Samir and the other staff at the hotel are amazing. From the bar tenders, to the front of house to the concierge. They can't do enough for you. Real 5 star service. Dine around package is great. Food was always nice and of high standard during our stay. The hotel is spotless, in fact whole of Dubai is clean. This review won't do the hotel and staff the credit it deserves. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We recently hosted our daughter’s graduation event and party at the hotel, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the elegant ballroom setup to the outstanding food, seamless service, and warm hospitality — everything was perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Veronika, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was in place. Her professionalism, care, and genuine commitment made the event truly unforgettable. We also want to express our gratitude to the talented Executive Chef, Chef Alberto. The food was of Michelin star quality — every dish was exquisite, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests were blown away. Special thanks to Mr. Nawaraj, who took the time to decorate the room with a personal touch and kept checking in throughout the event, coordinating with engineering and housekeeping to make sure everything was flawless. A big thank you as well to the wonderful ushers and waitresses they were courteous, attentive, and made sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. What we loved most was the sense of support and warmth from the entire team — the hotel made us feel like part of the family. Thank you all for helping us create such a joyful and memorable celebration. Highly recommended!

This is my absolute favourite hotel! Our first visit was June last year and we fell in love with everything about this hotel. We returned this year the end of May. From management all the way through the staff, you couldn’t ask for a better service. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your trip the best experience. I didn’t think we would have a better experience than last years visit but we certainly did. The service we received is first class throughout. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. All members of staff greet you wherever you are with a warm smile. It really makes a difference. The hotel is situated in a prime location with a beautiful pool and beach a few minutes walk across the road. I honestly cannot find any fault about Amwaj Rotana. There are many restaurants and places to shop right on your doorstep, on The Walk JBR., which is a bustling area that excites you whenever you venture outside the hotel. We will be back once again as we feel this is our new Home from Home. Thank you everyone at Amwaj Rotana..

The hotel was lovely, the very moment we arrived our experience with the front counter staff was friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean and staff was very tentative. However, the mattress were a little hard. The entrance staff you guys are wonderful and welcoming, keep up the great job. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come back. 5 stars plus

We had a minor inconvenience at check-in, but the receptionist handled it very well and compensated us. The sea view room was clean and very spacious and the view was gorgeous! It was my friend’s birthday so they were nice enough to send complimentary cake and chocolate strawberries for her. Amazing stay and will definitely come again.
