My family had a very memorable experience. The Hotel is very good and for sure we shall be back soon. In a special way, i thank Paul at the front desk who was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He offered us great service and went an extra mile to anticipate our needs. Till now, my daughter still remembers him and surely, he is a great employee who adds alot of value to the Hotel because of his professional service. Looking forward onto coming back soon.

We spent our vacation at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach and celebrated my birthday there. The hotel is conveniently located right on The Walk and just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Nima from housekeeping looked after it very well. On my birthday the staff brought dessert and offered their congratulations, which we appreciated. The service overall was attentive, the pool and nearby restaurants were pleasant, and we felt safe. Overall, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway – superb location, clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities and top‑notch service. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Its our wedding anniversary and We had great experience with sofitel the service is amazing and the food is amazing thank you to Mr Bibek helping us on our needs and keeping our room nice. The access Very near to the beach and store very convenient to go out the amenity is so nice the pool and the staff very helpful its very comfortable to move around I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach truly delivers a wonderful experience. The breakfast at AOC Restaurant was excellent — a great variety, fresh quality, and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. A special mention to Phadindra at the driveway for his warm smile, politeness, and professional assistance. He made me feel genuinely welcome and smoothly helped arrange my car for valet parking. Such thoughtful service really makes a difference. Highly recommended for both hospitality and service excellence
