"We had an absolutely dreamy stay at the Sheraton Jumeirah in Dubai! The newly renovated rooms are modern and offer a fantastic view of the sea or the private pool. We were served three fresh and delicious meals every day and the late breakfast was perfect for us late risers. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating - they anticipated our every wish! I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Terrance, who was always there to help and advise us.
The hotel has several bars, some of them outdoors, and even a hookah cafe where you can enjoy live football matches on a huge TV. The whole atmosphere is very family-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us. Thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back!"

I have been a guest at this hotel since 2015 and have always enjoyed my stays. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. While the rooms have been redecorated, there is a significant design flaw: a shower screen placed between the living room and the bathroom. Although it does not provide a clear view of the individual, the body shape of the person showering is visible.
I am scheduled to stay here again next week with my two children, one of whom is my 12-year-old daughter. This design issue raises serious privacy concerns. It is highly inappropriate for me to be present in the bedroom whilst she is showering with very limited privacy.
Additionally, upon check-in, the staff did not request a security deposit, which should be a standard procedure. Consequently, the next day at the pool, when we ordered a couple of drinks, we were informed that we couldn't charge them to our room due to the lack of a security deposit. This resulted in the inconvenience of having to get changed, go upstairs, retrieve cash, and return to pay the bar attendant. This indicates poor training on the part of the reception staff.
We eventually managed to speak to a staff member named Ali, who was sympathetic and understood our concerns. When asked how he would feel sitting in a room while his young child is showering and their body shape is visible through the screen, he admitted he would feel uncomfortable.
Regrettably, due to these issues, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel has undergone a major renovation and the room I stayed at was tastefully renovated, the room was modern, bright with amazing view.
The staff are very friendly and professionally trained.
The access to the pool and the beach is made easy. The builtin bar at the pool is great and the trees surrounding the pool are so relaxing.
I hope to visit again.

High-quality service with a very cozy green area, like an oasis in the desert. Convenient access to the beach and the sea. Everything is done wisely. For families with children there are playgrounds and a pool under the shade. A lot of trees!!! Refreshing clean water in the pool with direct access to the bar. You can enjoy a cold drink without leaving the pool. The staff is very responsive. Thank you very much Bilal! And special thanks to Emily from the reception! despite the traffic, she found me a taxi))

The Palm garden 3 restaurant is moved to a suite in the 9th floor. The food options are limited. The quality is not good. Not worth the price. The chef, whose from Myanmar, spoke negatively about me to the waiter, Oak, whose from Myanmar, in their own language. The Chef covered food and did not allow me to take food. He harassed me. He was very rude. He made me feel uncomfortable.
