyed the kids club even more had this been the case. However, I obviously realise that this was beyond the hotel’s control. We very much appreciated the hotel’s shuttle bus service to Marrakech - it was a comfortable ride; we felt safe; it had room for our pram; and it made getting into the city to explore it really easy. Our only slight criticism was that the excursions run by the hotel were very expensive. As a result, we booked another company for a trip to the mountains, where a private tour with them was 2/3 less than the one you could book with through the hotel. Had the pottery class been cheaper, we would have booked this but we thought it was too expensive an activity to do with a three year old. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Morocco and it has been one of our most memorable and wonderful holidays. We would highly recommend the Fairmont.

The hotel itself is an architectural masterpiece — a perfect embodiment of Moroccan artistry and craftsmanship. Every detail tells a story: from the intricate zellige tiles and hand-carved wooden arches to the glittering chandeliers that cast their light over the richly ornamented interiors. The result is a breathtaking symphony of color, light, and texture that captures both the soul of Marrakech and the sophistication of modern design.

We had an amazing stay at Selman Marrakech and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, kind, and professional ; everyone made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The sheets were incredibly soft and luxurious, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The swimming pool was a real highlight ; absolutely stunning and the ideal place to relax. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel grounds are stunning, with perfectly maintained gardens and an overall atmosphere of calm and luxury. The signature scent that greets you at the entrance sets the tone for the entire experience—elegant and relaxing.
Breakfast was a daily highlight. The setting is lovely and peaceful, though there is some room for improvement in how the space is organized to make it even more comfortable. That said, the food itself was excellent and beautifully presented.
The spa is serene and luxurious, and every meal we had at the hotel’s various restaurants was absolutely delicious. Visiting the stables was another special experience—the horses are magnificent, and the stable staff were kind and welcoming.
Selman Marrakech delivered on every level. It’s a hotel that blends luxury, authenticity, and heart—a place we’ll remember fondly and hope to return to.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled after our recent stay at the Four Seasons Marrakech. We traveled from the US and chose this property because, as busy professionals, our vacation time is limited - and we’re willing to pay a premium for reliability, efficiency, and the level of service the Four Seasons name represents.
After a long day of travel from the US, we checked in around 10:45 PM, only to find our room infested with ants - in the carpet, curtains, bathroom, and all over the bed. I immediately reached out via WhatsApp and the in-room phone, but no one ever responded. With no other option, I walked to the front desk to get someone’s attention. We were told a new room would be ready in 20-25 minutes, but after 35 minutes there was still no update. We finally received a new room - an upgrade I believe was already tied to my booking benefits - at 1:15 AM, more than two hours after check-in.
The late-night ordeal significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our first full day of activities in Marrakech. For professionals who plan carefully to maximize every day of vacation, losing that time was deeply frustrating and exactly what we hoped to avoid by booking a property in this category.
What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up. Despite reporting a rather disturbing incident to both the Marrakech team and Four Seasons corporate, we never received an acknowledgement or apology during the remainder of our stay.
To be fair, the upgraded room was beautiful and parts of our stay were enjoyable. But reliability and responsiveness are non-negotiable at this price point. In Marrakech, other properties such as the Mandarin Oriental, The Oberoi, Royal Mansour, and Amanjena offer comparable luxury with service that, in my experience, is far more consistent.

Well, there is not much to say but also a lot! 5 Star Location and it covers all the features wich such a accommodations should have therefore not much to say about this BUT, the core value of such a place is their personell. Super friendly, always smiling, creating asking for support and if something needed, more than available! My very special regards goes to the chief of banquet! Very available and always there to help -hope, they pay you well, if not, they shoud do it right away. We had the chance to stay in Four Seasons for a corporate event and felt overall well treated.

We want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Ismail and the team at the family pool – they were truly exceptional. Very attentive, very kind, and made our son feel so welcome every single day.

Not worth the price. The rooms are beautiful, but it seemed like nothing was included in the price of the room. The fridge is stocked with items you'll be charged for if you use ($7 for a Snickers bar? - I would've thought the cost of the room covered that).
The breakfast is admittedly incredible, but when when we were asked for our room number so the hotel could charge us for it, I felt like a number more than a valued guest.
The place is a bit of a maze with so many rooms, definitely not the intimate and relaxing setting we experienced at other hotels on our trip. And aside from the beautiful lantern in the room, it didn't have much character - we could almost have been back in the US.
The dinner we had here was hands down the worst we had on our trip.
Overall, this was the most underwhelming hotel we stayed at - and also the most expensive.

