I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, and the guest service truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s private beach access and well-maintained pool area made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I was celebrating my birthday during this trip, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. I was surprised with two beautifully prepared birthday cakes and a thoughtfully decorated room with lovely birthday décor arranged by housekeeping. On the day of checkout, I received a third “See You Soon” cake, which was such a touching and memorable gesture. Exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hilton Dubai Jumeirah team for making my stay so special. We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The service from all the staff was fantastic. Housekeeping service is amazing. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and clean. Located right in the middle of the walk it is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops right at the door step. We were even able to watch the fireworks and the drone shows right from our room balcony, which was great. The pool is large and warm, there is also a dedicated pool for adults. The hotel has private beach access to the Jumeirah beach with own lounge chairs and beach towels provided. Overall great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed a great staycation at this hotel. People who know JBR know the traffic is heavy in the evening so it didn’t bother me too much. The staff were brilliant from the valet, restaurant staff and cleaners. Was a brief power cut on the last evening of our stay but was quickly rectified and compensation was offered on check out.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and has a fantastic atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was excellent – a great variety, always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There was something for everyone, including children. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. A very special thank you goes to Margaret – she is an incredibly kind, dedicated, and amazing person who made our stay even more special. Our children also had a fantastic time. There were many opportunities for them to play, and everything was very family-friendly, allowing us to fully enjoy our time together.
