Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. From the very beginning, it felt different. The warmth and professionalism of the staff immediately stood out — not in an over-polished way, but in a genuinely human one. At no point did we feel like just another booking; we felt welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. The overall standard of the hotel is exceptional. Cleanliness is flawless throughout, from the rooms to the pools and beachfront areas, and everything runs with an impressive sense of calm and organisation. The resort manages to feel both luxurious and relaxed at the same time — elegant without being intimidating, and comfortable without losing its sense of quality. Food is a major highlight. The all-inclusive offering is on a level that genuinely surprised us, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making dining an experience rather than just a convenience. We stayed for five nights over the New Year period, and what the hotel delivered during that time was nothing short of remarkable. In the space of a single night, a large part of the resort was transformed into an impressive New Year’s celebration. The scale, atmosphere, and organisation were outstanding, yet everything felt seamless rather than overwhelming. What impressed us just as much was how quickly and quietly everything returned to normal afterwards, with minimal disruption — a clear sign of a very well-run hotel. The stay became even more meaningful as my partner’s birthday fell on 1st January. We chose to celebrate at one of the à la carte restaurants, where the service was once again faultless. The food was outstanding — including one of the best steaks I have ever had — and without being asked, the team surprised us with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday. It was a simple gesture, but one that meant a great deal to us and perfectly summed up the level of care shown throughout our stay. Beyond the experience inside the hotel, the setting itself is beautiful. The private beach is peaceful and well maintained, the pools are spacious and relaxing, and the views across Dubai — particularly in the evening — are genuinely stunning. Despite being on the Palm, getting around is effortless, with taxis available within seconds either directly or through the hotel team. Rixos The Palm Dubai is more than just a luxury resort. It’s a place where detail, organisation, and genuine hospitality come together to create something truly special. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning — which, in itself, says everything.

Stayed over Christmas 2025. Lives up to the ‘Ultra All Inclusive’ tag for sure. Hard to fault honestly. Been to many ‘5 star’ resorts in Caribbean an over the world and this is by far one of the best I’ve been to. Food and drinks best by far from any 5 staf all Inclusive we’ve stayed at before. Premium brands, corona, stella, heinikan, Guiness and Peroni to name but a few beers made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself is modern and feels high end and luxury. The staff work tirelessly and not just seeking to obtain tips as has been my experience in the past. In fact do not think I saw many people leaving tips at all and yet the attitude and endeavour of the staff was still second to none. Beautiful resort. I would say getting off it can be long during rush hour and peak times due to the location on the Palm and the traffic associated with the Atlantis, but with a little forethought and planning it’s not a big deal. Big shout out to Khem and Wilson at the Breeze bar who were always on hand to take care of our every need. Always so polite and attentive and genuinely interested in our family and our experience. Shout out the staff of the Turquoise restaurant also who again were so lovely and really contributed to our memorable stay. We are already considering when can return.

This hotel is an excellent choice for families, especially those traveling with children. The Rixy Kids Club delivers an outstanding experience with a rich daily program that includes creative crafts, painting, exciting sports activities, cooking classes, and lively shows,And mini disco. Every detail reflects high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization. The Kids Club team, is energetic, professional, and truly passionate about creating joyful moments for every child. The children were constantly engaged, happy, and eager to return each day. These exceptional kids’ facilities and activities significantly enhance the overall guest experience and make this hotel stand out as a top family-friendly destination. We will back soon

I stayed here for one week on a large family trip of six adults and four children age 8 and below. This hotel is fantastic. The food was great, the facilities were brilliant and though not ultra luxury, it was most certainly five-star. Nothing was too much for the staff to make you happy. The waiters and waitresses was so accommodating and attentive. The health and wellness team were friendly, sociable and knowledgeable, and the kids club was flawless. There was such a variety of activities including arts and crafts, judo, cookie making, woodwork, and even sound healing! We had a phenomenal time and can't wait to return.
