The hotel was very comfortable.we arrived early morning, so didn't expect our room to be ready, however the reception did a fantastic job and managed to get us checked in straight away. To be honest the hotel was what I expected, looked great and staff were very attentive. Great buffet breakfast & the Italian restaurant was amazing great food and service. Would definitely return 🙂

Very good location, when you walk out you are straight on the walk. The staff are amazing and provide a great service. The restaurants and pools side bars are quite pricey. The beach is very nice, quite crowed. They have a small little play area by the beach, great for kids. They have play room that is really good for children with very attentive staff working there. There is a lot of traffic in the area and depending on where your room is you can hear the cars and the horns throughout the night. Also if going out of the area vis car then expect to be stuck in traffic getting back to hotel. Cleaning staff are amazing too.

Sarah at the front office was super helpful, and the executive lounge team was awesome. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Hilton Dubai for a luxurious stay! I am very disappointed with this property. Service is mediocre at best. Room not ready by 3pm, and no nothing for having to wait over an hour. Breakfast buffet is a zoo, food is so so and was definitely a disappointment.
Booked a room with sea view and paid the difference, however, the only partial sea view you get is from the balcony. So might as well have booked the regular room. The only difference is you look at the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and in the standard room you are facing the pool side. Very musty smell in my room and in the corridor. They use some old and cheap plug in devices that should have the air smell better, but it just stinks. The only positive - the rooms are big.
Pool was closed almost an entire afternoon because a kid pooped in it. On the beach is never a chair available, unless you are there by like 7:30.
I changed hotels after my event and even though not on the beach, the service, food, and hotel itself is miles above this one. And it was a Property belonging to the Hilton family as well. For the Price I paid at the Hilton Jumeirah ($300/night), I am very disappointed, and will definitely not return here.
The location is fantastic of course, with all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. So it's a disappointment that they don't do more with this property. There is a lot of unused potential.
