We are having a wonderful stay at the Delano Hotel. This is my second time in the hotel as i stayed here in Nov 25. The location is excellent, close to many shops, beauty spots, and everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights for me and my family was the coffee shop. Richard who works there is fantastic – always smiling and such a happy, welcoming person. He really makes the experience special and starts the day on a positive note. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very hard working. The sunbeds by the pool are also worth mentioning. They are thick, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Maria the manager is also wonderful and very hands on and helpful. Overall, the Delano is a great place to stay with friendly staff, comfortable facilities, and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

The Delano Hotel on Bluewaters Island is an elegant, refined but informal hotel. It makes you feel welcome and at home in an immaculate and cosy environment. We really appreciated the early check-in. The room amenities are of the highest standard. The cleaning staff are attentive and very efficient. The "Tutto Passa" restaurant offers excellent ingredients for both breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool is pleasant, although perhaps a little too crowded with small children for our liking. The beach is nice, the sea a little exposed to the wind, but clean. It is wonderful to walk and do daily running workouts across Bluewaters and the footbridge to Jumeriah Beach and along the Marina promenade.

Located in a secluded area of Dubai, the hotel is a perfect mix of glamour and style. We loved our stay at the Delano. The hotel is great, but the staff is what set the Delano apart. From breakfast to dinner you are pampered and treated like a prince or a princess. Restaurants offer delicious food and drinks. Special thanks to Kabir who made our breakfasts the highlight of the day.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful building, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The location is ideal if you want to stay on a relaxed peninsula while still being close to a very busy city. It feels calm and private without being too far from everything, but you will obviously have to use taxis to get into the city centre. The employees were consistently helpful and professional. Jawed in the Turkish restaurant stood out in particular. He was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The service throughout the hotel and its restaurants was reliable and thoughtful. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was well maintained and easy to enjoy, and the beach was nice with plenty of sunbeds. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, I would recommend the Delano and will be staying there the next time I am in Dubai.

We travel to Dubai regularly and consider it a special place for our family. We hope the current conflict is resolved soon so we can return. This hotel is exceptional, with an unbeatable location and all the Bluewaters amenities right on the doorstep. Despite being so central, it still offers a calm and exclusive atmosphere. The rooms are modern, elegant, and immaculately presented, with incredibly comfortable beds and thoughtful details that make every stay feel indulgent and relaxing. Each visit reminds us why we return — it’s the perfect balance of sophistication, comfort, and atmosphere.
