We had a wonderful time here. The friendliness and service at this hotel are unbeatable. We had a beautiful room, and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, with something for everyone. The reception staff is very attentive; they even surprised me with a little something for my birthday. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Dunders
This hotel is located at The Walk JBR, fairly close to the Address and Sheraton hotels. We arrived around 9am after an overnight flight and had previously informed the hotel of our early arrival. Disappointingly there was no room available for us until the standard check-in time of 3pm, we would have expected better from a 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel! Nevertheless our stay was pleasant and enjoyable, mainly due to the friendly and helpful staff. We had hoped for a peaceful and relaxing stay, but due to the honking horns and the supercar engine revving and also the pounding dated music emanating from one particular beach bar nearby. We found ourselves spending a lot of time on the beach and sightseeing instead. The pool area is good and we had no problems with sunbeds etc, but this area spends most of the day in the shadow of neighbouring hotels - albeit a nice temperature sun seekers will be disappointed. The hotel goes some way to resolve this by providing free use of beach towels and parasols, but unfortunately no sunbeds. We stayed in a sea view room with a small balcony and seating, but again in the shadow all day, weekend noise external to the hotel was irritating for us. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and replenished - well done! The hotel has a international cuisine buffet restaurant, a Greek poolside restaurant, an Italian pizzeria and a coffee shop in the lobby area. With the exception of the Aqua buffet restaurant, the others were quite noisy from external sources and we chose not to dine in them after one visit to each. Servers in the Aqua restaurant were the best and Francis our server was brilliant 👍. Overall a good stay albeit not quite what had hoped for due to the external noise from the hotels neighbours. For this reason we wouldn't stay here or in the area again.

We stayed at the hotel with our family, and the whole experience was honestly great. Loved the view of the Sky Wheel, the room was super spacious, and the service was really friendly. Every morning we had breakfast with the kids on the 24th floor at the Coral Club. Methul and Ashish always greeted us with big smiles, so we felt really welcome from the start 😊 One morning was our son’s birthday, and the hotel went out of their way to make it special. It felt just as warm and cozy as celebrating at home. :) Overall, the staff was amazing and the whole stay just left a really good impression. If we ever visit Dubai again, we’d definitely consider coming back to the same hotel.

We had an excellent stay at JA Ocean. The junior suite is very spacious and ideal for a family. Magnificent view of the sea and the Ferris wheel. The Coral lounge for breakfast is a real plus. I would like to give special thanks to Ashish and Joni for their warm welcome and excellent service in the morning. A special mention also goes to Umer, who is in charge of reception, and his colleagues at the hotel entrance, who are always full of helpful tips and attentive service. A very well-run hotel in an ideal location for a quality stay!

Review of GI Ocean View Hotel Our stay at GI Ocean View Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable and fully met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, offering everything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic — a wide selection, great quality, and consistently attentive service. We chose the half-board option, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Both lunch and dinner were very good, with a solid variety and reliable quality every day. We also appreciated the convenient location — it was easy and quick to reach the beach, and the pool areas were well-maintained and relaxing. The service overall was friendly, helpful, and professional, and communication in English was smooth and effortless. In summary, a high-value hotel with a great overall experience. Highly recommended.
