We had a great time in Dubai. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city, but all locations are easily and cheaply accessible by cab or shuttle. The hotel is great, all the staff without exception are very friendly. The food is very extensive and delicious. We would definitely recommend this great hotel. However, if you are looking for a beach vacation by the pool, you are in the wrong place, there are simply too few loungers. However, we were able to relax by the pool in the afternoon after our excursions without any problems. Special thanks go to the service team, especially Lokman mehari. You were always courteous and helped us in all matters. Thank you very much.

Beautifully presented hotel that represents the opulence you can only find in Dubai. The rooms are modern and intricately designed looking at the finer details such as soft lighting, lighting in the wardrobes, a compact refrigerator and privacy glass in the bathroom. The TVs are functional and you can enjoy at home comforts such as Netflix and YouTube (all in English) during your stay. The hotel is incredibly secure you’ll need a key card to access your room when entering the elevator. The sky pool boasts picturesque views of the stunning skyline of Dubai especially at night (although I’m afraid of heights). Although the hotel is situated close to the airport (approx 10mins) you have the option for complementary coach services to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall regularly. The concierge staff are delightful and will greet you any time of the day or will offer to assist you with your bags upon arrival and departure. Thank you to Lokman and Mahri especially for an exceptional service. The breakfast and dinner menu have quite the variety of choices. The service provided in the Morgans Gastropub was phenomenal, the staff would ensure your meal is satisfactory the meals were always flawlessly prepared and the management staff were incredible, polite and approachable. I would especially like to thank Arjane, Abdullah and Katsiaryna for contributing to an exceptional experience, overall if you’re looking for a hotel away from the busy high tourist traffic areas in Dubai I would highly recommend Al Bandar Rotana.

Tried the open buffet at Salt & Pepper in Bandar Rotana and it was really good! They have a lot of variety when it comes to food, so there’s something for everyone. Plus, the unlimited drinks were a nice bonus. Great spot if you're looking for a chill dining experience with plenty of options. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Pros: Modern and beautiful rooms Nice bathroom and it was very clean Great breakfast with saladbar and with smoked salmon and tuna and great variation. Service was top notch. View from the 13th and 18th floor was so beautiful by day and night. Location was also very good with 12 minutes walk to Union metro Station and Al Ghurair shopping centre and 5 minutes with taxi to Deira city centre. Cons: very little but this more what we experienced in the room: - noisy rooms u here almost everything above ,next and in the halway. - very soft pillows ( but this is more a personal preference). I hope ( in sha allah) to stay another time in the future in ur beautiful and clean hotel. I recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to experience a great hotel and Deira and old Dubai. When u want prestige it is from union station to dubai mall 7 stops with the metro.

From the start the service was spectacular. We arrived early in the morning of our check in date after a 14hr flight from Australia with our 2 young children which one has severe disabilities. We hoped but had never thought they would allow us to check in that early and if so, it would cost us a full night. The gentleman at the check in desk was absolutely brilliant. We were able to check in early with no extra cost what so ever. He was so accommodating and the way he made us feel like nothing was a problem and understood the journey we had made was tiring and all we wanted was a bed. The moment we stepped into our 1 bedroom apartment, we knew that this was the perfect choice for us to have our little 2night stop over. The apartment was huge, the king size bed was perfectly placed at the back with a massive en-suite with big free standing bath, separate shower room, with a separate toilet/wash room. There is also a second toilet as you walk into the apartment. The rest of the apartment has a well equipped kitchen with 2 hobs, microwave, fridge and all the tea/coffee equipment you would expect in a hotel room, there is a dining room with table enough for 4 people that leads onto the large lounge area that has a sofa bed, tv and this amazing views of the Dubai Creek and the city skyline. We had dinner at the Gusto Italian restaurant on the 18th floor which was spectacular! Again, the views were something else. The food was great and again the service was top notch. The staff are so accommodating and happy to help in anyway. The buffet breakfast has a great selection of hot/cold dishes. The fruit station is so fresh. Our daughter loves a buffet style of breakfast and she was very impressed with the variety of options. I would say from experience that the cost of alcoholic beverages and beautiful food we had was acceptable. Previous stays in other hotel/resorts were a bit dearer and not as tastier. We got the all inclusive on the second day which worked out to be even cheaper than the already reasonable prices. That gave us breakfast, lunch and dinner in the salt and pepper restaurant and also included the Morgans gastropub. With soft drinks and alcoholic beverages too plus the pool side bar. I could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back either for stop over or just a little sunny break, this is where we will be staying. Thank you Al Bandar Rotana Dubai-Creek for making us feel welcome and a little special. See you soon.
