Spending a day at Raffles The Palm Hotel was amazing. The hotel looks beautiful and the gardens are lovely. The pool and private beach were very clean and perfect for relaxing.
Lunch at the hotel was delicious. The service was great, with friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed.
Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful. A day at Raffles The Palm is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy luxury. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my family at Raffles on the Palm in April-24. Two kids aged 2 and 4. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels that claim to be 5 stars but in my experience they rarely meet what you expect to be first class service. Raffles is true to its 5 star status. The service, staff, food, accommodation and facilities are excellent.
After a scary altercation with my son at the swimming pool early in the vacation, hotel management upgraded our stay and even offered us a family day out at desert safari, which we gladly accepted. The suites are insanely nice and elevated our experience at the hotel. The food buffet is wide-ranging and very good quality. The spa is beautiful. The indoor cinema is grand. My only gripe was that the gym was lacking in upper body equipment but it didn’t impact my stay.
Raffles is an excellent hotel and I’d highly recommend it you’re seeking a luxurious and hassle-free stay. I’d also recommend getting lounge access as it was nice to get away from the main restaurant.

Horrible service at front desk. Would give it zero stars if I could. No one was willing to help. They didn’t even care. Booked 3 rooms, and they made us wait for 4 hours. After waiting for 4 hours, they gave us the wrong rooms where our families won’t be able to stay as we were traveling with kids (2+2 with a king bed). We had made an incorrect reservation for a prior day from another agency but the hotel was not even willing to listen to anything and help us with anything. Finally ended up paying twice with no room or service till 9 pm. This has to be the worst experience ever! Didn’t expect this from a five star hotel. Will never book here again!!!
Update: Finally the management was able to resolve the issue after our stay and hence changing my original ratings. The property was beautiful and the rest of the service staff was good.

When you walk into Raffles Palm Jumeirah, it feels like a place of comfort and style. The main hall is grand and welcoming, showing that they really care about the little things and making sure guests feel special.
The hotel sits on the Palm Jumeirah, giving you amazing views of the sea and Dubai's tall buildings. It's a spot where you can be part of the city's excitement but also have a quiet place to chill out.
The rooms are big and fancy, with everything you need to have a super comfy stay. They've really thought about making sure you have a relaxing time, with all the modern stuff you could want and beds that make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud.
Eating here is great, too. They have all kinds of food places, from fancy restaurants to laid-back spots. The people who make the food are really good at what they do, using the best stuff to make meals that look good and taste even better.
If you're looking to relax, the spa is the perfect place. It's calm and peaceful, with lots of different ways to help you unwind and feel fresh again.
No matter why you're visiting, this place is likely to go beyond what you were expecting.

Dear Team Raffels,
We would like to share our feedback regarding our stay at your hotel, which has been very pleasant so far as we are currently still guests here.
The food and service have been exceptional without any exceptions. However, we did experience some issues with our room on the first day. Unfortunately, we did not receive our room until around 10 PM, which was quite time-consuming and frustrating. We would have appreciated a bit more accommodation from the hotel in this regard. Nevertheless, we were eventually given a nice, spacious room.
The overall service at the hotel has helped mitigate the impact of that initial mishap. Therefore, we still recommend this hotel.
