I spent my vacation at this luxurious resort. Let me start with the details of the place: it is designed in a therapeutic way for both the soul and the mind. The white curtains — reflecting the cleanliness and purity of the place — the high ceilings, and the breathtaking views… truly everything was carefully planned with great attention to detail. The suite I stayed in was spotless, sanitized, and spacious, with a design that was created to provide psychological comfort above all. As for the staff, they are one of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with. For that reason, I cancelled my flight and extended my stay for an extra day, as I felt like the resort belonged to me. Special thanks to Nadia, Peter, and Lynn for their wonderful service. In addition, the quality of the food and coffee was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Delano Dubai was our second stop on our honeymoon. We loved every detail of the hotel, the food, the sea, and the pool area. We especially loved the Blue Door restaurant, our first choice. While being Turkish and loving Turkish cuisine was a factor, the food was superb. Another highlight was the friendly staff and the warmth they conveyed. Outstanding Stay at Delano Hotel Dubai – Made Unforgettable by Patrick I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delano Hotel in Dubai, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight Patrick, a member of the staff who made my stay truly remarkable. He was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional. It was immediately clear that he takes great pride in his work and delivers service of the highest quality. Patrick was always available when needed, making sure every detail was perfect and ensuring I felt genuinely cared for. His warm and thoughtful approach made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued part of the Delano experience. While the entire hotel team was courteous and efficient, Patrick’s dedication and service truly stood out. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a prime example of exceptional hospitality. “Professional and Respectful Management” I initially faced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, which made my first night less comfortable than expected😞, especially with my baby. However, I was truly impressed with how the hotel management handled the situation. The manager personally came to apologize and offered us a late check-out as a kind gesture. Her professionalism and respect made a big difference🫶🏻, and I truly appreciated the effort to turn the experience around. Thanks to this, I would consider staying here again.

Our stay at the Delano Hotel in Dubai was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The warm welcome, the constant availability and professionalism of the staff — especially Patrick — truly made the experience exceptional. The cleanliness,design of the hotel was impeccable, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you are traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. It’s a wonderful place to stay, relax, and enjoy Dubai to the fullest.
