Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 220 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 110 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner. Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
  • Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
  • This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
  • This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
  • Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
  • This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
  • Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
  • Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.
  • Half-Board Package is unavailable during the festive events (e.g. Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Easter Brunch, Saturday Brunch, etc.).

We had a wonderful family stay while celebrating our son’s 9th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The front desk and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay and especially our son’s birthday truly memorable. A very special thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Dina, whose attention to detail was outstanding. At every touchpoint, she ensured our son felt genuinely special, turning his birthday into a truly eventful and joyful occasion. The care, warmth, and thoughtfulness shown were remarkable and made us feel valued as guests. This is a great hotel with an incredible team that truly understands what hospitality means. Thank you to everyone for the love, effort, and dedication that made our stay so memorable. We will cherish these moments and look forward to returning again.

First stay at Raffles The Palm and certainly will not be our last! We stayed here during the Christmas festivities - the hotel showcased such an amazing display of decorations, merriment and magical moments throughout the property: From the jaw-dropping Christmas tree in the lobby to the gift bag from Santa we received on Christmas Eve - no detail was spared! The food is exceptional - the offerings at breakfast was plentiful. My sister has limited mobility so Pankaj who I believe is one of the managers, would assist and walk her around the breakfast buffet to help choose her selections. We also ate at the Asian restaurant, Mutagi - wonderful, flavoursome dishes and special mention to our waitress, Gita who was super friendly and kind. Other notable mentions go to Gerard who would assist with my sister’s wheelchair, Ola who gave us a tour of the hotel and was always willing to help us navigate what the hotel has to offer. And our cleaner, Suliana - she kept our room sparkling and ensured we had everything we required during our stay. Speaking of which, our room was a generous size and overlooked the lawns. Spacious bathroom with separate WC and a walk-in closet - perfect for me, my mum and sister! If you’re in doubt of where to stay in Dubai - make it your mission to stay here…you won’t regret it! We’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Thanks to all the staff that helped us create wonderful memories throughout our stay!

Amazing service and food in a beautiful setting for a very reasonable price. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff were very caring, attentive and baby-friendly. Pool and beach were superb, very well maintained with great views and facilities - perfect for soaking up the glorious weather. All in all a perfect spot for a relaxing winter sun break.

We stayed five nights at Raffles The Palm. A great Family holiday with 18m toddler! Firstly the hotel felt so luxurious and regal. It was just WOW!! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Smooth and early check in by Esmi. We felt special in every possible way. Thank you to the head chef Purna for accommodating our child's needs and was truly home away from home. Special mentions to Jerlen, Ahmed, Lal Bahadur, Manisha, Brenda, Sajan, Jijesh, Giselle and Gerald. You were all truly amazing. Thank you. Great support in the front door and the life guards too. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and polite, making you feel genuinely well taken care of from arrival to departure. There is truly nothing to complain about and the view is simply breathtaking. From the hotel, you enjoy a full panoramic view of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Royal Atlantis, the entire Palm Jumeirah, and Bluewaters Island. Dubai quite literally unfolds in front of your eyes. An outstanding choice for both couples and families seeking comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views.
