During my stay at the hotel, I found the experience to be quite satisfactory. The hotel itself is nice, offering comfortable accommodations. What stood out was the attentive staff, always ready to assist with a smile. Room cleaning was impeccable, and I must commend Janine for her exceptional service in keeping our room pristine. However, one minor downside was the size of the toilet, which I found to be quite small. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. The location is a definite highlight, situated in the vibrant JBR area, with easy access to various restaurants, making dining options plentiful and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and an excellent location.

Cannot fault the hotel. The staff were all pleasant throughout out staff. There was plenty of choice at breakfast to cater for everyone. The rooms (1615 & 1614) were lovely and it was nice having a sea view. Towels provided for the pool or beach. Location was perfect to walk across the road to the beach or to the Marina. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Hotel! 5🌟 just for the location alone, it is just perfect and right in the heart of everything! Hotel accommodated us with an early check-in and cot which was appreciated after a long journey with our baby. Our room was perfect with a beautiful beach view! All of the staff were amazing, they made a fuss of our little girl and were always so friendly and happy especially Nima our housekeeper! Food was of a high standard with so much choice! We all slept so well during our stay. Thank you Sofitel, I would definitely recommend your hotel and would stay again 🥰

One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We got the deluxe double partial sea room and our bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean and spacious. Me and my partner were involved in a desert quad biking accident towards the end of our stay so the room was almost like a haven to us. It was a comfortable to rest in, felt very homely and it was so so easy for us to get room service and we didn’t need to leave the room during our recovery period. The staff were all very friendly, the food was amazing in the buffet and when ordering from room service. The location is super ideal because there are just a million food spots, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. After all, it is based on the iconic JBR walk and the beach is less than 2 min walk away. It was an emotional goodbye because we miss the hotel and the area so much. We highly recommend and will be back again.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were always really friendly and welcoming. The valet team were always on the ball when i would arrive with my car. The room was really nice and clean with a great view. I would love to go back some day when its only me and my partner. Its a shame its not a resort as it would be really good for our child however still a great place and amazing staff.
