My experience was overall very nice. The staff is very efficient and well mannered. The food at the restaurant was delicious too.
The only things that could be improved are the following:
-The sound-proofing of the room should definitely be improved as I woke up to the screams of the kids playing outside.
-most of the activities took place outside where, in summer, is extremely hot and the portable AC units are just not enough. Swimming pool timing is also very restrictive. At 7Pm we were asked to leave and that was the moment when we could finally truly enjoy it, as the sun set and the temperature got cooler. So, timing and activities should definitely be adapted and organized according to the season.
However, as I said, the service was excellent and the structure was very classy and clean.

I would like to particularly commend Sultan, a member of the security team, whose professionalism and friendliness stood out. Despite the other staff members being busy and unable to attend to us, Sultan took the initiative to ensure we felt welcomed and valued.
Sultan greeted me warmly upon my arrival and took the time to thoroughly explain all the amenities available at the hotel, making me feel immediately at ease. His dedication to his role and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction.
Throughout my stay, Sultan was always ready to assist in any way possible, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. His positive attitude and exceptional service significantly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. I greatly appreciate Sultan’s efforts and highly recommend him for his outstanding dedication and service.

Our recent stay was far from enjoyable due to several issues that made us regret choosing this place for our family vacation.
Right from the start, our bathroom had scalding hot water, making it impossible to use until the next day when a technician finally showed up. Even after fixing it, they left the ceiling access panel open, which scared our kids.
Service throughout was disappointing. The bartender argued when we asked for more than two drinks per person, despite our family of five having an all-inclusive deal. At the restaurant, the chef was rude when we requested fresh meat, insisting we take the leftover which was unappetizing.
On check-out day, despite our package, they refused any complimentary items. Returning from the pool, our room key stopped working. The staff wouldn't help, leaving us soaked in the corridor until I went to reception for assistance. It turned out to be a lock issue.
To top it off, it took over 45 minutes for them to bring our luggage to the car after I called ahead, leaving us waiting uncomfortably.
Overall, our experience was disappointing. The numerous service issues, maintenance problems, and indifferent staff attitudes ensure we won't be coming back. If you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Special thanks to Ahmed, the Front Office Supervisor, whose attentive service and dedication to ensuring our comfort were truly remarkable. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests made a significant positive impact on our stay.
Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the lady who assisted us during check-in. She provided us with comprehensive and detailed information about the hotel and our stay, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Overall, the entire staff at Rixos Bab Al Bahr Island was friendly and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The teamwork and exceptional service made our experience memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and hospitable stay.

We stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for one night only but would happily return back again. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious with a lovely sea view as promised at the time of booking and the food in the oriental restaurant on the premises was delicious. Breakfast buffet and lunch was adequate and as busy as can be expected for the size of the resort.
