Nice hotel well placed close to the Festival City Mall, 15 minutes from the Airport. Two beautifull swimming pools at the 5th floor overseeing the Khor Dubai river and facing Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa a little bit far away. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Daily filled with all necessary stuff. Thank you Atay for taking care of my room. Breakfast is various and tasty with a great service provided by the Staff. Special mention for Joana, Emelyn and Bhawna, always smiley, kind and professionnal. Another very special mention to the welcome desk Team (Retno thank you for all - Terima kasi) very welcoming and willing to help and making your stay as better as possible. In this hotel you have the Belgian café with lot of nice people and especialy Bhawana who is a great person. Thank you for this 7 days stay.

Each of them demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout my visit. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. It’s clear the team values quality and consistency. Overall, combined efforts made the experience truly enjoyable. Great service, great food, and a clear commitment to excellence.

Stayed there for about 8 nights with my family during the festive season and enjoyed my stay. The rooms where clear and always kept well maintained but trash collection was a bit of an issue, hotel staff where very friendly and knowledgeable providing professional service. The breakfast buffet looked good on the surface but left me disappointed at how average the food tasted. Its location next to festival city mall made it an amazing choice and we could easily access the mall at any time of day, would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Crown Plaza. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile and quick solutions. I would like to give a special shout-out to Michel and Anmol at the front desk, who were extremely helpful! They both went above and beyond to provide help throughout my stay. The rooms are so clean, and the location makes it ideal to explore Dubai. I look forward to my next stay here.