You could easily stay here for weeks without ever needing to leave, as everything you need is right at your fingertips.
We were very fortunate to be upgraded not once, but three times, which made our stay even more memorable. Our room was absolutely huge, immaculately clean, and filled with such positive energy that it instantly felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere gave us a sense of calm and comfort throughout our stay.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our mornings. Sitting in the garden, listening to the birds singing while enjoying an incredible meal, created the perfect start to each day. It’s a small detail, but one that makes a lasting impression.
We would like to sincerely thank the management and the entire team for making our stay so exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the experience all the more special.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, period. The staff was incredible. Everything was taken care of from the second I arrived. The staff really went above and beyond and were super thoughtful. The food was amazing. The villa I stayed in was beautiful. The location was perfect for exploring but was also extremely quite and private. Really amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. The service is impeccable and the private pool villas have all you could ever want, we didn't want to leave! The private sauna in the shower room was a nice touch. We also asked them to light the fire for us whilst we were at dinner and came back to a gorgeous fire next to the pool. Pure luxury. Some previous comments about being under a flight path are true, but it really didn't bother us, and not that frequent anyway. Gives you something to look at every so often whilst sunbathing and dipping in and out of your own private pool! The staff couldn't do enough for you either, highly recommend!

Had the most amazing stay here last week with a group of friends for a birthday trip. All of the staff were so friendly and personable. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we possibly needed. They even helped us to set up a birthday celebration in our villa one night with a cake. The property is stunning - the grounds are expansive with immaculate gardens. Staff were readily available to transport us from our villa to the main building in golf carts. The villas are well equipped and gorgeous. The hammam treatment at the spa was so different from anything we had experienced before and it was lovely. The only down side is the location which is about a 10-15 car ride from the Medina. However the hotel does provide a car service which was easily arranged when needed. Definitely recommend!

We recently stayed at Riad Karmela and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this gorgeous authentic Riad. Aziz and Mohammed need special mention as they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They make you feel very welcome and part of the family. No ask is too much. Aziz even ran around the souk to find someone to repair my husband's glasses after he had changed to go home. Glasses came back like new. Can't wait to go back.

My stay at Riad Karmela was wonderful and memorable, the rooms were cosy, air-conditioned and traditional.
Room service was dedicated and friendly, breakfast was sumptuous.
Location while been very central within the Medina with attractions and landmarks easily accessible it does come with busy pedestrian and motorbikes traffic (however I slept well without noise been an issue).

A well-deserved oasis of peace and coolness in the chaos and madness of the Medina in Marrakesh. I stayed for 4 days in Marrakesh with my family and had a wonderful time at Riad Karmela.
The inner courtyards are beautiful, the rooftop terraces as well, and the small pools and jacuzzi really add to the atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and in keeping with the local style — each one with a different color theme.
A few small imperfections are part of the charm of the place.
The staff were kind and welcoming.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
This was by far the best accommodation we had in Morocco — the only one that truly exceeded our expectations during our trip, in a country where hotel standards are far below what we Europeans are used to.
If we ever come back to Marrakesh, we’ll definitely return to Karmela Palace. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous Riad! Located in the Medina. Spaces were beautiful, 3 buildings, many areas to enjoy including rooftops with plunge pools, reading areas, areas for enjoying a beverage. Dining area was an oasis, trees and greenery galore with fountain and there were great breakfast options, dinners delicious. Rooms were large, had great character. Bathrooms well-appointed. Service was just amazing, staff really cared you had everything you needed and helped arrange pick-up, drop-off and just were so friendly! Can’t say enough about the great experience we had!

