So we had a shisha at Morgan's and it was amazing. It was just we needed after a long day working. Ibrahim made the shisha. Not too harsh and nice on your throat. Would recommend this place. The atmosphere was very lively. Music was not too loud so was able to have a conversation. The service from the staff at morgan's was also very good.

I had the pleasure of dining at Salt & Pepper today, and it was an amazing experience! I enjoyed spending my Sunday sitting outdoors on the terrace, soaking up the sun. The food is not only delicious, but there’s a wide array of food to choose from the buffet, for everyone with every appetite. The staff was accommodating with my nut allergy as well, which meant a lot to me. The restaurant is gorgeous, it was a true luxury brunch and I feel very happy and satisfied, and even glowing after coming here. Thank you!

I stayed here as a treat for new year's eve and was not disappointed! The view of the city skyline allowed for a magnificent and hassle free way to see the fireworks. Morgan's gastro pub offers tasty meals with excellent non-alcoholic cocktail options. I loved the varied options at the hotel's breakfast buffet. The room was super comfortable and spacious. What really stood out was the incredibly warm, friendly and helpful nature of all the staff - full credit to the special team who work here. I hope to be back soon.

We stayed at Rotana on the Arjaan side for almost two years with our toddler, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What made our time there so special was the impeccable service from every department. We met so many wonderful people along the way, and each of them played a part in making the hotel feel like home. The housekeeping team — Krishna, Ali, Ahmed, Shyam, Nabaraj, and the rest — genuinely became part of our family. Their exceptional care, attention to detail, and constant thoughtfulness made our daily life so comfortable. They always anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect for the week ahead. Every time we returned from our outings, we were greeted with the warmest smiles from Abid, Manoj, Amit, Lokman, Rajan, and Mehari. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for every single day. They even went above and beyond when it was time for us to move out, making a difficult transition feel smooth and supported. We recommended this hotel to our family many times, and they loved staying there too — especially enjoying Gusto and Morgan’s. If I’ve forgotten to mention anyone by name, please forgive me; so many incredible people made our stay unforgettable. We miss this hotel dearly because the people there became like family to us. We made lovely memories there and would love to return again soon. Thank you for making our time there so special, especially for our baby.
