From the very first day, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff here are. I travel a lot, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a friendly and helpful team anywhere else. The staff throughout the entire hotel are incredibly attentive and always ready to help. At the reception, they assist you with anything you need, and even the lifeguards take great care of safety and cleanliness — they’re very thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful, just like in the pictures. The rooms are very clean, and the pools are amazing, also great for kids. The breakfast is very tasty, and the staff is also very helpful. Throughout my whole stay, I felt wonderful, and I’ll definitely be coming back next year. Thank you! Best regards, Sabina

A lovely hotel. We stayed here in Feb 2025 for 6 nights and found it very comfortable. We had the half board package and both the breakfast and dinner were at a very good standard. The location was good and reasonable distance to the main attractions. Whats also great about this hotel is that it has passage through to Festival city shopping mall which is quite impressive. It was especially convenient with kids who enjoyed the activities the mall had to offer and the choice of food/deserts shops. The kids club was a bonus at the hotel and the swimming pools on offer were great too. A shout out to all the staff who were exceptional, especially the pool staff and the catering staff. If i have a slight criticism, it is that i feel the pool staff could have a bit more done for them in terms of shading and air-conditioning, especially in the summer months! They never complained, but i don't know how anyone can stand for that long in the heat! But overall, a brilliant hotel and kudos to the setup and location!
