This is my second stay, and it's only getting better. Everything was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing, especially the Egyptian employee from the night shift. I have only one comment regarding the service at the beach: there is no service at all. Unfortunately, we stayed for hours without any service. The service is only available at the swimming pool. They kept telling us the service would come to us, but no one came until we left.

We are very excited about the hotel! The suite was a dream, great furnishings and size! Thanks for the nice surprises!! very nice! The staff throughout the hotel were very, very nice and helpful! You can't find that in Europe! Very, very clean everywhere and the food was varied and good! we will be back!

first and foremost, this hotel is one of the best and raised my standards as an local to a much higher degree. this hotel has amazing views in all of the rooms as i was here 4+ times. the staff are very welcoming and friendly and they assist you properly and provide the best experience. the vibes itself is exciting and everyone seems very happy. the coffee in the lobby is very good and if you’re sitting in the lobby/lounge, you might here the staffs laughing and talking which in very good and it’s nice to hear people conversing and having fun. genuinely this hotel is beautiful and the decor even the smell is absolutely amazing.

Great hotel, very clean , lost a point on location , also as our checkout was at 1am we obviously missed breakfast so asked if we could have breakfast when we arrived after travelling all night, but was told no. We would have to pay for it. Which I think was mean as we paid for 3 nights half board. So that should be 3 breakfasts and 3 meals!! Would recommend this hotel but personally would choose somewhere on the marina next time.

Elegant hotel with a 5 star service and amazing location. The staff were very hospitable and friendly, Mr. Ahmed at the reception gave us welcoming gift, a massage coupon in addition to room upgrade and offered a late check-out, which I absolutely loved! A return is a must as I am a happy guest!
