We had a truly wonderful experience. The staff at the lounge was exceptional — from the warm welcome to the tailored, attentive service throughout our visits, they made us feel genuinely valued. The reception team set the tone right from check-in with their friendly and professional approach, and the pool staff were equally charming and accommodating, always making sure our time by the water was relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. Overall, the combination of excellent service, friendliness across all areas, and impeccable room upkeep made our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Dubai memorable.

I am a pearl member Mandarin Hotel and I am traveling a lot and I could say that unfortunately my stay in Mandarin jumeirah Dubai was not the best . I stayed 4 nights in this hotel with my boyfriend , firstly the room we booked 10 days ago before my arrival was taken so they decided to upgrade me , but sincerely it was more a downgrade than an upgrade … So we decided to paid more to get the beautiful sky line view suite to feel our stay more confortable . The room was beautiful , housekeeper , laundry , room service was very nice and the gym is amazing. However , in this hotel there a big problem concerning the communication between the customer and the front desk . People working at the front desk are not ready and don’t have enough experiences to deal with the high customer . We decided to extend our stay for one more night and keep our room , We talked to 3 different people , all of them gave us a different prices concerning the rate of the room , which is very strange , and their prices were getting higher and higher with each of them . Then We proceeded book on mandarin website direct, they suggested to book through the hotel , which I did and they assure me that I will have the late check out as American Express . The next day , they rushed us to leave the hotel , they told us Ito leave the room at 2 pm and not 4 pm because the room was booked . I should proceed with American Express and not with the front desk because I was planning to spend my day at Casa Amor and enjoy my lunch with my boyfriend, but unfortunately I could not . Secondly once it was 1:30 pm I called the reception to get my bags , then 2:10 pm nobody came , then the reception called me to « please leave the room «  , which is terrible because since 30 min we were waiting for the valet. Then once we were leaving nobody came to us in the lobby to ask us how was the stay , nobody told us goodbye ,nobody escort us to our car service . I was really surprised , never seen that . The hospitality is not the best point apparently . Sincerely I did not feel this hotel like a 5 stars . The service is not luxurious and people at the desk are not competent . So I left this hotel , to finish my stay with my boyfriend in an another palace and obviously better service .

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and it was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special and welcomed. Our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration even more meaningful. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was also outstanding, vast, delicious, and full of high-quality options to suit every taste. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and serene, and the service was flawless from start to finish. We truly felt cared for in every detail. Thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental, Dubai, for making our anniversary truly unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back, next time with our children, so they can experience this amazing place with us.

I had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira. I celebrated my engagement there, and both my family and I were truly delighted. The service was excellent, and the staff were always cheerful, welcoming, and very supportive. The venue itself was stunning, very clean, and peaceful, with no disturbances at all. The beautiful views impressed all my family, and the room they provided had an amazing view. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. A special thanks goes to Melissa and Lucia, who were outstanding throughout. Even when we thought about postponing the event due to certain circumstances, they were very understanding and cooperative. In the end, we held the ceremony on time with full confidence in them, and they did not let us down. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this occasion unforgettable!
