We had a lovely stay and the Waldorf Astoria. Our room was luxurious, spacious, & very comfortable. The resort is elegant and pristine. I loved hearing the love pianist in the lobby/atrium area. The resort has wonderful amenities (we enjoyed the adults only pool, pool restaurants, gym, and Lao restaurant. Lao is exceptional. The concierge gentleman was very kind and gave us great recommendations for area restaurants, roof top bars and other activities in Dubai. Due to its location on the Palm, the Waldorf is about 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai. But it’s worth it for the beautiful view and exceptional service. The restaurants and drinks were expensive, but that is on par with the rest of the city. While we were able to take advantage, the Waldorf does have some special deals each week you should take advantage of. One piece of criticism I have is that this resort could do more to be sustainable- they provide loads of complimentary plastic bottled water. I never even saw a plastics recycling container. The water is certainly needed in the heat, but they need to figure out a more sustainable method to make clean, purified drinking water available to their guests.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to be back :)

I had an amazing experience at the pool, thanks to the exceptional staff who truly made my stay unforgettable. The atmosphere was always welcoming and relaxing, and the entire team was attentive and professional.
I would like to give a special mention to David and Borzo. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a great time is outstanding. David and Borzo where always friendly, quick to offer assistance, and made sure everything around the pool was running smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, providing excellent service with a smile.
Together, they created a warm and hospitable environment that really stood out. I’m grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend this pool experience to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Nadeem. Not sure if he’s concierge or room service but the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The front desk team also was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze.
Throughout our stay, any request we had was promptly addressed with a smile. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, and even arrange a surprise for my birthday. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made our stay memorable. We will definitely return and recommend Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm to friends and family!
