From the 1st moment, we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable. Throughout our entire stay, everything felt easy and simply lovely. The rooms were always perfectly clean and you can really feel how much care and attention is put into every little detail. Every single member of the team is so kind, friendly and attentive and always tries to make your stay as special as possible. You are asked every day if everything is okay, and the housekeeping team even introduces themselves personally. Such small gestures make you feel truly valued and well looked after. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for first time visitors to Dubai. The metro is right in front of the hotel, taxis are very affordable and there are also shuttle services to the beach. Everything is easy to reach, which makes exploring the city very relaxed and stressfree. A very special thanks goes to the Front Desk Manager Ornella. With her German language skills, her warm personality and her wonderful service, she truly read every wish from our lips. She made our stay so much better and we are incredibly grateful to her. We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to Ruwam and the entire team, such kind, lovely and caring people. You can really feel how much heart they put into their work! We are incredibly thankful for this stay and would love to come back many more times in the future. Especially during the cold winter months in Germany, this hotel is the perfect place for a sunny break 💗

We have booked a 7 days stay in Dubai in the „Burj Khalifa view room“in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is situated near an underground station and also very good to reach everything by taxi or to be picked up by Get your guide tours. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of warm and cold food. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and always willing to help, if there are problems. The pool area is very nice, clean and there are enough comfortable opportunities to relax . Our room is really modern , nice furniture, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The view from the 44 th floor is breathtaking. We had already twice our diner in the Olio‘s restaurant on the first floor. The servants are all very friendly. The second time Paveen served us the meal. He was also very nice, competent and there was no wish he didn’t make possible for us. So one can say the staff of the hotel, no matter in what section (reception, housekeeping, restaurants, pool area, .. )is really great. Our daughter and her husband , who had stayed in this hotel 2 years ago , had recommended it, and I think it is really recomendable . We are glad to stay here for three other days to enjoy all the pleasures this hotel offers to its guests.
