Ignore all of the negative reviews - they are full of lies. We had the most perfect experience at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful, catering to everything we asked and even fixed a small water issue with our room at midnight! You barely notice the construction going on (and it’s Dubai, there is construction everywhere, get over it!). The food is absolutely lovely and we could order whatever we wanted as part of our half board. The breakfast provides multiple different options to suit all guests. The facilities are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and miss it already!

A very nice hotel, with a wonderful beach, however the water wasn’t that clean as we expected, but still it was good 😊 we stayed there for about a week with two toddlers, and enjoyed it very much! The food was good, the staff was lovely! I would like to thank especially Tarsen, who works at the beach, he helped us billon times with everything, he was kind to the kids, always friendly and very helpful. When it was his day off, it felt so much, since no one else was there to do what he was usually doing! Thank you a lot!

Disappointing Stay Despite Clean Room While the room was clean, my overall experience was not enjoyable. There were no special events or activities for guests, which made the stay feel boring. To make things worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortable. I expected more from the hotel in terms of guest experience. A big thanks goes to the Jet Ski team — I had a lot of fun there!

Loved it ,go for the half board option ,with 3 hour free drinks in solo bar,but can also be used in the underground bar. Use your half board wisely ,get 1 meal for dinner ( enough for 2 ) Use other meal for evening meal (enough for 2) etc Meals at underground are boss lots of choice ,English breakfast is on the menu too . All I can say is be wise and it will work out good value. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX A question to the managers, wouldn't it be possible to have an option for English guests to have an English breakfast brought to them in the dining area ,at breakfast time . I understand the reasons why the breakfast ingredients aren't on display etc,yet are prepared in the underground bar. I only ask this to try and improve the holiday experience for bits. Due to the fact the underground isn't open at breakfast.? Thanks, I hope the idea might help etc .

We stayed in room 2025 with our family of four (two adults and two kids), and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff—from the lifeguards and room service to the restaurant team, valet service, and front desk. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel special every single day, and it genuinely elevated our entire stay. Our children had the time of their lives. There was plenty for them to do, and the waterslides were a big hit—fun and safe for both younger and older kids. As for the amenities: the sauna was absolutely relaxing, and the 24-hour gym is fully equipped with modern machines and clean facilities, perfect for staying active during the trip. The location is also unbeatable—just a short walk to the vibrant Marina area, giving you the best of both worlds: peace at the hotel and lively surroundings nearby. I literally have nothing to complain about. This was hands down one of our best holidays, and Al Habtoor has officially become our go-to hotel in Dubai.
