Great hotel with outstanding staff:
We have had the pleasure to stay for a week at the hotel and have had an incredible experience. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in front of the door. Apart from the luxurious and well maintained interior it is the quality of the staff that really makes the hotel stand out. The facilities like sauna, gym and pool are amazing and the view from the rooftops is stunning. The hotel is a little far from the center of the city but the complimentary shuttle service takes great care of that. Total recommendation!

The hotel is really beautiful. very nice rooms, super clean and near by the city. You can go with the taxi or the metro. price-quality ratio is very good. Furthermore, there is always enough space at the pool. the service is very good. The life guard always keeps the swimming pool clean.
The restaurants offer very tasty food and there is plenty of choice if you opt for all-inclusive. Furthermore, the service is super friendly, especially Shakhnoza, Tapas and Garry. Great service, they are very service-oriented and have a nice chat with you!😊

From the ambience, to the varied international cuisines wherein all are superbly prepared and deliciously cooked. All awesome!

We had a pleasant 4-night stay in a royal suite with a magnificent bay view. The spacious room was equipped with everything we needed. It was so much fun to hang out at the top-floor pool, which also had a great view. The hotel became our favorite, with various restaurant options to choose from. In particular, I would like to mention the attentive and friendly attitude of the hotel staff. We were satisfied with everything—my mother even said it already felt like home:)
