Beautiful rooms and views. We stayed in the Creek view room and it looked wonderful. Room was great and highly comfortable. Location is good too, walkable directly to Dubai Mall via an interconnecting walkway. Breakfast was great but could be rotated a bit more. We stayed for 4 nights and breakfast options became repetitive and slightly boring on 3rd and 4th day as the menu was almost the same. Overall, a great stay.

My best experience is during breakfast. Joana, Emelyn, Bhawna and Winifred did a good job making sure I receive want I want. They were so accommodating and positive in their replies. For the room, AC works really well and the bed was comfortable I enjoyed my 3nights stay

The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering beautiful views and convenient access to Dubai Festival City Mall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled at the front desk for his outstanding support, professionalism, and warm attitude. His assistance truly made a positive difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Was staying here during exhibition time in Dubai, the personnel at reception was very attentive and supportive, restaurant hostess always remembered our room numbers at dinne and overall service was just amazing. Dinner was great with big variety of dishes and good rotation. Breakfast could have more vegetables (tomatoes were more green then ripe for example) and fruits maybe some berries, but was still good.
