We had a great time at this hotel. The facilities were amazing and the staff were fantastic. They were very welcoming and accommodating to any needs we had. The pool staff in particular, Borzo and Jayan, were very helpful. They would regularly check in on guests and promptly refill the ice buckets of water. They would offer to clean guests’ sunglasses and would provide fresh towels when needed. Overall great stay at this hotel and would recommend!

We are Privelee members (family of 4) so came for the first time today to use the pool and beach. It was a Saturday afternoon we arrived, exceptionally busy (UK mid term break). It was busy, but a lovely atmosphere. The guys found us 4 loungers very quickly, fresh towels and complimentary cold water straight away. Anything we requested was no trouble, came quickly, and always checked up. Aziz was really friendly and kind. Nadik, Moses and Bamsi all served us with a smile! I didn’t get the names of the guys carrying out the food from the kitchen, but I can tell you all the food arrived hot, complete, neat and tidy. Our 12 year old really enjoyed the kids club - play station, air hockey, and table tennis kept him occupied all afternoon :) One more mention I feel needs to be made - the valet guys - a large function was starting as we left, so many people arriving AND leaving at the same time, they were a well oiled machine. We really look forward to returning again soon.

I am late giving my review but this is by far one of the best properties in Dubai. The customer service, amenities, and cleanliness the stay was peaceful and full of relaxation. MERCY NYORO ensured prior to my arrival that I was fully accommodated and that transportation was handled prior to my arrival. The food was exceptional and truly made it difficult to want to eat and explore outside the hotel offerings. The fitness center was also wonderfully equipped for a full body workout. As well as plenty of bottled water and clean towels. ADRIAN DMELLO made sure my room was decorated romantically and set the tone for my anniversary trip. I can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The service was absolutely outstanding. A special thanks to Paul and Sujan, the lifeguards, Aziz from the pool team, Nadeem and Hamid from reception and Santhul from the breakfast team — they took such great care of our son and really made us feel at ease. I also have specific dietary needs (no seed oils), and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even purchased beef tallow just for my meals, which was incredible attention to detail. The location on the Palm is a little farther from Downtown Dubai, but the complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall makes it very convenient and helps save on taxi costs. Overall, the service completely won us over, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We left truly happy with our experience!

The hotel from the service everything is in immaculate condition. Food menu has lots variety of options. Fawad the waiter was very sweet and kind. Overall, all the staff is very helpful. Omar went out of his way to make sure we had a warm welcome. Hats off to the chef. Food was very good. I loved how they put the biryani in a traditional dish takes me back to my roots.