Fantastic hotel. A little further away from Marrakech than you would like but the pool, the food, the rooms was all very good.
What stood out for me was the staff was brilliant. They literally will go out of their way for you at every turn. Want to go on the slides they will turn them on. You want a drink at closing time no problem they will reopen. Need a taxi or something sorted no problem Zouhair will help you. The bar staff around the Pool and particularly Yousef was also brilliant. Entertainment staff, maids just all of the staff was brilliant. Big thank you for making our stay in Morocco even better. Keep up the good work

A very good property with beautiful and well layout open area. The swimming pool was superb. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the hospitality and assistance of the staff especially the front desk staff.
The restaurant was very nice with variety of Moroccan and continental cuisine. The nights were full of life and amazing.
However, the hotel needs to improve on in-rooms services. For example there isn’t tea items my room and personally requested but not provided. No toothpaste and brushes as well as part of the toiletries.

Just look at the reviews for all you need to know about this place. It was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever received staying at a resort in a foreign country. Terrible customer service, constant harassment, and overcharging at every turn. Food was bland, drinks watered down, and the employees made us feel uncomfortable for what was supposed to be a relaxing exciting wedding celebration and vacation that was already completely paid for. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone not of Europe descent. The racial bias and preferential service are too obvious. They frustrate you and then practically laugh in your face in French.
Perfect example: left my favorite sweater by the pool. Asked multiple employees, including the front desk on the day of check out if it was seen or turned. Front desk was dismissive and said no. As I am walking in mounting disappointment to leave, I spot my very unique sweater in the corner of my eye in their office where they keep their lost and found. So basically the front desk employee just didn't want to bother helping a guest and lied to my face. Wouldn't be the first time during the trip but that was definitely the icing on the cake. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at El Olivar Palace Marrakech! The en-suite room 2115 was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful pool view. Special thanks to that staff (forgot her name😟) at the front desk for the warm welcome and helpful recommendations — you made my trip extra special. A big thank you to that lady staff ( forgot name again😟) who offered for special dinner, it was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.

Me and my 12 yr old daughter went for a 4 night 5day stay. We loved every minute. The hotel wasn't overly busy which is why I think we loved it so much. There were no queues for food or drinks. You were able to get a sun lounger no problem. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The grounds were well maintained the rooms were nice and spacious and the beds with great pillows were very comfortable. If I had anything bad to say it would be that the hotel is a little way out of town with nothing else around although there is a daily free bus from the hotel that will take you into town

Our 7-day stay at Kenzi Rose Garden was truly unforgettable. The hotel room was luxurious and incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom and separate toilet. Three of us stayed comfortably in a superior room without any issues.
The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic mix of authentic Moroccan and international options. The swimming pools and beautiful garden atmosphere were unmatched, and we loved having access to the restaurants, gym, and spa.
The hotel’s location is perfect — centrally situated in Hivernage, Marrakesh, right on the main road. It’s easily accessible from the airport and close to local taxis, restaurants, bars, and the Medina.
A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Majority of the guests here are old people. Calm and Nice ambience anyways. A lot of space is used for greenery, which makes sense. Their cuisines also nice and the environment is neat. The staff are also friendly. If you lodged and you have a guest, you have to book a separate room for the guest or pay 400 Dirham for the guest to enter your room. There is also some kind of discrimination against black, from the white lodgers though.

The hotel was fabulous. I don’t think the pictures don’t justice, especially for the duplex rooms. There is a shower downstairs as well as a bathroom upstairs - really spacious and kept clean. The entertainment was great and the staff who provided it during the day were fabulous. Ji Ji is so lovely and patient when teaching Moroccan! She is always smiling and remembers everyone’s name. Just had an amazing experience at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie with my family. The staff were very friendly in particular Mohamed. They were awesome and made our experience great. The food was also very good though there is room for improvement with offering a variety of food instead of having the same in particular breakfast. I am a lady travelling first time on my own; was a little bit apprehensive, however the staff have been amazing. My safety has been a priority with the staff, all excursions I booked through the concierge and I had a fantastic experience. I was collected from the hotel and brought back.
The food is amazing and the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Chef makes the most wonderful lentil Dahl, you have to try it!. I only eat fish, there was always something at the buffet for me to have.
A young lady, Julian, is so lovely. She will pop by and have a chat, which i have to say makes you feel included and not forgotten because you are alone visitor.

