The attitude of the staff is fantastic - the client and his wishes are put on a pedestal and every guest of the hotel feels special and cared for in the best possible way. The cleanliness is at an extremely high level and the quality of the food is excellent. We would be happy to visit the complex again at the earliest opportunity.

Went with my mum for a week. All round good hotel with nuggets of outstanding service. Buffet food was always outstanding with the best fries 🍟 on earth! Greek cuisine that was specially laid out for us by the lovely Food & Beverage Manager Artemis, was fabulously tasty and overwhelmingly indulgent. 💙 The Service via WhatsApp also deserve a 5* rating alongside Dina at the pool, and the pool manager (forgot her name) who always made me smile while singing with my name in Greek 🩵. The hotel caters best to families, especially young families. Low on adult entertainment (again, more family oriented) and after 10pm activities. If you have an issue, raise it, as they'll very readily look to resolve it. Caution would be to the elderly or those with mobility issues as there are a lot of inclines and stairs to get to the beach. Also, if you don't like lots of kids about your holiday, then this may not be the best choice for you.

The service in the Ikos Oceania was exceptional. I would give the staff (all of them!) 10 stars - if possible. Ikos Oceania offers everything needed for an excellent and relaxing vacation by the sea: a large variety of really good food and wine, beautiful restaurants and bars, terraces with superb views, spaceous rooms with lots of daylight, a variety of pools including an adult-only pool, sports classes and a spa. And in the end I will always come back again to the high service level: for me the friendly, supportive and authentic people working for the guests in the many different areas of the hotel made this vacation extra special!

This was our 5th Ikos Resort holiday and once again it did not disappoint. The service at the Oceania is impeccable, the staff goes over and beyond to ensure perfect service! The Oceania is a smaller resort in comparison to some of the other Ikos resorts but the smaller size gives it a special charm. The location is amazing on a cliff while having direct access to the beach. The views are amazing including views of Mount Olympus just across the water on the other side. It has the usual Ikos restaurants, although the food seems a bit different in comparison to the other Ikos resort restaurants in terms of the "wow' factor. It could be because of it being low season. Special Thanks to Elsa, Vangelis, Dimitris, Nestor, Angela and George (beach) for their amazing hospitality!

This has to be the best all inclusive resort I have ever stayed in!!! The service on arrival was so warming. No queuing to check in with children after a full day of travel, they check in for you while you sit down and enjoy a drink (table service). All your luggage is brought to your room. What I wasn’t expecting… every single staff member we passed in resort said hello. Everything went a table service and even at the pool. So no need to queue like most all inclusive resorts at the bar. The food was sublime and top quality wine. The reception staff booked our whole week dining programme in all the restaurants for us. This even included a dine out at a local restaurant included, which was so special. There are Tesla’s to hire included, rooms cleaned twice a day with a bedtime service. These little touches just made our whole stay so special. The kids (we have 3), had a free bike hire service and had so much independence cycling around the secure resort. The resort, rooms and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I’ve fallen in love and could never go back to any other supposed 5* all inclusive as nothing as ever matched this experience. Thank you so much to all of you at Ikos for being so welcoming and friendly and making our stay perfect.

