I had the pleasure of staying in a Junior Suite at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and every detail is carefully curated. The view from the room is stunning, and watching the sunset from the highest infinity pool in the world, with a breathtaking aerial view of Dubai, was one of the highlights of my trip. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, featuring a bar with delicious desserts – special mention to the strawberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delightful. The only downside was that the windows in the suite were quite dirty, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy the view from the room. However, this did not diminish the overall quality of the stay. A special mention goes to concierge Douglas Meneses, who stood out for his exceptional professionalism. With his attentive gaze, he was helping guests even before they asked – he noticed I was looking for something from meters away and immediately assisted me with a smile and genuine availability. Truly outstanding service. Kudos also to Vera, who was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai, where service excellence, comfort, and unforgettable moments come together.

Address Beach Residences JBR is truly a top-notch place to stay in Dubai. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with private access, surrounded by a wide variety of food outlets, and offering stunning views of the Marina and Bluewaters Island. What really stands out are the world-class amenities, from the gorgeous infinity pool to the fully equipped gym and relaxing spa. The nightlife scene around JBR is vibrant, with plenty of lounges, beach clubs, and entertainment spots just a short walk away. Perfect for both relaxation and fun — highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Dubai living!

Terrible service and constant lies Rating: 1/5 Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Right from check-in, we encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from a front desk employee named Melek. I specifically asked whether the room had a sea view, as stated in the booking, and she assured me that it did. In reality, the view from the 3rd floor was of a gravel-covered rooftop with outdoor furniture belonging to neighbors. I had also requested twin beds, but we were given a room with a single mattress. Melek spent no more than a minute checking us in, saying she was leaving soon. When I went back to the front desk to complain after seeing the room, she was still there but pretended not to see me. The windows in the room were dirty (photo attached). The hotel charges a deposit of 500 AED per day — we stayed for three days, so we had to leave a deposit of 1500 AED. We had to exchange USD just to cover it. They told us at the front desk that there are 8 restaurants on-site where you can charge to your room. But when we went to a place like Osh, we found out it’s not affiliated with the hotel at all, and we had to pay separately. When we asked again which restaurants are actually part of the hotel and allow room charges, only then were we informed that the restaurants on floor M and floor 73 are also not part of the hotel. This is clearly a pattern of misinformation. We ended up going to the Japanese restaurant on the 77th floor, and after dining there, we felt sick all day — classic symptoms of food poisoning. The dinner for two at Osh cost us 1,380 AED, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel. Everything is against you — lies, unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, food poisoning. Even one star feels too generous. all the restaurants that belong to the hotel and can be booked for the room to use the deposit are not tasty, they are empty and no one goes there. And you are forced to change dirhams upon check-in, and upon check-out, since you did not use them, change them back.

Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and always impeccably clean, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the infinity pool on the top floor, a true paradise with an incredible view of the city and the sea. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset in a unique atmosphere. The dining experience was also excellent, with delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and service that was always attentive and discreet. Every meal was a real treat. A special thank you to the entire staff, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. From the valet parking team, always efficient and welcoming, to the housekeeping staff, who took care of our room with delicate touches, and the reception and restaurant teams—everyone contributed to making this experience absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Dubai, with great service, a fantastic location, and top comfort, the Address Beach Resort Dubai is definitely a great choice. We can’t wait to return!
