Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 220 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 110 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner. Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
  • Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
  • This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
  • This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
  • Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
  • This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
  • Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
  • Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.
  • Half-Board Package is unavailable during the festive events (e.g. Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Easter Brunch, Saturday Brunch, etc.).

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai Our stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and exceptional service that carried through every aspect of our visit. The hotel is absolutely stunning—elegant, serene, and immaculately maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered incredible views that made every morning feel special. The attention to detail and comfort was clear in every corner. This is the kind of place where every moment feels elevated, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. It was a peaceful, luxurious escape that exceeded all expectations. We left feeling completely refreshed—and already dreaming of our return

The hotel is visually stunning, with a majestic vibe that impresses from the moment you arrive. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were attentive and professional. However, there are a few aspects that should be improved in order to truly meet the expectations of a luxury hotel: • The dinner buffet was quite limited in both variety and quality, especially considering the level of the hotel and the price. We expected a much more refined dining experience. • The flooring around the pool area is extremely slippery. This is a real safety concern and should be addressed as a priority to avoid potential accidents. • Our suite was located near one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the noise at night was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The service team kindly offered us a room change, but it was too late and we were too tired to move in the middle of the night. Still, if it’s known that this area is noisy, guests should not be assigned rooms nearby, or the restaurant’s location should be reconsidered. In summary, the setting is beautiful and the staff are helpful, but there are key details that — if addressed — would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

So this was my 2nd visit to Raffles after staying there one night a couple of years ago and I dont usually make return visits to the same hotel. This hotel I made an exception for. Why? Its luxurious and pure opulence but what is fundamental reason for me putting such a glowing review is the undeniable exemplary customer service they provide! Nothing has compared to this level of customer focus. They make you feel as if you are THE most important person/guest in their hotel. Few shout outs for me were Hassan (the Recreation Director) who preceded to introduce me to other key personnel at the hotel. One of which was Vlora. Attentive, approachable, respectful and absolutely gave me and my family the time of the day whenever we bumped into her. We also had a great introductory experience from Amer at front desk. Thank you to all of the Raffles team for making this another unforgettable and memorable stay. Genuinely appreciated ❤️ We will back for sure. If you get chance please visit Matagi restaurant and Piatti. Stunning decor, ambience and high quality food. Yani (Apologies if spelt incorrectly) was another person who went above and beyong for us. Customer Service second to none! Thanks again and apologies in advance to anyone we missed out

Until now I have only been to 5-Star Hotels in different countries over the world but this hotel is on a whole other level than the others. I have been here with my family for one week now, and we are Impressed by the service, rooms, food and also about the way that the staff helps guests out. I already expected an good Service but my expections where exceeded. We booked an Family ocean view room and the rooms are top! Whoever comes to visit Dubai should visit Raffles the palm hotel, you will not be disappointed! It’s guaranteed that it will be a unforgettable vacation and stay! I would even give out 10 stars if it was possible. We will comeback to this place! Thanks for this unforgettable vacation.

I recently visited Raffles Dubai, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt effortlessly elegant. The pool area was beautifully maintained—very clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. I also had the pleasure of enjoying their spa, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The sauna was deeply rejuvenating, and I couldn’t help but admire the stunning ceiling design—a true work of art that added to the overall sense of luxury and serenity. So far, Raffles Dubai is the chicest and architecturally stunning hotel I’ve ever seen. Every detail reflects sophistication and taste. I can’t wait to return and experience it all over again.
