If you're in the Phuket area, this is the hotel to stay at. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was exquisite. Right from the airport they have a shuttle that takes you to a marina and then they have their own boats to take you to the island. They offer drinks and hot towels on the boat, nice touch.
We got in early, so unfortunately we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but that wasn't the hotels fault.
All the buildings at the hotel have incredible wood carvings that beat a modern hotel any day. Most of the buildings are up the hill from the beach, but they have little carts to take people back and forth.
The food was good and they offered different theme nights throughout the week. I especially liked the included breakfast buffet.
Our room was part of a larger building, but it felt very private. Again, every inch of the room has crazy wood carvings and the balcony (with a bath tub) had an amazing view of the bay.
At the time, our room was about $150 a night, which is already a great deal for a 5 star beach front hotel on an island, but I have seen prices as low as $60 a night. I am counting down the days until we can go back again. This is a good place for couples, but also groups of friends.

This resort is so beautiful and the views from our room were amazing. There was also lots of really cool places to see on the island nearby. One thing I’d say is the food options in the hotel resort are very limited, so we’d recommend going down the beach to some local spots or renting a bike to explore the island and get good Thai food. The pier at the resort is great for sunset and we also loved the infinity pool. The service at the restaurants in the resort can definitely be improved

Santhiya resort is a luxurious establishment on this exclusive island off the beaten path in the vicinity of Phuket.
The hotel provides airport pickup/drop off and a two-way speedboat to the island, be sure to book it if you want a seamless experience from the moment you step out of the airport.
All the villas in the hotel are perched along the cliff edge along the island, this provides excellent view to the ocean and a relaxing place to unwind.
Breakfast is included in the package, you can also choose to have your lunch and dinner in the hotel or take a jeep trip down to the small village below. There are a few choices of restaurants with a variety of Thai dishes or western cuisines to choose from. You can rent trikes if you are more adventurous, the island is filled with the charms of simple, quaint village life.

The staff were truly the heart of the experience - warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Their kindness made us feel right at home from the first day.
Service was flawless, the food was good, and every detail was handled beautifully. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place.

We stayed at the sea view room and it was beautiful. The room had a very cozy vibe, and they had set up a small baby cot as we were traveling with a toddler and an infant.
Best room choice for parents traveling with kids as the kids will love the bath tub in the balcony.
Amazing service and the property is very well built.
Great breakfast buffet and other restaurants are also good.
They have a fantastic spa, and their beach side massages are also nice.
It is a child/ family-friendly place with options for plenty of activities.
They also provide free wifi in the room and most common areas.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the hotel staff went above and beyond, the food at the restaurants on site was great and everything was extremely well kept and presented. The room itself was beautiful with a stunning view. You are really immersed amongst nature at this resort. The only challenging aspect was accessing the resort via a dirt road which got very muddy and slippery after rain, but it is possible to get wharf transfer for an extra cost.

Serene tranquil island!! Perfect if you want a relaxed holiday away from the hustling and bustling of bug cities!! Rooms are generous size, we had the one with the spa inside!! Easy to do Island trips from here organised by the hotel, otherwise not too much to do, so consider the time spent here! Good food, but a la carte gets a bit boring after some days, buffet available at cost! Massages great!

We could skip check-in informations as we already waited for the boat long enough (3hrs) but good organisation of the transfer from Phuket airport.
Resort is nice, well maintained and always clean.
Location on this private beach is great, not much people and pretty quiet. However color of water is kinda swampy so don't expect pristine water.
We took private villa with jacuzzi and it was definitely worth the view.
Restaurant was okay and good to have happy hours at the bar.
Overall it was pricey so not sure we would go back.
- very noisy kids at the pool so don't expect to chill there while the zoo is open. Should have one pool adult only or enforce some quiet schedule.

