Nightmare experience - I planned a 3-night stay here but left after one night. In brief: • Rooms are spotless. • Beach access is directly available. • Transfer via boat was confused and while transfer from the airport was expected to take 45 minutes but took 3 hours. • I waited 75 minutes in a construction area with no signs, no shade, and no seating in the heat. It’s unbelievable that the hotel has zero infrastructure to guide incoming visitors. No signs, no persons with official shirts, nothing. • Despite promises from the front desk that the ferry would wait, it did not. The boat arrived late and took more than 45 minutes to get me to the hotel. The boat was stopped three times by harbor police/regulators, and the ferry crew were confused. • The booked transfer times were ignored. How can a serious travel schedule a hotel that can’t guarantee a pick up time, nor return time to the airport within hours of accuracy. • Front desk emails and phone calls provided incorrect locations and schedules. • No clear directions at the ferry terminal. • I arrived at check-in dirty and exhausted. Though a Diamond Elite and Royal Ambassador, I received nothing, no upgrade nor any other perk. • The hotel dvertised “four restaurants” include pool snacks, room service, bar, and a quiet disco, but when I was hungry for lunch and dinner, I found nothing, so I went without. • The actual dining options were not four restaurants, but one buffet (I don’t like buffets) with basic reheated food and one overpriced, not particularly welcoming seafood restaurant. • Insane prices: $22 for edamame, $45 for a burger, $28 for a cocktail. • I went without lunch or dinner to avoid offensively high costs. • Staff repeatedly directed to empty areas like cabaret or discotheque for drinks and bites. • Front desk provided inconsistent information on food and drink options from multiple staff members. • Staff appeared hesitant, often checking with a supervisor before responding. • Atmosphere: a few Middle Eastern couples and young Russian women present. How does this hotel stay open? I didn’t find one person or couple who seemed to be enjoying their experience. • Overall rating: 2/5.

This is a youth-oriented hotel with a lively atmosphere. It has the largest swimming pool in Dubai, and it's open 24/7. The hotel also features its own nightclub, which adds to the fun vibe. We arrived from Dubai by boat — the ride took about 40 minutes. On the way back, we took a speedboat and got back to Dubai in just 15 minutes. A dedicated hotel shuttle took us directly to the marina. The rooms are decent, with good bathrooms, but unfortunately, there were no plug adapters available, so we had to charge our phones at the reception. The beach is small but clean and enjoyable. Dinner was quite limited, while breakfast was average. One unique feature of the hotel is the miniature replicas of famous European city squares spread across the property. Every 30 minutes, artificial rain falls over these squares, creating a fun and unusual atmosphere that adds to the charm. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a unique concept and enjoyable experience.

This is an offshore island hotel. It will confirm the belief that humans were created in pairs if not instil it in you. Still managed to check off a lot of my to do list. Plenty of swimming open sea and a very nice pool. The staff is excellent, Habiba, Ahmed from the front desk, Hossam, Ahmed from La Rive, Rizk, even Sukaina who went looking for me when I was away from my table for a few minutes 😆, Salim from the concierge. One thing though, this place is loud and you have to keep that in mind. The food should be better and there’s no zero beer.

Stayed here last June 2025 (1st week of June) and I must say the entire experience was amazing! You will have to take the hotel yatch transport (included in the rate) to and from the hotel that leaves every 2 hours (if I'm not mistaken) so be sure that you're on time. We had to wait a little during check in as guests come by batch but the check-in experience was good. The room we had was spacious and the balcony has a sunbed in it so u can lie down or sunbathe in your balcony. The music at the pool area can't be heard once you close your balcony door. Since the hotel is quite remote, we booked the love in dubai package where it includes half board and a bottle of sparkling wine. We also got a 90 minute couples massage, which I believe is a good value for our money and of course, the massage was good. We got a few freebies (drinks, ice cream, cookies, etc) and discounts (at the spa) for being an IHG member. Make sure to cross check if it still applies whenever you stay as I know IHG discounts can sometimes vary per hotel and depending on the booking type made. Our entire experience was very good and truly a value for money. Special thanks to Silvia, Hesham, Alex, Andrew, Amel, Aman, Putu, Zoding and the rest of the team for their hospitality.

The stay was amazing! Everything is splendid! Breathtaking views of sea, enormous pool and very friendly stuff helping with everything. Girls at reception are very helpful and always trying to arrange beat for you. At pool bar guys are really making the day! I loved it! Barmen are great, especially I want to admit Punit and Asharaful. Both of them are professionals and very friendly guys, I enjoyed the time and they put a lot efforts in that! 10/10
