Even amidst the rain, our time spent at the executive lounge proved to be truly remarkable. What elevated the experience even more was the exceptional service provided by Josh, RJ, Martha, and Rachael. Their warmth and friendliness made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. 10/10 with supernovas rating indeed! You should meet them and definitely love them! Their outstanding efforts truly enhanced our stay. On the top of that of course gazing at the breathtaking view of The Palm! It was truly an unforgettable memories to date!

Even though there was a miscommunication regarding the room reservation, it ended being a great experience. The supervisor (Maryam) was at the reception to clarify the room confusion issue. She even did an upgrade to sea view. She genuinely wanted us to be satisfied and enjoy our stay.
Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and very well trained. This is a very well managed facility with attention to every detail. It's our new favorite place in Dubai

The accommodations were luxurious. Our room had stunning views and was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
