Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Dubai The Palm Hotel, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of the duty administrator, Ramzan. My room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean, with amenities that provided a sense of absolute comfort. I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast at La Coco Family restaurant by the pool and the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone’s throw from Nakheel Mall. This proved to be a great advantage, making my stay even more enjoyable. The entire stay was filled with tranquillity and delight, and I can confidently say that I will return here again. Thank you to the Andaz Hotel staff for their hospitality and high level of service! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz. Firstly, the food is incredible. We stayed half board and you can choose whether you have lunch or dinner, which is really handy. You also get unlimited soft drinks free with meals. Every meal time there was so much on offer and all so fresh and cooked to a high standard. The service was also brilliant; the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. The rooftop pool is really chilled with nice vibes and lastly the location is great with the palm on your doorstep and a short taxi ride to Downtown.

We recently spent a week at the Andaz by Hyatt on Palm Jumeirah and overall had a pleasant experience, with a few areas for improvement. From the start, the hotel reception stood out — the staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are modern, stylish, and well-maintained, and housekeeping was truly excellent — attentive and thorough without being intrusive. Room service was also efficient and up to standard. Breakfast was generous and fresh, though the lack of variety over the days became noticeable. It would be great to see a bit more creativity or rotation in offerings, particularly with items like muesli, pastries, and fruit, which remained unchanged daily. Lunch at the pool area was a letdown. The menu felt uninspired, and the service didn’t match the 5-star branding. The pool itself, though visually appealing, suffers from an awkward layout. Even during times of low occupancy, finding a comfortable spot was oddly difficult. The beach area is adequate but not especially memorable, and it’s situated at a bit of a distance from the main hotel, which detracts slightly from the convenience. Despite these shortcomings, the Andaz still offers great value. Its modern design, newness, and genuinely attentive staff in key areas make it a property I’d be happy to return to — especially for its ambiance and overall comfort.

What an incredible hotel! My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The staff were nothing short of 10/10—they were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to revisiting in the near future. Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality—please keep up the great work!

Based on the palm, and opposite the Nakheel mall which is helpful if you want to get some alternative fast food. The rooms are nice, hotel itself is nice.but the sea view room is over a car park and other buildings before you actually see a small beach. It is not what you expect, which is a beach relatively close to the building. You need to walk a good 150 meters to reach the beach. Also if you have the privacy sign up on your room, expect them to want to inspect your room for "security reasons" if it's up for 2 consecutive days, even if you have answered the phone or called them for room service. Some what outrageous.
