Absolutely Outstanding – A Perfect Family Getaway! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Centara Mirage Resort Dubai – everything about this resort was exceptional from start to finish. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience! The facilities and amenities were second to none. The swimming pools were stunning, clean, and wonderfully maintained – offering something for everyone, whether you’re looking to relax or dive into some fun. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, a true slice of paradise. Honestly, every single detail, from the rooms to the restaurants to the kids’ activities, was just amazing. A very special shout-out to Aura, BB, Pang, and the entire front desk team – their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their personal touches made all the difference. And we must mention Moses, who works at the rock jump by the pool – what an absolute legend! His energy, enthusiasm, and kindness brought so much joy to our kids and made every pool day unforgettable. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. This resort is a gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Five stars, hands down – thank you to the entire Centara Mirage team for creating such magical memories for our family!

Amazing service from the Centara Hotel cleaning team! I want to express my great gratitude to the staff of the Centara, Tap Bahadur and Chandra hotel for their impeccable work and attentive attitude to the guests! Thanks to their efforts, my room always shone with cleanliness, and every detail - from a perfectly tugged bed to neatly laid out towels - created a feeling of comfort and care. Tap Bahadur and Chandra showed not only professionalism, but also sincere benevolence. They always smiled friendly, wondered if everything was convenient for me, and immediately responded to any requests. I remember how they delicately left small pleasant surprises - for example, towel figurines or fresh flowers in a vase. It made my stay at the hotel really special. Their work did not go unnoticed: thanks to such a coordinated work of the cleaning team, the atmosphere in Centara is filled with warmth and hospitality. Thank you, Tap Bahadur and Chandra, for putting your soul into your work! Your responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail made my vacation unforgettable. I will definitely come back to Centara again and recommend the hotel to my friends!

The Centara Mirage Hotel is generally a very nice place. The resort is well-maintained, clean, and truly family-friendly. A big plus is the staff – every single team member is friendly, helpful, and attentive. You really feel welcome here. However, one major issue significantly impacted my ability to relax: the situation with the sun loungers at the pool. There’s a large, clearly visible sign stating that loungers can only be reserved for up to 60 minutes – and only when you’re away for meals. Unfortunately, hardly anyone follows this rule. Guests rush out as early as 8 a.m. to reserve loungers, and some don’t return for hours. By midday, almost all loungers appear taken, but no one is actually using them – they’re just being “reserved” indefinitely. For me, a holiday means relaxation – not starting the day stressed out trying to find a free lounger. Sadly, this really detracted from the overall experience. It’s a pity, because otherwise the hotel truly has the potential for a top rating.

Centara is an amazing hotel. From the staff to the food to the service, all was fantastic. Hotel facilities are brilliant. The pools are heated, and well staffed. The food is different every day and good quality too. All the staff at the hotel make you feel extremely welcome and help with any requests. The hotel offers lots of facilities and lots of activities, which are all included in the hotel as a package. Only downside is the location is far from everything else. Aside from that, it's a brilliant place to stay with kids.

The friendliness and hospitality of ALL staff at this resort is something out of this world, from pick-up at the airport to transfer to the hotel in a neat and spacious van. The reception and welcome at the hotel were awesome. The room overlooking the beach was just welcoming. the rooms were kept neat at all times. I'm planning a visit. The staff were hassle-free. My personal needs were accommodated. The waiters at restaurant were always welcoming me with a cup of chamomile tea at breakfast. They really made me feel that I mattered