This is the third time and can't find a single thing to complain about here.
Comparing to other hotel the price is a perfect deal, i work in a hotel next door with more than double the price wish doesn't worth it to be honest.
We loved the calm and now with soft entertainment it's even better.
Music is good, food is perfect and the place is just so clean that you can't even believe it.
If you are into clubbing, you can find one of the best clubs and rooftop just next door (555 and sky5).
No need to talk about the staff. You will just fall in love with them as soon as you step in the reception.
The bar, the restaurant, the housekeeping, the spa, the gym... we found literally everything pleasing (we are so picky).
Much love to all the stuff you're doing a really great job and a special thanks to the night bartender! He will make you smile whenever you go for a drink.

It was a lovely holiday, the staff are very lovely but we had to wait over an hour for towels for our room after they had cleaned it. The floor in our room is dirty, the food in the restaurant is cold. There were absolutely no issues with the sunbeds, there was availability all day everyday for one. The food tastes okay, the drinks are good. You do have to wait till 3pm to check in as the room is not ready but you can still use the facilities. We paid for an early check in as we got here at 10am.

In many ways this is a good hotel.however, you get no sleep. You pay for air conditioning but can’t make it cooler than 25 degrees. Too hot to sleep. Complain every day but nothing happens. Both me and my husband just left the resort. It’s beautiful, just like the pictures. The service is amazing too, anytime you fall short of something, you ask, and they will get it for you.
It’s not too far from the markets or the mall, about 10 minute drive.
We recommend!!!
We didn’t get to say bye this morning or leave a tip, as the shuttle transfer for the airport, rushed us.

I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel and its staff.
The animation team, Yousra, Mario, Wafa, Loco and everyone else made this trip so special for my mum, me and my little boy. The animation team were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The animation team make this hotel so so special, I have never experienced customer service like it!
The chefs and staff in the restaurant were so amazing with my little boy who can be fussy at the best of times. They always made sure he had something he wanted, nothing was too much.
And lastly Muhammed and his team in the gnawa bar. The staff in his bar played toys with my little boy between serving drinks, they really made him and his happiness a priority. I have never been on a trip quite like my trip to this hotel. So much so that during my holiday I have already booked to come back next year.
Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime! I am so sad to be leaving in the morning but cannot wait to be entertained by all of the animation team next year!

Housekeeping are brilliant - I was unwell during my trip and she took extra care of me, bringing fresh water and checking in on me.

The hotel is massive and beautiful with lovely and picturesque view. We enjoyed walking around, spend time on the pool and noutished ourselves, food served is fantastic. I was not well but the ambience made me fell I am home, helped me with my therapy.

Overall had the best holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal!
The hotel was overbooked the first night so we had to stay at sister hotel down the road. Luckily we just wanted a relaxing evening after travelling and this done the job. Once we came back the next day the staff made sure we were looked after and offered free massage and room upgrade.
The suite we were upgraded to was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated.
The grounds of the hotel are well looked after and so clean, as were all the facilities we found.
The food was 4/5 for me personally I got quite bored but to be expected with most all inclusive resorts. They change some items every day so there is some variation and I’m sure even picky eaters can find something. Drinks were good and service in restaurants and bars was amazing!
Pools and spa were fabulous we had such a nice relaxing time!!
Would recommend to anyone for resort stay in Marrakesh and just a quick 10 min journey to the medina madness!

My husband, our two daughters, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The kids loved the 8pm mini disco, the water park, and the pools. On hotter days, like when it reached 33°C, the outdoor pool was perfect, though when it’s below 31°C it can feel a bit too cold for children.
The staff really made the difference. Bushra (Guests Relation Manager) and Soufiane (Front Desk Manager) went above and beyond for us, arranging vegetarian sandwiches and paninis, booking us into the Moroccan restaurant, and always checking in with a smile. Toward the end of our stay our children fell ill, and they were so kind, constantly asking after them and even arranging a free late check-out. Their care turned our holiday into something truly memorable. The wider staff across the restaurants and hotel were also very warm and attentive.
There are a few areas that could be improved: more daytime activities for children, more variety in vegetarian food (especially eggless desserts like ice cream included without extra cost), and a better selection of mocktails. The spa facilities could also be more guest-friendly, as there are extra charges for using the indoor pool and sauna.
Overall, we left with happy memories and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. Thanks to the wonderful staff and especially Bushra and Soufiane, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay at Eden Andalou — from start to finish, it was pure magic! The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. A group of eight of us visited the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa in Marrakech for a four-day, three-night break, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the hotel was nearly full on the day of our arrival, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. They gave us four rooms next to each other- that was nice. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The food was very nice and had ample selections.
Above all, what made this holiday enduring and enjoyable was the hospitality and caring staff. From the reception staff to the waiters and chambermaids, they are all overly friendly and accommodating. Especially the bar manager, Fouad, and the assistant bar manager, Hind, went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time.

