We stayed in this hotel for the third time as it has elegant & comfortable bedrooms. We also get Indian cuisine with great taste, which was convenient for us with kids. What makes it exceptional is the staff. Vinkal ji (Housekeeping ship leader) and Ramesh ji were extremely kind and generous and have amazing artistic skills. They took time out of their busy schedules to teach our kids “the towel art”. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. Love the hospitality and the food here. Would love to visit again whenever i come to Dubai again.

I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The level of service was truly exceptional every staff member was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable, which made the stay relaxing from start to finish. The hotel itself is impressive in size and facilities, and everything is handled with great attention to detail. While the hotel is a bit far from the metro station and the surrounding area is relatively quiet, this did not take away from the overall experience. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for high comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and were accommodated in the Deluxe Corner Suite which was spacious comfortable and had lovely views. The room service was exceptional and the food was always delivered fresh and hot. We opted for the half board package and both the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent with a wide variety of options although there is some room to further improve the dessert selection. The staff were warm welcoming and always smiling and greeting us. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture of gifting our 6month baby a sweet camel soft toy which was truly appreciated. While the hotel is not within walking distance of Dubai Mall the location is still very convenient. Taxis are always easily available and the hotel also provides a complimentary hourly shuttle service to downtown. Overall it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very welcome and looked after. The lobby is huge and looks super luxary, you really feel like you’re staying somewhere special. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept better than I expected after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and little details like fresh towels and water were always taken care of. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There were so many options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes, and everything tasted great. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and always smiling, even during busy hours. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Downtown Dubai and other attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I would happily stay here again.
