It my first time staying at Rose Rayhaan and it was excellent. The hotel stands out for its professional management, high-quality services, and comfortable atmosphere, along with a wonderful team across all departments. A big shoutout to Maria at the Front Desk for ensuring a smooth check-in process yesterday. She’s very professional and friendly at the same time. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Ruwan from guest service and Sherif from bodylines they are very helpful during our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel is very clean, which made us feel comfortable and safe. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the entire team for making our visit special!
Loop
This hotel is a great choice for any type of visit, conveniently located in the DIFC. It’s close to the main road and a train station, offering easy access by all means of transport. The standard rooms are pleasant but could benefit from modernisation. For example, the bathtub has a loose handle and the shower is too high for easy entry and exit. However, the spacious rooms and ample storage are a big plus. The friendly and helpful staff adds to the overall experience. Unfortunately, the elevators are extremely busy, resulting in long waits of up to 5-10 minutes. Even when an elevator does arrive, it’s often full due to the waiting crowds. Despite this minor inconvenience, I’ll happily return to this great hotel.

We spent 12 nights at this wonderful hotel. Location of the hotel was great and very accessible. All hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A huge shout out to Dani at reception who organised some toys for our kids to make use of in our room. The breakfast buffet is very nice with lots of different varieties. The lovely Islam gave us free breakfast on our last morning. Bonus, kids under 6 years eat for free. Our room was cleaned every day. After a long day out exploring it was so refreshing coming back to fresh beds and new clean towels. View of the Burj Khalifa was spectacular. The pool area is lovely and super clean. Walking distance are lots of shops, restaurants, a metro station and museum of the future. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.

We have booked a 7 days stay in Dubai in the „Burj Khalifa view room“in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is situated near an underground station and also very good to reach everything by taxi or to be picked up by Get your guide tours. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of warm and cold food. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and always willing to help, if there are problems. The pool area is very nice, clean and there are enough comfortable opportunities to relax . Our room is really modern , nice furniture, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The view from the 44 th floor is breathtaking. We had already twice our diner in the Olio‘s restaurant on the first floor. The servants are all very friendly. The second time Paveen served us the meal. He was also very nice, competent and there was no wish he didn’t make possible for us. So one can say the staff of the hotel, no matter in what section (reception, housekeeping, restaurants, pool area, .. )is really great. Our daughter and her husband , who had stayed in this hotel 2 years ago , had recommended it, and I think it is really recomendable . We are glad to stay here for three other days to enjoy all the pleasures this hotel offers to its guests.

From the 1st moment, we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable. Throughout our entire stay, everything felt easy and simply lovely. The rooms were always perfectly clean and you can really feel how much care and attention is put into every little detail. Every single member of the team is so kind, friendly and attentive and always tries to make your stay as special as possible. You are asked every day if everything is okay, and the housekeeping team even introduces themselves personally. Such small gestures make you feel truly valued and well looked after. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for first time visitors to Dubai. The metro is right in front of the hotel, taxis are very affordable and there are also shuttle services to the beach. Everything is easy to reach, which makes exploring the city very relaxed and stressfree. A very special thanks goes to the Front Desk Manager Ornella. With her German language skills, her warm personality and her wonderful service, she truly read every wish from our lips. She made our stay so much better and we are incredibly grateful to her. We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to Ruwam and the entire team, such kind, lovely and caring people. You can really feel how much heart they put into their work! We are incredibly thankful for this stay and would love to come back many more times in the future. Especially during the cold winter months in Germany, this hotel is the perfect place for a sunny break 💗
