My review is a bit conflicted as I found that the hotel was in a great location (I usually stay in a hotel on The Palm), the hotel itself is beautiful, all staff are really friendly and welcoming.
However, I had booked and paid for a Signature King City View room and that is NOT the room I was given. The view from my balcony was baron land undergoing construction, so I felt conned in a way, although the room itself was nice, it is Not what I had paid extra for, when booking the Signature King City View.
Secondly, I wanted to take a look at the pool and I was denied access even though I was there before the advertised closing time, I was told it was because of the upcoming storm but the storm was forecast for the following day and it was, at that time a nice sunny afternoon.
These two experiences at SLS left a sour taste in my mouth unfortunately. Which is why I’ve been forced to give such a low rating.

The SLS Hotel & residences I booked for the first time and I must admit that I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the friendly atmosphere in it. Countless choices in terms of content and interests, luxury at every step, fantastic service, all in all an extremely high standards. The hotel is perfectly positioned, right in the city center of Dubai. Almost everything is on 5 minute drive by the cab, and won't cost over the 10 bucks. It feels like you are in the clouds, since the rooms are located at the 60+ flats, while enjoying complete silence. Deserves the strong recommendation in every aspect, price, quality of service, comfort and location!

Extremely happy with my stay. Room was amazing, location is excellent. Food is yummy. The only thing I want to suggest is that.. When someone reaching your hotel for check-in , firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay. Thanks

The best hotel l've been to! Can't express how good this hotel was. From the room, to the staff, the views and location. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were so friendly I could not believe how caring and service oriented they were. They upgraded me to a room when I arrived as well which was amazing. Can't wait to go back to dubai just to stay here.
