We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was very clean and offered a stunning view of the city, which made our stay even more special. The only small drawback was that not all power outlets in the room were working, which caused some inconvenience when charging our gadgets. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We would especially like to highlight Swam from the reception – very competent, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Eric, the waiter from the Anise restaurant, never left us unattended and brought drinks incredibly fast. And Shamiray, who was responsible for desserts, lifted our spirits every evening with her charming smile and warm, friendly attitude. Thanks to such amazing staff, our vacation became even better. Thank you for a great experience – we would be happy to return again!

A special mention must go to Rhea and Rajeev from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was always immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Sohel at the concierge desk was outstanding — always courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Whether it was guidance, recommendations, or logistical help, his service was seamless and reassuring. The hotel facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views of the Dubai Creek, which added a calm and scenic charm to our experience. Watching the creek from the hotel was truly memorable. Overall, the Crowne Plaza delivers not only in comfort and location, but in heartfelt hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again.

I had a fantastic experience here. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made travelling a breeze. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. (Special thanks to May Ann, who was warm and helpful) Breakfast was another highlight. The restaurant crew were extremely attentive, making the morning experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent location, great service, and a delightful breakfast made this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The breakfast service was especially outstanding. A special mention goes to Peter, the waiter—he was truly amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect. His excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
