This hotel is the best
I really liked it here.
The rooms are cleaned very well. There’re polite, cheerful staff here. The food is very tasty. There is also a lot of entertainment for children, they will not get bored here. I also wanted to add about John the lifeguard, who is very responsive and kind. He does his job perfectly. And Mr. Aston, he trains the lifeguards very well, and teach them CPR. The only hotel I would come to again.

I actually wrote a very long comprehensive review for this hotel but the characters exceeded the limit. So I will stick to a summary and will gladly offer the hotel comprehensive feedback should they get in touch.
Overall a good enough hotel. There were some points that really let it down and as a result, we would not return in future.
The food and beverage really let this hotel down especially in our case staying on an all-inclusive basis. There were a lot of paid extras which made no sense and no daily stocked mini bar fridge.
The rooms were not always cleaned and when they were it was very late in the day.
The staff were mostly helpful and very welcoming however this was let down but some silly errors on occasion. Lifeguards were fantastic and made me feel safe for my family of young children.
The pools are good enough and the beach is nice.
Overall It was an ok stay and unfortunately I would not return. I do not feel the price paid was reflected in the quality of my stay. Again I welcome the hotel to reach out and will gladly offer a fully comprehensive review on our stay.

Great hotel for children.
Many pools including lazy pool. Beach access from hotel. Football nets, volleyball, ping pong table. Pool activities and so much more.
Inside games room - PlayStation, air hockey table, projector football nets. I’m sure there is more that we didn’t see.
Breakfast had a variety and was fresh. Can’t comment on other food as we ate out.
Staff accommodating.
Yes location isn’t great (I’m sure in years to come this will be a busy location) but for us I liked the quietness of the area with an easy taxi ride back into town.

I wanted to tell a little about this hotel. I’ll be honest this is the best hotel I’ve ever been. Food is very delicious, rooms are comfortable, the entertainments for kids are great. Also I’d like to add about the lifeguard on the beach, John, he’s the best and the kindest one. Also Mr. Aston, he’s a very good instructor. Recommend this hotel!!

We had such a lovely stay here over October half term!
The only negative I can possibly think of is that a lot of the sun beds near the pool are in the shade for the majority of the day- so there is a race in the morning to get the best spots!
However, wherever you were near the pool there was always a friendly, helpful lifeguard there! They were so good with the kids- not only keeping them safe but also playing games with them! It certainly helped us out as parents and gave us peace of mind. We would especially like to send a big thank you to Kamal!
