So impressed with this hotel. It is stunning!! From the moment of arrival, you are greeted at your car , your bags whisked away, reception staff efficiently assist your checkin. We were super early 5am from our flight and were given a complimentary room to use until our room was ready. The hotel itself, the restaurant, the rooms all high standard, immaculate. Food, service , drinks in our Club Room Package were amazing. Our suite (upgraded- thankyou Le Meridien) was luxurious, with evening turn down service, high class amenities, robes, Slippers, coffee machine & fresh fruit daily. The outside resort grounds, superb. You could easily spend a week here just using the hotel amenities and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel. I have to make special mention, the staff - always helpful, smiling, nothing was ever a problem . Special mention to Nitvin our housekeeper, for all the extra great service of looking after our suite. Thankyou to the staff at reception who kindly ensured all our requests were met.

Amazing hotel. Second time staying here and they honestly could not do enough for you to make your stay the best. If you’re looking for a relaxing break that’s not overly pretentious of an hotel I feel like this hotel gives you the right luxury feel, family orientated yet romantic for couples too. The perfect balance that’s 5 stars all around. The food quality with half board is exceptional. Zengo, maya and indya by vineet was unreal. The hotel caters for every specialist cuisine. I also want to pay special thanks to shiju in guest services and our cleaner sinam. Both were so kind, went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and has everything we needed. I hope le royal Meriden and Marriott hotels recognise how amazing these employees are at their job. They are a credit to the hotel. But that also goes for everyone working for the hotel.

As a Titanium Elite member and a frequent visitor to Dubai, I really enjoyed staying at this property for some specific reasons. Not about upgrades or extra access because I don’t see that much of a difference with or without status. Great location and close proximity to walk along JBR. The property’s many pools and restaurants seem to provide ample space and options but service is somewhat inconsistent. Breakfast buffet at Renaissance isn’t too bad but can be overwhelming when busy. Service gets slow and it’s always impersonal. Indya doesn’t live up to the hype as its sister restaurant at the Governor House. If you want Indian, then take the shuttle to Grosvenor House or walk down to JBR. Maya is a great spot. I seem to end up there almost daily for dinner and to unwind end of a busy day. Great Mexican food, fantastic cocktails, and really great service thanks to all the staff and managers. Whether you’re greeted by Komal or now also Yvonne, or served by Joyce or Darius, always assured to have a great evening. Rebekah is especially great!! They have a great management team with Jimena et al… Great gym on the property accessible 24 hrs. Not great for short notice bookings as the room prices are very high.

My family and I have just returned from the most incredible two-week stay at Le Royal Meridien Resort & Spa, and once again it completely exceeded our expectations. This was our third visit, and it truly feels like coming home every time we return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – warm, welcoming, and always ready to go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the genuine kindness and attentiveness of every team member made our stay so special. We brought our baby along for his very first visit, and the way the staff fussed over him was heart-warming – he adored all the attention! The resort itself is perfection. The pools are beautiful and well-kept, the choice of restaurants is phenomenal with each offering something unique and delicious, and the spa provides the most relaxing retreat. A real highlight is also having access to Grosvenor House as part of the half-board package, with a complimentary shuttle making it effortless to enjoy their restaurants too. Le Royal Meridien is truly our favourite hotel in the world. It has everything you could possibly wish for in a luxury holiday – exceptional service, world-class facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. We’re already in the process of booking for next year, and honestly, five stars just doesn’t do this place justice. It’s nothing short of outstanding. We cannot wait to return next year! Second stay here, we came in 2022 and this stay was just as good, the service is unreal and the selection at dinner is just great. the staff are so friendly and were great with our two children. The housekeeping is great room always immaculate. The only negative (that was fixed while on property) was the childrens food around the pool, this seems to be hit and miss on how it is comunicated, meaning it took me 8 days around the pool until i was told that children under 4yo can eat around the pool for free! i meantioned this to the DM and it was quickly fixed and 500uaed removed from my room bill for food i had purchased for my children. Another great stay!
