We stayed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah from December 27 to January 3 and celebrated the New Year there. We were very disappointed that there was no separate room for a child. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mani, Concierge, for his polite manner and excellent service. He helped us with our luggage and arranged it perfectly for us ❤️ We would also like to thank our cleaner, Ms. Padma ❤️❤️❤️ She cleaned our room thoroughly, took all our requests into account, and brought everything we needed promptly. We were happy to leave her tips. We also thank Ms. Melanie from Oceana Kitchen for the excellent organization of our meals and table arrangements. We were very sorry that the waiter Arnold, who provided outstanding service during our stay in March 2025, was not working this time. Unfortunately, we forgot to leave a review about his wonderful work back then 🫶🏻 In our opinion, the waitress named Diona should behave more conservatively and avoid wearing very short skirts, as the hotel has a reputation for being a family-friendly hotel for couples with children. On January 1st and 2nd, the water in the swimming pool was cold, and we were unable to swim with our child ☹️ Overall, the holiday was excellent. Thank you, Hilton 😘

Our 2nd stay in this hotel and was great. We had free access to executive lounge where were good breakfast with super view on beach. Our room had great views on all sides...to beach location and on The walk street. All the staff were extremely helpful, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Janaka, who took care of our housekeeping....His work was extraordinary!!! I have only one issue regarding my stay at the Hilton hotel. I paid extra for a room with 2 double beds and 2 balconies; both were clearly mentioned in the description and shown in the pictures in the APP. When we arrived at 2 am, we found out that our room had only one double bed and no balcony. At the reception, I was told that the pictures are 'universal' for many rooms, but I received no explanation as to why the written description was also incorrect. In the end, we were provided with an extra bed and a sofa bed, and because the view was superb, we accepted it. However, as a family of four, I would expect better logic and for the room to be properly prepared for 4 people. I would at least expect some compensation in the form of Hilton Honors points but was not offered anything.

We had a lovely stay! The staff was very attentive, especially our room attendant Janaka. So much attention was paid to our every need. The hotel it’s self is beautiful and so well located. We loved the pools and beach. Everything was pristine. Hoping to make it back one day! Shukran Hilton JBR Staff!

To be on holiday is a privilege. So when enjoying such a lovely hotel and people you have to pay attention to the people who go out of their way to do more ! This morning we had breakfast at the Hilton and my family was served by Shila , Tharindu and Magie. Each of them made sure that we had a smile , coffee in hand and amazing food on our table. They came often to check how everything was and were very polite. I look forwards to coming back. The breakfast was amazing and more than that the people made this memory of ours extra ordinary !!! Thank you so much !! Make sure you book at the Hilton because this is an experience you need to feel and see for yourself wowww .

We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable - I loved the complimentary water I could use to refill my water bottle! Breakfast was excellent. The new pool area is beautiful! The location is also wonderful- close to great restaurants and shopping. The best part of our stay, though, was the service. We had a problem with our shower when we first arrived and they had it fixed ASAP. On the plane home, I realized I forgot my favorite swimsuit in the room and the wonderful staff there recovered it and found and arranged a courier company so I could have it mailed back to me. Top notch service!!! I highly recommend.
