A wonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms, great poolside facilities, and good food options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The service, however, was a bit of a mixed experience the staff always followed up on requests, but delivery was noticeably slow. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during my stay and it’s a huge property with multiple towers, so that may have contributed. The only real downside for me was the location. It consistently took around an hour just to get out of the road opposite the hotel and leave the business district. If you’re on a tight schedule or have multiple meetings across the city, the traffic around this area can be quite challenging. Otherwise, a solid hotel with good amenities.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful night view of the city. The pool area is one of the most impressive parts of the hotel. It’s spotless, well-organized, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Watching the Burj Khalifa view directly from the pool is truly unforgettable. The sunbed setup, towel service, and poolside hospitality were all perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-level service in Dubai. I would love to visit again soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay, Made Memorable by Wonderful Staff My recent stay at the Marriott Marquis Creek Hotel Dubai was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of comfort and impeccable service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the Dubai Creek. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, and the pool area is a perfect oasis for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is also a major plus, offering a more serene atmosphere while still being conveniently accessible to Dubai's main attractions. However, what truly elevated our experience from great to exceptional were two members of the staff who went above and beyond. A huge thank you to Abihya (I truly hope I have spelled your name correctly!) at the front desk. She was the epitome of warmth and professionalism during our check-in. She was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities and even offered some great local tips. Her cheerful demeanor set a wonderful tone for our entire stay. We also must give a special shout-out to Jamil, the bell boy. He was not only prompt and helpful with our luggage but was also incredibly kind and had a brilliant smile. He offered assistance with a genuine warmth that made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s clear that the Marriott Marquis Creek Hotel invests in hiring wonderful people. Staff like Abihya and Jamil are a true credit to the hotel and are the reason we will not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom is exceptionally large. The staff are very helpful, and the porter at the hotel entrance was always incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet leaves absolutely nothing to be desired – a huge variety and great quality. The location is also super central, perfect for exploring Dubai. A highly recommended hotel – we would definitely stay here again!

We were super pleased with our stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The rooms are spacious with very high ceilings, and the views from the top floors are stunning as well. However one of the best features of this hotel is not the rooms or the views, but the people working here. The hotel staff knows how to make the guest feel valued, and how to provide premium treatment. The executive lounge team cares deeply about their Elite guests, and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable throughout the whole trip with various pleasant surprises and gestures. I would like to extend special thanks to Sayooj, Kashish, Reena, Veronica and Dilip for their amazing hospitality and care. I highly recommend JW Marriott Marquis for anyone who wants to transform their hotel stay from just a place with a bed into a premium and relaxing experience.
