I recently stayed at the NH Collection The Palm, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the hotel team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for the entire visit.
The room was immaculate, spacious, and had a stunning view of the sea. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive.

We really enjoyed our stay @ NH Collection. It was our anniversary and we made the reservation over the call as they offered better price. There's complimentary wallet parking and the check-in process took hardly 2-3 minutes. We were briefed about the hotel and the inclusions. We got free room upgrade as it was our anniversary :). Room was very neat and spacious. The staff were all very polite and well trained with always a smile on their face. The infinity pool has got a great view of Marina. The private beach is a bit far from the hotel, and cos of the humidity, we didn't go there. Hotel is located right next to Nakheel Mall which is a great advantage. The check-out process was very quick. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

First time in Dubai and the hotel has given me the BEST impression. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are beautiful, and breakfast buffet is delicious. They also have a beautiful pool at the rooftop and towel service is efficient. The only thing that needs to be improved is the spa service, they are not very accommodating with their packages. Other than that I highly recommend staying here!

wife and I stayed at the NH Hotel The Palm for four nights and had a mixed experience. Here are the highlights and areas for improvement:
Positive Aspects:
- The reception was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.
- The breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a diverse selection.
- The room was clean and neat.
- The view was fantastic.
Areas for Improvement:
- The pool was crowded and not very clean. Additionally, the water jets in the pool were almost boiling hot.
- The rooms were small with no proper wardrobe, just decorative wooden fixtures that couldn't accommodate all our clothes.
- The dinner buffet was below expectations, with very spicy food predominantly from Indian cuisine.
