The Ritz Carlton provides exceptional and extraordinary service. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! The food was delicious and each meal was carefully crafted. The food was so fresh and I was elated that they had several vegan options to choose from. The spa was just pure bliss! I worked out in the gym and then went to the steam room. The amenities were sanitized and clean, which I appreciated. Oh, and the fresh flowers throughout the hotel made me smile, because I love flowers. We ended our stay with a massage and it was so relaxing. I look forward to staying here each time I visit Dubai.

From the time we checked in to the last night it was fabulous.
The breakfast is fresh and beautiful with really lovely chefs and the service staff.
The outside gardens and swimming pools are magical.
Dining at night is such a pleasure.
Very good choice of restaurants.
We met an exceptional man who happened to be the Head chef.....wow something really special (yes I mean the food).
This place is The Place if you want exceptional everything.

This hotel is supposed to be a member of an elite brand with high expectations. Sad to say, they took it for granted and couldn't live up to it. I've seen 3 start hotels that are better than 5 star ones and vice versa. I do hope the management will review their training and daily practices. Actions speak louder than words.

Our vacation at the Ritz-Carlton was a wonderful experience from A-Z. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms absolutely top notch, you feel like you are at home in the rooms. The variety of food options was enormous, this by the rich buffet and the restaurants which are included in the half board. came to enjoy to the fullest, by the variety which was offered. Subsequently, the beach and pools which were enjoyed to fullest satisfaction.
We will be very happy to come again :)

Great stay at the ritz Carlton Dubai-Jumeirah beach.
The pools and beach were amazing. My Room was clean and well serviced with daily turn down service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Daily breakfast was a joy, diverse food selection and nice tables in the terrace.
The staff helped us with early check in and late checkout.
I would definitely come again if my travels bring me back to Dubai.
