We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable - I loved the complimentary water I could use to refill my water bottle! Breakfast was excellent. The new pool area is beautiful! The location is also wonderful- close to great restaurants and shopping. The best part of our stay, though, was the service. We had a problem with our shower when we first arrived and they had it fixed ASAP. On the plane home, I realized I forgot my favorite swimsuit in the room and the wonderful staff there recovered it and found and arranged a courier company so I could have it mailed back to me. Top notch service!!! I highly recommend.

My stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. I also enjoyed resting at the beach and eating tasty food a lot, but what truly made my experience special was the staff. Everyone here is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — you instantly feel taken care of. I especially want to highlight Zahir. He was always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with anything I needed. His kindness and professionalism really made my stay even better. Thank you for such an excellent level of service! I would definitely love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right on The Walk at JBR, with stunning sea views, a beautiful private beach, and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything you could wish for during a relaxing holiday. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious and fresh dishes every morning. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank-you to Keshar Bahadur from the Recreation team, who was always so friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. He made sure guests enjoyed every moment by the beach. We also want to express our appreciation to Kesh from Housekeeping, who did an incredible job keeping our room perfectly clean and tidy every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out and made us feel at home. Hilton Jumeirah Beach offers not just luxury and comfort, but also genuine hospitality. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

We had an incredible time at Hilton Jumeirah Beach. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and friendly smiles. The service throughout the hotel was consistently helpful, attentive, and truly made our stay feel special. A special mention must go to Yoon, our young and vibrant waitress/bartender at the Sky Bar. She was an absolute delight — professional, energetic, and full of personality. Her recommendations were spot on, and she kept us laughing throughout the evening. Everything she suggested, from the drinks to the food, was exceptional. Yoon’s warmth, enthusiasm, and effortless ability to make guests feel welcome truly made our night memorable. The food was amazing, the atmosphere relaxing, and the overall service outstanding. We left feeling well taken care of and already look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel with the most amazing employees! Everyone is super nice and sweet, they were so kind to us and our little daughter. They all were so happy to see her everyday. Gifting her balloons, little sweets, something to draw, the list goes on.. :) Always open for a little chat. Service was amazing. Big thanks to the whole team, especially Abdul and Tharindhu. They were the nicest guys I came ever across in a hotel. Also big thanks to all the girls in the kitchen and dining area. You made our stay amazing. The buffet was also the best I've ever seen. The hotel is very well located at Dubai Marina with a nice view of the Dubai Ain. Only the cars and the builders in front of the hotel are a little bit loud. But if you close the balcony door you can barely hear it. For kids they have not a lot to offer in the hotel, the Kids pool is a little cold and has nothing to play in it, which is a little sad. But aside from that, it was the most amazing stay here, if we ever come back to Dubai we are going to stay here a second time. :)))
