I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool staff were so helpful and noticed when you needed assistance. The front desk staff were wonderful to facilitate a late check out for me. Although it was only a weekend, I felt like I had a week long vacation.

We stayed for a total of 5 nights and it was fantastic. We checked-in around 12 midnight and it was so smooth. We’re so tired from a long flight but Ms. CM welcomed us very warmly. From the concierge, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff they are very approachable and helpful and would go out their way to look for something small that I dropped. I would definitely stay again on our next visit. To all the staff of Crowne Plaza Dubai- Festival City thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

I recently stayed in property and just to say everything was amazing. All the staff has been professional, smiley and helpful. In leisure deck mr. Shyam is fantastic and I want to say thanks to him for his kind and smiley face all the time. I have read in others reviews that people mention this hotel is like home but in reality I have felt their hospitality. My room had been clean every day at any time that the house keeping staff did it amazingly behind the scenes and finally had a very nice breakfasts with a lots of variety so all the food and drinks was delicious and fresh. Thanks for your lovely hospitality and amazing service.

An amazing stay, although there were challenges with the room I stayed in. The location is perfect as Festival City Mall is on there doorstep. A special thanks must go out to Atif who worked in the restaurant during breakfast. I would have given the hotel 5 stars albeit the issues I had. Other than that it's location is perfect.

I recently had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend booking the rooms that include dinner. The dinner was simply amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I requested a birthday cake for my son's birthday, and they crafted a beautifully designed cake adorned with fruits, chocolates, marshmallows, and M&M's. It was truly impressive. If I travel to Dubai again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
