We had a wonderful time at Waldorf Astoria. Our room was super clean and had a beautiful view of The Palm. The room was kept clean everyday and everyone was kind and welcoming. My family and I spent a lot of our time at the pool and the beach. Amy and David was very thoughtful and delivered an exceptional service during our stay. We felt at home during our stay. What a beautiful resort, everything was perfect starting from the check in at the reception, the luxurious room, the spacious balcony, the amazing swimming pool, the service, the great and friendly staff, the comfortable bed. They have also another swimming pool for adults only. Fabulous views of the sea. Nice beach 🏖️. I wish I could have stayed more.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for 5 nights in May and I could not fault the hotel, service or experience. The rooms were spotless, our ocean view room had incredible views and the staff were excellent. Sarah at breakfast knew our names within 24 hours and Dare in the Social restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our evening was excellent. We attended the Masquerade Ball and had an incredible evening. We were blown away by the entertainment, especially the card illusions by Klaus which were phenomenal. A huge thank you to all at the Waldorf for a memorable trip, we would not hesitate to return.

I’m writing a review specifically about the coco kids club. It’s so brilliant. The staff, especially Joshua keep the place absolutely spotless and are so amazing with the kids small and big. The ball pit, little kitchen and grocery store, karaoke, and other entertainment keep the kids happy and engaged while they are there. I have total peace of mind when I leave the kids and they ask to keep coming back.
