The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with stunning views to dubai coast and absolute comfort. The beach and pool areas were peaceful and perfectly maintained—ideal for true relaxation. Every detail reflected the high standards and refined taste the Waldorf Astoria brand is known for. Breakfast and dining (Turkish buffet in the Mezzerie Restaurant) were highlights of the stay, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service throughout. A very special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team: Shoaib, Wasim, Kathe, Angelica, Grace, Ankur, Ravi, Malvin, Riyaz, and Santul. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. Also a big thank you to Khin from the reception, who surprised us with the most beautiful Ocean view room. Excellent location to explore the Palm Jumeirah and enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, Pearl Club access was denied cause apparently it's full. Would have loved to spend some time there. Busy period during Christmas and pleasantly surprised to attend the Christmas eve reception with the cool Santa motorcade. Breakfast variety was great! Lots of food and drinks to choose from. Just a note to watch for their expected crowd and timings. They were pretty accurate. Avoid the peak period and your breakfast should be more enjoyable. And you will enjoy better service for sure. Dinner at Social was nice on Christmas night. Had the Wagyu beef tenderloin. Good. Overall, a positive experience.

The service throughout our stay was attentive, polite, and courteous. A special compliment goes to Head Chef Mr. Mohammad Hazine and his two Sous Chefs, Mr. Bharati and Ms. Patrice. The food was outstanding – perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. A fantastic team with great passion for what they do. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We had a fantastic experience.. from the food to entertainment and most especially the service. Great selection of food. Love love the oysters, lobsters, lamb chops and sashimis. The drinks are also good! Special thanks to Nadeem, Asitha and Hridoyn for the outstanding service. Our kids love the fairies, the magician and the singer. Super fun Saturday brunch!
