I and my family had an amazing stay here. The guest relations, most especially Trisha, did an amazing job of making my stay and my birthday a wow factor. I was surprised by her gesture and it really made an impact to my heart. Thank you so much. Well done.

This hotel boasts one of the most unique lobbies I've ever experienced. Its design is both unconventional and mysterious. The room is superb, offering a breathtaking view of the sea, and the service is exceptional.

This was the BEST hotel experience I have ever had. I recently came with my family and the service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff were so attentive and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It was my birthday when I visited and the cleaning staff left balloons and a cake for me which was so incredibly thoughtful. The staff in the gym were so sweet as well and offered lots of advice (I’m recovering from an injury). I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay at the W.

If you like a quiet night sleep and working on line daytime, avoid this hotel. Surrounded by noisy construction sites day and night, room service (food) is awful, and staff are incompetent. Some guests vomited on the dark hallway, and the smell was disgusting as it was left uncleaned for days Used to be a great 5 star hotel, what a shame

Has a perfect vacation! The team will go above and beyond! Ginger moon and ATTIKO were both great restaurants and it’s amazing to have the infinity pool and adults only beach! The addition of having access to the other properties was also great! There is construction going on next to the hotel so that may bother some people but personally I didn’t mind it too much! Rooms are amazingly spacious!
