⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) Title: *Stylish Luxury Stay in the Heart of Dubai — But Some Comforts Fell Short* My group of five women stayed at SLS Dubai for six nights, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The building itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and stylish from the moment you walk in. The decor exudes luxury and sophistication, and the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The balcony was a huge plus, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay — everything was spotless and refreshed daily. The hotel’s location in the heart of Dubai made it easy to get around, and the overall vibe felt upscale and vibrant. It’s definitely a luxury property that delivers on aesthetics and ambience. That said, for the price point, we expected more comfort and convenience: - No free ice or ice station anywhere in the hotel. Guests are charged 20 AED just to receive ice, which felt unreasonable after a hot day out exploring or lounging on the balcony. If rooms come with an ice bucket and cocktail shaker, access to ice should be complimentary. - The mini fridge is very small and filled entirely with minibar items. To chill your own drinks or store a small takeaway, you’d need to empty it completely — and even then, there’s barely space for a small container. - No microwave in the rooms. For long stays, especially after dining out, not having a way to reheat food was a real inconvenience. - Lastly, no free airport shuttle. The hotel offers a paid service, but it was far pricier than a regular Uber, which was much more affordable and efficient. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our time at SLS Dubai — the ambiance, cleanliness, and views make it a great choice for a short luxury getaway. However, a few thoughtful guest-friendly touches would elevate the experience from great to exceptional.

SLS & WebDollar crypto coin payments huge inovation and huge oportunity I had an amazing stay at SLS Hotel Dubai on Marasi Drive! The design is stunning — modern, luxurious, and artistic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The rooftop pool has one of the best skyline views in Dubai, especially at sunset. The room was spotless, with beautiful city views and great attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of style, comfort, and luxury!

Room service and cleaning is great. The location is ok. The view of the lobby, restaurants and swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast has a high quality but not so much variety. The downside for me was the spa which is completely separate (female and male) and there is no chance to enjoy it with family/partner. The concierge was not always available and we had to wait hours to get in contact with. Sometimes we would end up never receiving the promised text message.

SLS Dubai is truly lucky to have Angelica on their team; her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit unforgettable. She’s the kind of person who makes guests want to keep coming back. As one of the loyal guests of this hotel, I can honestly say Angelica makes the whole experience even better — she’s simply amazing!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. I especially want to thank Angele for her professionalism and kindness – she was extremely helpful throughout my stay and truly made a difference.
