Stayed here on my 4th visit and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience every time ! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The food was absolutely amazing! The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Rupa at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff at Bar1, especially Faith and the team, were fantastic. They crafted delicious cocktails and were always ready with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, and they truly made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional food and service.

Our vacation was made truly special thanks to Thusitha, the beach supervisor. He was always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We are very grateful for his care. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent. We especially loved the Italian restaurant L’Olivo, the lamb chops at the Toro Loco steakhouse were amazing, and the Bodrum fish restaurant was great as well. All are worth visiting if included in your stay (from four nights or more, as far as we understand). Special thanks to Omar from the accommodation department for listening to our wishes and being so helpful.

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Hotel was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. The service across the entire resort was exceptional, warm, and attentive, making us feel truly cared for every step of the way. Traveling with kids can be hit or miss, but Rixos absolutely exceeded our expectations. The kids’ accommodations and activities were astounding, there was always something fun to do, and our children had the best time. This resort is truly designed with families in mind. A special highlight of our stay was A La Lurca restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was next level. Naresh Singh, our server (along with all the other staff), went above and beyond in every possible way. We have a very picky eater in our family, and without hesitation, the staff was willing to accommodate our needs, even preparing food that wasn’t available on the buffet or standard dinner menu. That level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. From incredible service to family-friendly amenities and outstanding dining, everything about our stay was five-star. We highly recommend Rixos The Palm to families (and honestly anyone) looking for a memorable, stress-free, and truly special vacation.

Stayed at Rixos for 5 nights. Lovely hotel we had a 2 bedroom suite that was massive. My only issue with the room it’s needs brighter lights as it was hard to do make up in the bathroom. Rixos is all inclusive food was lovely such a great variety of food for everyone. The staff are so helpful have to say a big thank you to Khem who looked after us well. The beach area is very spacious and lots of loungers and clean. The one thing I would say about this hotel is that’s it’s at the end of the palm so sometimes it was hard to get cabs, we either used the hotel car or used Uber. I would recommended this hotel for any that’s have children under the age of 12 years old it’s had an excellent kids club and a great water play area.

We had an amazing holiday at Rixos The Palm Dubai. The entire resort feels truly luxurious, with everything perfectly taken care of. Although we did not book a sea-view room, we were upgraded and received one — such a wonderful surprise and a great start to our stay. Our room was spotless every day thanks to Yuvraj. He was always friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Room 1331 Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly. From the restaurant staff to the beach and pool teams, every person made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of service is outstanding.
