i recently stayed a night in the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and I have one word to describe it, incredible.
the service and hospitality was just next level, they catered to all my needs no matter how small they were. The best concierge service I have experienced. I want to give an honorable mention to Ebenezer who really went above and beyond. Also Ella at reception was extremely lovely and sorted out my issue swiftly. The breakfast food was surprisingly very good. I was expecting your average breakfast but their selection and taste was extraordinary. euphoric. The pool area was also well maintained and big. I highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel with my mum and little sister to celebrate her birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly.
The hotel staff made my sister's birthday very special with a lovely cake and celebration. This made our stay truly memorable.
The hotel facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach. It wasn't crowded, so we could fully enjoy everything.
Dining at the Imperium restaurant was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel offered many delicious options to start the day right.
Overall, our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, beautiful amenities, and unforgettable experiences. We can't wait to return!

We made a grave mistake by having high expectations from this hotel. Our overall experience was extremely disappointing and infuriating.
1. We were promised an early check-in at 12 PM, but our rooms were not ready until 3 PM and 3:45 PM respectively. This is absolutely unacceptable.
2. We informed Mr. Innocent from reservations well in advance that we were celebrating a birthday. He assured us that the birthday setup would be ready prior to our arrival. However, there was no setup in our rooms, which is a clear sign of incompetence and neglect.
3. Upon arrival, we waited for over 30 minutes at the reception before Ms. Babita helped us check-in. She later informed us that her Manager, Mr. Nishikant, had arranged for a complimentary bottle of wine in both rooms. Shockingly, this promise was not kept.
4. The rooms were utterly average, comparable to any run-of-the-mill 5-star hotel. There was nothing exceptional about them except for the view, which was the only redeeming feature.
5. The room amenities were pathetic. The bath and shower gel pump was broken, and we had to struggle to get a regular flow of gel. We wondered if we were really in a 5-star hotel or some low-tier establishment.
6. The service was abysmal. Every request we made, whether for extra drinking water, bag retrieval at check-out, or additional towels, took a minimum of 30-40 minutes. This level of inefficiency is disgraceful.
7. The breakfast area was overcrowded and chaotic. Nothing was well-managed, and guests had to queue up to get a table. This is something we might tolerate at a 3 or 4-star hotel, but it is utterly unacceptable at a 5-star hotel.
I understand the hotel was running at full occupancy, being a weekend, and was busier than usual. However, this is no excuse for such poor service and mismanagement. The hotel should have been better prepared and staffed adequately.
From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of a fiasco. We strongly advise against wasting your money and time at this hotel. There are far better properties on the Palm that actually value their customers and prioritize customer service.
We hope this review serves as a warning to others to avoid the disappointment and frustration we endured.