Couldn't fault the service right from airport pick up to the reception at the resort, the service was brilliant. The waiters by the pool and beach sides with unlimited drinks, snacks and meal service were excellent and courteous. The a la carte and buffet restaurants all served great tasting food. This is an excellent all-inclusive, family friendly resort holiday with two very important caveats: 1. Ikos is excellent for a European destination holiday but it is incomparable to more conventional all-inclusive resorts which are on another level (if this is 5*, our holiday in the Maldives would be 10*) 2. This is a family resort, not just family friendly. We went with our 2 under 2 so obviously love kids but we definitely wouldn't come here as a couple or with friends - it's just a different holiday. Also, it's not cheap and a lot of what you are paying for is the convenience of children's activities/care/menus so without kids, you can get more for your money elsewhere. Service - this is the best part.The service is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We went for the deluxe package and had a whatsapp number to contact for any queries. They made big accommodations for our kids, bringing food from a different restaurant etc. The rooms are serviced twice daily which is great and the room service/pool side bar options are really good. Rooms - The rooms are fine, I wouldn't say particularly luxurious but we went with young children so they were adequate. Spacious with enough beds and large bathroom. We also asked for some baby paraphernalia like a steriliser and bouncer which they provided and helped so much. We had a pool room which was great but did mean we stayed in the room more rather than venture out to the other pools. Food - there are plenty of restaurants, you have to book for dinner in advance everywhere except the buffet. The buffet food is good and a level above most hotel buffets. There wasn't a single meal that was the best I've ever had or would travel back for but also we didn't have a single bad meal. The menus and food options sound tasty but I think the actual food lacks a "wow" factor in taste but we are quite fussy. In comparison, every single meal we had in the Maldives was fantastic and I would fly back in a heartbeat for each one (if I could afford it). Facilities - the pools are amazing and the one with the kids splash pool is the best. You can sit and order cocktails and bar food in the sun and the kids pool is really fun for many ages. The beaches are nice though we only went once for a dinner. The kids club was great, we used the creche 3 times and they were fantastic. They also have activities like kids disco and live music which were lovely. Spa - the actual spa isn't huge, mostly just a pool and a small sauna/steam room. The treatments are fantastic. We regularly get massages and these were one of the best we ever had. Overall - we went after rave reviews from friends and it is really good if you're a young family, you've got kids and you still want a bit of luxury with an all-inclusive resort, decent food and drink and some much needed rest and relaxation in a place that also is set up to be good for your kids.

Just got home from Olivia :-( and already dreaming of returning. The resort is nothing short of perfect for our family, such a chic and subtle design elegance. We really enjoyed the location and the calm surround of the shallow mediterranean waters. The food and service was just outstanding, such diverse dining experiences. My hubby enjoyed the local product and intimate settings. The wine list blew us away, over 300 premium labels. Our kids felt so welcome in the childcare professionals. I don’t know anywhere else that has such unconditional luxury. We can’t wait to return for the new tranquil garden entrance in 2024.

Third stay this summer and another great experience. I had the most amazing stay at Ikos Olivia Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible experience they provided. Fantastic staff and service! The food options are great and very tasty. There are a lots of activities for all the family. The pools were heated in October and that was very good. The only thing is about food and drinks wastage, there should introduce some sort of control to help improving the quality of some food ingredients.

We’re a recurring Ikos guest - which says a lot. 2018 @ Oceania, 2019 @ Aria, 2020/21 Covid stopped us, 2022 @ Aria and now 2023 @ Andalusia. And we were not once disappointed. If you look for a real luxury AI experience in Europe, for families, without being a (loud and overcrowded) family hotel, the this group is your choice. Full stop. We likes that at Andalusia everything is closer together than in the other resorts, making the ways shorter. But at the same time, even though the hotel was full, it was never crowded. An unbelievable number of great pool, bars and restaurants did ease it. There’s a few we want to mention particularly, although EVERYONE was great! Fefi @ Provence, extremely friendly, helpful, very caring about my allergies and as well funny; Celeste @ Checkin, making this a great start and taking care of us; Mihailo @ Fresco, very caring, practicing his German and accommodating; Vasilis and George @ Adult Cocktail Bar, they’re not just making awesome drinks, but are very social and nice to chat with; Konstantina @ Beach Club, making us feel really beloved guests; Konstantinos @ Anaya, at our daughters birthday party, making sure she feels like a little princess; Rodrigo @ Pool bar, had a cocktail learning lesson with our daughter and she loved it; Sophia @ Olivia, making sure there was no wish left open, even organized cinnamon for the churros; Maria (Supervisor) @ Fresco, fixing the forgotten birthday party for our daughter, making sure it felt like planned; The Whole water sports team on the beach, where we did a 1h jetski tour; we felt safe and they really accommodated us very well And big thanks as well to Timoleon the general manager. He recognized something small went wrong and took care himself to fix it. Thank you. We will be back!

