I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I was well taken care of, and every detail of my experience was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism. Housekeeping was outstanding throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Resham, as well as everyone on the team that did an incredible job keeping my room spotless and perfectly arranged every day. The attention to detail and care put into the service really made me feel at home. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is serene and luxurious, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai and looking for world-class hospitality!

We love this hotel. One of the best on Palm Jumeirah. Everything is of style, professional and just nice. Especially if you have a Club room either Club access. The staff is very friendly and made our stay so romantic while celebrating our wedding anniversary. They also decorated our room with balloons and a cake and a handwritten card congratulating us personally from the Club. Thank you very much. We will definately come back.

I visited the hotel today for the first time and did the spa day pass package and I had a lovely day. I started off with a cappuccino in the reception lounge, served by Hrit who was polite, professional and friendly. Over at the spa, the reception staff gave me a very warm welcome. The package included a massage, and it was one of the best massages, I have ever had. My therapist, Teresa, was amazing and so lovely, making me feel really comfortable the whole time. So good, I will definitely be requesting her on my next visit. I left feeling very relaxed and happy after a great massage and lovely afternoon at the adult pool. I will certainly be returning again very soon. A great spa and pool package!

The Waldorf Astoria is a beautiful property with elegant rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the beach. The only downside is that it’s quite far from downtown, and even though the hotel provides a shuttle, it still feels inconvenient for exploring the city. While I loved the property itself, I probably wouldn’t stay here again if my goal was sightseeing. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to do nothing but relax and enjoy the ocean, this is an ideal spot.
