Stayed here last June 2025 (1st week of June) and I must say the entire experience was amazing! You will have to take the hotel yatch transport (included in the rate) to and from the hotel that leaves every 2 hours (if I'm not mistaken) so be sure that you're on time. We had to wait a little during check in as guests come by batch but the check-in experience was good. The room we had was spacious and the balcony has a sunbed in it so u can lie down or sunbathe in your balcony. The music at the pool area can't be heard once you close your balcony door. Since the hotel is quite remote, we booked the love in dubai package where it includes half board and a bottle of sparkling wine. We also got a 90 minute couples massage, which I believe is a good value for our money and of course, the massage was good. We got a few freebies (drinks, ice cream, cookies, etc) and discounts (at the spa) for being an IHG member. Make sure to cross check if it still applies whenever you stay as I know IHG discounts can sometimes vary per hotel and depending on the booking type made. Our entire experience was very good and truly a value for money. Special thanks to Silvia, Hesham, Alex, Andrew, Amel, Aman, Putu, Zoding and the rest of the team for their hospitality.

The stay was amazing! Everything is splendid! Breathtaking views of sea, enormous pool and very friendly stuff helping with everything. Girls at reception are very helpful and always trying to arrange beat for you. At pool bar guys are really making the day! I loved it! Barmen are great, especially I want to admit Punit and Asharaful. Both of them are professionals and very friendly guys, I enjoyed the time and they put a lot efforts in that! 10/10

It was amazing place to be honest and it is my first time to visit Voco I can say that it was a wonderful experience and im very happy. Great places. All the staff from the reception is very good. The one who's giving the juice once u arrived big thanks to him actually all the staff is good and helpful. And I only remember the name of Jon from the reception thanks to u appreciate much. He's so much good and very helpful the way he assisted us. Highly recommend 5/5 and for sure I will come back with my friends soon. Thanks a lot Voco u make me happy yesterday specially that one thing I like so much is the music because I am a music lover.and thanks a lot also to all the captain who's driving the yacht and the staff as well. 😍❤️

I had an amazing stay at Voco Monaco Dubai! 🌟 The hotel is stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed with beautiful views. The staff in La Brasserie restoran is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere feels both luxurious and relaxing, making it perfect for a holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I’m looking forward to coming back again!

On 23rd I visited for one day pass me and my friend we liked the location we joined the brunch than we went to the pool to enjoy our day than the bartender told us that we can’t get drinks from the bar as we have to pay extra charges for this I was so frustrated cause when I called to the hotel before I come two times I got wrong infos that the brunch 299 included the pool the drinks the buffet But when we reach there all was wrong not as we got informed in the beginning . Put clear informations for your guests the brunch included only indoor drinks and food When u go to the beach u have to pay extra fr ur drinks When u go to the pool u pay a la carte for whatever you order . All suppose to be written in details for a better service to avoid confusions My friend went inside she ordered a drink the bartender informed that she can’t give her drink to drink it on the pool and when my friend got angry she gave her drink in a plastic glass what a shame for 5 starts hotel service !!!!!! Guest don’t mind to pay but put clear informations about your packages. And we wanted to eat after the pool around 3:30 pm the Indian guy at the brunch reception said you can’t go inside with swimming suit you have to dress as we are coming for one day we didn’t bring extra clothes for dressing two times and we still going back to the pool . Put clear guide in ur website about dress code fr the areas in your hotel so guests will know and come prepared . The only stuff that was amazing with us Is Ivan bartender so helpful friendly Bimal manager he tried to fix the call center mistake and offer us drinks from the bar and he apologized to us . shayen bartender friendly helpful too Please note that I didn’t like at all the miscommunication trough the phone and ur website and packages should be more detailed to all guests 😣