Came here on a family holiday at the end of July. Best holiday I’ve been on yet, it was just unreal. So much to do, so many restaurants, so many events and just unreal views. Highlight had to be the Micheal Jackson tribute and the pool days. The main bar at this hotel is out of this world, and the service was unreal. Big shoutout to Petra, one of the waitresses at the main bar, she was great. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Fantastic luxurious family hotel with very high standards, great food, amazing kind service. A very beautiful hotel complex with different pools for kids but also adults only. Very nice range of different restaurants. Very good food selection for everyone. Beach just ok, as swimmings becomes hard due to the rocks. Still good enough to build sand castles with the kids. We had a great time as a family and will come again

This hotel is incredible!!. It is the best hotel we ever stayed at and the staff are at your service every minute. They were always friendly and went well and beyond to make our stay perfect. I stayed with my wife and 4 month old baby and the creche and babysitting staff looked after the little one so well. They had everything arranged for the baby including baby food, baths, cot selections etc. They also have an amazing selection of brilliant food. Ouza was the best restaurant. The food was even prepared with Halal meat specifically for us! They have a great Whatsapp service that reply almost instantly with restaurant bookings and any queries. The hotel is beach side and they also have an amazing scented pool and spa facilities.

Our first family holiday with our 9 month old daughter and we couldn't be more impressed. The service is phenomenal and the resort is stunning. The staff will accommodate any request at all hours, which helps when you're trying to entertain a child. Every meal in every restaurant was delicious. There is plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the day even if the weather isn't great, so a perfect spot, even out of peak season. We will definitely be back.

The perfect holiday experience. Nothing comes close. The water sports are very good but don't come here if you want to cycle as an adult, instead you need to book early and get a Tesla instead.

What a beautiful, clean, tidy, relaxed resort. There were lots of children but I hardly saw them as I was on the adults only beach and in the adults only pool. The decor is beautiful. The rooms very comfortable. I felt totally relaxed and was waited on hand and foot ! Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is gorgeous, everyday we woke up to a beautiful sunrise, a seaview room is a must. The staff worked really hard to make sure we had a great time, keeping things clean, prompt, and professional. The food at all the restaurants is great. I would recommend the hotel and resort to anyone looking to stay in Corfu for a few days.

And yes there were a few issues with housekeeping, and staffing, but they worked hard and stayed so positive and friendly with issues being resolved during our stay. Which is the most important bit. Absolutely amazing hotel, staff, location, food. Cannot understand how there are negative reviews. I think the expectations for hotels have become so unreasonable that guests are complaining about the most ridiculous things. A guest rented a car and was screaming at a member of the hotel staff as she couldn't find a car parking space in Corfu town. I think we as guests need to remember that the staff are human too and are usually doing their best. For such a new hotel (which is bound to have a couple of teething issues) it's still incredible. The views from the restaurants is unbelievable. The spa and gym were like nothing else I have experienced in a hotel. Special thanks to Thanos, who was so warm and welcoming. Ikos are truly lucky to have someone like him working there and making every guest feel special. He will go out of his way to talk to guests and ensure they are happy and have everything they need.

Wrapping up 8 days here in this new Ikos. Positive: - Food: The quality and selection of food here is sublime. So much choice. Fresh, healthy ingredients and something for everyone. - Pools: So many pools to choose from. They’re big, clean and offer good variety during your stay. - Gym: Love the outdoor gym equipment. The view from this gym is gorgeous, not your usual windowless box. - Cleaning: rooms were cleaned so quickly and efficiently everyday. Usually done by the time we had come back from breakfast. - Architecture: the location and views from both Ouzo and Elia restaurants is spectacular, a real highlight of this hotel. Exceeds expectations. Overall we will be coming back to Ikos next year.

