Shubham and sent from trader vice are really good . Pemba and Shreeya housekeeping are excellent the room is cleaned to an exceptional high standard thank you so much, extremely fantastic housekeeping staff the room was excellent standard of cleanliness. Soumen is excellent supervisor. All staff in the executive lounge are fantastic, service is exceptional good. Shirleen on beach is very helpful and great waitress. Thank you Ishanrhi and eddy in the beach are providing an excellent service every day. Every day we visited the executive club and the service was exemplary the staff Vardaan, Agos and princess on reception were superb their customer services is the best we have ever received. Can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the service from the staff was wonderful and genuinely welcoming. Sunset drinks at the Executive Club Lounge were a real highlight, watching the sun sink over the water while being looked after by Vardaan was unforgettable. His service was exceptional, and his local tips made us feel instantly at home. The family pool was brilliant, especially the swim-up bar, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained by Marife and Sumit. The food throughout our stay was fabulous, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. An excellent experience all round, we’ll definitely be coming back.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The food and service is what I’d expect from a hotel of this standard. We really enjoyed our stay. The King Guest room is a very good size, lots of room and storage space, the bed is huge. We were on the 7th floor and it was very quiet and peaceful. We went half board and you can use all the other restaurants with your HB credit of 150ead per person. The only restaurant that had a dedicated to HB menu was Trader Vics - go hungry. All restaurants are beautifully decorated and themed. Point to note, you have to pay for drinking water during dinner. A special mention to Sawani - housekeeping - she kept our room spotless, refreshed, and the coffee pods topped up. We had one small challenge when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready although the hotel was aware of our arrival time. While checking-in, we were told the hotel is not busy, our room isn’t ready, but we could upgrade to a room that was immediately available! I raised this with guest services and was told the manager, Josh, would contact me to discuss this, I was never contacted. Some additional local points that may help: Palms Monorail is temp out of service. You can’t walk to end of palms due to construction, only by car or taxi. Hiring a car for a few days is cheaper than getting a taxi/Uber.

We chose this hotel at the last minute, as we had planned to travel to another country. We chose Hilton because they had rooms available. This wasn't my first time staying at Hilton, so I didn't read any reviews about the hotel. The oddities began when we checked in. I was asked to pay a deposit for the minibar, which is strange for a 5-star hotel. When booking dinner for New Year's Eve, the manager listed my son's age as 3 instead of 13, even though my son was present when the booking was made. I was informed of this mistake when I entered the bar on the 13th floor of the hotel and was asked to pay extra for my 13-year-old son as an adult. For three people, we were served a mini chicken the size of a quail, one lobster (which was very spicy), one lamb rib, and mashed. Considering the appetizers before the main courses, this was basically enough. For dessert, there were two small cakes on one plate for three people. We had to ask for another dessert, which was not very pleasant. I didn't want to celebrate New Year's Eve with questionable sparkling wine from Australia, so I ordered a bottle of French champagne, which was seven times more expensive than in Spain. Overall impression of the hotel: new rooms, good cleaning, well-prepared and tasty food. The downside is the feeling that they don't trust you, constantly asking you to pay extra for something, a deposit for the minibar, as if you intend to run away without paying the bill, and overpriced cheap alcohol.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt very well taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and every space felt thoughtfully designed. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to the attentive service and peaceful environment, we were able to enjoy every moment of our time here. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
