We really enjoyed everything! The room service was top-notch, and the staff member, Atif, was very kind, polite, caring, and attentive, always ensuring everything was provided on time. The room was always clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained! We also really liked the hotel itself — the staff is very polite and friendly, the food is delicious, healthy, and varied, and the location is excellent — right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. There’s no unnecessary noise at night, so you can relax completely. Thank you for these wonderful days — we will definitely come back! :)

We are currently in the reception of this lovely hotel waiting for a flight that departs in a few hours. Whilst I sit here and reflect on our stay, I must tell you all that this is a perfect hotel for a family or even a couple to stay in, the room is a spacious with all the amenities you will need. The bar and choice of three of different restaurants are delicious. The hair Salon reasonably priced is excellent on site. All of the staff. Every single one of them have been courteous considerate helpful and engaging. everything is a five star experience I would definitely come and stay again, the location is 2nd to none perfect for shopping eating out and just walking along the beach. Everything is within a few metres. I have had an incredible time here at this hotel. A big thank you to Abbas Moubarak very helpful and kind.

This hotel is a hidden gem in JBR. The service was excellent, rooms were clean, and the location is perfect. Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. It’s close to the beach with a beautiful view of Ain Dubai from the room. The staff were so welcoming and they decorated our room with flowers for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in JBR. Definitely worth the money!

My experience with the Amwaj Rotana Hotel in Dubai was 7/10. The reason for this is because my Nan had problems with the gluten free section as she is gluten and lactose intolerant. She struggled to have different meals every day as there was a limited option. She wasn’t given a set menu whenever she was at a restaurant. So, she just had to live on vegetables and chicken most of the time. Given that this is a 5* hotel, I think it should be the most of a 4* hotel. In order to change these things, we had to bring all the managers and have a word with them about our situation. Other things that weren’t great was: sun-beds were ripped, lifts were very slow and there were no places to sit with your family and have a conversation which meant we needed to go to bed at around 10pm which on holiday, I don’t think is good enough. The positives to take. I would like to give a special mention to Myos who was the bartender. Very sweet, could always have a conversation with him and gave us the BEST mocktails. Another special mention is to Hermes, one of the chefs, who had given my Nan the best meals after having a difficult time with them. Thank you to the other members of staff, that took their time to try and give us the best experience when visiting Dubai.
