Our stay in Dubai was truly unforgettable! We would like to express our sincere thanks for the exceptional hospitality, the fantastic location, and the delicious breakfast. Everything was spotless, and we really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Anil, who kept our room immaculate and always made sure our needs were met. His kindness and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable. We are just enjoying our final day at this hotel. I don’t often do reviews. However, I honestly cannot recommend this hotel and the staff highly enough. From check in, the staff at the pool deck, the fabulous rooms & the food. Wow absolutely amazing on every level. Staff could not have done enough or been more pleasant or helpful. Our hotels could learn a lot from these guys! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for making this stay better than we could have imagined! If you can I would highly recommend staying all inclusive.

We had all inclusive 7 days in the hotel. There are 2 restaurants and one Italian restaurant (where you have a credit) so there is plenty of options. The food at the buffet changes a lot. The rooftop pool is small but service is very good. You can use sauna (that was nice surprise) and gym as well.
The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable!!! They also help you to get whatever activity you want.
We had a little misunderstanding but the hotel staff is dedicated to making sure you feel as best as you could.
Will definitely recommend and will come back!!

I really fell in love with this hotel. All expectations were more than exceeded. The service is one of the best I've ever experienced, and that's because I practically live in hotels and rarely write reviews like this.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 21 days and felt very comfortable.
The nice guy at the Concierge called Amit always give is a very good Service and a nice smile.
The lady called "Pala" in particular provided us with outstanding service in the room.

My experience at the Salt and Pepper restaurant in the hotel was more than wonderful😍 The atmosphere is familial and distinctive, the buffet is amazingly varied, and there is many to choose from, starters, main course and desserts🙈. Everything is delicious and fresh, and the seafood is prepared in front of you by the chef. Honestly, it was a successful experience, and I will definitely come back again. The service in the restaurant is fast, and the staff is very nice and friendly. They deserve ten stars.
