All-inclusive

If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

Seven Sports bar serves guests pub style plates & small bites 12pm - 2am

Revo Café serves International gastronomy - 7am to 10pm

View 180 is open to guests 10am- 2 am however is adults 21+ only past 7pm [Requires Supplement]

Great hotel with great staff, in a great location. We loved our week here. The breakfast was good, everyone was really helpful and the view from the pool is fantastic. In retrospect we wouldn’t have upgraded from a standard room to a one bed apartment with sea view because we didn’t spend any time on the balcony with the view and spend every day either out doing things or at the hotel pool. Only slight issues were the curtains broke in the bedroom and while someone came to fix them, they still didn’t work properly and close fully. They’re really hard to use where they’re so high and the poles to slide them across are so flimsy. We used the NH Collection app as a room key for the most part but it was a bit inconsistent. If you can use it as a room key, why can’t you use it to scan in at breakfast?! There aren’t enough elevators, we often found ourselves waiting up to 5 minutes, particularly getting to and from breakfast at busy times.

A great hotel in a great location. Stayed for a business trip but wanted a place to chill and this was great. Modern and clean, as you would expect in Dubai, the staff are plentiful and well trained. From Daniela who provided a professional and swift check , well done, first impressions count a lot, to Mary serving me delicious food whilst I was watching UK football in the sports bar. The rooftop infinity pool is a great touch, good views, albeit Dubai can be hazy, and a fantastic atmosphere day and night. The location is at the end of the West Beach, close enough to stroll to the bouncing beach bars but also far enough away to be able to relax.

We booked this hotel for two nights to spend our wedding night, choosing their best room with a sea view to relax after the wedding chaos. We arrived in our wedding dresses, exhausted and ready to unwind, and were congratulated by the staff at check-in. We specifically mentioned that it was our special day and asked for the best room. The receptionist assured us we were getting a 'double upgraded' room, but when we got there, it was just on the first floor with a view of another building! There was no sea view at all. After a long, tiring day, we just wanted to crash, but instead, we were given a room that completely ruined our experience. It's disheartening that they didn't go the extra mile for a newlywed couple. We left the hotel so disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Not to forget it was so late at night and we couldn’t go through the hassle of booking another hotel, so we came home! Very sad

I loved the service at the pool bar, I hope that this personnel is well paid, but I was disappointed by the beach; they don't have private access, just a deal with 3 sunbed places that are not necessarily close to the hotel (walking half mile under 40 degrees might kill you). They don't accept bookings and the places get sold out by mid morning. Rooms are spacious and good but nothing special. The location is ok if you plan to stay along the palm itself, but trying to get out of it or get a taxi after 4PM can turn into a nightmare.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The gym is well-equipped, perfect for a complete workout, and the pool is clean and relaxing. A special thank you to Dipak, who welcomed us with a smile and great professionalism. He was especially kind to our one-year-old daughter, showing care and attention. Excellent service that makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
