Grand Hyatt Waterpark

Terms

• Complimentary, unlimited access to the waterpark is extended exclusively to guests booked through authorized Tour Operators (TO). Bookings via dynamically connected third-party suppliers or non-FIT rate channels are not eligible unless the room category specifically mentions “Waterpark Access.”
• Complimentary waterpark access applies only to room categories and rate plans explicitly mentioning “Waterpark Access.” Guests staying in other room types may purchase access at an additional charge.
• Waterpark Access must be clearly indicated on the LPO and/or room name to be valid. This clause overrides any other inclusion unless otherwise specified.
• Waterpark operating hours are subject to change based on weather conditions or operational requirements.
• Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Guests are expected to comply with safety rules and lifeguard instructions.
• Specific rides or attractions may be temporarily closed for maintenance, safety checks, or weather-related reasons without prior notice. No compensation or refunds will be provided for such closures.
• Certain attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions. These are in place to ensure guest safety and must be strictly observed.
• Cabanas and certain premium experiences are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability. Advance reservation is recommended.
• Retail items are subject to additional charges.
• The hotel assumes no liability for injuries resulting from failure to follow Waterpark safety rules or staff guidance.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the waterpark (exceptions may apply for specific dietary or medical needs with prior approval).
• Guests must wear designated wristbands while in the waterpark. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be collected at check-in or designated distribution points.
• Any child below 107 cm in height is considered a “kid,” as this is the height requirement for certain slide towers
• Waterpark access is valid on the basis of the nights (e.g. a guest staying for two nights will have unlimited access for two days)
