First time in dubai and it has been amazing so far. the rooms are amazing and nicr and modern and the room services are extraordinary. Khalil who is part of the room services house keeping team that cleans is an amazing cleaner. very kind and very respectful. If you need help with anything khalil is there to help and thats why he makes the hotel experience better. the gym is 24 hours and has the equipment you need to get a workout in.🙌🏾

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Christmas Stay — Truly Outstanding! My family and I spent 7 nights at Towers Rotana over the Christmas period, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Even though I have an apartment in Dubai, I chose to stay here to avoid the stress of cooking and cleaning while travelling with my elderly mother and my 11‑year‑old child — and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. The door attendants, reception team, and restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. We arrived four hours before check‑in, yet the receptionist invited us to enjoy lunch while our room was being prepared and even upgraded us from a family room to a suite. Such kindness set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel staff across all departments — reception, housekeeping, pool team, restaurant teams — were consistently attentive, caring, and eager to help. They truly made us feel valued. Christmas dinner was a highlight. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere festive, and the staff put on a lovely show. Santa even visited the restaurant on Christmas Day to give gifts to the children, which made the experience magical for my son. The food and drinks throughout the hotel were excellent, far above what you typically get in all‑inclusive hotels. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment at the British bar downstairs. A moment I will never forget was when I lost my phone during a jet‑ski activity and didn’t have cash on me. The reception team immediately stepped in and paid for my taxis until I could exchange money. Their support and kindness meant so much. On departure day, we were offered a late checkout and even had lunch before leaving, as our flight was very late. For early departures, they also provide breakfast boxes — another thoughtful touch. The hotel is spotless, well‑maintained, and in a fantastic location: just a 3‑minute walk to the metro and a short stroll to the Museum of the Future, which we could clearly see from our room. What truly makes Towers Rotana exceptional is not just the building or the location, but the people. Special thanks to Ade from the buffet restaurant, Darly from reception, Arlan, Shyan, Luza, Wyclife, Mary, and everyone else whose names I may have forgotten. You all made our holiday unforgettable. I would return here again and again. I highly recommend Towers Rotana to anyone visiting Dubai. I would also like to highlight a thoughtful gesture that truly impressed me. When I realised I had forgotten my jackets in the room during check‑in, the Guest Experience team arranged to have them posted to me in the UK. I had an amazing stay here, and I want to especially highlight Sourov from housekeeping and Muhammad at the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly elevated my entire trip. Every interaction with them made me feel welcome and valued. Honestly, they are the reason I will come back to this hotel. The room was clean, the service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was great – but the outstanding hospitality from Sourov and Muhammad made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I always enjoy the lunch buffet at their restaurant (Flavors). Hashan is really very helpful, hospitable and makes every visit comfortable. Great menu, love the taste not just the look - really good food. Thanks to the new receptionist too (Lu - from Myanmar) - I hope I got her name correct - she's so pleasant to deal with.
