Absolutely amazing resort! Food is superb…. And I have one very fussy kid eater…. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make everything possible. Resort is spotlessly clean and lots to do without it being an over the top place. Would definitely come again.

The service at this hotel is really good, and the food is enjoyable. However, the cleanliness and attention to fine details are not up to a high standard. With so many guests, it feels like some quality is lost. Overall, it's a decent stay, but there's room for improvement in maintaining the hotel's condition.

We have just completed a 13 night stay at this most exclusive all inclusive resort. Their ethos is to ensure service for their guests and they achieve it with bells on top. Nothing is too much trouble. From the service at the beach, to the room service, to the food in the restaurants, it all far exceeded our expectations. The dine out restaurants were both fantastic experiences, although we did ask at the Akti if we could sample their fresh fish rather than the Ikos menu, which we were happy to pay for as we really wanted to feel that we were experiencing the local menu. It was worth paying for. Daily pilates with Nicole was the best way to start the day. The view from the yoga deck making the effort worth it! We took the complimentary bikes out a few times.....although I would definitely recommend the electric bikes if only to get the bikes back up the hill!! If you were to travel to the resort with anyone with accessibility issues, there are alot of steps and it is not flat, but the resort do operate a buggy. We used the gym, tennis courts, football pitch, where the condition of courts/pitches etc was outstanding and the staff looking after them were amazing. I honestly could not recommend this enough. We needed a complete rest and the Ikos staff have ensured that we achieved that. Thank you so much

My third visit to an Ikos hotel, everytime I stay at one I always say it's my favourite holiday I've ever been on. Exceptional service (from all staff) food, location. I stayed deluxe in Ikos Andalusia and the room was phenomenal! I stayed non-deIuxe this time at Oceania and really couldn't see a difference, apart from the room. We had a panoramic junior suite sea view room, incredible unspoilt views of the beach and sea 😍 I really highly doubt you can find a better hotel in the world, I arrived back home yesterday and looking at booking another Ikos hotel now 😁

We had a great break. The options for meals was amazing and worked well for adults and kids. A football academy on site was a great asset with an energetic 7 year old and a quiet play area outdoors and indoors in the day. Having a variety of restaurants scattered around the hotel made it very special with such a variety of food and water sports for those who liked that. Would recommend this for adults and children.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great and the resort is very modern with great restaurants and lots to do, we did a sunset cruise, watersports, diving and sports activities and all were well run and fun. The Sports team were particularly engaging, my son had football coaching with Napoleon, he is a great coach; very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and easy to get along with. My son loved it. I would definitely recommend a family holiday.

I recently stayed at Ikos Dassia in Corfu and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel's lush surroundings and stunning views made for an idyllic setting. The accommodations were spacious and elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. One highlight of my stay was dining at the Flavors restaurant. The food was exceptional, offering a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. A special mention goes to Theodoros, a waiter whose exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and well-cared-for throughout our meal.

There’s 5 star resorts and there’s Ikos! Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, we were a large party visiting for a wedding and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us, the restaurants and wine selection is fantastic and they really do make you feel like royalty.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and amazing food. Had the absolute best week here! The Tesla experience and sunset cruise are great, and the hotel grounds are beautifully kept. The spa was lovely and so many pools to choose from which were all fantastic!

I recently stayed at Ikos Olivia Resort and had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes prepared with great care. The rooms were good, though they could be a bit bigger and more modernized. Despite this, they were clean and comfortable. Service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Ikos Olivia for its exceptional food, commendable rooms, and outstanding service.

We loved Ikos Olivia so much that we returned twice. The long private beach is perfect, the food selection is excellent for gourmet eaters, and the staff is super friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family occupied during the day. Highly recommend!

Very family oriented. There is a deluxe area which is beautiful. Hotel works on you reserving dinner beforehand, which can be difficult on their app. Food, however, is very good as are the staff. Management need to work on their policies so as not to alienate their customers.

