This is one of the nicer hotels in Dubai Downtown. Have been here twice and the experiences have been quite different. 2024 experience : One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Stinky and super dirty rooms. Size didn’t compensate for how dirty it was. I switched the rooms below I was leaving the hotel. I had one tan team member help me and gave me much better well cleaned room! So ended up staying. The overall hotel is huge and you’d go crazy navigating around but the good is definitely the highlight. 2025 experience : It was much better and an overall great experience. Loved the stay and food and the room was impeccable.

We spent 3 nights here ahead of a cruise around Asia. Loved every minute. Kitchen 66 was awesome for breakfast and dinner. We were there during Ramadan so make sure you book ahead and eat before sunset or after 8:30 pm. The Vault was terrific for drinks and views. It’s been awhile since we were in a bar that allows smoking. Super helpful staff. Great location for all the sites. We used Uber to get around and that worked very well. Highly recommend. Get the avoid the line tickets for Burj Khalifa. Not as necessary for the Palm Jemiriah view tower. Loved shopping at the Souks. Take lots of water.

The hotel is amazing! We experienced a pleasant family stay with two children in a spacious deluxe room that featured two comfortable beds (1.5 each). The room was well-equipped, clean, and included a shower with plenty of towels. At times, the cleaning service was a bit limited, but it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. During our stay in Ramadan, they welcomed us in the evening with dates and water, which added to the special atmosphere. The pool was clean and beautiful, and the kids loved the daily distribution of small condiments. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Although the place was busy every day and we sometimes had to wait, one day, due to the high demand, they sent us to the hotel restaurant at their expense – a very pleasant gesture. Additionally, there is a Starbucks near the pool and in the lobby, although the prices there are quite high compared to outside. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely return. The location is very good and clise to the downtown

4.5 stars. Great service and friendly people. Unbelievable breakfast buffet. Came for a honeymoon and the lady at front desk was a delight for our check in. I forgot her name but she was fantastic. Cons would be location is what I thought it would be and very big hotel so very busy. Pool area is sub par for a hotel if this quality

The hotel is more of a business hotel and offers little comfort for leisure travelers. The pool is very nice. The rooms are functional, and one smelled very musty. Changing rooms was so annoying; I spent two hours at reception and was constantly put off. It really annoyed me. We wanted rooms on the 50th floor and above, booked a sea view, and were only given a room on the 33rd floor without a sea view. Check-in was horrible; it took us an hour and we didn't get any help or fresh towels. For a five-star hotel, the service was very poor. Overall, we were very disappointed. The beds were also saggy and uncomfortable. The hotel is completely unsuitable for a family trip.
