Stunning hotel with beautiful views. Customer service is paramount at this hotel. A great family oriented hotel with superb facilities, the staff are just amazing and made sure my children had anything they requested. Hyegene and cleanliness is top of the list as the hotel is just immaculate at all times! 3 different pools and separate kids pool. The private beach is just stunning and very peaceful. I genuinely have zero complaints. These guys are top of their game, especially the valet parking guys. Will be staying here from now on

I have visited the place long time ago and I had a great experience and memories in the place , it’s very organized and displays true luxury and elegance, I would recommend this hotel for honeymoon. Such it has one of best romantic views in dubaj. Lastly I wanted to thank the management of the hotel for their great hospitality. Diffidently will visit the place again

Great Hotel with large rooms and multiple restaurants, the infinity pool next to the beach is beautiful. The private beach with sunbeds and provided cold water bottles is pure excellence, the hotel switched from pet bottles to reusable bottles👏 Breakfast buffet is very large with a lot of options, Asif took extra care of us and it was a pleasure to meet him! We‘re coming back for sure👍

Resort is very nice and the benefit of being able to utilize amenities in all Madinat Jumeirah hotels is a major plus. The beach is very clean with unobstructed views, and is quite possibly the best in all of Dubai.
However, with that being said, the hotel is quite old and outdated - could definitely use some refurbishment. This is especially important given they charge a nightly price that is much higher than other beach resorts in Dubai.
Service was good, as expected at any 5-star hotel in Dubai - but one of my friends wanted to come to my room and they refused him entry because he didn’t have a physical ID with him (only digital); this was strange and caused some inconvenience so I hope mgt does something to make it clear to guests upon check-in. Also, they will not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel so bear that in mind.
The food was great - only tried the beach club bites but there’s plenty of great restaurants on site.
Overall, if I were to come back to Dubai I would likely choose a different resort and perhaps only visit the beach at their resort.

Very beautiful and very clean hotel. A late night boat ride is a pleasure and the restaurants are amazingly delicious. There was confusion with the outdated half board menu and options however the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to ensure I enjoyed my stay
