Exceptional Service by Saroj & Rachel – A Truly Memorable Stay! Our group of over 1300 tourists from Goldmedal Electricals Pvt Ltd, India had an incredible experience in Dubai, staying at both InterContinental and Crowne Plaza. I personally stayed at the InterContinental, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The reception and help desk staff were exceptionally friendly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the lobby had the perfect balance of being quiet yet vibrant. The room service team was excellent, ensuring that every time we returned from our day tours, our room was always neat, tidy, and filled with a refreshing breeze. A special mention to Saroj and Rachel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their gracious smiles, prompt assistance, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Their hospitality reflects the high standards of service at InterContinental. We recently stayed at InterContinental Dubai Festival city, an IHG Hotel for a family getaway, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating—not just to us as adults, but also to our two children, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging extra towels for the kids, giving us local recommendations, or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, their warmth and professionalism were clear every step of the way. It felt like they genuinely cared that we were having a good experience. The food was another highlight. We tried both the buffet and à la carte options, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. There were plenty of kid-friendly choices too, which made mealtimes easy and enjoyable for all of us. My wife especially appreciated the healthy options and fresh juices in the mornings, while I couldn’t get enough of the desserts. The pool area was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. Our kids loved the shallow areas. There were plenty of loungers and shaded spots, so we never felt crowded or rushed. It was the perfect place to unwind in the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing or beach walks. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering how lively the hotel can get. Housekeeping kept everything in perfect order, and we always returned to a neat and refreshed space after our daily adventures. Overall, the Hotel made our family vacation feel truly special. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and care we received, and we’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip. Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay! I had a great experience attending the Ramadan Iftar at Intercontinental Hotel Dubai. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food spread was impressive, with plenty of traditional dishes and fresh options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a wonderful place to celebrate Iftar with family or friends. The Hotel offers plenty of parking space, making it convenient for guests who drive. There's ample valet service, and the parking area is spacious, so you won't have trouble finding a spot. It’s definitely a plus if you're attending events like Iftar or staying overnight.
