Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and fresh every morning. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Although it says it is a five star hotel, it is not. Very budget friendly hotel, since it is very crowded. As soon as you check in, you have to spend at least half an hour in line and then another half hour checking in (system was slow). Pools very crowded, barely enough space not touch other people. Probably, situation is better during winter, when it is possible to stay out at the beach. Dining room is also very busy (however, we were able to find space). Food is fine for a 4 star hotel.
The worst was the checkout, when one of our bags was given to another person. We had to spend another 3 hours, until the person who took the bag reported it back to the hotel. But hotel concierge had no idea where it went. Once the bag was located, they promised to rectify the situation by offering us something. Of course, they never got back to us.
So all in all, very average service.
Have to stay that the staff at the hotel is very nice and were quite helpful. They're trying their best, but they are overwhelmed by the number of guests at the hotel.
We have stayed in other hotels in the Rixos chain and had wonderful experience. We are not coming back to this one.

About kids ,, each kid was happy and enjoyed with lots of activities and games.
The food was delicious, various, and suitable for all nationalities .
Every night there is a theme for dinner ( Italian , Arabic , Turkish , Asian and international)
There is a special food for children.
There are 3 swimming pools and a private beach.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
