I must say its a great place and believe that it can be better . first I was rateing it 1 star bad . however I decide to re rate with 4 stars which is very good and can be better . I will start with the bad things which can be solved hopefully from the managment ( as they promised ) I have 3 concerns . the F&B staff some times not friendly . they need to be more energetic and flexible . The lunch buffet need a lot of improvment as its not a 5 star buffet ( very limited choices and poor quality excempt the roasted lamb leg as it was perfect ).the third concern is the beach cleanness as it was super dirty and full of rocks . Now coming to the 6 geat points . 1. Splash water park . 2. Breakfast buffet . 3. Aqua Gym by coach Mousa 4. The swimming pool 5. The peacocks 6. the house keeping and reception staff

We enjoyed the spacious, well-lit room with thoughtful amenities. The staff fulfilled our arrangement request carefully, and we appreciated the resort’s generosity with supplies. Exploring the beach and garden was delightful 🏝️, enhanced by the charming presence of peacocks 🦚. However, the room was inexplicably cold, despite turning off the AC and keeping the balcony door closed. Additionally, the noise from the next room was disruptive due to a connecting door, and the restriction on ordering food from outside was disappointing.

So this place is an absolute gem. Don’t be worried by how isolated it appears on the journey in, it’s just 25 mins from the Dubai marina and lots of Ubers in close proximity.
Something for everyone here, hold, tennis, gym, pools, water sports, horse riding, pools (so many pools), snooker, badminton, kids playgrounds and even cats and peacocks!
The foods great, drinks are well made.. I just love it here.
Fundamentally it’s the staff and the rooms that are the icing on the cake. Beds turned down daily, that’s missing from a lot of hotels these days..
The staff cannot do enough for you, they are truly wonderful. That made the stay effortless and frictionless.
I will return here!

The hotel is extremely overpriced for the services and quality, the half board option for the dinner was very bad as the options in the Ibn Majed restaurant were limited and we were not sure how they calculated the invoice.
