Fantastic Stay at Hilton Dubai The Walk
Review: June 28 - July 2
Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Dubai The Walk from June 28 to July 2, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
**What We Loved:**
- Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes.
- Beds: Exceptionally comfortable beds ensured we all had a good night's sleep.
- Rooms: We had a family suite and a studio, both of which were spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The family suite was particularly roomy and comfortable.
- Service: The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the concierge service, which helped us with transportation every day.
- Beach and Pool: The beach was beautiful, and the pool was also great. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
**Areas for Improvement:**
- Elevators: The only significant drawback was the slow elevators. We experienced wait times of up to 10-15 minutes, which was quite frustrating.
- Studio: The studio was extremely humid and cold, even when we turned up the temperature. This made the stay a bit less comfortable for those staying in that room.
Overall, we give Hilton Dubai The Walk a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The stay was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.

My family and I enjoyed the pools in both hotels as they are 2 properties that you can use both facilities. They have great selections of restaurants especially offers lots of variety during bfast buffet. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to our receptionist Eloisa. We will definitely comeback. We stayed in the hotel for our first family trip. We booked the 3 Bedroom Suite. The suite is so nice and spacious. It fit our 2 families comfortably and the dining room was an amazing addition making our family dinners cozy.
The customer service is beyond amazing. Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and always with a smile. Made sure my mom was well taken care of. She made sure during our stay was that all our needs and requests were done in a timely manner. She is a great asset to your front desk team.

The stay was less than expected!!
Negatives:
- In 2024, the hotel is still asking for a security deposit for the room!
- The air conditioning in the hotel is bad! There is no air conditioning in the lobby.
- The pool is not clean at all and has a lot of dust.
- You can't hear the music and relax by the pool due to the poor quality of the speakers used.
- Eating and smoking are prohibited in the pool bar.
- The elevators are occupied most of the time.
- I gave the staff a tip, but I was surprised that he took the tip and gave it to the manager! I asked him why it was his, and he said the tips are divided and distributed equally among all the staff at the end of the month! That's strange.
Positives:
- The room is comfortable.
- Room cleaning service is excellent.
I will not repeat the visit to this hotel.
