I genuinely cannot express enough how amazing our time was here. Everything from the outstanding food, delicious beverages, cleanliness, pool/beach access, great housekeeping for our room, warmth and kindness of the staff, and quick response time was absolutely incredible. We have a huge group of staff members to thank (and sadly, I think I am forgetting a few names). Special thanks to Andreea, Alex, Nicolae, Klarrisa, Stavros, George, Anisa, Maria, and Ageliki. Of those thanks, a HUGE one goes out to Andreea. As a manager, she was simply outstanding. Andreea took the time to meet with us to receive our feedback on the resort. When I had a few very minor concerns, she went above and beyond to remedy everything and was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. My husband and I felt as though every single meal we had was simply outstanding, as was every exchange with the staff. I highly, highly, highly recommend coming here! We have already booked to come back next October with our two young daughters. This trip, we went as just a couple (which was wonderful), but the resort is also very family friendly, which is a plus. We can't wait to be back!

Our Easter stay at Sani Beach is one of our favorite vacations. This is our second year here and everything is wonderful. The location, the food, the service, the people. Our favorite restaurant is Amos...a dream view and some amazing people, they are all wonderful. I would like to thank Nikos and Theo in particular. We will definitely be back.

Overall, we felt the quality to price ratio was super! We booked our next trip the day we got back- that’s a first and tells you all you need to know. We will return in April for a third time. I never thought I’d return repeatedly to the same resort, but the whole setup really lends itself to quality, enjoyable family time. PROS - stunning natural forest for running and long, white sandy beach for beach walks - nice sea views from the rooms - incredible, 5 star service - what do they do to keep ALL staff so darn smiley? - high-quality, delicious food at every restaurant - variety - so many pools, beaches, restaurants and spas to choose from! - accommodating for big groups - great kids clubs, mine loved going and the girls were all so enthusiastic and loving towards my little ones - Chelsea football academy was beloved by 2 of mine - the zip-lining is a blast and the guys who work there are really great - special shout out to Pentalis the Dunes buggy driver who made my life so so much easier one day helping to transport my kids - econceirge - special second shout out to Angie! Thank you! - other guests - Sani attracts a nice crowd; my kids always make friends - fast meal service - boat trips and Volvo trips - sunsets - we had beautiful sunsets every night - private transfers are a plus - all the small touches CONS - €20 corkage fee - this shouldn’t be so high or even exist at all. People will still mostly drink from the restaurants even without a corkage fee. We just brought one nice bottle of wine, and found this annoying and unnecessary. - no buggy availability - just buy more buggies - inflexibility of restaurant reservations - when travelling in a big group with kids, it’d be nice if more would’ve been done to add people to bookings

We stayed at Sani Beach from 3–10 May for our babymoon, and it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was 5-star. The resort itself is stunning. It feels like a beautiful, cosmopolitan city by the sea, with everything designed so thoughtfully. The whole place is extremely pretty, peaceful and well maintained, which made it the perfect setting for such a special trip. The food at Sani Beach was also amazing. We have very specific dietary requirements, so before arriving we were slightly worried that it might be difficult to fully enjoy the dining experience. However, the team went above and beyond to make everything feel effortless, thoughtful and enjoyable. The person who truly made our stay was Roman Zaleta, Food and Beverage Concierge. Roman was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, he took the time to properly understand our dietary requirements and made us feel completely reassured. He did not just help with reservations, he carefully planned our restaurant bookings for the week, recommended the places he felt would suit us best, and personally liaised with the chefs at each restaurant to make sure tailored menus were prepared for us. What stood out most was the level of care and attention he gave. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience, and because of him, what we thought might be a difficult part of the holiday became one of the highlights. His professionalism, warmth and attention to detail were outstanding. Roman is a real credit to Sani Beach, and we are extremely grateful for everything he did for us. We are also very grateful to Chef Christos, who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, especially with the Asian dining. He even prepared a bespoke Asian buffet for us, which we really appreciated. A special mention also goes to Chef Stefanos at Ammos, who was fantastic and made sure we were well looked after. Alongside Iliana and Teo at Ammos, the service was exceptional and made our experience there feel very personal and memorable. A few other people who made our stay special were Eleni, the manager at Macaroni, Vicky at Cabana for her exceptional service and attentiveness, and the wonderful team at Grill by the Pool. Unfortunately, we did not get everyone’s names, but they were all very attentive and even kindly offered us an extra dish on the house. Overall, Sani Beach exceeded our expectations. The food, service, hospitality, resort setting and attention to detail were outstanding. Roman in particular made a huge difference to our stay, and the whole team helped make our babymoon feel incredibly special. We would highly recommend Sani Beach.

Kalimera and good morning dear team, Once again, thank you very much for an incredibly beautiful and truly memorable stay. Overall, our experience was outstanding. There is only one small point we would like to mention: the rooms are starting to show their age. However, the cleanliness as well as the service provided by the housekeeping team were excellent at all times. Towels were always provided in sufficient quantities and replaced regularly. Due to the main entrance door of the room not being optimally insulated, it was at times somewhat noisy, and we could hear guests passing by in the corridor. That said, this is the only point worth mentioning and does not in any way affect our overall impression of your exceptional service and – from our perspective – truly outstanding team. The friendliness of all staff members was remarkable. It was not only their kindness, but especially their attentiveness towards guests that stood out. The service was always quick, warm, and professional. At the same time, everything was kept very well organized: tables were cleared promptly, everything was clean, and operations were smooth and efficient. We were truly impressed – we have never experienced such a high level of service before. The concierge service was also exceptional. No matter what request we had, everything was handled quickly and effortlessly: Organizing medication via taxi – no problem Short-notice restaurant reservations – no problem Extending a rental car via Avis – no problem Room temperature too cold – no problem, a heater was provided immediately Every wish was fulfilled, allowing us to enjoy our holiday even more – simply outstanding. We would also like to highlight a few staff members in particular: Ilias and Alexander at Ammos: always highly professional and dedicated Nadya: warm, attentive, and professional – our daughter especially loved her Fotis at the breakfast buffet: always cheerful, helpful, and attentive A young hostess at Ammos (possibly Ioana): very friendly, with a great presence and always in a good mood The head of reception at Ammos (unfortunately we do not clearly remember her name): a very positive and warm personality, always taking the time for a short conversation while keeping everything perfectly organized and under control The lady at the egg station: exceptionally friendly, warm, and always cheerful Teo: very attentive and always striving to provide perfect service Christos from the White Party Bar: an incredibly kind and attentive person who took great care of us George and his colleague from the Grill by the Pool restaurant: both consistently friendly and attentive – even without a reservation, they spontaneously arranged a table for us, including an excellent dessert at the end (once even as a takeaway) A special thank you also to the ladies at the Suite Desk, especially Mary, Julia, and Natalia. The organization through the concierge service was truly impressive. Many thanks as well to Tina from the reservations team, who was always able to arrange a table for us, even at short notice. Last but not least, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Litsa for the lovingly prepared lunch packages for our early departure – a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. In this context, we would also like to extend our thanks to the head of Ammos, a truly warm and caring person and mother of two young children, whose kindness and presence left a lasting impression on us. All in all, it was a completely successful, beautiful, and unforgettable holiday. A big compliment to the entire hotel and all staff members – we would gladly give more than 10 points!
