We had a wonderful one-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Jumeirah. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was excellent—every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and truly committed to making our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean with a breathtaking sea view that really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Our kids especially loved the kids club—it was well-organized and full of engaging activities. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space and a great vibe for both kids and adults to enjoy. The beach had a calm, resort-like ambiance with beautiful surroundings and excellent service. One area that could use improvement is the water pressure in the shower. It was noticeably weak and didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a 5-star resort. It’s a small detail, but it did affect the overall experience. Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back—especially if that one issue is addressed.

She made sure that me and my wife were well taken care of and booking is easy with her and Alyssa made sure that everything was seamless from beginning to the end. Our therapist Sandra and Arlin are very were very good! It’s the best massage ever! Spa is a must visit! Look for the people i mentioned they i fantastic!

The stay at Waldorf Astoria was a good 5 stars stay, however, it didn’t wow me as expected from a Waldorf property. The room was spacious and elegant with a large -mostly not utilized- balcony. The service varied quite a bit from one place to another. The housekeeping staff were attentive and excellent especially Miraj. The beach staff on another hand were not attentive, one even spoke rudely to my wife when she asked for a new ice bucket. The spa was excellent probably the highlight of the property. The reception was good and efficient, but nothing special. In terms of dining options the breakfast buffet was wonderful with huge variety of options. The dinner buffet was excellent but did not have any drink option included not even water, you need to pay extra for any drink which just felt like a tacky way to make money. The room service was good but just felt way overpriced for what was being presented. Kids friendliness: the hotel was full of kids but there are things that made me question the appropriateness of it for kids. First is the smoking guests everywhere on the beach, my 2 yrs old even picked a cigarette butt from the sand and asked what is it. The second, the kids food menu in all dining venues except the buffet was limited and lacked healthy options. There was a very small limited area next to the kiddie pool where smoking is prohibited which isn’t sufficient. The staff overall were very friendly to the kids everywhere however these little things were disappointing. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at the Waldorf, but in terms of value for the money I probably would not stay here again.

We were served by Pathum, who was very attentive, polite, and caring. Every day, he delighted my daughter with different surprises in the form of towel animals—dogs, elephants, monkeys, and swans—showing great creativity. Everything was always clean and well-stocked. Additionally, they celebrated my son’s birthday with balloons, greeting cards, and cakes. Thank you so much for the wonderful time spent with you! You are the best!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

The team at breakfast are consistently welcoming and ensuring we are all catered for.
