Very good choice for a downtown hotel. Delivering high quality hospitality at scale. Best value for money option in that segment of business downtown hotel, especially for Bonvoy Elite with Lounge access. There is more high end hotels around, with nicer pool area, but you might pay 2-3X for that. Became my standard business hotel in downtown. Thx!

Excellent place and location is very good. The rooms are very good and spacious. The view is good from the higher floors towards the canal. Can have a good walk in the evening near the canal. Reaching the hotel navigating the multiple roads can be a bit tricky. Overall it is a good place and well staffed to handle guests to capacity.

It was really good there. The shuttle bus to Dubai mall was GOATED! Goat = Greatest Of All Time!!!! There was also a nice view of the city! If you get tower A floor 53 and number 04 you are in luck!!! Breakfast was very nice! I recommend the omelette with cheddar cheese and turkey ham

This is a very large and impressive complex, consisting of two towers with over 60 floors each. Naturally, this means the breakfast area, pool, and other services can be quite busy during peak hours. In-room dining may take some time—typically around 35 to 45 minutes. That said, the location is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The food is truly among the best in Dubai.

We spent 3 nights here ahead of a cruise around Asia. Loved every minute. Kitchen 66 was awesome for breakfast and dinner. We were there during Ramadan so make sure you book ahead and eat before sunset or after 8:30 pm. The Vault was terrific for drinks and views. It’s been awhile since we were in a bar that allows smoking. Super helpful staff. Great location for all the sites. We used Uber to get around and that worked very well. Highly recommend. Get the avoid the line tickets for Burj Khalifa. Not as necessary for the Palm Jemiriah view tower. Loved shopping at the Souks. Take lots of water.
