We spent one and a half weeks at the Voco Hotel The Palm, and it was an absolutely wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by everyone. The food, the rooms, and the location were simply breathtaking. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make sure all wishes are fulfilled – truly outstanding service! The Team from Facia spoiled us with amazing food and always made sure we got our favorite table. A very special thank you goes to Roni, who provided the best service at the beach and, with his kind and attentive nature, made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Voco team!

We had a truly wonderful 5-day stay at the Voco Palm. This intimate boutique hotel offers a warm, personal touch—you're not just another guest here. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by name at every interaction, a testament to the Voco Team’s exceptional attention to detail. Our room was generously sized, extremely comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The dining options were varied and delicious, and every meal was matched by outstanding service. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from every team member. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay. A special mention must go to the amazing pool team—Aziz, Khai, Khen, Samiullah, and Mubarak—who went above and beyond to take care of us daily. We’ll absolutely be returning. A first-class experience all around, delivered by a truly outstanding and friendly team.

We spent one week at Voco Dubai the Palm and from the moment we checked in we were welcomed by everyone. The management team were able to upgrade us to a beach view with no hassle, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, good selection of food, amazing views, private beach and a short walk from the Palm Jumeriah Mall. We would like to thank the management team, front desk team and room attendants team, Amelie, Gopi, Marat, Anu, Sabbir, Ahmed, Shifa, Ei, Sharjeel, Sheila, Indra, Hany, Prasanth, Osman, Roni, Mubarak, Mercy and Julie who went above and beyond, they are always willing to help and can have friendly conversations with them too. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome, great hospitality and service. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. First of all, I want to mention Pinki from the security team — she’s one of the most helpful and kind staff members I’ve met. She always assists me in getting a taxi and gives great suggestions for locations and directions around Dubai. Her polite and friendly attitude makes every guest feel comfortable and safe. The hotel itself is beautiful — the location is perfect with stunning views of the Palm, the food is delicious with many options, and the staff are all professional and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at voco Dubai The Palm — special thanks to Pinki for her amazing service and positive energy! 🌴✨

I had a very nice stay at voco The Palm. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and a great swimming pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the staff – they were extremely helpful and friendly at every stage. From the valet and luggage assistance to room service, reception, and the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I don’t remember all the names, but Hany, Sam, and Merat were especially kind and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend voco The Palm for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Dubai.
