We had the pleasure of staying at Park Hyatt Dubai from April 27th to May 1st, and our experience was truly elevated by one exceptional staff member: Bharat. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by him. It was a wonderful surprise to see him again, as he had already impressed us with his professionalism during our stay last year. This time, he exceeded our expectations even further. Bharat kindly arranged a generous upgrade for us to a beautiful suite, perfectly suited for three guests. However, what truly sets him apart is his outstanding approach to guest service: consistently professional, extremly courteous, and always available. At any time of day, he was approachable, attentive, and quick to resolve any request with efficiency and great care. Throughout our entire stay, Bharat was our main point of contact and played a key role in making us feel completely comfortable and exceptionally well taken care of. His attentive, warm, and highly professional manner added a very special quality to our experience. For us, Bharat truly represents the soul of Park Hyatt. His dedication, attitude towards guests, and level of service are outstanding. We deeply appreciate him and can confidently say: employees like him make all the difference. Manuel and Leisel at the reception, Patrick (we enjoyed speaking Swahili) at the concierge, Mary, at the coffee shop, Regina (also enjoyed small amount of Swahili) Parabesh, at the restaurant. We were grateful for Smart, Qursheed, and Bharat at front reception. It was a most delightful and comfortable stay! Esay(?) at the lagoon pool. I could go on and on. Special anniversary treats in our room, lovely room service, etc. Can we live here? 😂

What a gorgeous hotel. We’ve been here 3 days with our little daughter and our experience has been outstanding. The setting and grounds are absolutely stunning, green and lush. The premise is quite large with many amenities, on the modern side, yet offering a secluded and traditional feel. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to assist. Our room was so much better that expected with a little terrace bordering the grass and palmtrees where our little one can play outside and a beautiful view over the harbor. The beds are comfortable with good linnen, the bathroom is nice and luxurious (we don’t love some black furniture but that’s personal taste) and roomservice is quick. We are right next to the kids friendly lagoon pool (we just found out there are two lagoon pools) and the daycare facility which our baby enjoys. There is also a splash pad for kids. The restaurants are diverse and the settings are beautiful. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. It’s a short drive to the old center if you want a change of scenery and supermarkets are close by. The hotel is at the pricey end but well worth it. Enjoying our last days and hoping to return some day, definitely the best hotel in Dubai.

We stayed at Park Hyatt Dubai to celebrate my partner’s birthday and had such a lovely experience!!!! From the moment we arrived, Manuel at reception, who is Spanish, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel and made us feel very comfortable straight away. Such a pleasant person and a great first impression of the hotel. Thank you Manuel!! Breakfast was also wonderful. Anup, who looked after us, was smiling the whole time and was super kind and attentive. His positive energy really made the morning even better. We also want to thank Raphael, who helped us with our luggage. He was very friendly and helpful The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a special occasion. Thank you to the team for helping make my partner’s birthday even more special!! Inshallah we will back soon
