Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing. I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning. To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and sweets, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I really loved it here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Amwaj Rotana has always been one of my favourite hotels in Dubai. The property is beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond — friendly to the point that a few of them have stayed in regular contact with me personally. Before moving to Dubai permanently, my family and I stayed here three times over the past two years. I’ve also recommended this hotel to relatives — one family’s booking is confirmed for the 27th of this month, and I recently went in to arrange another booking for more family visiting in November. As always, I was greeted with warmth and respect. The staff immediately recognised me as a returning guest and even asked me to wait for a team member who was on break, saying he’d be delighted to see me. That level of personal connection is what sets Amwaj Rotana apart. However, I was advised that as a loyal guest, I’d receive a better rate if I contacted the reservations team directly. When I called, I was surprised and disappointed — the rate quoted was higher than the one offered in branch, there was no recognition of my loyalty, and no explanation beyond “prices have gone up.” It was a disheartening contrast to the exceptional service I’ve always experienced on-site. I still hold great respect for the hotel and its incredible staff, but the experience left me disappointed enough that I’ve since advised my family to look for other options in JBR.

An amazing hotel where nothing is too much trouble, The team at the Amwaj Rotana really go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is an unforgettable experience. This is our 3rd trip here in the last 16 months and each time just gets better and better. The Pool bar overseen by Hassan is always a great place to visit for drinks and snacks he offers a really warm welcome addressing each one of his customers with a smile and always knowing your order which is amazing considering how many people he must serve, He runs a really good team and creates a lovely environment for us holiday makers to relax and enjoy a cold beverage. A fantastic pub ran fantastically by Manager Isuru who offers a hugely warm welcome on every visit, You can tell this man really loves his job and you can tell he’s been at it for a very long time due to his great nature and attitude to work, Once again always knowing your order on arrival ! He and his team that he runs should be hugely congratulated!!!! Thanks Isuru for the hospitality you showed me and my family. Also a huge thanks to Randhir the Manager at Rosso once again another superstar who is excellent at his job with his infectious smile and warm welcome. I recently stayed at the Amwaj Rotana hotel and had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and was assisted by security officer Daniel. He is very professional and polite. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it an ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The amenities were exceptional, particularly the pool area, which provided breathtaking views of the beach. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, which included delicious meals tailored to different tastes. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Amwaj Rotana and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. I can't wait to return in the future and make more wonderful memories at this incredible hotel.

And a special mention to Manoj, who was such a kind and considerate person. He made sure our room was spotless every single day and always checked in to see if we were happy with everything.