From start to finish, this place was exceptional. The waiters and bar staff couldn’t do enough for you — attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The entertainment was spot on — lively, professional, and full of energy. The entertainment team are some of the friendliest, most fun people you’ll meet, and they had everyone up dancing and joining in every evening. The water park is fantastic — loads of rides, no queues, and great for all ages. Everywhere is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable.

This place is brilliant. We stayed for 10 nights from 22nd September 2025.
The staff are so friendly and helpful … and I have not found a grumpy one, which is unusual for an all inclusive.
Despite some reviews saying the drinks are weak we certainly did not find that and they were plentiful with the bar staff team topping you up and bringing you extras. The freshly roasted peanuts around the outside bar area are a super touch.
Food is great and as vegetarians lots of choice so well done the kitchen and restaurant staff.
The entertainment team were fun and did not push you to do things which is great.
If you want a massage then you can have it and the masseur does not really hassle you like some hotels do.
Rooms were clean and quite modern and the cleaners also did a great job.
Reception staff were really helpful and when we needed to book something helped us with a smile, also got our hot water working (although I think it was us) and topped up room essentials when we asked.
Let’s not miss out the gardening team who keep this place looking beautiful.
My special shout out is to Mustafa in the Sports bar, he was a credit to the team here making sure we were kept in drinks while watching football and ensuring our requested games were put on.
All in all you have a great hotel here for Morocco sun, Marrakesh and mountain visits and golfing holidays. To the management give your staff a big thank you as they do you credit.

The food was lovely and varied in the buffet restaurant and snacks bar. The stay includes a visit to the Moroccan restaurant which was peaceful, with love music playing and an incredible menu of authentic foods!
Drinks were always delicious and plentiful! The swim up bar is often busy, but drinks are made quickly and with a smile!
Good selection of pools and activities to do. We had a swim up room too which was a nice experience to have our own little space just outside our doors. You never had to fight for a sunbed (in fact they tell you not to reserve them with towels which is refreshing!). Was a nice touch to have a 'loud' and a 'quiet' pool for those who want involvement with the animation team and those who just want to chill.
The staff were also amazing - every single person we encountered was friendly, smiley, working incredibly hard and could not do more to assist you. Every housekeeper, gardener, chef, waiter, bar staff, reception staff and security guard was an absolute delight!

An unforgettable stay! The staff was so hard working and attentive, anything we asked for was made possible. The ambience of the hotel was magical we felt like in the movie Aladdin and also watched it at night in the hotel. So so magical … the location was beyond perfect everything was walking distance. What they could only improve is the breakfast since there was Köfte, chicken dish or pasta/ rice served in the morning which maybe just didn’t make sense to us but maybe it’s normal. The pool the rooftop the everything was beyond perfect. They even upgraded our room from a normal room to a big suit and decorated nicely since it was our honeymoon suit.

Before i start my review, l just have to give a massive special shout out to Mohammad who works at the main bar, he was the highlight of the holiday and he was so friendly. He is the best bar tender ever and the best member of the staff on the hotel! Thanks so much Mohammad for your service and for making lots of Sweet Lady's cocktails for me. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the relax pool has chill vibes and the big pool has lots of fun activities hosted by the great entertainment team.The staff were amazing they made the trip. The rooms were spotless clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. The food was amazing too and the chefs often came round asking if we're were enjoying the meals. One night the general manager came round at the evening entertainment to introduce himself.

