My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The service was outstanding — the staff made me feel like a true VIP from the moment I arrived. Every interaction was warm, professional, and filled with genuine care. The attention to detail and the way they go above and beyond for their guests is remarkable. I was met by the lovely Sanjar the bellman. Very pleasant, super polite and helpful. I also booked a room without a nice view and had a complimentary upgrade to with a nice view. The room is super spacious and the bathtub is stunning! I had a little tour of the hotel while waiting for the room. I also visited the cafe downstairs when I arrived and the two ladies are lovely. Overall very pleased and the hospitality is 👌🏼

"I'd like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hazim for his professional assistance in helping us select a suitable location better than my previous booking. I am, however, disappointed with the booking arrangements for my reservation. I had specifically requested a five-night stay, but the initial booking was only for four nights. When I attempted to extend the reservation for the fifth night, I was informed that the rate would be significantly higher, which is not ideal. As a result, I will need to depart a day earlier than planned. I hope the management can offer a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your understanding."
