I had the pleasure of staying at the Delano Hotel in Dubai for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-tier—professional, warm, and incredibly friendly. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make each day feel seamless and relaxing. What truly stood out was how the team made my birthday extra special. I felt genuinely celebrated, and it meant so much. A special shout out to Alex and Patrick, who went above and beyond—singing me happy birthday and making me feel not just like a guest, but truly welcomed and joyful. The rooms were fantastic—spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with incredible views that really added to the overall experience. It was a perfect space to unwind and recharge after a day out. The food was also excellent, with a great selection of restaurants included in our half board package. Each meal was a treat, and the variety and quality far exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a stay where every detail is handled with care and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend the Delano. Thank you to everyone there for making my birthday one to remember!

Great location and a very aesthetic hotel. You feel very relaxed and cozy here. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There are three different restaurants in the hotel with great food. The pleasant aroma throughout the hotel adds a nice touch. The staff is very helpful — special thanks to Ekaterina for assisting with reservation changes. Highly recommend visiting!

We stayed in the Waking Eclipse One Bedroom Suite, which was beautifully designed, spacious, and offered stunning views. It was the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, ideal for a relaxing family getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area – our kids absolutely loved it! The facilities were clean, well-managed, and very family-friendly, which made it easy for us to unwind while the little ones had fun. We had a great stay at Delano Dubai. The staff were very friendly, helpful and super attentive. The Miami inspired art deco made the hotel feel chic and sophisticated. So many dinning outlets to choose from. We will definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the concierge team, particularly Ravi. Ravi is an outstanding concierge — he goes above and beyond to find solutions for your requests and keeps you perfectly updated throughout the process. He genuinely takes care of guests’ needs, and it’s clear that he does his job with love and passion. The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to detail and guest comfort. One evening, I requested assistance with the minibar, as it was not cooling sufficiently and I needed it for storing my medication. The maintenance team responded quickly, and a very kind maintenance man even arranged for an extra small fridge to be placed in my room to ensure my medication stayed at the right temperature — truly excellent service. Additionally, the gym is perfect — well-equipped and maintained, ideal for those who like to stay active during their stay. I also had the pleasure of dining at the Turkish restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just as wonderful. Overall, my experience was fantastic, thanks to the great staff and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hotel!
