GREAT hotel The whole thing was excellent! Our accommodation was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. . The atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. The employees and service were also outstanding, as they were friendly, helpful, quick to respond to requests. Great job to Eloisa! She did a great job!

**Terrible Booking Experience**
I attempted to book a stay at Hilton Dubai The Walk through the app but received an error message stating the booking couldn’t be completed due to an "unexpected error." I then called the hotel reservations, was quoted a rate including points, but while completing the booking, the phone line disconnected from their end. I waited for 2-3 minutes with no call back, so I called again. This time, another representative took all my details only to tell me the dates were now fully booked. After a brief discussion, I asked to speak to a manager, and was placed on hold, only for the call to disconnect once more.
I called a third time and was told by yet another person that there were connectivity issues, and I was transferred to internal reservations. That’s when I realized that the previous three people were from central reservations, and to make matters worse, the person at internal reservations was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her connection was terrible, making it nearly impossible to hear her.
Hilton, as your IVR states, your calls are recorded. I would appreciate it if you could review the recordings and explain why I was misled by one agent about completing the booking, only to be told by others that it was unavailable. This level of service is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal Hilton member for so long, I am deeply disappointed and ashamed by the service I received today.
