The Park Hyatt in Dubai was absolutely incredible. From the outstanding service to the delicious food and the amazing beach club, everything was 10/10. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff - they were not only professional but also kind, genuine, and went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Still one of the best hotels I’d been in Dubai. The service is amazing. Rooms are very good. Small comment about the carpet that needs to be refreshed, especially in some rooms. Slat and some bath amenities missing (compared to the last time I’ve been) hence the 4/5.

Spent a week at the Park Hyatt and would go back in a minute. Location is great positioned close the airport and in the other direction, downtown. The Dubai Creek next door makes for a nice walk in the mornings before it gets too hot. Afternoon "beach" parties are festive with great music, a fun social scene, loungers etc. Loved the staff at the breakfast buffet, the quiet pools with separate kid areas. The hotel is one of the few that has historical architecture and is quite spread out while remaining easy to navigate. The rooms are massive (at least mine was) and the shaded balcony perfect. The bath is huge with shutters separating it from the bedroom thou it can be opened entirely which was really nice. With the jet lag I was up pretty early and so was the team so I never felt like I was wandering the place alone The spa massage was fantastic and the spa itself looked to have an impressive menu. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

One of the best Hyatt hotel we have ever stayed. The facilities were fantastic. I would like to mention from the reception Manuel, Oshy ( If I pronounce her name correctly) and Juan. Our daughter enjoyed the pool as did we the adults Pool and I would like to mention Niko ( from the pool service ) and George (the pool manager ) who did an excellent job and gave us five star luxury service. The breakfast was outstanding and all the service from F&B gave their best every day. Thank you for this unique experience we will definitely come back again!!!!

an exceptional experience! The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a relaxing and luxurious ambiance. The service was outstanding throughout my stay, with attentive staff always ready to help. A special shoutout to Ibrahim Dawood at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable—his professionalism and warm demeanor truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the airport, though it’s a bit farther from Downtown. The pool area is stunning and offers a great escape with breathtaking views, and they have separated pools for adults and families. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!
