Fantastic service and the most friendly, welcoming staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Would not hesitate to return. We particularly enjoyed the service from the great staff at the breeze bar and the beach attendant who put our towels out everyday. We ate breakfast at Turquoise each morning. Excellent food quality and service experienced there also. We really enjoyed drinks, snacks and entertainment and service at Bar 1 on an evening, followed by great, friendly service from patisserie before bed. We had lunch at Bodrum on several occasions. Again, faultless food and service. Every single member of staff has been friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed at Rixos for three fantastic weeks. What can we say, room beautiful, staff amazing so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Food is the best all inclusive food we have ever had.
We found our spot on day two around the Breeze Bar Pool. We were soon met by Wilson, what a lovely man. Since then not only Wilson but the other guys who work under him have gone above and beyond to look after us. From filling up our cool boxes regularly during the day and constantly asking can they get us any other drinks.. amazing, best ever.
Will we want to come back, oh yes definitely, can’t wait, Rixos the Palm will be our go to resort now.
The way the hotel is run is a credit to the management and the Rixos Group. We cannot think of anything we did not like whilst staying here.

During our recent stay at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites, we had the pleasure of spending time at the Dubai Breeze Bar, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A huge part of that is thanks to Nelson, who was our waiter throughout our visit.
Nelson went above and beyond to ensure our time at the bar was enjoyable. Despite the sweltering 40° heat, he was always on hand, ready with a smile and plenty of drinks to keep us refreshed. His positive attitude and cheerful demeanour were infectious, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure all the guests were happy and well looked after.
Whether it was recommending the perfect cocktail or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Nelson’s attention to detail and dedication to excellent service were truly remarkable. He kept the atmosphere lively and welcoming, ensuring that our time at the Dubai Breeze Bar was a highlight of our stay.
If you’re visiting Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites, I highly recommend spending some time at the Dubai Breeze Bar—and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Nelson, you’re in for a treat. His outstanding service made our experience unforgettable. We’ll certainly be back!