Medina Gardens is a must stay if visiting Marrakech!
This was our home while in Marrakech and we didn't want to leave!
From the welcome drinks (hot Moroccan mint tea) to the friendly staff, we were made to feel at home on arrival, check in was easy and bags were taken to our rooms by the staff.
There are two lifts and stairs to all the room floors.
The main reception has plenty of comfy seating and is large with beautiful decoration.
There is a TUI desk which is staffed during the day to help with excursions and any other help needed. The main reception desk is staffed always and only need to dial 9 from your room for any advice or help.
The gardens are well maintained at the entrance and all throughout the hotel grounds.
There is a herb garden, beautiful trees and plants, an indoor fountain by the piano and an outside fountain by the shaded seating area.
Also I'm not sure if there were two peacocks but definitely saw one roaming the gardens, three tortoises we spotted in the bottom enclosed garden and a few cats catching the rays on the loungers!
There are two pools with loungers all around them, one relaxing pool near the back of the gardens which we used for an early swim before breakfast!
The biggest pool is right in front of you as you step out from the main building and plenty of other seating and there are daybeds close to it.
Honestly the hotel exceeded our expectations and everyone we met greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello or bonjour!

Entertainment varied and excellent. There is literally nothing not to like with this hotel. Its so relaxing yet so close to the city centre. We have already booked to return next year.

Currently staying at the Medina Gardens in Marrakesh. This hotel and the grounds are kept beautifully. The staff are an absolute credit to this establishment. They cannot do enough for you. Big shout out to the bar staff, in particular Jawad and Ahmed- they are exceptional. These guys work tirelessly and always have a smile on their faces. They take their time to get to know the customers, their names and their drinks and do all they can to make your stay so enjoyable.

Its a wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly, the animations team were great too. I would return here for sure. The food is amongst the best I have had at any hotel I've been to!! The pool is very clean and the gardens are very well kept and serene. Its a great hotel to explore the city from as you have the safety and familiarity of an all inclusive and it's only a ten minute walk to the souks for example.

This review is for the spa! There are not enough amazing words to speak on this place. I had the best time with my Hamann massage and my foot massage. Jessennia (or maybe Yessenia) did my hamann ritual and she was so sweet. The water temp she used was excellent and the exfoliation felt so good. She is really skilled and it felt like a nice lymphatic massage. Sakina did my hour massage and foot massage and her hands are heavenly. I never get comfortable enough to fall asleep during the massage but I did, she was so good. Thank you so much Sofitel spa. It was amazing! Everyone in my group enjoyed their services as well, with my friends giving a special thanks to Ilham and Asma.

We were asked for our names….they couldn’t find us!
We were asked for a booking reference which we gave…they couldn’t find it
We were asked for a confirmation email…..we had it
We were asked for payment confirmation….we had it
‘We can’t find you on the system….you’ll have to pay we are told!’
But we’ve already paid!!!!
We are told to ring our travel agent….it’s 10pm and we are in Morocco!
We had to pay pending it being sorted the next day!
We asked for a drink 3 times whilst we stood at reception for an hour and a half non turned up rather like our booking!
The Duty Manager turned up and realised there was a problem and quickly backed away….quality!
We are finally done at reception at 11.30pm
We go to the bar to order our own drinks and we order 1 large Beer, 1 Small Beer, a Coke and a still water
3 large Beers arrive and a fizzy water…we are too tired to argue
We go to our room a Mini Suite Room 219….it’s directly about a 3rd Bar that plays loud music until 2.30am
Basically don’t accept a City facing room…see other reviews!
Next morning at Reception …..Repeat as above! Basically Reception was no help at all and just left us to sort with the agents in the UK

One of our favourite spots in Marrakech! Not sure how there are so many low ratings on this restaurant as this is the second time I’ve been there. (I went last year too) As the service, cocktails and food are incredible. Depending on the time you go I think affects the atmosphere, as it seems to be busier the later you go. But it depends how you like it.
We all had the baby squid to start (incredible) and for main I had the lobster linguini - which could be the best I’ve ever had. My family had black cod, sole and steak. All very pleased with their meals.
We will definitely be back. I wouldn’t let the current 3.9 rating affect your choice of trying this place, I would go along and decide yourself.

Prices extremely high for what was on the menu. We ordered linguine with prawns - 385MAD. The food was nice but there were only three prawns. When the price is that high for a pasta dish you expect more… Service was quite slow but a pleasant chap. Come here if you have deep pockets!

I absolutely loved this place! I visited Marrakech for four days this July, and out of all the spots I tried, this restaurant was my favourite! The service was flawless and speedy, the food was so tasty, and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were stunning. I sat at the terrace with friends. Truly a 10/10 experience and evening to remember. As a devoted Moroccan tea lover (green tea with mint), I made it my mission to try tea all over the city and this one was hands down the best. I’ll be back in Marrakech this September, and this restaurant will be at the top of my list to revisit.

