All-inclusive

If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

Seven Sports bar serves guests pub style plates & small bites 12pm - 2am

Revo Café serves International gastronomy - 7am to 10pm

View 180 is open to guests 10am- 2 am however is adults 21+ only past 7pm [Requires Supplement]

Spent the day at View 180 on top of NH Collection The Palm Dubai and we were looked after all day by Mansour. The level of service he gave us was 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble. He was quietly attentive and took care of our every need. The drinks were great and food delicious. Great atmosphere and lovely infinity pool. The hotel rooms could be a little bigger however location was great.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with friendly staff. The policy regarding the beach is very unclear. The rooftop pool area is also quite chaotic with many spots are reserved with towels. There are also men walking around with cameras asking to take your photo, and only afterward do they mention the prices, making you feel almost forced to pay. As for the rooms: much respect to the housekeeping team as they work incredibly hard. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy. The pillows are far too soft, so you sink right through them while sleeping, and the mattress is uncomfortable as well. I was supposed to have a room with a balcony but didn’t get one. I had to follow up myself to receive compensation, and eventually I got a free dinner. However, during that dinner, you still have to pay for your drinks?! All in all, a decent stay. I’m glad I didn’t book all-inclusive, because you apparently still have to pay for your drinks and snacks anyway.

Our stay didn’t start well, but thanks to the amazing staff it turned into a wonderful experience. Upon raising our concerns, Vera, the duty manager, went above and beyond to upgrade our stay and was genuinely apologetic for the issues we faced on arrival. Her professionalism and kindness completely changed our impression of the hotel. We also had a great experience with the pool manager, who made sure everything at the rooftop pool was smooth and enjoyable despite how busy it can get. Thanks to the team, we ended up feeling well taken care of and appreciated as guests. Their dedication to customer service truly stands out — we will definitely will be recommending the hotel to our friends.

From the moment I arrived at the NH Hotel Palm Jumeirah, I knew I was in for a special experience. The hotel is an absolute gem, offering a stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and top-tier facilities. I want to say a big, thank you, to all the employees of this hotel. Because it was our first holiday experience in Dubai and it was incredible. Very friendly staff who help with all needs. The perfect cleanliness in every corner of this hotel was very pleasantly surprised. Great cleaners who cleaned the room every day, special thanks to Nelson&Santosh. Very tasty food a large and sufficient selection of different dishes. We recommend and will return to this incredible place again!
