Beautiful hotel, has so many facilities inside, very central, with access to all Downtown in one U turn, it is massive, super tall, service is great, more of a business or couples hotel than a family holiday though, but that is my opinion! The hotel is amazing anyways

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant within this hotel, and I must say, I was impressed. Although I didn't stay at the hotel itself, the ambiance and cleanliness reflected the high standards of the establishment. Overall, even without experiencing the accommodations, I can confidently say that this hotel maintains its reputation for excellence.

A great luxury hotel with excellent food quality/variety and above everything the willingness of the staff to go to any extent to make sure the guests have a comfortable stay is what makes it stand out.
Stayed there for 8 nights and loved every moment. Do not miss the breakfast buffet at the Kitchen 6 restaurant.

The staff is excellent, they know how to take care of their guests. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, & they offer complimentary shuttle service to Dubai Mall. Can’t wait to visit again.

I was welcomed from the start. Guided by the workers there to the check in booth. When checking in, the employee Sharon was very friendly and helpful. She did her best to make us happy and comfortable and she gave us complinentary breakfast since my booking didnt include it by mistake. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service is great and the breakfast food is good. The room came with all appliances that worked very well and most importantly a smart TV that you can connect your phone to.
