An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way – beautiful interiors, great atmosphere, delicious food and truly outstanding service. We were especially delighted with Saad from the Horizont restaurant. He was incredibly kind and warm towards our daughter. Every day she would look around to see where he was. Even when she was grumpy or crying during meals, it was enough for Saad to come over, say “Hi Celine,” and she immediately had a big smile on her face. He truly made our mealtimes special throughout our stay. We would also like to sincerely thank the hotel porter (unfortunately we don’t remember his name – a tall, bigger gentleman, probably of Indian origin). When our airport transfer was delayed by over half an hour and I started to panic that we might miss our flight, he stayed calm, took care of us and reassured us the entire time. We are very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. We fell in love with Dubai – and it is thanks to people like you. Highly recommended. We would love to come back

From the moment we checked in, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. We made a very last-minute request for a larger room, and Walied immediately organised an extra bed and upgraded us to a wonderful room. As loyal customers who visit Dubai regularly, this level of recognition and care truly meant a lot to us. During our stay, our plans were unexpectedly extended due to adverse weather conditions. Once again, Walied handled everything seamlessly, arranging an additional night without any stress and even organising a takeaway breakfast for our early morning journey back to the airport. These thoughtful touches made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy for us. We were travelling with our baby, and the support from Walied and his team was exceptional. Anytime we needed warm milk or help sterilising bottles, the team were more than happy to assist. They even provided house water throughout the night in case we needed it. As parents, this level of care and understanding is priceless. We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Abbas Mubarak several times during our stays and have built a fantastic relationship with him over the years. It’s always lovely to be welcomed by familiar faces who genuinely care and remember you. Cannot wait to visit again soon!

From the very first moment, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He quickly understood our needs and arranged a beautiful room with a fantastic view. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently — the baby cot and the additional towels were delivered promptly, with great care and attention to detail. Throughout our stay, we truly felt looked after. What made the experience especially memorable was that Karim not only welcomed us with a warm smile on arrival but is also seeing us off today. This personal touch feels like the perfect ending to our time at the hotel. Great service always starts with great people, and Rotana clearly has them. Thank you for an exceptional experience — we will happily recommend the hotel and would be delighted to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and well organized. The room was always perfectly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A very special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, especially Manoj, who was truly outstanding. He was always available, extremely attentive to our needs, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of our experience. We genuinely felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and pleasant stay. We will absolutely come back!

I stayed for two days at Anwaj Rotana Hotel. The location is amazing, with a beautiful beach view and a very peaceful atmosphere. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The food at Horizon Restaurant was especially good and enjoyable. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent service. However, I would like to mention one concern. A staff member named Dinil did not take proper care of our service, and his attitude was very poor. I hope he receives proper training in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
