The amenities provided were top-notch, and the staff at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. Special thanks to the team who accepted (on short notice) to extend our check-out time allowing us to get ready as we overslept :). The breakfast buffet at the hotel was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. The dining area had a welcoming ambiance, and the service was impeccable. We are here for a total of 12 days. It was now our third stay here and we would love to come back. Everyone is very friendly here, the food is very good. The pool area was very clean and tidy and highly recommended for (small) children. The room was always clean and tidy. Dewan our housekeeper did a great job. We'd love to come back.
