Justice !!!I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your staff member. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, handled every request with efficiency and a smile, and truly elevated our stay. It is rare to meet someone who combines such high-level professionalism with genuine hospitality. He is a real asset to your team, and thanks to him our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great Staff & Value, But the Hotel Feels Stuck in the 90s I had a great stay at Hilton Jumeirah Palm and genuinely think it’s a strong value-for-money, no-frills option on the Palm. The staff are exceptional , truly 5-star level service. Everyone I interacted with was warm, attentive, and clearly very well trained. Hilton deserves real credit for the culture they’ve built here. That said, the property itself feels dated, especially considering it’s a fairly new build. Both the exterior and interior design have a strong 90s feel, and the overall architecture looks more like an older European beach resort than a modern 2025 Dubai hotel. The pool area is okay, but again, it feels more “Costa Brava 90s” than contemporary. This becomes even more obvious when you compare it with nearby places like SAN Beach, built around the same time but with far more taste and modern vision. It’s also telling that the Marriott next door is nearly identical, just with a different logo, which reinforces the sense that the original developers prioritised efficiency and cost over design and personality. One thing to be aware of: Barfly can be extremely loud on Saturdays until around 2 a.m. This is part of a wider trend in Dubai where some venues assume that louder music automatically means more atmosphere. In reality, loud doesn’t equal better, it just feels like a fast, commercially driven shortcut rather than thoughtful hospitality. Overall: amazing staff, great price, perfectly comfortable stay, but the hotel’s design, architecture, and sound management need a rethink to match the standards of modern Dubai. With a proper refresh, this could be a standout property.

We have stayed here 4 times in 2025, so we definitely like it! Really nice hotel, staff are very friendly and it has a good number of options as far as food and drink are concerned. A call out would be the pool bar where Antony is a stand out bar manager - lovely guy with a permanent smile! Great buffet breakfast in Mowsem, and Barfly rooftop restaurant and bar is a great location with really good Sushi!

The hotel was great across all areas. The food, bars, beach area are all excellent and the team that work here are all very good at looking out for hotel guests. In particular Zin, in housekeeping was delightful and kept our room pristine. Vardaan in the Executive lounge was exceptional. He is always looking to help and always has a smile and a warm welcome. He is an asset to Hilton and should be appreciated. Throughout our stay we were also helped and welcomed by Princess and Rachel in the Executive lounge, they are both great. We will definitely return for the sun, food, drinks and most importantly the fantastic service.

The services were amazing. I loved every moment I spent at the hotel. I loved the food as well. And the staff were great too. They were friendly, polite and always eager to help. Thanks to Bijith (restaurant manager), Ibrahim (security) and Sachin (cleaner), they made our visit memorable. Thanks to many other staff that I have not mentioned; they were all great. I hope to see them again on our next visit.
