JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful night view of the city. The pool area is one of the most impressive parts of the hotel. It’s spotless, well-organized, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Watching the Burj Khalifa view directly from the pool is truly unforgettable. The sunbed setup, towel service, and poolside hospitality were all perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-level service in Dubai. I would love to visit again soon.

We were super pleased with our stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The rooms are spacious with very high ceilings, and the views from the top floors are stunning as well. However one of the best features of this hotel is not the rooms or the views, but the people working here. The hotel staff knows how to make the guest feel valued, and how to provide premium treatment. The executive lounge team cares deeply about their Elite guests, and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable throughout the whole trip with various pleasant surprises and gestures. I would like to extend special thanks to Sayooj, Kashish, Reena, Veronica and Dilip for their amazing hospitality and care. I highly recommend JW Marriott Marquis for anyone who wants to transform their hotel stay from just a place with a bed into a premium and relaxing experience.

One of the largest downtown Dubai hotels, the view of it from outside is almost better than the views from inside. Overall excellent service from the staff, you may never have to leave since there are so many different restaurants to choose from, and if you are given access to the club lounge, you can work and eat there too. The rooms are very well spread out from each other so you dont see or here much from the hallways, there is a nice curve to the hallways and lighting. The hotel is so big that each floor almost had its own lobby with seating area (as big as some hotels actual lobby). There are many elevators but still can take a few minutes sometimes for your elevator to arrive. There is some kind of system that assigns you an elevator as soon as you press the button. The rooms themselves have comfortable beds and a high end shower and bathtub. The pool has the pool and then also a sun deck area which is larger and less crowded. The pool does get crowded quickly (the lounge chairs not in the actual pool) but it is well attended to for towels and food/bar. There is even a small complimentary sunscreen dispenser by the pool check in desk. The best view of the hotels tower is from the pool. Did not try any of the restaurants but there is a great selection of different types of cuisine and all have elegant modern decor. Overall it was an excellent stay and highly recommended in the downtown Dubai area.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai is nothing short of spectacular. We didn’t even realize while booking that it’s the second tallest hotel in the entire world, standing proudly just about 2 km away from the iconic Burj Khalifa. The hotel itself is massive, with stunning interiors and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and vibrant. From the moment we entered, we could see how popular it is, with guests from all over the world constantly checking in. Our stay was made even more memorable by the staff, who were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. The facilities are top-notch—beautifully maintained rooms, elegant dining options, and plenty of space to relax. The views from the hotel are amazing, especially if you’re on a higher floor, where Dubai’s skyline comes alive in front of you. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here. A perfect mix of luxury, food, hospitality, and location- definitely worthy of a 5/5 rating!

Anish went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, always attentive and genuinely caring. He even surprised us with a thoughtful fruit arrangement in our room. Collin was incredibly courteous and professional, handling our luggage with great care during check-in and ensuring everything went smoothly. Several other team members, whose names I unfortunately don’t recall, were equally amazing and contributed to making our visit special. Despite the hotel’s large size, breakfast was fresh, varied, and served with impressive efficiency thanks to the attentive staff. Check-out was seamless, with Dipshika at reception providing excellent assistance with a friendly and helpful attitude. The combined efforts of the entire team made this stay stand out, surpassing experiences I’ve had even at pricier hotels in Dubai. A practical tip for families or travelers planning to explore beyond the hotel: JW Marriott Marquis is located close to a major highway in Business Bay. To make the most of your day and avoid traffic delays, plan your outings thoughtfully and try to avoid traveling during rush hours.
