Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was unforgettable. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. They are the kindest, most attentive team! They anticipate your needs, remember your names, and make every moment special. We were welcomed our first night with amazing front desk service,, and then in the Nomadic Lounge after a drink we were gifted with a beautiful fruit platter, and later we enjoyed a complementary sake tasting at the amazing Japanese restaurant upstairs. Later in the week a custom drink was made for us at the Bridgewater Tavern along with lovely conversation and information about Dubai. Most notably, the Executive Lounge staff were the absolute highlight. Specially Elmor and Chef Kasish, were always welcoming, remembering our names, and even giving us parting gifts.😍 Every interaction made us feel valued and cared for. Without being dramatic I can honestly say this was one of the most remarkable hotel experiences of my life.

Top notch hotel with top notch service. Valet parking included for all guests. The staff treats everyone so well, you feel like royalty. Everyone is always at your disposable and ready to help. The pool and deck area is really nice and large so it doesn't feel crowded. The view from our room on the 56th floor was looking right at Burj Khalifa and it was amazing.

We just had an amazing 3 night stay at this hotel and would have to say it is probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our suite had so much room. The bathroom was huge and we even had a separate lounge and dining area as well as an extra toilet. It was a great place to retreat to at night and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. We spent some time at the pool and it was very clean and a great place to hang out at. I would definitely stay there again and would consider other Marriott properties.

It was truly one of the best stays of my life, the hotel is elegant and all of the staff are so nice! This hotel made our honeymoon stay I unforgettable between the pool, the service, the hospitality and the room it was amazing! Our server at the pool Prateek, he is truly wonderful! Every time we came, he greeted us with such warmth and was our absolute favorite! Highly recommend going to the pool and requesting him as your server! You will not be disappointed! He is the best and completely spoiled us! If you head up to the Vault for a drink, our favorite server was Yin, she is so kind and friendly! But all the staff are what make this hotel so great! We will totally be coming back!

If I could give more stars to the whole team at JW, I would. From arriving after brutal traffic, Kamrul, was so kind to greet me right away and escort me to the front check-in desk. Everyone was extremely welcoming and check-in was really smooth. It was just what I needed after a long traveling day. Not only that, the housekeeping was on point. The rooms were amazing and perfectly clean when I get back from a long day. I even called the concierge like 5 times because I needed a charging port. I think his name was Sasadi? I can’t remember, but either way - he was so helpful and patient dealing with all my questions LOL. That goes for the whole concierge team - they were amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. I’d definitely stay again. Oh! Also, the Vault upstairs has a great view and really good Korean fried chicken.
