Excellent hotel for stay. Location and rooms are great. The most lovely thing for us were their bed and pillows. Very very comfy. You even cant know how long you sleep😀. We can recommend this hotel to everyone!

Overall nice experience in this hotel. Staff is kind and willing to help with anything you need, very good location in the city centre, close to Metro station. Rooms could be a little bit cleaner tho. Gonna focus on food here. Was expecting a little wider selection based on hotel promo videos but most of the food was tasty and well prepared. If I ever go to Dubai again, ill consider staying in this hotel once more.

The hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. I was impressed by the exceptional housekeeping service by Karim. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Their attention to detail and dedication made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

a nice hotel with a very convenient location. the rooms are always clean, the view is beautiful, the staff is sociable, you can contact them for any question. very tasty food. the staff of restaurant also leaves a pleasant impression, I will single out the waiter Said, a very friendly and attentive person, made us several gifts. I arrived at 9 am and the staff was so nice to find me a better room and do an early check-in, they walked me through everything included in my all-inclusive package. I had a lot of fun and all the bathrooms are so clean and the facilities are superb! The coffee at the reception is amazing.
The food at O'lio restaurant is amazing but I only wished they had more variety, and some more traditional/local food to experience. Did not really like the food at the Violet buffet.
