I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City during a business trip. Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel adds thoughtful touches that make the experience feel personal without being over the top. I did have an issue with my first room, but the front desk handled it quickly and professionally. Even though the hotel was almost full, they still managed to switch my room without any trouble. Kael and Lisa were especially helpful and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was the highlight. The food quality and variety were excellent, but it was the team running the restaurant that made it memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests start their day well. A big thank you to all the restaurant staff and to Chef Terry for the great service. The only downsides were the dated bathroom design and a damp smell in the first room, which suggest the hotel could use some updates, especially in the washrooms. It is a five star hotel, and the staff are the reason it truly feels that way.

The location is absolutely perfect—right by the Dubai Creek and directly connected to the **Festival City Mall**, making shopping and dining just a few steps away. The views, especially at sunset, are breathtaking! The **staff** deserve a special mention. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The **check-in process** was smooth and efficient, and my room was ready ahead of schedule. The **room** itself was spotless, well-designed, and offered a beautiful creekside view. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens crisp and fresh, and the modern amenities made everything easy and relaxing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—from complimentary water bottles to the seamless in-room technology. Overall, **Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City** combines luxury, comfort, and convenience flawlessly. Whether you’re visiting Dubai for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect balance of elegance and hospitality.

This place is outstanding. The friendliness of the staff, the quality of food, the housekeeping work and standards, the service standards in the reataurant, the pool staff, the front office and the management, the maintenance.... Incredible. You find generosity in every encounter. Everybody is going the extra mile. Thank you for your friendliness and care. It was again an excellent experience. Outstanding service from well motivated and managed staff who make for a very cheerful and pleasant stay. Nothing seems too much trouble for example mentioned to Atta Haida of the house keeping team would welcome a pod coffee machine in room which duly arrived within 24 hours. Excellent breakfast with outside seating overlooking the canal is a wonderful setting to start the day. Location puts much readily at hand with Festival Mall having a 3 minute internal walk direct connection. No need to waste time with taxis. The Promnade offers excellent range of eating out opportunities again in great settings. And, of course one has the nightly laser fountain display as colorful boats take people on nightly dining cruises. The hotel has very efficient lifts symbolic of all that goes on. One person reviewed that the furniture is dated but that seems petty as they most likely did not like the deep brown color. The rooms are of a good comfortable size and well designed.

The staff were courteous and incredibly helpful, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Additionally, the location is perfect—right near a major mall and surrounded by plenty of great amenities, making everything easily accessible. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service.
