‏my experience at the hotel was fantastic in every way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything from a pool and gym to relaxing areas. ‏The staff were always friendly and helpful, which greatly contributed to my comfort during my stay. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Ibrahim & Miss Sheena at the reception for their warm welcome and assistance. Additionally, Mr Babu & Mr Raju, the golf cart drivers, were exceptional . ‏The food was delicious and varied, with options to satisfy all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

Took my 2yo for a 2night stay, our first and last time we will never come back. The rooms are pretty decent but we are definitely not used to the service here, it has been non existent. So if you’re ok with just staying in the room and doing your own thing you may enjoy the place. They also have a strict rule on food policy no outside food is allowed and nobody told us that. We had the food at the hotel (frozen pizza, frozen fries they were undercooked and inedible, everything was dry) menu is extremely limited so IMO they have no right at all to have a no outside food policy. My 2YO wouldn’t eat anything on the menu. Nothing is open at 17:30 apart from the captain’s bar and food there horrible dry service absolutely non existent it was total chaos over there you have to yell to get attention I have never in my life had to do that wherever we went. Admitedly we have only been to more well established places (jumeirah, st Regis, four seasons, mandarin) If you’re happy with just enjoying your room and beach with minimal service this is your place With a 2yo you need a buggy to get around and every single time we have called for one nobody came

The best family holiday we have ever had! We stayed at JA Palm Tree Court Dubai this August for 10 days and what a truly unforgettable experience it turned out to be. The service we received from day 1 to day 10 was impeccable, rooms were stunning, the activities on the resort were endless and the best thing of all was the Concierge buggy service which was available all day to take us from A to B anywhere on the resort as many times as we liked, all for free. Concierge are available 24/7 by room phone. We had 15 restaurants to choose from with our half board package and the variety of food was endless. 5 star really brought with it high quality food and dessert. So many pools to choose from all offering different things, kids waterpark and the list goes on! A 1 million square meter resort, you can start to imagine the scale of this place. And at the heart of the resort is a stunning golf course. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you’re thinking about staying here, Do it! We will certainly be returning.

Relaxing Resort Stay with Excellent Service – Highly Recommended We recently stayed at JA The Resort – JA tree court palm Villas, part of the JA Resorts collection, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. While the location is a bit far from the city center — which might be inconvenient without a car — this also means you’re treated to a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the noise. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, this is definitely the place. The staff were extremely respectful and service-minded, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our villa was modern, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view. One of the charming aspects of the resort is the presence of peacocks and small animals that roam around freely in the garden areas, adding a magical touch to the surroundings. Guests staying at the resort have free access to all facilities across the JA resort complex, which is a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of high-quality, carefully selected options. It felt thoughtfully curated rather than overwhelming. For dinner, we tried the buffet at JA Lake View Hotel, which was generous in variety and had some very tasty dishes. While some items could benefit from a bit more quality refinement, the desserts were especially outstanding. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-serviced stay. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, and the entire resort feels like a well-kept secret far from the hustle and bustle.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Tree Court for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was beautifully uncrowded, which provided the perfect atmosphere for the relaxation we were craving. The amenities are top-notch, with something for everyone to enjoy. Our son had a blast exploring the different swimming pools, especially the splash pad, which he couldn’t get enough of. Breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was pristine, bright, and airy, and the QR code system for booking anything we needed worked seamlessly. A top tip: don’t miss out on the golf buggy transport—it’s a great way to get around, especially since the hotel is quite large. All in all, it was a trip full of cherished memories, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
