We are currently checked in this property, it was amazing place no doubt. But i would like to emphasize the staff on how they handle customer service. I was trying to call the reception ( 4x ) in long wait but no one picked up. Finally on our last try someone answered namely Ms. Manisha in customer service, i had informed her about the long wait but didn't get any comments and she proceed asking of what i need. I ask her about the billiard area’s floor as they have it in the hotel but we forgot the floor. But she had clearly answer that they don't have it in the hotel. ( making us feel fooled ). Kindly please give an extra hand to the staff regarding the hotel areas and please be polite next time as i was asking it nicely. Thanks
