A Wonderful Stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City I recently stayed with my family at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations — the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the food at Zaytoun Restaurant was delicious with a great variety. There was a very minor issue with the bathroom sliding door, but the hotel management responded swiftly and professionally. Their maintenance team came promptly and resolved the issue efficiently, which truly showed their commitment to guest comfort and safety. What stood out most was the way the team handled everything with care and courtesy. Their attention to detail and proactive service made us feel truly valued. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another night! Huge thanks to the entire team at Crowne Plaza Festival City for making our family getaway so enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk team displaying genuine hospitality and efficiency. The room was modern, spacious, and offered a stunning view, a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Housekeeping was top-notch, maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the seamless access to Festival City Mall, which made dining, shopping, and entertainment extremely convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also a standout, a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit all tastes. Special thanks to the team for their personalized service and warm attitude. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The food of the room service of this hotel was EXCELLENT. I had the burger and the baby chicken with vegetables and they were so good. The service was really good as well. I asked for a late check out and was able to get it very smoothly. I do think their breakfast menu should have more variety and the breakfast hall in the morning upon entry smelled a little funky. But other than that the experience was good.

Such a great stay whilst being in Dubai and travelling throughout the city. The most excellent was Atif, who provided such amazing service, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and gave insights about how to travel, cross the creek, and experience Dubai. Atif was great. He really made our stay extra special - and welcomed us by name every morning, was endlessly helpful, and was an all round intelligent and interesting person. This hotel is very lucky to have Atif on the team. Thank you so much, Atif! Also good to mention was Vivek, who made some lovely coffees with coffee art in the shape of adorable teddy bears (thank you Vivek, and so well done!) and also a very lovely girl at reception / front desk. Unfortunately, I have forgotten her exact name, but it was Niru or similar. Really lovely and genuine girl. Such a great team of staff members, wonderful stay, and very easy to take the little boat by the hotel to cross the creek, take the trains to the city, and adventure through Dubai. Thank you kindly!

I like to be fair when it comes to rating, I hope that one day this will help someone out there looking to book a stay either for vacation or business. I was sent out for a conference, so the hotel was booked for me .. that's my disclaimer On to the hotel, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable but, that's a big but for me... Shower has below average water pressure. I enjoy my showers after a long day especially in our reginal climate. I was surprised of how weak the pressure is, although I had them twice to my room to check on it and they all reported that this is IHG policy to save energy/water. Water temperature first night was warm, not hot. Morning staff were friendly and helpful, that's the case in the lobby and the restaurant located in 5th floor. Conference hall is nice, typical conference hall design and size. We went downstairs to have lunch break, shades were tiny and not enough to be seated under comfortably Finally, what I really enjoyed, free complementary spacious parking downstairs. The moment you enter the premise you will spot the entrance to the free parking down
