The Raffles The Palm Dubai Half Board Dine Around programme includes the following:

Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 220 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 110 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner. Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
  • Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
  • This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
  • This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
  • Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
  • This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
  • Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
  • Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.
  • Half-Board Package is unavailable during the festive events (e.g. Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Easter Brunch, Saturday Brunch, etc.).

Very much enjoyed our stay and experience. Staff were great. Very polite and friendly and always there to help and support any questions. Food and restaurants were very good and of a high standard. Keep it up. We have stayed in modern hotels recently and did feel maybe modern plugs were needed to be an upgrade to keep up with the times. That’s a small thing in all honesty. Overall great stay and we would go back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is stunning—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and had an incredible view of the sea. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The service stood out the most. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the stay special. The dining options were excellent, with a great variety of high-quality food. The pool, private beach, and overall atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and recharge. If you’re visiting Dubai and want a luxurious, memorable experience, I’d highly recommend Raffles The Palm. It’s one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again.

The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The dining options were outstanding, with a variety of cuisines that were all consistently delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast in particular was a real highlight, with so much choice and top-quality ingredients. We also loved the range of activities and facilities available. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the private beach, or spending time in the spa and fitness centre, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. From start to finish, everything was on point from the atmosphere, to the service, food, and activities. Raffles The Palm truly offers a luxurious and memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The hotel should offer a shuttle service to some of the main malls of Dubai as this would have been used by most of the people we met at the hotel. It was have been a very good value add.

Raffles the Palm Dubai is a wonderful place, I can already say that, even though my vacation here isn't over yet. There's practically nothing wrong with it, the Club Lounge is wonderful, everything is delicious and often exquisite, and the butler Isuru, sent lovely gifts almost every day: fresh flowers, sweets, balloons, and was very attentive. The service was the best I've seen l. Although I've visited over 100 5 star hotels around the world. The sauna is wonderful with a large indoor pool. I found the sea a bit too calm, more suitable for very young children, but this was compensated by the large outdoor pool, a rarity for Dubai hotels, where pools are usually small. All the hotel rooms have sea views, which is also wonderful!

Beautiful but laughably snobbish We moved to Raffles The Palm from Atlantis The Palm to save some money, after having an amazing experience there with truly extraordinary hospitality. Raffles certainly looks impressive, a grand, palace-style hotel with luxurious décor but the service feels snobbish and detached. We often had to approach staff ourselves instead of being offered help. No one showed us around at dinner, so we completely missed the outdoor BBQ section on our first night. We booked half board, but drinks even water and soft drinks weren’t included. It wasn’t mentioned on my booking and no one informed us at the dinner. On the second night, we chose to sit in the garden area, and a staff member came over to ask: “Are you staying at the hotel? What’s your room number? What package do you have?” It felt rude and unnecessary. I asked him to check for himself, as I was already frustrated. Two nights here were enough. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s not for me. I prefer a relaxed, comfortable holiday — not one where I feel I have to pretend to be “royal” or prove I belong. P.S. One afternoon (around 4–5 pm), I saw a member of staff inside the swimming pool carrying a bag of white powder, presumably chlorine and dusting it directly into the pool while guests were still swimming. There were no measurements taken, no warning, and no protection for guests.
