Everything was absolutely wonderful — our stay exceeded all expectations. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel truly did everything possible to make this experience unforgettable. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely cared for. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, and what impressed us most was how well they remembered all our dietary restrictions — this level of attention really makes a difference. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, and thanks to this, our stay felt truly special. We are already planning to return in autumn. A special thank you to Kabir at breakfast — our mornings always started on a positive note thanks to him. And heartfelt thanks to Patrick and Krish — wonderful people, amazing conversations, and so many pleasant memories. Every interaction with them brought joy and laughter and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience — we can’t wait to come back.

Honestly, the Delano is just on another level. From the moment you arrive, you can tell that no expense was spared—the design is stunning and the attention to detail is incredible. The rooms are exactly as you’d expect: sophisticated and beautifully finished. A huge plus was the breakfast. The spread was excellent, and even though it was busy, the service was seamless and super organized. The whole team is world-class, but a special mention to Peter for such a warm welcome. It’s tough to find a place that stands out in a competitive market like Dubai, but this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We had a lovely day visit at the Delano Hotel and were truly impressed by the experience. The property is beautiful, elegant, and very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The kids club was a real highlight — well organized, fun, and staffed by a caring and attentive team. Our children had a fantastic time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit. The concierge team was outstanding, especially Amelia, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even as a day visit, the service and atmosphere were exceptional. Highly recommended❤️

From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. Reception staff and doormen were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lobby is impressive — beautiful scent, high-quality materials, and a very aesthetic design. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with subtle branding throughout — from the hangers to the towels — which really shows the attention to detail. The entire property is beautiful, the pool area is clean and well maintained, with relaxed music that never feels too loud. The staff at the entrance were always helpful with cars, especially Stephen, and it was noticeable how the team remembered preferences and faces, which made the stay feel personal rather than anonymous. The concierge service via WhatsApp worked perfectly and was very convenient. All in all, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in Dubai so far.

I spent New Year’s night here, and it was absolutely amazing! The Dubai skyline and Ain Dubai views were breathtaking — especially at night. The sea view with the calm, relaxing environment made the experience truly special. The place itself is fantastic, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
