My recent stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel. Impeccable Service and Cleanliness I must specifically commend the housekeeping staff for their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness. The work done by Yonah, Arafat, and Devinder was outstanding. My room was consistently spotless, making my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Their efforts truly elevated the experience. Culinary Delight and Breathtaking Views The food and service in the Club Lounge on the 26th floor were nothing short of spectacular. The selection of dishes was delicious, and the dining experience was made even better by the great view overlooking the city skyline. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy top-tier hospitality. Unbeatable Location and Convenience The hotel's location is excellent, especially for shopping enthusiasts or those who prefer convenience. The direct interior access to the adjacent Festival City shopping mall is a game-changer. Being able to walk directly into the mall without needing to be exposed to the outside weather is a huge benefit, offering seamless access to shopping and dining. Overall, from the outstanding staff to the superb facilities and perfect location, this hotel delivers a premium experience. I look forward to returning soon.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Check-in and check-out were very quick and professional – special thanks to Georgina. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The pool area is fantastic, and we were especially well taken care of by Tushara, Innocent, and Mahesh. The lounge on the 26th floor is excellent, offering a great breakfast, a relaxing afternoon tea, and delicious evening snacks and drinks. A big thank-you to the lounge team, especially Yankee, Ali, and Allen. The rooms are comfortable and spacious – overall, a truly enjoyable stay

A super incredible dining experience at Anise!! Had dinner with friends and it honestly exceeded our expectations. Every dish was bursting with flavor and the buffet was presented so beautifully. Ajay and Thandal were amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making the whole visit unforgettable. I loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

The cleaning service at this hotel was top-notch. My room was always spotless and well-organized. The housekeeping staff were efficient, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. My wife and stay at Intercontinental Dubai Festival City several times a year when visiting Dubai. This latest stay was a short visit, but as always we were very happy. My Ambassador status was recognised on arrival and we were allocated our room. Whilst waiting for the room we took refreshments in the Club Lounge and were looked after by their friendly team where nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the stay on each visit to the Lounge we were warmly welcomed by Yanky, who is a real credit to the hotel, ensuring guests needs are taken care of always with a warm smile. We would also like to recognise Ali, Rakan, Godhelp and Pan for their excellent hospitality. There was a slight delay as we needed to change rooms from the initial allocation, but the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally by Wadih from the Club Lounge reception. The food in the Club Lounge is excellent. A wide variety on offer at breakfast, both from the serve yourself cold buffet and the made-to-order hot items from the kitchen. Afternoon tea is a real treat with a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Evening canopes offers an excellent chance to relax with some cocktails / beer whilst choosing from the delicious selection of canopes. The hotel is well located next to Festival City Mall with its wide selection of shops and restaurants, a short trip from the airport and Downtown Dubai. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of sunbeds and attentive care by pool attendants like Innocent who met us with cooled refreshments which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai.