We made a reservation for five people in advance via our tour guide, and when we came here, the restaurant was almost empty, but still we were refused to be seated for a six person table, which was more spacious.
Instead we were assigned to tables that were round and tiny, on the corridor that was super narrow to the point an adult man could hardly walk normally, with the food kept passing over our head when the waiters passed by
Menu came with a QR code with japanese, south American, western fusion food. The main dish including the beef and tuna were just so-so, slightly better with the duck breast. The most tasty food was fried chips and smashed potatoes for a French restaurant. Amazing!
As time passed, heavy smoking inside the restaurant which was hard to bear with. Overall ~600dh per head for three starter, three mains and three cocktail.
All the staff except the manager were friendly, food was pricey and below expectation. If you are expecting authentic French food or fine dining, definitely not this place with this price. If you wish for nice place to chill, sorry there are many more options in Marrakesh.

The staff, food, room, spa, cleanliness...everything is absolutely beautiful!
The hotel is close to the old town and shopping, and will provide transport when needed. The food changed daily and is exceptional.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault anything. They go out of their way to make you happy.

Our experience at Kenzi Menara Palace was wonderful in every detail. Ayoub and the breakfast team were extremely kind and attentive, which made our stay truly special. At first a grand and beautiful grand hotel that ended up being rather disappointing. The rooms looked massive and luxurious at first, but as you start settling in, you see all the flaws. Bathroom was in a desperate need of maintenance, the towel hanger was broken, the shower hadn’t seen a good cleaning in a while either. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the AC wasn’t strong at all, which during a heat wave was quite unpleasant. The pool was lovely, although I didn’t understand why we had to pay 30 euros deposit for the towels? The end was also an unpleasant surprise - they had to send someone to each of our rooms to double check if we had anything from the mini bar - never seen anything like this and I found it extremely disrespectful.

My overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. The property is very nice and well-maintained, and the hospitality of the staff truly stood out. At the restaurant, the breakfast barista Jihane was exceptionally lovely,always smiling and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere each morning. The waiter Karim was also outstanding; he was very respectful, attentive, and consistently helpful, not only to us but to all the guests we observed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a great impression.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the beds. The bed in our first room was extremely uncomfortable, so we reported the issue and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the bed in the second room was even worse. I woke up each morning with back pain, which has persisted even after our stay. This significantly affected the quality of our rest and overall comfort during our visit.I sincerely recommend that hotel management inspect and replace the beds to ensure a comfortable and restful experience for future guests. This improvement would truly match the high standard of service provided by the staff.

We had a really relaxing break away with a couple of our friends. The hotel and facilities were just brilliant and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only down side was a bit if onsite maintenance being done at the pool on our final days. We returned from our holiday relaxed and refreshed. Fabulous... will make a return.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech. The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and from the moment you walk in, the lobby smells amazing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice and fresh, delicious options each morning. The spa treatments are also highly recommended – especially the massages. A special thanks to Ghislaine, who is truly exceptional at what she does!
The only small downside is that rooms located near the pool can sometimes be a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Le Grand Savoy Hotel Marrakech!

Hotel was neat and rooms were big with amenities.

I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Marrakesh.

This is our third two week trip here and it will not be our last. This is perfection for me and my husband. Chic, tranquil and utter relaxation.
The staff’s attentiveness is second to none. The food is gorgeous. The double bed sun loungers are supremely comfortable. We love having a treatment for a bit of decadence and some extra zen. It has a very decent gym. The rooms are beautiful, clean, pretty luxurious. Even more so if you go for a private pool. But there is always space to catch some rays, or a shaded corner to curl up with a book. I just love love love it here. Can’t wait till next year.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Whilst the whole experience was impressive, the standout for me was the quality of the service. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. By the end of my stay, they were very familiar to us and brought our usual coffee order without us even asking. My room was very clean, and any issues we had were sorted within the hour minutes.
The free transport into the centre of Marrakech was very helpful and made it easy and relaxing to get closer in to the city.
I would have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 7 nights as a family (my wife, two kids, and I) and had a great time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but they got us into our room within 40 minutes—and even gave us a free upgrade.
The pool was excellent, like a little oasis in the desert. Some people mention the location, but we didn’t find it an issue. It’s only about 20 minutes from the city center, and there’s a free shuttle running throughout the day.
Big thanks to Hamza in catering, Ahmid by the pool, and the cleaning team—everyone went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

If you like a lie in dont book room 108. Its over the gym and hearing the gym bunnies pounding the machines isn't a great way to start the day. Also some building work going on around with smoke blowing across the pool. Apart from those caveats a lovely boutique hotel.

