Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is clean. The hallways smell so nice and calming. Receptionists and staff are really friendly and accomodating. The receptionist (i forgot to ask his name) even gave me a room with a beautiful view of the city lights. Loved it!

Stayed a night with family. Convenient location close enough to everything. The breakfast buffet was very good. We had a room and the kids had a pulled out sofa as opposed to extra bed, which was the only thing that was not great but appreciated the value of the option vs getting an extra room.

Very dirty and bad place to stay " keep in mind the hotel very old and had a very bad smell of all facilities " , I tried to get help in this , I get refreshing spray one time only and no house keeper cleaned the room to me all 3 days , i was shocked and i did the checkout and I changed my hotel it was bad dream.
The breakfast was very bad as well and not enough food and not clean too.
I don't know why they not flexible, the policy was non refundable 100% ,
Very very bad experience not recommended at All.
Plus : no one answered me on phone/emails or in person when i was in the hotel .. They ruined my vacation .
