The hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it. The area around the hotel is very beautiful, pleasant, and convenient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and truly worth 5 stars. Afzal also did an outstanding job cleaning our room. He is very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to his hard work, our room was always spotless and well organized. He really goes above and beyond and definitely deserves 5 stars as well.

I stayed for two days at Anwaj Rotana Hotel. The location is amazing, with a beautiful beach view and a very peaceful atmosphere. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The food at Horizon Restaurant was especially good and enjoyable. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent service. However, I would like to mention one concern. A staff member named Dinil did not take proper care of our service, and his attitude was very poor. I hope he receives proper training in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

As repeat guests at Amwaj Rotana – JBR, we were warmly welcomed by Amir upon arrival, greeted with a genuine smile and assisted immediately with our luggage, which once again made us feel valued from the first moment. The hotel continues to impress with its excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, a well-maintained and relaxing pool area, and very good food quality and variety, especially at breakfast. A special mention goes to Amir from the lobby team for his high level of professionalism and outstanding guest service. Throughout our stay, he efficiently arranged transportation, provided clear directions, and offered helpful local guidance, ensuring everything ran smoothly. His calm, attentive, and proactive approach greatly enhanced our overall experience. Because of the consistent service and hospitality, we will definitely be returning again and highly recommend this hotel.

What an absolute delight our stay at Amwaj Rotana has been. We especially love the breakfast, which has been consistently excellent. I would like to highlight two outstanding staff members, May and Sajini, who have been an absolute pleasure. They always make sure we are well looked after and work incredibly hard to ensure every guest feels cared for. I would also like to mention Ahmed at the travel desk, who has been truly amazing. He is unbelievably helpful and always available whenever we need anything. For our yacht cruise, he even walked us to the location to make sure we didn’t get lost — such thoughtful service. We still have five more days here, and we are certain the rest of our stay will be just as amazing. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Sachin, the chef at the breakfast buffet. He is always wonderful, and today, despite how busy it was, I asked if he might have time to make Eggs Benedict for me. Without hesitation, he happily agreed and even brought it to my table. This was incredibly impressive, especially knowing how hectic the egg station gets during breakfast service. And I must say, it was absolutely delicious. My stay just keeps getting better and better—thank you, Sachin!

From the very first moment, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He quickly understood our needs and arranged a beautiful room with a fantastic view. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently — the baby cot and the additional towels were delivered promptly, with great care and attention to detail. Throughout our stay, we truly felt looked after. What made the experience especially memorable was that Karim not only welcomed us with a warm smile on arrival but is also seeing us off today. This personal touch feels like the perfect ending to our time at the hotel. Great service always starts with great people, and Rotana clearly has them. Thank you for an exceptional experience — we will happily recommend the hotel and would be delighted to return.
