All-inclusive

If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

Seven Sports bar serves guests pub style plates & small bites 12pm - 2am

Revo Café serves International gastronomy - 7am to 10pm

View 180 is open to guests 10am- 2 am however is adults 21+ only past 7pm [Requires Supplement]

Perfect Family Stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm Our recent stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us and our children feel incredibly welcome. The check-in was smooth, and they even went the extra mile to make the kids feel special – little touches that really stood out. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but everything here was designed to make families feel at ease. The pool area quickly became our kids’ favorite spot – safe, fun, and with plenty of space to relax while we enjoyed the sunshine. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone (even the pickiest little eaters!). The staff in the restaurant were so attentive, always smiling and happy to help. Location-wise, it’s perfect – right on the Palm, close to attractions, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day exploring. Overall, NH Collection Dubai The Palm exceeded our expectations. It’s not just a luxury hotel, but a place where families truly feel at home. We’ll definitely be back – our kids are already asking when we can return!

We loved every second of our one week stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast was always fresh, varied, and delicious, setting the tone for each day. Housekeeping deserves a special mention our housekeeper, Dipendra, was absolutely fantastic. He kept our room spotless every day and was always so kind and attentive, making sure all our requests were taken care of with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located on the Palm. The rooftop pool is a highlight with its 180° view of the Marina, the Wheel, and the Dubai skyline, it was simply breathtaking and one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Relaxing there truly made us feel like we were in paradise. This trip was extra special for us as we got engaged during our stay, and the hotel will forever hold a lifetime memory in our hearts. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience unforgettable. We cannot wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai

We came for a wkd summer staycation and loved it! Most of the staff were very polite—at check-in, the restaurant, and the kids' club—everyone was very friendly. Except for at check-out, the man who helps with luggage was a bit rude to us. I understand that check-out is busy, but it would be nice to have more polite and helpful staff. I had left my bag in the room and realized I needed to get it, just after checkout. I asked to go back to the room and for any hotel staff to come with me. They wouldn't let me go with them to get my things, and I just wanted to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything else besides my bag. The man who carries the bags with the luggage cart was quite indifferent and unfriendly because of this "extra work" that he had, just to come back to our room and get my bag. I spoke to him that i would like to come together with him, and he ignored me, checked his phone, called someone, and pretended I wasn't there. I understand that check-out is quite busy, but it would be nice to have a little more empathy for guests. Why so much bureaucracy and so much difficulty for me to go up with any staff member to check if I've forgotten anything else in the room? Besides that, we really liked the hotel, the rooms were very clean, the infinity pool was really cool, and on Saturday there was a DJ playing music by the pool, and we loved it!! The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and all the restaurant staff were super friendly.

We came to spend a lovely weekend with my friends as we just got married! The staff was very welcoming and even surprised us with a special card and cake (even though it was for an anniversary 😊). It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great vibes, beautiful views, and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!
