Its our wedding anniversary and We had great experience with sofitel the service is amazing and the food is amazing thank you to Mr Bibek helping us on our needs and keeping our room nice. The access Very near to the beach and store very convenient to go out the amenity is so nice the pool and the staff very helpful its very comfortable to move around I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again …………………..

We had an absolutely exceptional Christmas Eve experience at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach. The food was simply outstanding, with an impressive variety ranging from perfectly prepared beef to fresh, high-quality seafood. Every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with great attention to detail. The desserts were the perfect finale—creative, indulgent, and truly unforgettable. What made the evening even more special was the spectacular service. A special mention goes to Ayush, who provided truly extraordinary service. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. An unforgettable Christmas Eve filled with amazing food, impeccable service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended—we will definitely be returning. ✨🎄

Spent 10 says here and found the experience really pleasing. What stood out the most was the service that the hotel staff provided us with. We enjoyed every smile from each of the personnel and wanted to specifically thank Zaw for his thorough work that helped us to return to the room mesmerised by the care that he gave in his job. The location is great as it takes roughly 5 minutes to get to the beachfront, and another 5 to go to the amazing pool afterwards. Not to mention the metro station altogether with the bus station close to the hotel that opened transportation freedom for us through the trip. It did not take us long to get to the Dubai Mall, Ibn Battuta Bus station (from which we travelled to Abu-Dhabi, Motiongate park, and The Outlet Village), and other places that were amazing. We thank the hotel for its warm hospitality and atmosphere, that let us enjoy the vacation.

Perfect location in the heart of JBR right by the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, open till very late. Very safe and walkable area. I have to express my gratitude to the staff that are all extremely professional and very well trained. I had a beautiful room with sea views that was extremely comfortable and spacious. Soundproofing between rooms is good. You can hear a bit of outside noise as the area is very lively but didn't bother me. Breakfast is great, plenty of options. Very nice shops inside the hotel too. Thank you again for a great stay.

I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received during our five-night stay at your hotel. Last night, a severe thunderstorm caused flooding that blocked the access road to the hotel this morning, just as we were scheduled to depart for Abu Dhabi. As a result, taxis were unable to enter the hotel, and we were understandably concerned about reaching our destination. Maneno Ali from the concierge team went truly above and beyond to assist us. He personally went to the main road to try to hail a taxi and, after nearly an hour of effort, successfully managed to secure one for us. Despite the challenging conditions, he coordinated with the driver to wait at the main road, ran back to the hotel to collect us and our three heavy pieces of luggage, and then ran back again to the driver, who was unable to stop for long by the roadside. In addition, when the driver attempted to charge an unreasonable fixed fare, Maneno kindly stepped in to help us negotiate and ensured that the journey was taken by meter. Thanks entirely to his dedication, professionalism, and perseverance, we arrived at our destination safely. We are extremely grateful for Maneno’s outstanding assistance and would like to commend him for his exemplary service. He demonstrated genuine care for guests and a willingness to go far beyond his duties. We sincerely hope the hotel recognises him as an exceptional staff member who truly represents the highest standards of hospitality.