By far our favorite hotel during our 3 weeks and 6 hotels here in Thailand. The service is impeccable. It is truly like nothing I’ve ever experienced. They focus on “customer service” here and even have a customer relations team.
The food was great, the views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable, the hospitality is top notch and the island is so quiet and relaxing, but still has great bars and restaurants
They have daily activities; one of which is a beach cleanup. I joined with 2 members of the team. It was great to see their passion in taking care of our earth
They have a bakery next door and are always offering baked goods throughout your stay. Would highly recommend

Amazing hotel and amazing staff, felt like 5* treatment from the moment we arrived at Cape Kudu, with the staff really going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed longer!! Free daily activities are provided too which were great especially during the wetter days of the monsoon season such as cooking and painting.
We also did the shared 3 island boat trip and the private 4 island trip provided by the hotel which was the best day of our holiday!
Food and drink were very good, although slightly more expensive when compared to other local options! The 4-5pm happy hour was great appreciated at the hotel and there were lovely local restaurants we ate out in each night less than a 3 minute walk away!
The on site spa was beautiful and Mai provided the most amazing relaxing Thai massage
Thanks again for the most magical start of our honeymoon trip!

We visited this hotel during spring break and I can’t tell you how much we loved this property! Is a secluded hidden gem! We specially loved their breakfast buffet- particularly the chicken bacon and poached eggs which were perfectly cooked by their head chef! We stayed for two nights and chose to dine at the hotel because the food was amazing! We tried their curries and their delicious mango sticky rice, which is a MUST- you won’t be disappointed! We absolutely loved their neat nest-box prepared for their local hornbill, which is right in front the restaurant/pool. It was a spectacular sight watching him up close feeding his chicks! We honestly recommend using the hotel private hotel shuttle to Phuket-you get a shuttle from the hotel to the pier in a private boat and a fancy transfer once you arrive at the Phuket private dock.
We loved our stay and the amazing staff. Kudos to their attentive staff from the kitchen and room attendants, spa staff and to the front desk who helped us with all our needs! We will definitely visit again when we return to Thailand!

We loved our stay at Cape Kudu! We managed to book a Pool Villa and the property was just wonderful. The pool at our room was so private and the suite itself was very comfortable and wonderful. The spa was really beautiful and we had great massages. We rented scooter next door and had a great day riding around. They have a beach area but it's more just a small area with sand, swimming was not the best in that location. But the great pools, breakfast buffet, food and bakery all made up for it.

Beautiful resort in a fabulous location. The staff working here were absolutely incredible. We rented a villa for 4 nights which was beautiful and had a nice view. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a large gap between the sliding glass doors to the patio, which we discovered was the perfect size for large insects to enter our room which was the only downside. The resort itself has steep roads which make it difficult to walk. However, staff provide very prompt shuttle services to help guests navigate the property.
Pool was clean and very large. This hotel appeared to have lots of families which wasn't as enjoyable for us as a couple, but that's okay. We loved the staff, and found our stay really nice!

The hotel was quite aging but in a good shape and well maintained. Room and facilities are cleaned and massive for me to enjoy just staying in a hotel the whole day. There is no beach and the sea is not for swimming with lots of huge rocks. Staffs here are nice as a typical Thai however they talk loudly, mingle all the times, which is disturbing my peaceful time. So, if asked, I would not come back here coz nothing is worth memorable.

Very beautiful hotel, with good Service. Rooms are big and spacy. Bed is good and everything works. If you will get room from upper part of the hill, prepare to have some exercise. Requires some walking and good legs (238 steps from lobbay to room).
If you like relaxing time on Beach, this is Good place for it. The best beach (Klong Nin - my opinion) just 100m away. If you prefer many shopping places, those you need to go look with TukTuk. Local restaurants you can find just walking on beach
And the breakfast was the best we have gotten so far in Thailand hotels.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel
We booked Rawi Warin for a couple gateway and finish our last days of our Thailand trip expecting a luxury 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it falls short and is more of a 4-star hotel at best. The facilities are outdated and in need of serious renovation. You can tell that the hotel has not been properly maintained, and it lacks the modern touch you would expect from a high-end resort.
Breakfast was one of the biggest letdowns. It was incredibly crowded, and aside from eggs and pancakes, the only other options were Thai dishes. While I understand offering local cuisine, a true 5-star hotel should cater to a wider range of tastes, especially considering the majority of guests were Eastern European or Russian. The coffee from the machine was terrible, and to make things worse, the bread was old and stale. We even heard other guests complaining that the food was not fresh. This was by far the worst 5-star breakfast I’ve ever had.
Another major downside is that this is primarily a family hotel. If you’re a couple looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway, I highly recommend skipping this place. The atmosphere was far from relaxing, and our stay felt stressful rather than enjoyable.
Overall, Rawi Warin is not worth the very high premium price we paid. If you’re expecting true 5-star service, luxury, and tranquility, look far elsewhere!!!

