We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Palma. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Posta at the Beach Restaurant. His service was absolutely outstanding – extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and truly enhanced our experience. Staff members like him make a big difference and reflect the high standards of the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The location is excellent: right next to the sea, and across the road there is a supermarket and several restaurants perfect when you have half board, as food and drinks outside the half board can be quite expensive in the hotel. One suggestion would be for the hotel to keep a bar open for a quiet drink until at least 00:30. Most bars and restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere closed rather early. What stood out the most, however, were the people working at the hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly. A special thank you to my friend Firoz from Bangladesh, who baked fresh pancakes and waffles every morning. He always greeted guests with a smile, asked about their experience, and truly makes the best fresh pancakes and waffles. Thank you, Firoz! I would also like to thank Enoc from the front office. He was very kind and helped us greatly, especially with the language. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you to everyone working at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cynthia is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked into Claw BBQ, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She’s warm, attentive, and has such a positive energy that instantly sets the mood. She handled everything smoothly, and made sure we were comfortable without ever feeling rushed. You can really tell she loves what she does, and it shows in how she treats guests.