I'd like to start off saying that we had a lovely holiday at Ikos Olivia. It's got beautiful grounds, with olive trees, a herb garden and lots of greenery. The hotel didn't feel too busy although the kids pool area got quite busy at times. The splash pool was great. The face-to-face service was overall fantastic, everyone was very accommodating and kind. The chefs were all excellent with offering alternatives for my daughter's allergies. They were great and provided blackout curtains, high chair for the room, baby bath and steriliser which made the stay much more comfortable. The main thing that prevents a 5 star review is the issue we had with booking restaurants. This was our first time at an all-inclusive and we chose Ikos because of how it's truly all inclusive and that there are several a la carte restaurants. We prebooked restaurants for the first three evenings but then it was extremely difficult to get reservations for the rest of the stay. We were offered 9pm but this didn't work as we had a baby with us. I found the whole back and forth extremely stressful, and it took some time to get sorted. I didn't find the whatsapp concierge particularly helpful either. I hadn't expected such an issue as we travelled first week of May, I can't even imagine what this must be like during peak season. On our last evening, we attended our booked restaurant only to be told that they didn't have our booking. They didn't care when we showed them the confirmation on the whatsapp concierge and suggested we should try the buffet instead. It was very dismissive and rude. The issue was eventually sorted after I spoke to Niki, who was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Flavours is very good for a buffet and the breakfast choice was excellent there. Whilst the food was good, I found it more challenging with allergies as egg was not listed on the dishes (despite being a common allergen). It would be great if Ikos would consider including all common allergens on their menus. I want to try Ikos again but if this is a repeated issue then that will probably be the last time. I had high expectations as I had heard so many great things about them. The food at the restaurants was usually very good but Anaya, in particular, did not live up to expectations unfortunately. Overall though, we really enjoyed the facilities and service and we would like to give it another go, although I'm thinking to do 5 nights instead of 7 now due to the issue with restaurant reservations.

Top quality 5star all inclusive. Set out on a reasonable size resort, not too far waking from end to end with little ones. Beach is a dark sand so too hot for little ones. Pools are good with just the right amount of sun loungers. It's just a big shame there is no creative water slides or jets or fountains for the 2 - 16yr olds. The toddler splash slide and jets are very sad and small compared to everything else. No pools go deeper than 130cm either. Staff are super friendly. Plenty of bikes to use. Shop for inflatables and kids toys is well stocked. The show is pretty good, just maybe a little short. Food was very high quality, but oddly the dishes varied enormously in size / ability to fill and sustain you. Watch out for sewage smell from time to time, but don't think that is the fault of Ikos.

Wow, what a great hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how kid-friendly everything was. The food was absolutely stunning, with a wide variety of delicious options that pleased both adults and children alike. I lost count of the number of swimming pools available, including a serene adult-only pool for some quiet relaxation. The service was just perfect—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Very high quality service throughout a week's stay, including the transfers. The staff is evidently very well trained. The food is the strongest selling point - more on that below. For now, I'd say make sure you get your reservations in early, otherwise you'll be offered very early or very late slots. There are lots of pools - both heated and unheated. The space around the adult pool (unheated) was very pleasant; the other pools were more variable (depending on who was there and how loud they were being). The poolside service was very attentive. The spa was a bit underwhelming and has no jacuzzi. It seems to be designed for people waiting for treatments. The gym was compact but well-equipped. It's a shame the air-conditioning was broken for most of the week, as it made it unpleasantly stuffy. The bike rental was a good option, but the bikes we rented weren't in great condition - weak brakes on one bike and the other was very squeaky. The Tesla rental was great - it's worth booking this a few days in advance. The reception bar is a hidden gem, and a very comfortable space to spend time in the afternoon, when it gets too hot outside.

An amazing stay here, the hotel is exceptional, really stunning, service is wonderful and feels like there is an extremely positive culture amongst staff. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants service and quality is fantastic. Dropped a star on location as the beach is poor at best. For the hour we went there, JCB diggers were going past, there is litter and just a run down feel, definitely don’t come here for the beach, however the pools are all brilliant and there’s no idiots creeping down at 7am putting towels on loungers, plenty of space everywhere. Loved it, perfect family getaway will now visit the other Ikos resorts.

I've been to a few of the Ikos resorts, this one was the worst by far. Please note I am writing this review a year on. Service was great, room was clean, the reason I've rated it low was because of three things. One was poor food hygiene. Myself and several other guests we met caught some sort of vomiting / diarrhea bug at this hotel. The hotel of course denied this was anything to do with them. Secondly, the air conditioning broke and it took a few days to fix this, with no compensation offered. It was scorching hot and having no AC was pretty horrible. Thirdly the food was pretty average, when you're paying this amount of money you'd expect better. Want my advice? Skip this one and try another Ikos, the ones in Greece are way better.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 4. To quote my 7 and 5 year olds, Ikos Odisia has "the best chicken nuggets they've ever had". Rooms are not particularly plush but are functional. Everything is still very new since the resort was only built last year. Service is excellent and everyone we interacted with did their best. Maybe they could use a few more staff in the bars to reduce waiting times but it's a very minor complaint. The food was mostly excellent. I especially appreciated that all venues had a kids menu for fussy eaters. The free Tesla hire is stress free and a great perk, we used it to explore the island. The beaches are lovely, plenty of sand and lots of shallow water for the children to explore. Lounger service everywhere. Very few complaints, I would definitely return.

