Superb experience, stupendous hospitality. Kudos to Thomas the General manager who is extremely visible and is leading a fantastic team. The staff really goes out of the way to ensure you have a fabulous vacation. I spent 04 days and everything in the hotel is better than you expect. Cleaning staff from housekeeping, Rupak at Belldesk, Restaurant staff Bhawna, Joana, Emelyn and Atif are such a pleasure. They made my mornings superb everyday at breakfast and I felt at home.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai – Festival City I placed a booking under a normal premium king bed — arrived with my wife, family members (a total of 4 adults), and a baby. Maryam at the front desk noticed our arrival and assisted me with quick and swift decision-making for a smooth check-in. Not just that, she also upgraded our stay to a premium suite on the top floor with ample space for the family to enjoy. It was a great stay. The location is excellent — easy to drive around Dubai and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you, Crowne Plaza and Maryam, for making this stay a memorable one with my family. We are grateful.

Crowne Plaza offers an excellent stay experience with a great location that provides easy access to nearby attractions. The overall service is impressive, especially during the buffet breakfast. The food selection is varied and well-prepared, and the service team ensures a pleasant dining experience. A special mention goes to Mina from the food service team, who was exceptionally attentive and hospitable. His professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the breakfast experience. Crowne Plaza stands out for its ideal location, excellent service, and dedicated staff. Highly recommended!

I stayed @ Crown Plaza Festival City for 3 days for a Conference. A well maintained property with proximity to major destinations. Room is spacious and View from the room was simply amazing... Food , Service everything was par excellence... All staff were exceptionally good..attentive & responsive..special mention to Mr.Arun Krishnan (Front Desk) and Mr. Abu ( Zaytoun Restaurant). I had a memorable experience being here for 3 days and I look forward for my next stay here soon.. Cheers to the Entire Team and keep the Good Work going... Breeze Joy.
