Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly breakfast staff Miss Basnet, lovely and helpful concierge as a great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service from Mr Rohit. Food was good every single day. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I am giving this one star because I arrived last night after a long flight in the early hours of the morning and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Close to asleep I had to stand and wait while the only receptionist dealt with a bus tour. He did not call for assistance until 25 minutes in. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and I am silver member and have never been treat this way by any hotel. Be aware this place is badly run!

Outstanding 1-week stay at Four Points. The staff were extremely polite and courteous, always serving our requirements with a smile and with good knowledge & understanding of the city. Tauhid, Neha and Moses in particular provided consistently excellent service. The rooms were exceptional and contained all amenities we wanted. The area contained plenty of local shops and the hotel was close to Sharaf DG metro station. Hotel concierge can book cabs as well, which is very convenient. Strongly recommended.
