The most perfect stay. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and we loved it. All staff are so friendly and helpful always going out their way to engage in a conversation with you. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very attentive especially the staff around the pool. The hotel was extremely clean and the maids would be in cleaning your room everyday to a top standard. The hotel gives you free complimentary bottles of water in your room everyday which I found this to be such a lovely gesture. We come back to our room one day with a lovely surprise left in the room by the staff, it was a photo of us which was edible with some cake. This really made our holiday was so kind by the staff involved. The hotel itself is very modern and beautiful and the facilities are great. The views from the pool area are amazing with the pool itself being a standout facility for me it's so big and the temperature of the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. We loved the lazy river as well. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic which such a wide variety of foods catered for everyone. Me and my partner are already planning a visit back here we loved it that much.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is stunning, with excellent amenities including both indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, and a relaxing lazy river. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, offering a great variety of dishes. A special thanks to Gayatri for making my friend’s birthday truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond with beautiful decorations and a surprise cake. We were touched again when the restaurant staff brought out another surprise cake during breakfast. The thoughtfulness and hospitality were incredible. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I recently stayed at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and absolutely loved my experience. The view from the hotel is breathtaking — waking up to the stunning skyline and the calm waters of the Palm is something truly special. The food was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. The location is fantastic too. Being right on the Palm makes it so easy to reach many of Dubai’s top attractions, and the private beach is a perfect spot to relax away from the city buzz. Finally, the service really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Dukes The Palm if you’re looking for a place that combines great views, delicious food, a prime location, and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service, manners and welcome were impeccable. Super location, great amenities and the beach area is simply superb. The food, both breakfast and dinner, is among the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. The choice is incredible and the quality is simply wonderful. Something to suit every discerning taste. (Congratulations to the chef(s)! ) Comfort and luxury at a very affordable price. Looking forward to returning to Dukes The Palm as it has everything and more that you could ever need for a perfect break.

This is the first time back in Dubai since the late 80’s and bringing my family along so this hotel and palm wasn’t even here at the time. The rooms were fantastic and the staff have been absolutely faultless! My family can’t thank the management and team enough. We had interconnecting rooms and both rooms were brilliant for our family. The pool area was great to be in and around including having great access to the beach. The fact that you also have a mall within a 5 minute walk with food, cinema and shopping helps after a nice meal at the GBR restaurant. All in all it’s a great base for our family with as much amenities as you would want.
