I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the check-in and check-out experience with Mr. Amir from Egypt was seamless and welcoming. A special mention also goes to the Lebanese lady at the front desk whose kindness and professionalism stood out, even though I didn’t catch her name. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great amenities. Breakfast was excellent—everything was thoughtfully covered with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel is top class and the food at breakfast was excellent. With the Mall right next door and many restaurants to choose from, finding a meal to suite your budget was easy. Special mention must be given to all the hotel staff, who provided very good service with such friendliness. Rizwann was attending to cleaning our room every day. He was so polite, meticulous and like all the staff we encountered, everything was done with a such big smile and such enthusiasm! Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here, customer service is splendid. Young man who works at the desk night shift was really helpful since it was my first time here, very calm and informed. Kudos bro 👏🏼 The workers are very friendly, the place is sparkling clean, the food is great. The concierge, valet. Honestly, they all 10 star guys. Thank you for making my stay memorable, I'll be back very soo.

Great stay from start to finish. The entrance hall is super impressive and has beautiful decorations with very high ceilings. The rooms are spacious and have all needed amenities. I really liked the bathtub with the views out of the window and the bathroom area generally speaking. The little lounge couch in the room is super relaxing and invites to read while looking out of the window. The breakfast offers a lot of variety of food. However, I have to say inside it is very noisy and gives a bit of a canteen vibe but I sat outside for breakfast with views over the water and it was stunning. Generally breakfast is very busy inside. The hotel has a decent gym but could have a bit more equipment but there is a trainer 24/7 and they were all super kind and helpful. The pool is very nice and has a nice infinity kind of like pool. Overall I did not experience the spa but it looked very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it is Lao super convenient as it has direct access into the mall which enabled quick and hassle free shopping especially in the morning hours when it just opened.

Yet another excellent stay at IC DFC. I have been here on many occasions both on business and with family. Service is always first class and as Diamond Elite, staff always go the “extra mile”, along with upgrades and other perks. Special thank you to the Executive Lounge staff, including Lucy and Fatima on reception, top staff - Yankee, Ali, Diane, Shatra and Rakan, all a credit to the hotel on exquisite service and fabulous cocktails. Compliments to the Chefs on excellent breakfast and evening buffet / canopies. Well done and congratulations all, keep up your amazing work 👏👏👏👏
