We totally loved our stay in JA Ocean View Hotel. The location is just perfect, so convenient, so many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars around plus the beach just across the street. What felt most special were the hotel staff. Altough this is a huge hotel, the staff knew our names, they were always helpful, kind and pleasant. We especially had a wonderful time in our breakfasts and dinners with Rahman, Francis, Htut and Sumamth. Thanks to them, staying in this huge hotel felt like being in a small cute boutique hotel where there are only few guests and everyone knows each other. We would surely choose this hotel again. Thank you for such lovely time.

Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel in Dubai was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located, and the sea view is breathtaking – exactly as the name suggests. The food deserves the highest praise – a wide variety, excellent quality, fresh ingredients, and delicious dishes from both international and local cuisine. Every meal was a real pleasure. Cleanliness was outstanding – the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, towels and linens were always fresh, and all common areas were spotless and well maintained. Special recognition goes to the staff – extremely kind, helpful, professional, and always smiling. From the reception desk to the restaurants and housekeeping, everyone truly cares about guests’ comfort and makes you feel welcome and special. I had a wonderful stay at JA Ocean View Hotel. From the moment of arrival, the welcome was warm and professional, and everything was well organized. I had requested a few special arrangements in advance, and they were all properly executed, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was well arranged, with a good variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a welcoming environment. I would happily stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at JA Ocean View Hotel. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations, especially the outstanding service. The staff truly go out of their way to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Paul, who showed great care and professionalism and made sure our needs were fully met, leaving us feeling valued and well taken care of. A special mention also goes to the lounge breakfast experience — Joni, Methue, and Chef Ashish made us feel genuinely welcomed every morning and provided exceptional service. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really stood out and made our mornings memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views that you can enjoy right from your room. I stayed at this hotel starting Sunday the 8th February 2026 in Room 1007, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Before arrival, I had requested a high-floor room. Upon check-in, I was informed there was no availability and was assigned a noisy room, which affected my ability to sleep from the first night, I discovered that the door lock was broken. It took approximately two hours to repair while I remained inside the room, which raised serious safety concerns. Despite booking a king-size bed, the room was prepared with two separate single mattresses pushed together. This caused significant discomfort and insomnia. I reported this the following day and was promised it would be corrected. During the bed adjustment process, a staff member entered my room claiming he had knocked. I had briefly stepped onto the balcony for less than three minutes. He entered without receiving clear permission and saw me in a state of undress. He did not immediately exit until I firmly asked him to leave. Although he later apologized, this incident caused me significant emotional distress and made me feel unsafe in what should have been a private and secure space. Additionally, the bathroom sink drainage was faulty and required maintenance during my stay. Management offered a room upgrade as compensation. However, after packing my belongings (while in Dubai on a business trip), I moved to the new room only to find a strong unpleasant odor. Even housekeeping acknowledged the smell and suggested opening the window or using air freshener. I had to return to my original room after wasting time and effort. Overall, my stay was marked by repeated maintenance issues, a serious breach of privacy, and poor service recovery. This experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel in Dubai. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their safety and service standards. Update (before check-out): I would like to acknowledge Ms. Wesal from Guest Relations for her genuine efforts and professionalism. She truly tried to assist and followed up sincerely. Unfortunately, the overall issues were beyond her control. Thank you, Wesal, for your kindness and for the thoughtful souvenir
