Fantastic experience in Voco Monaco An amazing hotel, ideal for couples looking for a stylish and relaxing escape. The Côte d’Azur inspired design gives the property a unique charm and a very elegant, vacation-like atmosphere. The staff is absolutely amazing genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of hospitality truly stands out and makes you feel very well taken care of. The food is top quality, with excellent flavors and great presentation across the restaurants. Special thanks to Faiz, Imane, Asad, and Habib for their outstanding service and warmth. They really made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for couples we loved every moment and would definitely return.

Amazing Staycation Experience Tips for arriving at location Call to the reception and get confirm for the shuttle bus arrival. Detail will shared via Whatsapp or booking confirmation email. Reach Business Bay Metro Seaside parking by car or metro. If by car, pay 24 hours parking for 30 AED. A shuttle bus with Voco Monaco signage will arrive in the parking and drop in Water Canal Marine transport 1. In every 2 hours ferry will be available. Make sure to reserve the ferry with number of passenger. Ferry will be free. It takes 20-30 mins to reach this paradise. Great Service, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean beach and amazing view. Great place to have a relaxing days. Its a adult only hotel.

We stayed at the Voco Monaco from December 26, 2025 to January 5, 2026, over New Year's Eve and my birthday. After a long flight and a very long journey, we arrived on the island quite exhausted. The transfer worked perfectly, punctually and without any problems. After some initial issues with our room reservation, which was exclusively confirmed by the hotel chain's management, we had to move rooms again on the second day. However, the initial stress quickly disappeared, because it wasn't until the next morning that we realized what a paradise we had landed in 🌴🌊☀️. The friendliness and warmth throughout the entire hotel was truly wonderful! A special mention goes to the ENTIRE TEAM of 'La Brasserie'! We've traveled all over the world and been to Dubai many times, but the FRIENDLINESS here is WORLD CLASS! 👏🏼💯 A huge compliment and greetings also to our colleague 'Minth', who always brought a smile to our faces! 👍🏼🙂 Likewise, special greetings to Daniela 🎷 She played so WONDERFULLY! 👌🏼💯 Thank you also for the special "happy birthday" on my birthday! New Year's Eve/night at the Voco was FANTASTIC; the entire hotel team conjured up a fantastic program and food! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 In short: we will be back 100%! Our stay at voco Monaco was absolutely amazing. The hotel is truly unique, being located on a private island, which makes the experience very peaceful and exclusive. The surroundings are beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel is modern and well thought out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for something different from the usual city hotel, voco Monaco is a perfect choice. A unique and memorable stay—we would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Safety and communication issues ruined the experience My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to poor communication, safety concerns, and inadequate handling of guest issues. The hotel requires guests to arrive by boat and provided WhatsApp as the main contact method. However, messages were read but not replied to for a long time. As I only had mobile data in Dubai and could not make phone calls, this made coordinating my arrival very difficult. The boat pickup location provided by the hotel could not be found on Google Maps, and several taxi drivers were unfamiliar with it. Eventually, with the help of a very kind local driver, I managed to locate the pier. Unfortunately, the path leading to the pier had no lighting, uneven ground, and no warning signs. Due to the lack of visibility at night, I fell and injured my knees. This appeared to be a preventable safety issue rather than an unavoidable accident. After arrival, I informed the staff of what had happened. However, the situation was handled inefficiently, and I was asked to repeat the same explanation multiple times late at night while injured and exhausted. While room upgrades and late check-out were offered, what was missing was basic empathy and effective problem resolution. This experience does not change my overall positive impression of Dubai, but based on my personal experience, I would advise future guests—especially solo travelers or those arriving at night—to carefully consider this hotel.
