Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were all very welcoming, especially the receptionist (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude really made me feel at home. The service overall was top-notch, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. For me, it’s a bang-on worth it experience – highly recommended!

His professionalism and friendly demeanor really made a difference and left a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and it definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Even though I wasn’t feeling well due to being sick during my stay, the experience at Crown pLaza Hotel still managed to brighten my day. A special thanks to the gentleman at the reception on June 26 – I didn’t catch his name, but his friendliness and supportive attitude really stood out. He was very cooperative and made me feel genuinely cared for. The management is lucky to have him on their team. The hotel was very clean, and the staff—from the valet to the reception and room service—were all professional and welcoming. The food was also great, with a wide selection that suits many nationalities. I won’t hesitate to visit again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was amazing the was very spacious They brought an extra bed for free for my nine-year-old daughter. The staff were very nice and quick to deal with us. The pools were beautiful and had a very beautiful view. The Intercontinental pools were also within the hotel. The breakfast was more than wonderful the festival city mall next to the hotel The hotel added a very beautiful touch to our trip.
