Tower One - Swimming Pool

Works are still ongoing, and reopening is expected on 2 February 2026

Please note that the pool in Tower Two will remain fully operational during this period. Additionally, guests staying at Grosvenor House have access to three outdoor pools at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable experience.

The work will be carried out during the day and is scheduled to avoid any noise or visual disturbances for guests across all rooms.

Tower Two - Spa & Wellness Facility | B/Attitude

Works are still ongoing, and reopening is expected on 16 February 2026

Kindly be reminded of the following arrangements:

  • Spa Wet Facilities (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, and Heated beds) will remain available in Level 4 of Tower One

Look no further. This hotel has it all. Check-in once again was very comfortable and fast. I love the personalised service. From the moment I entered a friendly staff member was welcoming me and showing me around. The chefs are very friendly to customers and the food is delicious. The room cleaners did an excellent job daily, and even some extra means such as folding my clothes and arranging my things in a very neat manner. The polite reception in front of the hotel upon arriving and leaving is very appreciated. The fresh flowers are a lovely sight. The service is fast and efficient. Hotel shuttle bus takes u to the beach. The shampoo and lotions smell amazing. I will love to visit you again. Compared to Atlantis the Royal, Ramada or any other five star, I will choose Grosvenor’s house any time due to its care to customers satisfaction.

I would highly recommend this beautiful, elegant and immaculately kept property, where the staff are super accomodating, helpful and friendly. They always had warm smiles and would do everything they could to make our stay better. Every member of the hotel should be commended for the exceptional level of service and attention to detail. Stayed at Grosvenor house in Dubai over Christmas and it was a fabulous stay! Booked the deluxe room, but as a platinum member got upgraded to an executive suite (did use my upgrade awards but somehow I got emailed that didn’t go through), I did request a marina view but the room allocated had a bad view, but they kindly moved us to a much better room. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent! although we didn’t try the executive lounge. Got a fantastic little surprise in our room on Christmas Day (see photo)! Left my DJI selfie stick in the lobby and only noticed after three days that I had lost it, needed it for a video shoot the next day morning, and the kind security personnel took the night bus to reach the hotel again for them to give it back to me immediately. Shows the fantastic personnel and staff and attention to guests they have at this hotel! The hotel offers many good restaurants but sadly we couldn’t try them as we had other arrangements. They also accommodated a late checkout of 6 PM for us .Overall recommend the hotel if you’re planning to go to Dubai.
