We recently hosted a company breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food, fresh fruits, and refreshing drinks. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming, making everything seamless. The hotel was spotless, smelled beautiful, and had such authentic, luxurious vibes throughout. A truly lovely setting for both corporate events and leisure highly recommended.

Stayed here with friends and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is very luxurious, well maintained, and beautifully designed. Rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish – staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is great with a private beach and relaxing pool areas, perfect for spending quality time with friends. Food quality was very good with nice variety and good presentation. The atmosphere is calm, classy, and not crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was some nearby construction, but it did not disturb us much and the excellent service made it easy to overlook. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but nothing comes close to the luxury, comfort, and genuine care we experienced here. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed with warmth that felt truly personal. They gave us the best spa day we have ever had and guided us through everything to see and do in Dubai, making every moment effortless and unforgettable. The hotel is beyond stunning, with world-class service, beautiful design, and attention to detail that made us feel like royalty. Every meal and every interaction were filled with kindness and professionalism. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10, and if I could, I would rate it even higher. Thank you to everyone at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for making our anniversary so memorable. This was more than just a stay, it felt like being part of a family, and we will cherish it forever.

Absolutely not worth the money. This hotel is marketed as a resort, but our experience was the opposite of relaxing. After a 17-hour international flight, we were woken as early as 8:00 a.m. by extremely loud construction noise directly above our room. The pounding was constant and unbearable, making it impossible to rest. We were forced to leave the room and sit outside just to escape the noise. Management was informed, but the issue was handled poorly and the disruption continued. Despite multiple rooms being available, we were placed next to an active renovation area — something that was never disclosed at the time of booking. Charging full price while subjecting guests to ongoing construction is unacceptable. We paid for a resort experience that simply did not exist. This stay fell far below expectations and does not justify the cost in any way. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, rest, or value.

Beautiful hotel on the palm with great service, excellent food and comfortable facilities. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet with global varieties covering all guests needs. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. The main pool is nice and large enough to accommodate guests although securing a lounger can be difficult at times. The pool for villa residence is also very good although can feel cold at times compared to the main pool. The spa facilities are of high quality including a unique snow room. The spa facilities are complimentary for hotel guests and would recommend using these facilities if you can. The gym although small is equipped with cardio and weight resistance machines which are modern and afford a good workout. Shisha is available at the Sultan lounge and Zenzi beach. The only gripe is that mosquitos are abundant in this resort resulting in frequent bites that I have not encountered staying at other hotels on the palm. A great hotel which I would stay at again.
