The hotel has a warm, welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. We stayed at the Sofitel for one week and it’s been lovely. It’s in a perfect location close to the restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are lovely , friendly and the place was very clean. Athul kindly cleaned our room everyday and he was so nice and pleasant. All the staff are really happy and passionate about what they do here. It’s a nice culture and atmosphere.
