I had a great stay here. The location is very strategic and very close to the metro station. The view from the hotel is amazing, especially with the Burj Khalifa view. The breakfast was also good. I didn’t go for a swim, but they have a nice swimming pool. The staff informed me that the lift was still under renovation, which caused a slightly longer waiting time, but it was fine. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time travelers.

We have booked a 7 days stay in Dubai in the „Burj Khalifa view room“in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is situated near an underground station and also very good to reach everything by taxi or to be picked up by Get your guide tours. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of warm and cold food. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and always willing to help, if there are problems. The pool area is very nice, clean and there are enough comfortable opportunities to relax . Our room is really modern , nice furniture, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The view from the 44 th floor is breathtaking. We had already twice our diner in the Olio‘s restaurant on the first floor. The servants are all very friendly. The second time Paveen served us the meal. He was also very nice, competent and there was no wish he didn’t make possible for us. So one can say the staff of the hotel, no matter in what section (reception, housekeeping, restaurants, pool area, .. )is really great. Our daughter and her husband , who had stayed in this hotel 2 years ago , had recommended it, and I think it is really recomendable . We are glad to stay here for three other days to enjoy all the pleasures this hotel offers to its guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Maria and Argun at the reception. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The only downside was the elevators, which were not enough for the number of guests, so there was often a long wait. Overall, a very pleasant experience thanks to the staff.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire staff made sure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and any requests were handled quickly and with a smile. In terms of organization, service quality, and overall comfort, the hotel truly deserves the highest rating. Special recognition goes to the waiter, Emad. He is incredibly professional, kind, and courteous. Emad was always attentive, helpful, and ready to recommend the best dishes on the menu. His positive attitude and dedication made every meal a real pleasure. Thanks to his excellent service, we felt genuinely appreciated and well looked after.

The hotel is wonderful. It's ideally located for exploring Dubai's attractions. There are three restaurants on site. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean (thanks to Mr. Jeet). We'll definitely be back.
