Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 220 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 110 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner. Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
  • Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
  • This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
  • This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
  • Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
  • This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
  • Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
  • Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.

We have stayed at Raffles Singapore and loved it, but Raffles The Palm Dubai exceeded all expectations. We normally stay at Atlantis and visit twice a year, but this time we decided to try something different and instantly fell in love with Raffles the Palm. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff and their incredible attention to detail. From having towels unfolded and sunbeds prepared the moment you arrive at the beach, to the thoughtful welcome of water, dates in the main hall, every detail felt considered and special. These small touches, along with the subtle introduction of Arabic culture, made the entire stay feel truly unique. The overall experience was outstanding and memorable. We cannot fault a single thing and will be more than happy to return next year!

Our stay at raffles the palm was amazing, from the minute we arrived we felt welcomed by all the staff. I was greeted with balloons and a birthday cake. The manners and hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing, we were always greeted and taken very well care of from the restaurant staff and the security guards. The hotel was immaculate, the hotel room we stayed in was fully stocked up with all the necessities. Morning and evening cleans were the best, put a smile on our faces they were friendly and always ensured that the room was clean and ready for us to get ready for the day and ready for bed. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice to choose from, dinner was very good with lots of variety. Thank you again I had the best birthday stay at this hotel - will definitely come again. Raffles The Palm is such a stunning hotel! The property is spectacular from the stunning lobby to the spacious rooms. Most of the staff are excellent as well. The rooms were massive and offered everything you'd expect in a modern hotel room. We also had an outstanding view of the Palm and Dubai in the background from our room. Only issue was the transparent bathroom door which was annoying when somebody tried using the bathroom at night and had light spread out throughout the entire room. This was a great location for the relaxing trip we were looking for but I wouldn't recommend staying here or anywhere on the Palm if you're interested in spending more time in Dubai than relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from with decent quality. Staff were also excellent at breakfast. There's a nice pool and beach area with a single pool overlooking the beach. We never had any issues finding chairs even at peak time. There were also some water activities in the beach area, such as riding jet skis. Unfortunately their water policy was nothing I'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Everywhere else in the hotel you can get unlimited water for free and they offer you the first few waters for free by the pool and beach but then they charge you. This is such a ridiculous policy for a 5 start hotel and makes me feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed. No where else on our trip did we experience this and I hope they change this to match the rest of the hotel and other hotels in the area. Most of the service and staff were excellent, unfortunately there were some mishaps with the check-in area. It seemed like there were never enough people to serve the check-in area which left us or others waiting on occasion. On another occasion we checked in but our room was ready later than it should have been and when to just pick up our keys later we were stuck waiting a long time to have somebody assist us. Luckily one of the check-in agents noticed and assisted us along with apologizing for the wait. Another day we asked to see if we could get a bag sent to the room as a souvenir. After initially being told by one of the agents that this wasn't possible in a rude fashion, someone else at check-in corrected her and said it was and sent it to the room. Even with those issues, most of the staff were outstanding and I appreciate the service recovery here and hope that they can offer a more consistent, high quality, service experience in the future. Despite some of the mishaps, I would still consider staying here again.

My stay at **Raffles The Palm Dubai** was exceptionally pleasant and soothing from the moment I arrived. The entire experience felt calming and tranquil, enhanced by the beautiful beach that creates a sense of ease and relaxation. The staff were warm, friendly and consistently courteous, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also truly enjoyed the generous buffet spread offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner — a delightful variety that made each mealtime satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful and rejuvenating stay that I would gladly return to.

Big thank you to Husna and the team at Raffles The Palm for making the stay a truly enjoyable experience. This is a beautiful, well kept classic colonial style hotel on the Palm. A very nice beach and pool where you are well looked after with snacks and drinks by all the staff. You certainly feel important and this is a wonderful feeling when relaxing for a few days. It’s about 40 min from Dubai Mall but taxis are cheap and plenty. This is not a hotel to bring your kids. There is no kids club, no soft play area or other kids activities (phew). Hence it makes it even better for a few days escape. We stayed in an ocean view club room with lounge access. Balcony with two sun loungers. The rooms are bigger than average and are beautiful. The Club lounge is possibly what can improve in this hotel. It feels slightly dated and not really same theme as the rest of the hotel. Over all a very nice hotel that I certainly will go back to.
