Honestly brilliant experience! The hotel room is so excellent, all the service from the staff is great too! Brilliant service especially from Ahmed and Andrew, who really helped us so much. They really go out of there way to show you how much they care and also give out really nice gestures that go a long way. Another mention for Ashwin too, whose service was brilliant and just made our experience even better. The food as well, the breakfast and dinner - the staff are very accommodating and easy with food options and choices. Also definitely get the pizza, it’s unreal! Brilliant stay overall.

You won't find better. Across the board it's a 10. Some hotels might be 11's in one area and 6's in others. This place is just amazing. Not just the location and the beauty, but the staff. That's what makes it. Nothing is impossible here. They'll make your stay absolutely magical. From Susmita in housekeeping to Delly your personal host, everyone is so well trained and so keen to make your stay perfect. The breakfast every day was out of this world and again it's the staff that make it so. Book yourself a stay. You won't regret it.

This was my second visit to One&Only The Palm, but my first time staying at the resort and wow, what an experience! I had previously dined at one of their restaurants, which was amazing, but this stay truly took things to the next level. The room was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The ambiance of the whole property is calm, peaceful, and elegant a true escape from the city. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I had a wonderful stay and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again!

My recent stay at The One & Only Palm was nothing short of magnificent, and the difference was phenomenal services by Mr. Noushad. The facilities are beautiful, from the elegant rooms to the serene pool area, but it was the personalised attention and genuine care from the staff that elevated this trip into a truly memorable experience. Can’t wait to be back.

Room was impeccable. Very large room that can accommodate family, cot was very cute for baby and turn down service was amazing. General service was very friendly and attentive especially at breakfast. Breakfast food was delicious however room service let the food down. Overall amazing stay, will definitely come back!
