What a treat staying here. The rooms were impeccable, the location is great for a vacation spot and is close enough to downtown to enjoy the beach vibe and the city itself. What made the stay the best experience was the service provided by Samir. He was the most courteous man that this hotel has to offer. He took care of our rooms and any needs that we may have had. The staff itself was exceptional, but Samir was on another level. We would come back to this resort when we come back to Dubai. Would highly recommend and send our thanks to Samir.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria The Palm was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed. The property is elegant, spotless, and beautifully maintained — exactly what you expect from a luxury resort in Dubai. The rooms are spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with sea views that instantly put you in a good mood. The housekeeping team deserves special credit for their attention to detail. Service is where Waldorf truly shines. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Whether at the lobby, pool, or restaurants, the hospitality was flawless. The beach and pool areas are relaxing, clean, and perfect for a calm getaway. Breakfast was another highlight — excellent quality, great variety, and well managed even during peak times. Overall, Waldorf Astoria The Palm delivers a premium experience with consistency and class. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and pure relaxation. I’ll definitely return.

This hotel is absolutely superb. The room, the food and especially the service is as good as it gets. We tried all the restaurants in the hotel and they are all excellent. Lao the Japanese/ Asian restaurant is super high quality, the Italian called the Social is super high end and even the buffet that operates every evening is great quality too.I would definitely recommend people went for the half board option though. The restaurants are very expensive and I’m sure the half board option would save you money. All the staff are all amazing but one person needs special recognition for going above and beyond. His name is Sasi Pardip. Sasi works attending the adult pool. He remembers the returning customers names and is so attentive and does it all with a smile. He’s the best of the best. Thank you Sasi for making our holiday extra special.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you can immediately notice that nothing is going to be too much trouble, staff are polite friendly and helpful. The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean. The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children). A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him. Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat. The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable. The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos. For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded. The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard. The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday.

Flawless Service Makes the Adult Pool the Best in Dubai! My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed a fantastic pool day at the Waldorf Astoria, specifically at the Adult Pool, which is fast becoming our favourite spot in Dubai. The atmosphere is lovely, but the true standout—and the reason for this 5-star review—is the absolutely flawless service. Exceptional service is not always guaranteed at busy hotel pools in Dubai, but the team here delivered an experience that was second to none. The attention to detail and proactive care from the staff made the day truly relaxing and memorable. A huge thank you and commendation must go to Samar, Niranjan, and Vamshi. Their professionalism, friendliness, and impeccable service were outstanding. They ensured we wanted for nothing throughout the entire day. Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Adult Pool for anyone seeking both a great setting and genuinely world-class service.
