My son and I stayed at the hotel in May and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Roaa at the reception desk. She was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Thanks to her, we received a fantastic room on a high floor with an amazing view of Burj Khalifa, which made our stay even more memorable. The check-in process was smooth, and Lilian was very welcoming, supportive, and attentive to all our needs, especially since we were multiple families. Excellent stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. Special thanks to Mr. Nour Kamal at reception and Mr. Changing from the restaurant for their outstanding service and hospitality. My only suggestion is to extend the pool closing time from 6 PM to 7 PM, especially around sunset. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
