I've spent an amazing week with my family (2 boys - 7 and 10) at this hotel. The room amenities were great, the food was excellent (we had half-board) and the staff was very helpful with any request that i had, and as i have 2 kids, i had plenty of requests, rest assured. The hotel is located near the metro, which allows you to easily access the majority of the tourist destinations. The view from the 43rd floor is breathtaking, especially during the evening! Thank you very much to the staff for the experience that we had at this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 9 year old son recently and our stay was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful especially Ghanshyam Gurung in getting us a room we wanted with early check in as requested. Breakfast provided lots of options and was delicious. Room with balcony provided spectacular views of the Museum of the future and Burj Khalifa along with downtown skyline. Hotel's location is convenient to access both old and New Dubai. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to everyone at Four Points by Sheraton!

we (family of 3) stayed for 7 nights and what can i say besides it was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness was superb, food at Pascal Tepper was amazing (our son loved the salmon which he basically had every night). Kate and the staff took amazing care of us. Thamer at the front desk was very accommodating. Sachin who cleaned our room did a great job. I dont remember the names of every body, but they all did a superb job with dedication. The manager of the hotel must, and should, be very proud of his team!!! We loved it and it is hard to say goodbye

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, and it certainly exceeded my expectations. First of all, I requested a room with a walk-in shower, and the hotel kindly accommodated this. The room was very spacious, clean and cosy, and it had a balcony with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. All the restaurants we visited in the hotel were well worth it. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and offered a good variety of international flavours. The location is perfect—just a five-minute walk to the metro or a short taxi ride to most of the attractions in the downtown area. But the true stars of this hotel are its staff—always attentive and supportive, making the entire stay a real pleasure.

As a REGULAR guest at The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, I’ve always appreciated the hotel’s consistency, comfort, and convenience. However, my recent experience during breakfast was a significant LETDOWN, especially considering I always pay for breakfast with my stay. One of the staples of my breakfast routine is either fried (sunny side up) or poached eggs, but to my surprise, I was informed that the hotel had completely RUN OUT of fresh eggs. What a pleasant start to my day, NOT!! The only option available was scrambled eggs from a LIQUID PACKET, which tasted overly synthetic and heavily processed, something similar to airline-style meals. What added to the confusion was that they’ve already had boiled eggs (with shells still on them) and were still being served at the buffet, raising questions about freshness of those boiled eggs!!!! I was told the shortage was due to supplier issues, but frankly, this should not be the guest’s problem. A hotel of this standard should ALWAYS have a BUFFER stock of essentials such as eggs especially when breakfast is a paid add-on, which makes me wonder how are they baking their fresh pastries or cakes?? Hmmm. Do I believe management think outside the box? No, I frankly don’t think so because if they did, another sister Marriott hotel is just across the road which they could have requested some eggs from them, or even more ideal: there are several supermarkets literally right behind the hotel, they could have purchased “a top-up” and writing it off as a “contingency” expenditure from their books. Another ongoing frustration is the constant lack of salt in the salt shakers. Literally on almost every visit, I find myself needing to get the attention of staff just to season my food. It’s a small but basic detail that shouldn’t be overlooked especially when the breakfast buffet area is at its full capacity and it’s a challenge to grab the attention of the floor staff. And lastly, in a region like the Middle East, known for high-quality dates, I’m genuinely surprised that fresh dates are not offered as part of the breakfast buffet. Instead, there’s an assortment of dried fruits like apricots and figs but no dates!!! It feels like a missed opportunity to showcase regional hospitality and culture considering the high volume of tourists staying at the hotel. While I’ve always enjoyed staying here, these details make me RECONSIDER the value of paying for breakfast for my next stay here, I will FOREVER WONDER and DOUBT whether or not FRESH eggs will be available when I pay for a breakfast add-on the next time. I sincerely hope management takes these points seriously and improves the overall breakfast experience.