Amazing holiday with fabulous food and lovely staff. Christina and Grace in customer relations were so helpful. Beautiful views from all restaurants in the resort and pretty much everywhere you go, including the gym. The grounds are immaculately looked after and attract lots of butterflies. Never felt cramped as very spread out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The facilities and infrastructure are excellent. However, the resort's vast size has led to service execution challenges that are unacceptable for a luxury premium resort. With the type of affluent clientele you attract, the service must be more proactive, and "No" should never be an option. 1. It took 2 days to receive the pillow menu. 2. The slippers provided in the rooms vary in quality, with some lacking padding. This seems to be a supplier issue. 3. There is inconsistency in the towels provided between room service and turn-down service. 4. Turn-down service should occur after guests leave for dinner. In hot weather, guests often shower upon returning from the beach before going out to dinner. Therefore, clean towels and a refreshed room should be expected upon their return. 5. Shower gel and moisturizer were not replenished. 6. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a buggy is too long. Consider having carts in different zones for better coverage. 7. Your hotel app is excellent and detailed. However, affluent clients do not have the time to proactively book restaurants weeks in advance. At a premium luxury resort, I should be able to secure a booking on the night I decide to dine. I understand that people book and sometimes do not show up, making it challenging to manage. However, this level of service is expected in a package holiday, not in a resort charging over $10,000. 8. There is some confusion among staff regarding the standard menu versus the deluxe menu. 9. Staff should be knowledgeable about the operating hours of all restaurants on the property, not just their assigned one. Wealthy clients are unlikely to keep checking the app; staff should be able to answer basic questions like this. 10. You should have international adapters for customers as standard Overall, the value and quality of the facility are valid. However, the resort falls short for me at the premium service level, especially regarding service expectations. If this were a 4-star resort priced accordingly, I would rate it much higher. Unfortunately, it is a luxury resort with pricing to match. Thus it has some ways to go to compete with its peers.

Such a shame. We love Ikos but this was so disappointing. We have been to all the Ikos many times and enjoyed every holiday. This time we felt like second class citizens. We had restaurants booked in advance and each time we arrived and were told there was no room outside on the patio/balcony with a view. The entire place was families and they had prime location while older couples sat inside on a beautiful warm night. Many tables were laid for 6 or 8 for families to arrive. At one of the restaurants we asked for the unoccupied tables to be split so that 3 couples like ourselves could be seated. With great reluctance this was done and we enjoyed a lovely meal. Service and food was of a great standard. We chatted with other people and they had had the same issues. Waiting for a buggy for 45 mins. This is now overrun and canteen style setting. It’s not too often that you can give a 5* review on day 2 of a holiday. All of the Ikos hotels are stunning but this one has extra special views with it being located on a peninsula. The rooms are great, the food is great, the pools, spa, gym and restaurants are all immaculate. The staff have been very welcoming and give you the best experience.

Fantastic place. Relaxed, friendly and fun. Great food, staff are friendly helpful and very accommodating. Rooms all have a decent view. Many areas have child free zones not that children are any trouble, the staff love them and are trained in child care… as long as parents help in ‘difficult moments’. Lots of daily activities for kids and adults if you like that stuff including borrowing a Tesla for the day (free). Food is great many restaurants to choose from - booking dinner recommended for some restaurants. Highly recommended.

Ikos Aria offers a flawless experience. Ikos Resorts are the best 5-star hotel chain we've ever encountered. We've visited Ikos Olivia multiple times, and unlike other 5-star resorts, Ikos never disappoints. Other resorts could learn a lot from the owners of Ikos. From the moment you arrive, you're well taken care of. The staff is incredible, always smiling, and eager to assist. The hotel is impeccably clean and clearly well maintained. The food is high-quality, prepared by skilled chefs, making you feel truly pampered. This is a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely return. We've used almost all the facilities at this hotel, which is just a 20-minute drive from the airport. Thank you for making our holiday magical. 😊 They cater to gluten-free dietary requirements and tailor dishes accordingly. Inform the hotel and concierge service upon arrival, and they will personally address your specific dietary needs, ensuring all resort restaurants are aware. You don't need to select food from the buffet. I spoke with the kitchen manager to avoid cross-contamination since guests may mix utensils. By far, this is the best hotel for catering to dietary requirements.

