A nice hotel, recently renovated. We were upgraded to a water view, which was beautiful and from where we could see the sunset. The rooms were generous in size. The hotel shares its pool with the adjacent Intercontinental, which gives everyone more options. The hotel is located adjacent the Festival City Mall, which is big and has everything.

The view from the room was incredible. All the staff are incredibly friendly & so helpful. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to a shopping mall. The only thing is I feel the bathroom needs a bit more lighting.

It’s was an excellent experience. I had travel with my husband and my little baby for holidays, and we was so comfortable. The room, the service, the meals.. but the STAFF (reception, hostes, at the restaurant) was the BEST. So kindly, hopefully… and all of them take care of us. We feel like home. So thanks so much to all. See you when we be back on Dubai.

Everything and everyone were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help you, the hotel was perfectly located to the airport for a short stay. My only criticism, if I have to have one, would be that I love a good soft pillow and ours were on the harder side but that is nothing really when you are so well taken care of in every other area.

Great hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling and can't do enough for you. Walking distance to Festival City Mall . Great pool complex, with very attentive staff. Very happy to have stayed there. The Belgian Pub is also excellent.
