My family and I are currently staying at Al Bandar Rotana Hotel, and we are only on our second day, yet we are already incredibly impressed. Despite being at the beginning of our stay, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves a 5-star rating.
**Food:** The dining experience here is exceptional. The variety and quality of the food are outstanding, offering something for every palate. Each meal we've had so far has been a delightful culinary experience, and we are looking forward to trying more of what the hotel has to offer.
**Staff:** The staff at Al Bandar Rotana are truly remarkable. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Noura at the reception. She is incredibly kind and sympathetic, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
**Location:** The location of the hotel is perfect. It offers stunning views and is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you are here for business or leisure, the hotel's location adds significant value to your stay.

We celebrated our anniversary, it was the best choice ever ❤️. Check-in was really smooth. Friendly and warm staff. Our room was decorated with flowers and we got a complimentary cake slice for our anniversary 😍 . Always looked forward to breakfast 😋 had a wide variety of dishes that accommodated all continents. Housekeeping was on point, the room was spotless. Great location too as it is close to Deira and the airport too. Will visit over and over again 😃

I’m absolutely in love with this hotel. The service is fantastic, the food is very good and fresh and the room is always clean. If you have any problems the staff will come and help you at any time. We feel very welcome in this hotel. The staff (especially Sajid at the door) is so friendly and welcoming, we are impressed by their mentality and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Had an superb stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was large and tidy/clean and the bed was good. However the last day I found a spot in the bathroom that the cleaners seem to forgot for quite a while. When rotating the shampoo bottle there was quite some dirt. Because it was my last day at the hotel the reception provided me with a complimentary taxi to the airport.
I had the all-inclusive package and when checking in you will get explained how it works. Drinks you can order all day, food is bound to certain times and differs for each restaurant. For the Italian restaurant you have to book a reservation. Food at Morgan's was OK, dinner at Gusto was very tasty. Breakfast is what you can expect from a 5 star hotel.
When you have a late flight you can still use the pool / fitness facilities.
