The rooms are spotless, the amenities are excellent, and the view of the creek adds a beautiful touch to the entire experience. Every corner of the hotel feels well-maintained and welcoming. A special mention must go to Mr. Man Kumar, whose service made my stay even better. He is incredibly polite, charming, and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. From the moment I arrived at **Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City**, I was truly impressed. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the Dubai Creek and directly connected to the **Festival City Mall**, making shopping and dining just a few steps away. The views, especially at sunset, are breathtaking! The **staff** deserve a special mention. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The **check-in process** was smooth and efficient, and my room was ready ahead of schedule. The **room** itself was spotless, well-designed, and offered a beautiful creekside view. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens crisp and fresh, and the modern amenities made everything easy and relaxing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—from complimentary water bottles to the seamless in-room technology. Overall, **Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City** combines luxury, comfort, and convenience flawlessly. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City during a business trip. Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel adds thoughtful touches that make the experience feel personal without being over the top. I did have an issue with my first room, but the front desk handled it quickly and professionally. Even though the hotel was almost full, they still managed to switch my room without any trouble. Kael and Lisa were especially helpful and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was the highlight. The food quality and variety were excellent, but it was the team running the restaurant that made it memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests start their day well. A big thank you to all the restaurant staff and to Chef Terry for the great service. The only downsides were the dated bathroom design and a damp smell in the first room, which suggest the hotel could use some updates, especially in the washrooms. It is a five star hotel, and the staff are the reason it truly feels that way.

This was our second visit to The Crown Plaza located in Festival City overlooking Dubai Creek. The staff go the extra mile to make sure you have the best possible experience. It is a very popular hotel and when you experience the location and amenities both at the hotel and surrounding area you won’t be disappointed. The very cheap water transport across the Creek opens up the chance to visit many other attractions that Dubai has to offer. Taxis are always available to offer alternative travel. The Belgium Bar on site is a great place to relax and enjoy great views in the evening. Definitely won’t hesitate to stay here should we return to Dubai.

Crowne Plaza offers an excellent stay experience with a great location that provides easy access to nearby attractions. The overall service is impressive, especially during the buffet breakfast. The food selection is varied and well-prepared, and the service team ensures a pleasant dining experience. A special mention goes to Mina from the food service team, who was exceptionally attentive and hospitable. His professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the breakfast experience. Crowne Plaza stands out for its ideal location, excellent service, and dedicated staff. Highly recommended!
