We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. The sea view room was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. The service was excellent - a big thank you to CM, Juliet, Bidan, Roni, Raju and many more for making us feel so welcome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a relaxed, friendly vibe, and the food was really good as well. The only downside is the noise from the nearby beach clubs at night - sleeping without earplugs can be a bit tricky. Overall, a really great experience and definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at voco The Palm. It’s smaller and much calmer than the big hotels nearby, which we loved. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling. Food is great, rooms are very clean, and overall it’s highly recommended. The biggest highlight for us was the private beach: calm, clean, and well taken care of. Special thanks to the lifeguards/hosts Roni and Bidan—amazing smiles, super helpful, and very kind. The only downside is a lot of noise in the evening and late at night from nearby beach bars, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel provides earplugs.

We stayed at voco Dubai The Palm from January 10th to 19th, and it was our second wonderful visit. The location is absolutely perfect for us — with the opportunity to enjoy breakfast outside in the sun, a private beach area, a lovely promenade for leisurely walks, and a heated rooftop pool with sea views. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the entire team. From the very first welcome at the reception, we were greeted with kindness and genuine hospitality. Every single staff member we met was attentive, caring, and radiated positive energy — which makes a real difference and instantly creates a feeling of comfort and belonging in this almost friendly atmosphere. At breakfast, our favorite table and our oat milk cappuccino were quickly remembered and prepared almost without words each morning. We would like to mention Khai and Facia at the restaurant reception for their warm hospitality. Our room was perfectly taken care of by Raju, who ensured everything was just as we needed. By the pool, Samiullah, Roni, and Mobarak made sure we were comfortable, adjusting the umbrellas whenever needed, while the pool bar team — Akhil, Ken, Mandip, Aziz, and Diana — kept us refreshed with their cheerful service. We would have loved to list every single person at the restaurant by name, but unfortunately, we don’t know them all — please consider this a big thank you to each and every member of the team for making our stay so special. The people truly make the difference here. It’s a wonderful experience to see such an international team working together on such a high level. We spent a week during Christmas holidays with our family at this small, elegant, and refined hotel, ideally located for enjoying both the beach and the city. The area can be noisy in the evenings, as there are several nightclubs along the seafront that stay open until late. The rooms are clean and offer a beautiful sea view. I do not recommend booking a room for three adults, as the third bed is inadequate, and the proposed upgrade still includes a folding bed as an extra bed. The staff are kind, professional, and warm, although sometimes they lack punctuality and efficiency. The food at the restaurant is of excellent quality, with an à la carte menu; however, full board is not recommended due to the limited variety of the menu. The beach is comfortable, never too crowded, and the staff are extremely helpful. We would especially like to thank Roni and Bedan for their care and kindness. The pool is small but offers a breathtaking view of the bay and incredible sunsets. Overall, it is an excellent place for those looking for comfort in a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at voco The Palm Dubai. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well located, and has a relaxed yet premium atmosphere. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall vibe of the place made the stay truly enjoyable. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. A special thank you to Hany and Awais from the concierge team, they were absolutely outstanding. Always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, from recommendations to arrangements.