One of the best 5 Star Hotels in Marrakech. You feel special and recognized from your first step into the reception. The suites are comfortable and clean. A wonderful pool & bar at the rooftop. Our room was well decorated for our special event . A special thanks to Ms. Hasna Qarrou & Ms. Kawtar Najiri for the wonderful services. From the reservation to the guest relation all was perfect.
A small negative point is the noise and the smell in the evening from the rooftop bar (specially the 3rd floor suites).

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights all staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful concierge (redone I think his name was) who helped us organise activities and transport through the week for the best prices. Receptionists were friendly and smiley.
In the hotel you have three deluxe pools, one in the basement in the spa which is heated, one on the ground floor near reception and one on the top floor with panoramic views of Marrakech where you can see the tallest mosque.
The general hotel was quite clean a few issues with things inside the room on arrival such as slightly dirty pillowcases & floors but was all rectified rather quickly once we mentioned.
The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient when we needed things for our room.
Unfortunately the other restaurants were not yet opened but we enjoyed food at the rooftop restaurant a few times which was quite nice. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, Nourdenne the manager always catered to my needs if he had seen i had been waiting for something for too long he would be straight over and was quick to help with menus and food recommendations. Rida was also amazing he was here every day we were here always with a smile and such a pleasant attitude, you can really tell the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and they pass off such positive energy. Additionally they sorted out a birthday cake for my mothers birthday which made her day!
The only things I would like to see improvement with if I were to come back would be; a bit more of a selection of food at breakfast and also for all food to have correct labels next to them as I ate something downstairs which was labelled Turkey quiche but it was in fact salmon and also the spa: when I had a massage treatment no health forms or anything were completed.
There are plenty Sun loungers across the pools in the hotels and the sun shines brightly on the rooftop.
A few live entertainers in the evening by the lobby and a bar downstairs too. A beautiful snooker table for entertainment which my family and I enjoyed using every night!!
Many restaurants near by (5-10 minute walk to most) and the hotel is located quite close to the airport no more than 20 minute drive. There is a currency exchange shop outside which was quite useful during our stay.
Overall an enjoyable stay and I would come back again and recommend people to stay.

Stumbled across this place tonight and what a lovely surprise it was. Lovely cocktails on the rooftop with our toddler, followed by an impromptu buffet dinner. Staff were so lovely and attentive, spoke great English, food was delicious and the band playing gave my son a lovely goodbye song. It’s an intimate place around a pool, with stunning views over the city. Will be going back!

Highly stylised hotel. We went there for dinner on the rooftop terrace. Food was superb (go for the Moroccan menu rather than Italian or Asian), service was really attentive and they made sure we kept warm as the sun went down. Spectacular view.

Honestly, this was an expectacular hotel, like one of the best in the world. The service was incredible, everyone was so polite and really enthusiastic to help us in everything. The rooms were really clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The food in the hotel was really good as the waiters were very polite. On the other hand, one complaint I have is that I saw many cats in the resort. Everything was fantastic, but seeing cats around while I’m having dinner was really uncomfortable. But , the hotel was absolutely incredible and everything was fantastic!

I want to start this off by saying that Neda - the duty manager is possibly one of the greatest hotel staff members we have ever come across. She was super engaged in my entire reservation process and made sure that our entire stay was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that all our needs were accounted for and went above and beyond in multiple occasions to make sure that our entire stay was 150%.
The hotel was fabulous- from housekeeping to the restaurants we had such a fantastic time. Special shoutout to the kids club lounge + the front desk team for helping us out. We also had an incident with my daughter really late in the night, and one person (i forgot his name) went out of his way to to make sure a doctor came to take care of us. Fantastic service all around.
100 percent recommend the property and can't wait to return to this magical property!
