We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable - I loved the complimentary water I could use to refill my water bottle! Breakfast was excellent. The new pool area is beautiful! The location is also wonderful- close to great restaurants and shopping. The best part of our stay, though, was the service. We had a problem with our shower when we first arrived and they had it fixed ASAP. On the plane home, I realized I forgot my favorite swimsuit in the room and the wonderful staff there recovered it and found and arranged a courier company so I could have it mailed back to me. Top notch service!!! I highly recommend.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The staff were exceptional. Big thank you to Thet for the immaculate presentation of our room each day the flannels made into animais. Big thank you to Rashmika who handed out the poolside towels every day with a simile and to Rohit and the other lifeguard at the adult pool who made sure that the pool was peaceful and a great place to relax. Also special thanks to the staff at Taliah's café for their friendly service each morning and the excellent coffee and pastries. We loved the food at Trader Vic's and also at Villa Verona and both are well worth a visit. Finally the Mar Bar has superb staff and is the best place for a nightcap with a truly special view. Many thanks to Allen in the Mar Bar, very helpful and great to chat with.
