I had a solid stay at the Four Points on SZR. The location is perfect for getting around Dubai, but the hotel’s pickup area is quite small and often has a line of cars. Pro tip: There is an exit to SZR right before the hotel, if you’re using Uber, Careem, or a taxi, ask to be picked up a block early to save time. The check-in was fast and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff, they were absolutely amazing, incredibly thorough, and made sure everything was spotless throughout my stay. You won't go hungry here, as there are plenty of dining options both in the hotel and within walking distance. On the downside, the elevators are slow and small; I often had to wait for several rounds before getting on. The gym on the 41st floor offers stunning views, though the equipment is a bit dated. The rooftop pool on the 43rd floor is also a highlight; it’s a decent size and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Dubai skyline. As for the accommodations, the rooms are spacious but definitely need a bit of a refresh. Overall, I’d still recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and were absolutely satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean. The interior design is very modern. All the staff were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. We would especially like to mention the employees Bilal and Waqas, as they greeted us warmly every time, talked to us so kindly, and gave us many helpful tips for our stay in Dubai. We were always happy to see them because they welcomed us with a smile — you can truly see that they do their job with heart, just the way it should be. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this hotel 100% to everyone. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located no matter where you want to go, it is very easy to reach by metro, taxi, or even on foot.

We stayed here at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai for 7 days, and our visit was nothing short of spectacular. The staff were all so accommodating, friendly, and professional. The rooms were spotless. The overall experience was wonderful. We even had a front row seat to the Burj Khalifa New Year’s fireworks from our room’s balcony. Special shoutout to Aadel as well for making our visit extra special! I cannot express how lovely our experience was. Thank you!

It is better suited for business patrons, couples or solo travellers. This experience initially certainly did not live up to the Dubai Tourism Ministry’s “Habibi, come to Dubai!” campaign that we were hoping to enjoy. I had been abroad for work and away from my family for 3 weeks. I arrived in Dubai before my family did. Since the booking was in my wife’s name, despite showing all the possible evidences that I could to prove that I am the spouse, I was not allowed to check-in at 6:30 pm. My wife and two young kids arrived around 1:00 am after flying and travelling for over 20+ hours. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, who apparently had been “upgraded”, we felt like we had just been placed in a very base level standard room. For a family of four, we were placed in a room with one king bed. We requested for a roll-away bed for our son, and over two hours of going back forth with their concierge, front desk and manager, they could not provide any solution till almost 3:00 am. It even took so long to get some towels to the room, compelling us to continue waiting, not knowing when they would show up for the bed or the towels. Eventually I had to find an alternative, which compelled me to leave the hotel and go stay elsewhere, and had to leave my wife and kids to stay by themselves, so that at least they could get a good night’s rest after travelling for such a long journey, despite not having seen them for the last three weeks. This has been an extremely disappointing experience for us as a family to begin with. After a disappointing first night, the hotel redeemed themselves by moving us to a single bedroom suite with a living room and a roll-away bed for our son for the remaining 5 nights. On our anniversary, they placed a special treat for us to enjoy with a very kind and sweet gesture, accompanied by a personalised and thoughtful note.

My family and I stayed at the four points for a month while we settled into life in Dubai. The thing that makes this place excellent is the staff. In particular their smiles and happy disposition lifted our spirits when trying to contend with the difficulties of setting up life in Dubai. 1. We had an excellent guy look after our room (Manoj) who took care of all of our needs. We didn’t have to ask him for anything by the end of our stay. 2. The valet team was excellent (including Sikkander and Mujib - there were others too but I didn’t catch their names). They helped get the car ready for the school runs and always greeted us with a smile! 3. The security team (including Prossy and Shakoor) always greeted us with a warm welcome and made the kids smile! 4. The team at the Publiq European Bistro were all so nice, they always made the kids smile with a few cheeky treats. The reception staff were super helpful and we were able to check in and out with ease. Overall, very happy with the stay. The kids were sad to leave! We will be returning for sure!