Went to Fresco for dinner and had the most amazing service with Marilou, she went the extra mile to make our evening so special with cocktails she knew we would enjoy and churros to finish it off. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back. Very welcoming towards 19 year olds. Fresco’s manager put together an amazing team - nothing but praise 🥰

The iKos Aria is situated in lush gardens about 25 minutes from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the airport. We arrived on a late flight and arrived after midnight (01:00) and our check-in was brief. On entering our room, it was clear we could not stay there. We could easily hear the people talking in the next room – they were not speaking loudly, but then we realised we were in an adjoining room. We went to reception to have it sorted out but the night staff it seems were not able to change our room and we would therefore have to stay at least, until the next morning. The reception staff soon fixed the issue by finding a better room for us but we were not impressed at being placed in an adjoining room! It must be stated that the staff ARE the hotel! They were superb throughout our stay – always with a welcome (and I do mean, ALL of the staff) and were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our second room was perfect – comfortable and a decent size, it was well-equipped and had a garden terrace. We had breakfast in the buffet which was reasonably well stocked. Some items (omelettes for example) were available to order. Overall, very good although I had to find someone to take our coffee order. The choice of pools is excellent although even during school term time, there were plenty of children and the only adults only pool was quite small. I would suggest consideration be made to have one of the larger pools be designated ‘adults only’. However, there were plenty of available sun lounges available at all pool sites. The excellent staff were instantly at hand to help with towels, drinks, snacks and whatever was needed. The restaurants may be booked in advanced through a downloadable app, after check-in has completed and then booked restaurants for our entire stay. There are 8 excellent restaurants to choose from, some of which offer breakfast a-la-carte which were all of an extremely high quality. We used the main lobby bar infrequently but it was good when we did. The entertainment was very good and suitable for all. There was also a 1-hour sunset boat trip offered around the bay which did not offer a great deal to see but was fun nevertheless and an opportunity to socialise with other guests. The iKos Aria also offered us a car to use for a day (a Tesla) which was great for exploring other beaches around the small island of Kos and to make our second trip to the Old Town. We had taken advantage of the bus to the town earlier in the week. Everything worked well and we will ultimately look back on the Aria as the most genuinely hospitable hotel we have holidayed at. The staff really made this a wonderful stay and the food was exemplary across all of the restaurants. The gardens were maintained to an outstanding level and really shone in the sunshine and glowed with artificial lighting at night. Nothing was too much trouble. If attention were to be made in regards to ‘pool comfort’ in regards to having a quiet place to relax and swim, it would be perfection. We would definitely return to an iKos!

We have had yet another fantastic Ikos experience. I would highly recommend you book deluxe for this one. We were so glad that we did as the deluxe pool was fantastic. John and Anistasia were amazing, and we managed to order B52's thanks to Anistasia. Shout out to Fabian at the deluxe pool as well. Food was fantastic everywhere 😋 I would recommend if you go to the island with the church, take sensible footware. Sliders were difficult to climb in but managed. I would also say the sunset cruise is a must, captain is fantastic, and you also get a lot of ouzo. Great holiday, thank you, Ikos team again. Will be back.

We are currently 2 days into our stay but it has already blown us away. The pools are pools and facilitates are fantastic, the rooms are lovely and clean, the staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. For such a large hotel, there are rarely ever long queues at the bar or for food and no shortage of sun beds! Would reccomend for any family

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. It is an amazing spot with plenty of space and less than a km to the beach. The food choices were amazing, something for everyone and more. The rooms are a little dated but for the time you spend in them they have all you need. We had a lovely family holiday and would highly recommend this resort.

Excellent food, service and amenities. A superb place for young families First time staying here. I was really surprised just how good it was. Food was decent and plentiful. Pools are all clean and not over crowded. Our room in the South quarter overlooked the sea and was scrupulously clean. What made the Blau Punta Reina excellent was their staff. Polite, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special

We stayed ate one of the renovated suites and had a stunning view of the sea. Definitely enjoyed it! The short path to the southern beach is a little bit technical and could be difficult for strollers. However, a shuttle service exists. The food is awesome, and we were not bored by the options over one week. However, i would not book this unless taking kids with me. It is a very loud hotel, rooms are not very well isolated and there will always be several kids screaming in the restaurant. (But that makes it easier on you if your kid has a tantrum 🤣) Overall a very enjoyable stay!

If you want everything in one place, especially if you have children, this is good. Decent food, nice people, pools for all ages, play areas. Not much outside locally though, but of for, a shop, a bit of a dusty building site really, uneven pavements, not buggy friendly. The resort though, was really good with two young children.
