We were incredibly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded all expectations. Juliet, Kavi, and Sushi from the restaurant and beach service were absolutely wonderful — always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. They made every meal and every moment at the beach truly enjoyable. Surendra, who helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, was extremely kind and informative. He explained everything to us clearly and made us feel welcome right from the start. We spent a week here as two friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday. Everything was grand, perfect, and simply wonderful. We were extremely positively surprised by the whole experience and would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. This was definitely not our last time here — we will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Voco The Palm. We came third week of October, as a group of 15 for my mum’s 60th birthday. The location was great - we loved having our breakfast outdoors, having the lovely strip/ promenade to walk around and having free beach access. The breakfast was tasty, the staff were amazing and my mum was kindly given a room upgrade as a lovely birthday gesture! She loved it! And also loved the complimentary room decoration. I’d specifically like to say a HUGE thank you to: • Hossan and CM at reception - who warmly welcomed us all, as we all arrived on different days. They were so helpful and tried to accommodate our room requests. • Chef Reggie - we absolutely loved meeting you chef. My family were very excited to learn he was from the same place as us. He made breakfast extra special! • The lovely ladies & gentlemen who served us with such patience and grace at breakfast every morning - Shifa, Mercy, Sam, Rayindu & Runa. • a special shout out to Runa, who helped me take some lovely photos on my last morning at breakfast! They came out so pretty. • Sam, for his help with our luggage and ordering taxis throughout our stay • the young man who covered our housekeeping, I sadly don’t remember his name but he was also very kind and helpful. • Athar, the sales manager - who helped me pre-plan the hotel booking! It was nice to meet you in person We hope you enjoyed the birthday cake we left for the team. We had a really enjoyable 7 night stay at the hotel and wanted to highlight a few things that truly stood out. First and foremost, the staff were excellent—consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt with every request. A special shout-out to the team at Maison Mathis, who made our mornings something to look forward to. Their breakfasts are outstanding, and the poached free-range eggs on toast were perfect every time. We also tried a couple of light meals there, all very good. Big thanks to Juliet, Shiela, and Ei for their pleasant service and great attitude throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and well set up, and the front desk team quickly accommodated our request to switch from twin beds to a king—much appreciated. Housekeeping was also excellent, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Jabed and the HK team surprised us with a beautifully crafted towel swan that genuinely made us smile. We like the location at the base of the Palm. The traffic can be tough in the evenings especially weekends, and there’s some construction next door, but once that’s wrapped up the setting will be absolutely ideal. The convenience to the Monorail and Palm Jumeirah Mall is a major plus. Overall, a very positive stay thanks to the wonderful team, comfortable rooms, and strong amenities. We look forward to returning!

What a beautiful hotel with equally beautiful staff members. Everyone went out of their way to make our holiday such a perfect one. The room are spotless and the facilities are excellent. The food and drink at the hotel were delicious. I’m now a massive fan of mint lemonade but I suspect it won’t quite have the same taste back in England, where it is currently 6 degrees. :-( We’d also like to extend a very special thank to both Hany and Sam who went above and beyond for both of us. Nothing was too much trouble. You are both beautiful souls who just helped make our experience even better. We hope to return to Dubai in the future and will not hesitate rebooking here. ❤️
