A good hotel, have been staying here on multiple occasions. The hotel is very near the metro.
On the hospitality side, I love the morning buffet and on this particular occasion I was assisted by Mr. Said who went to length to make my breakfast comfortable. Very happy with the hospitality and special thanks to Mr. Said.
Wild surly be coming here again on my next trip!

To be honest, this good Ratings are seem fake. You get the dirtiest Windows you ever saw, everything is closed at 10PM and you get not a single Snack in your room. Imagine paying for all inclusive and than you get only to certain times Drinks and have to pay in the morning or evening. Sadly i had better experience at 4* in Turkey than here.

We are currently enjoying our stay on the 19th floor of this hotel and I have to say, the housekeeping department is truly outstanding. Their attention to cleanliness is exceptional. Mr. Karim from housekeeping is doing an amazing job ensuring our room is impeccably clean. The staff are incredibly polite and kind. Kudos to the management for hiring such competent staff and ensuring the hotel operates at its best to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Great job!

Nice tower in the heart of Dubai, walking distance to DIFC and gate avenue mall. Spacious rooms suitable for long stays (one bedroom apartment). A bit old but very well maintained. Amazing friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended especially high floor suites.

I would not return to this hotel again because I paid for all inclusive drinks at the pools until 13:00 and only until 17:00 and if you want a drink earlier you have to buy it which is terrible when you have paid for all inclusive, and then food and drink you still have to wait until they fill it up because the dining room is very small and there is no choice of food and chicken all over every day 😄 And then there is nothing there and for the children there are no chips or nuggets and so on and they don't make eggs in the morning for breakfast and if you want eggs like an omelette or sea urchin so you have to wait 25 minutes before they bring it, so you're already done with breakfast. and I went for a Coca-Cola in the afternoon and I say four please and the waiter tells me how many people are in the room and I have paid all inclusive, which I don't understand at all, I haven't seen it yet. the only thing that was great was the maids, they were very willing and kind, otherwise everything was about nothing and there is not even a snack ☹️everything is closed at 10PM and you get not a single Snack in your room. Imagine paying for all inclusive and than you get only to certain times Drinks and have to pay in the morning or evening.
