This is our second time staying here, and once again, everything was simply wonderful. The room is clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained, just as we remembered it. We’d also like to sincerely thank and praise to Ghana, the person who takes care of the cleaning: he did an excellent job, being very precise and attentive. The room is always spotless thanks to his hard work and dedication. We are in love with this place! We’ll definitely be coming back again! Mary&Nino

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach for 15 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right on The Walk, close to the beach and Dubai Marina, with plenty of restaurants and nice bars around. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely sea view. The staff were wonderful — especially Rohahana at the reception, who was always kind and helpful, as well as the housekeeping and concierge teams, who were attentive and polite throughout our stay. However, there were several downsides. The balcony door was difficult to close properly, which affected the air conditioning and made the room quite warm and humid for a few days. The pool area was pleasant but lacked enough sunbeds during busy hours. We were also disappointed with the food — despite the hotel’s five-star rating, the buffet was not truly international. About half of it consisted of salads and desserts, while most main dishes were Indian-style curries with strong, unfamiliar spices and aromas, making them hard to enjoy. There were great baguettes, but the cheese tasted oddly sweet, and although we had half board, we didn’t go to breakfast at all. We arrived around midnight and missed dinner, but unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any food option at that time, so we had to eat outside. It would be great if the hotel offered a small afternoon or late-night snack option for guests who arrive late or sleep in, as everyone has a different vacation rhythm. Another issue was privacy: even when we placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the housekeeping staff unlocked the door to check if we were inside. After that, we started locking the door, but then the reception called to check on us, which felt intrusive. Despite these issues, the staff remained kind and professional, and we truly appreciated their warm attitude. Overall, Sofitel Jumeirah Beach is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location and great people, but the dining variety, room maintenance, and privacy handling could be improved to fully match its five-star reputation.

​I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the room service at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was truly exceptional. The service was prompt, the food quality was outstanding, and everything arrived perfectly presented. ​A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ms. Candy, who delivered service with a genuine smile and incredible efficiency. Her polite, attentive, and professional demeanor made the experience feel five-star. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. I will definitely come back again for Christmas holidays.

Very pleasant hotel. Our twin room had a side seaview and balcony. It was a good size and had a nice bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. It was very clean and on our request they emptied the mini bar so we could use the fridge for our own drinks. Large glass bottles of drinking water were replaced every day and there was a kettle and coffee maker with plenty of tea and coffee options. The twin beds were more like small doubles and extremely comfortable and the air con efficient and quiet so wasn’t annoying at night. Our rate included breakfast and the choice was as good as any hotel I’ve stayed in and even though the hotel was very busy we never had to wait for a table. The pool was small but adequate, plenty of sunloungers and parasols although it did get very busy the hotel was just over the road from the beach. The hotel provide a beach towel, beach bag, mattress and parasol free of charge. We just used the towels as we preferred to have an actual sunlounger. They’re not cheap though but a nice size with huge parasols so in our opinion worth it for a few days. The location of the hotel is excellent. The marina was just behind it where a lot of the boat trips start from and in front of the hotel is an area with a wide choice of restaurants so nice to be able to walk and not rely on taxis.

I just had one of the most delightful breakfasts! The omelette was absolutely divine—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The fruit was so fresh and vibrant, and the juice was crisp and refreshing, the perfect complement to the meal. What truly made the experience even more special was the service—Riya was incredibly polite, attentive, and gracious. She made me feel so welcome and cared for. I left feeling satisfied, energized, and genuinely impressed. A truly uplifting way to start the day!
