We had a wonderful stay at Delano Dubai and were extremely satisfied with everything. Our experience began with a warm and welcoming greeting at the entrance by Alex, Elvis, and Patrick. Their friendly, professional, and helpful attitude immediately made the hotel feel inviting and set the tone for a great stay. The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers a very pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and provide true 5-star comfort. A special thank you to Rahman and Kabir, who assisted us during breakfast in Tutto Passo. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of. His service truly made a real difference. We would also like to highlight Erdem from the Turkish restaurant Blue Door. The food was excellent. Erdem was very friendly and professional, and he made our dining experience truly memorable. Overall, an outstanding hotel with excellent service and amazing staff. We would definitely return and highly recommend Delano Dubai!

Outstanding Stay at Delano Hotel Dubai Our stay at the Delano Hotel in Dubai was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome at all times. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a perfect blend of luxury and style. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the concierge team for their phenomenal support and organization both before and during our stay. In particular, Ravi went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, providing fantastic recommendations and seamless planning. The breakfast experience was another highlight. The buffet offered a great variety, complemented by an excellent à la carte selection. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable — especially Kabir, whose attentiveness and friendliness made every morning a pleasure. The fitness studio was very large, modern, and exceptionally well equipped, ideal for maintaining a training routine even while traveling. The hotel’s location directly on the beach is superb. Pool and beach service were excellent, with comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels, and complimentary drinking water always available, ensuring a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated the flexibility of the half-board package, which could be used not only at the hotel but also in the restaurants of the Banyan Tree. The participating restaurants offered a special half-board à la carte menu, with delicious food that was beautifully presented. Overall, the Delano Hotel Dubai exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beachside stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

We traveled as a family with a baby and parents who do not speak English, and from the moment we arrived, everything worked smoothly. His service went far beyond anything we have experienced before. He immediately remembered our room numbers, our preferences, and most importantly, he took exceptional care of our parents, making sure they never felt uncomfortable due to the language barrier. His attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism were remarkable and made a real difference for our entire family. This is exactly what true five-star service feels like: not just luxury, but genuine care. For us, it is very clear – if Dubai, then Delano. We will definitely return.

Our stay at the Delano Hotel Dubai can only be described as pure magic. We traveled as a young family with our eight-month-old baby, accompanied by our parents, who do not speak English. From the very first moment of arrival, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and professionalism. We even received a room upgrade, everything worked flawlessly, and the baby cot was already prepared in our incredibly spacious room. When we entered, we were honestly speechless – the room was stunning, with a breathtaking sea view. On our first morning, we had breakfast at Tutto Passa, where we were greeted in the most wonderful way. A very special mention goes to Kabir, who truly became an anchor for us – especially for our parents. His attentiveness and kindness were outstanding. He remembered our room numbers and our preferred drinks immediately, so our parents never felt uncomfortable or pressured to communicate in English. This level of care truly shows how guest-oriented this hotel is and how every guest is treated as someone special. Dinner at Tutto Passa and Blue Doors was exactly what one expects from a five-star hotel – from start to finish, absolute perfection. However, what left us speechless again and again was the genuine warmth of the entire team. Our baby especially blossomed during our stay – surrounded by so many friendly, smiling faces. You can truly feel that this team works together with heart and passion. The hotel itself is wonderfully calm and relaxing, yet perfectly located. You can reach the promenade very quickly, and the walk there is simply breathtaking, with the Ferris wheel right in front of the hotel. We were also incredibly impressed by how family-friendly the hotel is. There is a Kids Club, and the staff there were unbelievably loving and engaged, putting so much energy into making even the youngest guests smile. As parents, this made us incredibly happy. Additionally, daily baby swimming sessions were offered, which we happily joined and absolutely loved. Every cent spent here is returned threefold as an experience. This vacation was the perfect mix of relaxation and joy for us. We are completely in love with this hotel and see no other option than returning next year. For us, it is very clear: if Dubai, then Delano. Words are honestly not enough to describe this experience – so our message to everyone reading this is simple: book

Wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Special mention must go to Honorine, Fabian, and the manager Kabir in the breakfast area. If you feel like exercising, I highly recommend visiting Antoni in the Gym. He is exceptionally nice and competent, also as a personal trainer. Without him, we would never have achieved our goals! Thank you, Antoni.
