I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 9 year old son recently and our stay was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful especially Ghanshyam Gurung in getting us a room we wanted with early check in as requested. Breakfast provided lots of options and was delicious. Room with balcony provided spectacular views of the Museum of the future and Burj Khalifa along with downtown skyline. Hotel's location is convenient to access both old and New Dubai. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to everyone at Four Points by Sheraton!

Very friendly staff at the reception and at the door, very nice clean rooms with all amenities, great view. Breakfast was also quite good, recommended. If you are a Marriott member, you can also book with pointy quite easily. They have a shuttle to Dubai mall and kite beach every day as well if interested

we (family of 3) stayed for 7 nights and what can i say besides it was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness was superb, food at Pascal Tepper was amazing (our son loved the salmon which he basically had every night). Kate and the staff took amazing care of us. Thamer at the front desk was very accommodating. Sachin who cleaned our room did a great job. I dont remember the names of every body, but they all did a superb job with dedication. The manager of the hotel must, and should, be very proud of his team!!! We loved it and it is hard to say goodbye

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Four Points by Marriott property, on Sheikh Zayed Rd - Trade Centre. This was my first time booking at this location, and unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. As a Marriott Titanium member, I was surprised to be charged immediately for all food and beverage expenses. At other Marriott properties, I am accustomed to signing a voucher at the restaurant, and the charges are then posted to my room. However, at this Four Points location, they insisted on immediate payment and even refused to allow me to take food if I was a foreigner, stating that neither the reception nor the restaurant would accept payment by voucher signature. The reception staff's behaviour was very poor, and the duty manager refused to explain why a Titanium member was treated in this manner. This makes me wonder about the experience of a normal guest, as it seems they do not treat anyone with respect

I've spent an amazing week with my family (2 boys - 7 and 10) at this hotel. The room amenities were great, the food was excellent (we had half-board) and the staff was very helpful with any request that i had, and as i have 2 kids, i had plenty of requests, rest assured. The hotel is located near the metro, which allows you to easily access the majority of the tourist destinations. The view from the 43rd floor is breathtaking, especially during the evening! Thank you very much to the staff for the experience that we had at this hotel!