These rooms are absolutely beautiful! The facilities are great and the service is so friendly. All the food was delicious (including the Italian spot!) and the cocktails are amazing. The excursions we did were top notch.
The only con is the location, but that depends on what you’re looking for! It is far removed from anything else, so don’t expect to go to town a lot and the road is inaccessible, you can only get there through the hotels van.

We spent four unique, wonderful days at the Treehouse Villas hotel complex. The accommodation is unique and adapted to nature. Simply a dream. You feel like you're staying right in the jungle. The villas are luxurious and yet perfectly embedded in nature. Here you will find pure peace and relaxation surrounded by palm trees. The food in the restaurants is of the highest standard. It is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in the world. The friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff is top level.

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and stayed for 12 days! We each tried new foods every day and never ran out of new things to try, and found the prices to be very reasonable. The staff was so kind and helpful at every point from booking, to the shuttle, checking in, and the entire stay. There are many excursions you can book through the resort as well as activities you can engage in at the resort. The treehouse villa was beautiful, very open and spacious with a private pool and stocked mini bar that is replaced each day. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and we will hope to come back again :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this resort. The food was exceptional and the staff were always keen to make sure we were happy and well looked after.
The resort employs 75% of their staff from the local village. Many are learning English and about the hospitality industry. It's worth keeping this in mind when interacting with the staff and to be patient.
Having said that, all staff were very friendly and keen to support and help guests wherever possible.
No children in this resort as well, so.was great for adults wanting peace and tranquillity and to enjoy the natural surrounds.

The reviews that describe this hotel as a 3 star pretending to be a 5 star are spot on. We spent 5 nights here as part of our honeymoon. We had actually booked to stay elsewhere but sadly the booking agent had to move us to Saii at the last minute because of a maintenance issue with the hotel we had chosen. Saii is a nice hotel with lovely staff but it doesn't feel like a 5 star experience and is not good value for money.
The location is beautiful, but the view of the coastline and the beach atmosphere is spoiled by the constant coming and going of engine powered boats. I understand the island is only accessible by boat and Phi Phi is very popular with tourists but for me it was excessive and could be improved by having a designated boat drop off area further from where people are trying to relax. The constant smell of weed and noise of engines is too much.
On arrival we were instructed to download an app, so that we could book activities etc. We assumed activities would be discounted for hotel guests but prices were higher than elsewhere on the island and they even charged for borrowing snorkeling masks... In comparison, the next hotel we stayed at offered a wide range of complimentary daily activities, including kayaking.
The room was nice and spacious, although for us it lacked character and didn't live up to 5 star expectations.
The water (which was almost never hot) had a weird yellow colouring, which was so bad at times we couldn't bathe in it (I'll try to upload a photo). Some of the white bath towels had the same yellow staining. When it rained, water poured through a light fixture. This was promptly repaired, but when we reported it the staff didn't seem that surprised.
The breakfast buffet was really nice and there was a good selection. Other food from the menus was OK, but nothing special. Again, over priced for what you're getting. The gym was very basic so I didn't bother with it. The hotel just has the feel of a place that has done the bare minimum to qualify as a 5 star without having the substance or finesse you'd expect from a 5* hotel. Even the guy at the pool bar had to phone a friend to ask how to make a white Russian cocktail..
The hotel employs a lot of staff. Lovely people, and very friendly. Impressed with the maintenance team and the room cleaners who clearly work very hard and always gave us a cheerful hello whenever they saw us.
There were a few nice touches - drink and live music on arrival, a little 'happy honeymoon' note in the room etc but I would much prefer for the hotel to dispense with the frills and just deliver on the basics.
We had a nice time but we wouldn't stay here again. Ultimately it felt like a bit of a tourist trap and wasn't good value for money. It would be nice for feedback to be acknowledged and responded to by an actual person. All of the feedback responses from the hotel appear AI generated and not very sincere.

