The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, from check in to check out. The team was amazing, the facilities clean and fresh and the location was great for our stay. The valet parking was a bonus, the professionalism by the team was exemplary. There was no task to big for the team and we were met with a smile with every request. It was my daughter’s birthday and they saw our balloons in our room and without a mention they came with a cake and presented it to her. The facilities were clean and we upgraded to the suite with the creek view, well worth it. The pool is amazing and the gym were an awesome feature. Pool overlooks Dubai. A special mention to some of the team who made our stay better then could have been expected. Will definitely be returning. Amit - concierge Tanveer - concierge Emmanuel security and Valet Shoaib Ashfaq - valet Abdulla - front desk are the ones i remember but nobody let us let us down.. amazing team and management to make the stay amazing Heartfelt thank you from your guests at room 1122 ❤️

The front desk team, especially Lucy, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her warm attitude truly set the tone for the whole stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent — everything felt fresh, tidy, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. A special mention also goes to Satish at the restaurant, whose service was exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and made sure every meal experience was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-quality service, cleanliness, and comfort. Wonderful service, modern room, and apartment, perfect for families with children/or with special needs. The entire staff are simply amazing; they are so attentive at every step. The hotel is excellent. We had a beautiful view of Dubai Creek from the window. The hotel has a friendly, family atmosphere, and it's clear the staff enjoy their work. The only downside is the distance from the Marina Promenade, but there is a free daily shuttle bus to the beach and Dubai Mall. We didn't have the opportunity to use it, but I know it's an option. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and are very grateful for the friendly, high-quality service.

We’ve had a lovely stay at AlBandar Rotana. Lucy was super friendly and helpful at both our check in and check out. Along with Amit (our cricket loving friend). The guys at the pool bar were very friendly too and the food at all points has been superb. You do need to take taxi’s to the more central locations but Al Seef is very nearby and you can take the boat across the creek easily from the hotel.
