Came to watch a World Cup game and was impressed by the level of service here! We highly recommend Shishir as a server, he was very helpful and made sure we had a great evening! He had checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having a good time and even had a great chat with us. We also noticed a cleaner walking around constantly checking under tables for any trash and was certainly impressed at his hard work! Food was great as well. Workers here are amazing. Atmosphere was fun for the World Cup! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone to come!

Nadun provided excellent service to me and my partner throughout the day. He was friendly, attentive, and went out his way to make a fantastic cocktail that was perfectly balanced and well presented (Blue lagoon) even tho it wasn’t on the menu. His positive attitude and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Great bartender and highly recommended! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. All of the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The infinity pool is absolutely incredible and was one of the highlights of the experience. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. 🍸🏝️

I had an amazing experience staying at the hotel, especially at the View 180 terrace. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying both the view and the excellent facilities. The food was outstanding, with great quality and variety, making every meal enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the incredible service from the staff. I met Zun, Lucas, Nathaniel, and Linn during the evenings on the terrace, and they were all exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They always made sure everything was perfect and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was that the terrace is also open in the evening, offering a breathtaking view of the Dubai Marina at night. The combination of the stunning scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend View 180 to anyone looking for a memorable experience with amazing views and exceptional service. When as well to 7sportbar, best place to see any sports match, amazing food and service from Winnie and Jayson. I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at the NH Collection on the Palm for the Eid holidays. The hotel and rooms are lovely, clean, modern and every amenity you need. We were lucky to be upgraded to a1 bed apartment so had lots of room. The hotel manager Ousama and his staff we so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them, we felt extremely well looked after. Special shout out to Ahmed, Mansoor and Fabio at the rooftop pool and Jim in the sports bar for their amazing service, thank you guys. We also enjoyed each meal we had, the food is delicious and a great selection to suit whatever mood you're in. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed at NH Collection Dubai The Palm for 2 days and booked 3 rooms. While the hotel has a great location and nice facilities, our experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. • Check-in took too long, and there were not enough seats near reception. • It was difficult to reach the front desk by phone. • Elevators were slow, making it inconvenient to move around with luggage. • Limited family and kids’ activities. • Housekeeping service was inconsistent at times, and some requests took longer than expected to be completed, which affected the overall convenience of our stay. • My late check-out request was not handled flexibly despite booking 3 rooms. • The soundproofing between rooms was very poor. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Even in some 3-star and 4-star hotels, I have felt more comfort, better hospitality, and a warmer welcome than I experienced here. Throughout my stay, I never felt like a valued guest who had paid for a 5-star hotel experience; at times, it felt as though the rooms had been provided for free rather than as part of a premium stay. On the positive side, I enjoyed the pool, private beach, and the excellent location next to Nakheel Mall. I hope these comments help improve the guest experience and service standards in the future.