Terrible overall experience for the price. Some staff we amazing but the most of them didn’t want to be there. We were threatened by one member of staff “I know your room number, watch your back” after nearly running out daughter over in the golf buggy. Bedroom floors were filthy and the towels had blood and make up on. Complaints were made and we were deeply disappointed with the entire experience and would not return.

Unsure how people can feel negatively about the place. Would visit again in a heartbeat. The views from the restaurants are amazing as well as the food. The whole place feels clean, modern and well designed. It’s quite big but a buggy service does run people around, we were happy to walk every where though. Service was great with a few exceptions but nothing to lose sleep over. Overall an excellent hotel.

Amazing place with an amazing service. We were there during the summer with our 18 months twins and everything was perfect. They have 8 restaurants and all were great, specially the Greek, Mediterranean, French and Japanese. And the personal at the hotel is really taking care of the guests.

We can't even begin to describe our time at Ikos Aria. Being our first time at any Ikos resort, we did not know what to expect and it was our honeymoon. First of all, October is an amazing time to be on Kos island. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were greeted personally with a cold beverage. Transfer services were amazing. You can't even imagine the location of this place. Located in Kefalos Bay you feel like you are on your own island. The resort is laid out so well, and the beach and pools are only a few minutes walk away. Rooms are gorgeous with fully stocked mini bar. The landscape, beach, decor, food. Next level. They truly make you feel like you are deserving of luxury. Shout out to Ilias who made us feel like celebrities. The service staff made us feel like friends by the end of our 10 day stay. Take advantage of the dine out and car explore!! And the thermal circuit in the spa. We could have stayed forever and can't wait to come back.

An all round brilliant holiday experience. We visited in May for 10 days, bit of a rocky start with no airport collection on arrival and a 2.5 hour wait at reception whilst they scrambled to find us a room. Ended up being upgraded, we suspect because they had none available of the room we booked, which made up for a pretty bad first impression, but right at the start of the season with a new batch of staff stuff like this must happen. But after that, was a 10/10 experience. Excellent service, brilliant food, drink and cocktails. 1 day Tesla rental, yoga, wine tasting and peddle boat rentals kept us busy. Restaurants were really amazing, French one definitely our favourite. Drinks had a habit of not arriving. Very child friendly, maybe a little too child friendly if you don’t have kids, but had an adults only area and pools. Definitely book restaurants in advance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ikos! Unparalleled all inclusive experience for us. We look forward to trying the different resorts over next few years!

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful, literally everything you could think of was taken care of. Food quality and preparation was 5 star all around. The hotel and facilities were kept extremely clean and a lot of care has been taken to ensure a high standard of hygiene. I look forward to going back one day or trying another Ikos resort. The resort really caters to families and we really enjoyed being at a family place with our small children. I don’t think I would go as a couple without kids because there are a lot of families but that’s just a personal preference. Lastly, making special requests before we arrived was very easy. I really appreciate that staff were so responsive on email.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely sublime, 5 stars just isn’t enough. The staff really are what make this resort so fantastic, they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests have the perfect stay, and that is exactly what I experienced from start to finish. Last visit at Blau sadly. Second time coming and although the general hotel is very clean, tidy & can’t complain at buffet offerings… The evening entertainment has a little to be desired for at times and some of the staff are less than friendly to say it’s the hospitality sector. However the overwhelming majority of staff are wonderful. Beaches are breathtaking providing you are able to manage the jagged pathways. The pools are well sized, albeit a bit cold in the autumn season. (Not heated). Must say the manager here is a top chap, and does well with this establishment. A small side note which did leave a bad aftertaste is the open discrimination against some of our family by other hotel GUESTS. Be cautious coming to this area if you’re not white, as you will get stared at, A LOT. We’re human too and had just come on our holidays as a family to enjoy ourselves, not be stared at like strange animals. This isn’t Blau’s fault, but a side note to other potential travellers. EDIT: The guests, not the staff!!

