Terms and Conditions
- Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
- Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
- This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
- This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
- Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
- This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
- Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
- Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.
- Half-Board Package is unavailable during the festive events (e.g. Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Easter Brunch, Saturday Brunch, etc.).

We have just got back from 7 nights staying at Raffles in the Palm and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were truly looked after, the staff in every department were all so friendly and professional, The lifeguards, beach team restaurant staff, chefs, concierge, room teams, landscaping, management too many to mention, special thanks to Ahmed and Melina who were so welcoming when we arrived, we were on half board so had plenty of food options from the many restaurants. I used the indoor pool early in the mornings which was great and the outdoor pool later on which again was very large and spacious with a pool bar at one end. All areas of the hotel were spotless and clean and the staff certainly seemed to take pride in what they were doing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. This was our first time in Dubai, we will be returning. Thank you for making our holiday a good one.

The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like staying in a palace. The architecture is truly magnificent, and the entire ambiance is incredibly relaxing. What a wonderful hotel. Very beautiful and relaxing, right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The attention to detail is very high and the staff are world class, extremely polite and helpful. Every amenity you need is here. Can't praise this hotel enough. Thank you for a great vacation! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai and it was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect.The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views , The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including high end toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.
The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious, beautifully presented dishes, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. The Night buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh, high-quality food. Thank you for the magical experience.