A beautiful, relaxing stay in a private paradise.
The location is stunning, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities available, and you can even rent a bike for free to drive around the resort area (not for mountain or drive uphill) and just check it first… some of them have seen better days!🚲
Dinner at the beach had hits and misses.. the chicken and the beef were too dry, but the side dishes, Soup, dessert, and fun staff made up for it and awesome ☺️
Tip: Check out the village near the hotel - it has bars, restaurants, and even some green stuff if that’s your vibe. The village also offers cheaper activities, though English might be limited.
Big thanks to the staff driving guests around and handling luggage so carefully, true professionals.

Overall our stay was nice, however we feel it’s lacking in a few areas for a 5 star resort.
Swimming pool bar was never open, or no one was willing to serve or make effort, in cleaning etc.
Food overall was pretty average at all restaurants in the resort. I would give it a 4 star with room for improvement, little upgrades would go a long way in all aspects of the resort.

Had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. Stayed for 3 nights to relax and unwind before a busy trip in Bangkok for weddings.
Service and staff were amazing and all so friendly. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing!
The beachfront junior suite had everything we needed and was always stocked with fresh towels, water, and nespresso pods.

This resort was absolutely epic! The beach was so beautiful and clear and the hotel room was so lovely. The staff were really great and we had an amazing two night stay here. Please note this resort is only accessible by boat, so it can be expensive if you want to go back and forth to the main phiphi town. The local village but the resort is also great to grab some authentic Thai food

From the moment we stepped off the pier we were greeted by Oh who drove us to the hotel on the back of his tractor which was such fun and started off the most incredible 3 day vacation of our time in Thailand. We were greeted by such friendly and hospitable staff in a beautiful reception area and then transported by golf cart all the way to the sunset pool room. Wow! What an exquisite room with a gorgeous view. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and a few steps away from the Sunset bar and infinity pool. The various pools at the resort are all a must to see and swim. We loved the food, drinks and the location is perfect! Removed from the chaos of Ton Sai but close enough to get there if you want to experience it. We highly recommend!

Set in a remote corner of Phi Phi, this resort is a remarkable feat of construction and location. The jungle-fringed grounds are vast and atmospheric, with frogs serenading the paths by night and even the occasional python sighting to spice up your stroll. The beach is idyllic—peaceful, coral-rich, and home to the best snorkeling we encountered in southern Thailand. The infinity pool is beautifully positioned, just steps from the sea, and we spent two blissful days drifting between saltwater and poolside. The breakfast buffet has range and charm, and overall, the place exudes laid-back island life.
But it also feels, at times, like a budget hotel in disguise. Details are missed: mugs and kettles in the rooms, but no coffee sachets; bins left to overflow; poolside towels requiring a cross-campus trek and vanishing by morning. The astroturf around the infinity pool is worn and joyless, and the early towel return time is baffling. The breakfast area becomes gridlocked thanks to an underwhelming coffee setup—few machines, endless queues, and no real urgency to fix it. Room features like stiff curtains add to a sense that the place could be vastly improved by someone simply walking around each day with a critical eye and a checklist.
A stunning location that delivers on beauty and tranquility—but the experience could be transformed with better care, oversight, and coffee.

Context. We are in our 50s. A couple. We stayed a few days in one of the sunset villas with private pool. Mid March 2025. Wow! No complaints at all. We looked at other reviews and had a few concerns before arriving but, no, we have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. It is a walk and a climb of a few flights of well maintained steps to the villa but we had no problem with that. We didn’t ring for golf carts and complain about the wait. We walked through the pleasant gardens and made our own way. The breakfast (included) in terms of quality and variety is exceptional. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and a breakfast choice like this is very hard to find. The rooms are clean and well maintained and turned down daily, without fail. There are bars, pools and restaurant options in the complex with shops for drinks, snacks and souvenirs but there are also other external restaurant options, close by.
The hotel organized all of our transport including long tail boats to Tonsai and bamboo island. Very professional and, again, no issues.
We simply do not have a bad word to say about Phi Phi Holiday Resort. For a relatively short stay, it was impeccable, hence our rating of 5.