Rooms ate functional and clean. Usual mankos for 4 star (loose floor tiles etc.) but nothing that affects the stay. To be fair, the whole place is so fantastic, that you really shouldn't spend much time in your room anyway. 3 fantastic restaurants with amazing food, polite and friendly staff (Frank the Chef is an absolute gem), lots of kids activities, amazing evening entertainment (Caesar was extremely friendly and chatty) and the pools have enough loungers and umbrellas for all the guests. A beautiful cove within 10 minutes walk, if you prefer sand under your feet, with crystal clear waters. A definite "must come again" experience. Well done Blau Punta Reina 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

The place where the resort is, is really beautiful. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms need a little bit of update, but it's not a big issue. The food is good, it's an international cuisine, so you can find something good to eat all the time. The beach is clean and beautiful.

We ended up at Blau after having booked Flip Flop Cala Romantica and ended up quite disheartened by our reservation. Flip Flop was really beaten up after the summer season, there weren't sea view rooms in the whole hotel (which easyjet holidays had missold), and the rooms (3x3 mts) were small, uninviting... food was far from average... Had a look online and decided to go and have a look at Blau. What a location. Impressive views of the ocean as it's situated on a cliff top you can see all the bays and coves around you. A little windy, but was expected for the time of the year, not unpleasant. Lucia at reception, thank you so so much. She asked us to book a sea view double room online but as there weren't any available she upgraded us to a Junior Suite with Unlimited Spa Access. It was just bliss. She really made our holiday. We booked half board, which I think it's more than enough for a couple although if you came with children maybe all inclusive would be best although we ate like royalty. The rooms were clean, bedding and towels were changed daily, rain shower in the cubicle of the shower, exposed sink in the bedrom and cubicle for toilet. Stunning views from balcony, (see sunrise and moon on pics). Balcony also had an expandible drying rack for clothes. I can't understand why some guests complained about the choice of food. It's beyond incredible. Fresh sea food served every day, (the good kind, I'm talking king prawns, musles, even razor clams!), fresh fish, (haddock, heik, even cazon which is a small mediterranan shark) really lovely selection of meats, (duck a l'orange, roasted chicken, turkey, veal, steaks) paella, fish fideua, appetizers and palate cleansers, (gazpacho, cold melon soup, cold cucumber and basil soup). My children would have loved it they even have an island in the restaurant that's just a kids buffet. One evening they even had a chocolate fountain with freshly made profiteroles. The desserts I can't even begin to tell. Drinks are great too great selection of wines and beers, soft drinks for the children too. There are water fountains all over the hotels, (bring a flask with you as you can't drink tap water and you can refill this anytime) Breakfast was fantastic too. Cater to all. From your usual fry ups to freshly baked croissants, bread rolls, selection of cheeses, fruit, membrillo, (quince), lovelyorange juice... Spa is very nice. 4 jacuzzis, 4 hydrotherapy showers, sauna, steam room, roman therma, ice water pool, frigidarium... The complex although tired from summer season was extremely well kept. Lovely gardens, 3-4 swimming pools, a water park for the kids, tennis and football courts, a plaza with a snack cafe bar, pool bar, animation and entertainment at night, arcade, bike hire, launderette, bazar... Sometimes we had strange visitors in the gardens of the hotel, such as couple cats and a wild goat that got through via the cliffs, but they added to the beauty of the place. The beaches nearby although tricky to access through cliff walkpath is okay if you are careful. Fantastic 2 coves on either side , turquoise waters. We hired 2 bikes and ended up visiting Porto Cristo and Cala Mellor albeit a 34 km cycle you can get there via taxi for 10 euros, and it's extremely beautiful. Staff extremely polite and friendly, kept the hotel in pristine condition througout. I suppose it got really busy in summer, but being the end of season it was just perfect for us with a few family with children and mostly French, German , few British and few Nordic customers, not too busy or crowded at all and extremely pleasant. Kudos to Lucia for having made this a break to remember. We hope you have a great vacation in Egypt.
