Second time at the hotel. Another great experience. Shout out to the staff who are always welcoming, chattie and accommodating. May and Myat who made breakfast and dinners amazing, so thank you. As its the second time, we recognised several people from the first time round. And nice to be remembered. Overall very nice hotel, great location, top staff. Only thing I would change is the hotel lifts... you can be waiting for a while.

We had a truly perfect stay at the Hilton Hotel. The room was very comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean – simply a place to feel at home. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to get everywhere quickly. A special thanks goes to Eloisa, who welcomed us so warmly. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and as it was my husband’s birthday, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful 3BHK studio suite. The view from the suite was simply amazing! The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff made us feel truly special. The location is also perfect—just a few steps away from the beach and in one of my favorite areas where you can find everything nearby. I absolutely loved the experience and the staff’s warm attitude. Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Very good hotel with nice friendly staff apart from one girl on reception who was rude. But we booked half board with a promise of 8 to 10 resturants to choose from. There is only 5 . Which wasnt upsetting but abit of a false promise . The beach bar was under construction and also the room lobby carpets smelt funny which wasnt welcoming. I will return as the food and drink and staff where all great. Also if your going book half board. Make sure you book half board PREMIUM and you can have 2 hours unlimited drinks when eating at their resturants . A big money saver right there :)

The hotel is in a nice location, it has a good roof top and the staff are helpful. However, a couple of issues came up during my stay. First, the rooms I stayed have strong mould smell. I'm very sensitive to this and I changed my first room to another one but it wasn't much better. Overall, I felt the air quality inside and the mould smell did not make my stay comfortable. Second, I had to wait for the lift quite a bit every time I wanted to go up or down. It's a big hotel with many floors and people but the number of lifts is simply not enough.