I stayed in a beachfront apartment at this resort. While the room was decent and the view truly stunning, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. When I asked for some ice cubes at the bar to take to my room, I was refused and told to call room service instead. I also requested a toilet roll and was advised to wait for housekeeping—or use the public restroom in the meantime, which was unacceptable.
The drinks were underwhelming: the iced latte was watery, and the mango smoothie was made with boxed juice rather than fresh fruit. The food was average at best, and you can find much better options at the nearby local restaurants.
Overall, the resort did not live up to its 4-star rating and certainly wasn’t worth the price.

Great location, friendly staff. However the reason for my rating is a serious problem. The food is not prepared with allergies in mind. After booking for the sunset restaurant, which seems quite unpopular, we were assured the vegetarian option would be safe for consumption with a shellfish allergy.
After requesting the mild version of the meal, it came very spicy, in addition to this, we experienced an allergic reaction to the food consistent with a shellfish allergy. So if you have food allergies beware! This is the main reason for my low rating as this is a serious issue.
The second minor complaint is that there are no shower curtains in the room, so naturally the whole bathroom floor gets wet, the shower head as well is very old and does not function optimally.
Other than that the location is amazing and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable.

This place was an amazing stay and is quite a gem - if you enjoy nature, it is a unique experience. The place is beautiful, clean and quiet.
I also would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, they’re very efficient and lovely. Ms Nok and Mr Bomb at the reception were very helpful and even arranged our transfer to the next hotel and island directly with them, while also booking the tickets for us on the boat. Aeom in the restaurant was also very helpful and kind.
We booked the diving as well with them and Becca was great. My husband was really happy to see a leopard shark.
Overall we would definitely recommend this place and we would go back - but do make your own diligence before going, it is not a resort similar to the other ones around as it is really focused on nature and the beauty of the surroundings.

I am quite emotional writing this review.
It feels like I am leaving long term friends.
After 19 days of getting to know an incredibly thoughtful and personable staff team.
The manager, Ek and Nico and Tik were always available and present throughout our stay spending much time chatting with us.
Wy wife has already mentioned some of te staff by name bt I really needed to mention some staff that warmed my heart with their genuine desire to be helpful.....Aom, Ome, Laila, Naya, Yuy and Golf.
A very special mentor for the trainees that moved on...Mameow, Idea, Earth and Ying...they were an asset to the Zeavola family and I missed them when They went.
I do not normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time as our holiday was made special from every member of staff...
Zeavola really is a magical resort. I can see why families keep returning year after year.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed here over Christmas for four nights and they were the best nights of our entire trip. The resort spared no expense for a fantastic Christmas party with live entertainment and fantastic food. I also booked a private candlelit dinner here and probably had the best three course meal I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, they cleaned our rooms every day, leaving little gifts for us which really showed the value of paying for this resort.
I would recommend this resort to anybody visiting Thailand, I will certainly be heading back there as soon as I can!

Great place, quality 5*, very friendly, great service, lovely gardens, great beach, feels like paradise, food is good quality, drinks are good value. Guests are mostly European/Brits couples/families/groups but no young groups - it's a quiet place. Possible downsides - no sunset (but we did have a blood moon rise), pool is in the garden without view of beach (but beach is calm shallow warm great swimming), the beachfront rooms could have a better aspect - but both the village rooms and garden rooms are great. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Zeavola in Dec 2019 and returned for another unforgettable family trip in Dec 2024. The stunning location with its pristine beach and lush greenery was loved by everyone, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure. The resort staff made my mom's birthday incredibly special with a surprise celebration, adding a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. Dining at Zeavola was a highlight of our stay. Chef Satya and his team crafted amazing dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented, while the service was impeccable—warm and attentive. Overall, Zeavola Resort provided us with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, creating cherished family memories. We can't wait to visit again!
