We were looking for a beach just to relax. We stopped our car in front of this hotel and in one minute the staff there manage to explain to us that we can pay and visit their private beach and food&drinks will be included in that payment for the beach. The valet took our car..10/10 service, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere inside. Their beach was cute, we had a choice of sun loungers or a tent - we chose the tent, we had delicious smoked burgers and mocktails. Everything was so good 100/10 for everyone there and everything shared and included. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was perfect, I went to many hotels in my life in several countries but never had such an positive experience like this hotel. The property and rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast really high quality and fresh, the customer experience really high level and many other details which are way too much to write down. Also we we were able to check in free of charge around 10AM, that was great since we were with our 3 months old baby. We will return for sure, thanks for the great holiday experience.

The facilities and rooms at this hotel are absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. But the real standout is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, always smiling, and somehow ready to help before you even ask. The team is full of energy and positivity, which really adds to the whole experience. The kids' club was also great — well-run and another nice bonus for families. Overall, a fantastic stay made even better by the wonderful people who work here!

Worst check in process and duration. I didn’t Ike the view at first and requested an upgrade. The upgrade was paid in full, and it took ages until one of the managers came in to resolve it. The new rooms were supposed to be better. It’s my day 2, 3-4 complaints about the air condition efficiency (it’s not cold enough to our satisfaction) while we have taken another room for kids and their air condition is far superior. Not a single complaint was met with any satisfactory correction (they brought in an electrical fan that doesn’t bridge the air conditioning issue gap). Tried fixing it several times without any improvement at all. I literally sweat during my sleep and it’s summer nights where it’s hot and humid in Dubai. All my Dubai hotels experiences are very superior. Except for this one. I will never return back again. I never put reviews on Google, but I literally exhausted all my attempts.

A deeply disappointing experience – never coming back We booked this hotel with the half board option, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried all the restaurants in the hotel, and the food was extremely poor, with very little variety – the menu was overwhelmingly Indian, which might suit some, but offered no real alternatives and lacked quality. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was uncomfortably strong, making it hard to relax indoors. But the absolute worst part – and what truly ruined our entire holiday – was the behavior of the pool staff. The supervisors treated children rudely, with verbal abuse that was completely unacceptable. It created a constant atmosphere of stress and tension, and we felt on edge every time we were near the pool area. This kind of behavior not only shocked us but made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. Service on the beach was painfully slow, and overall the level of service offered throughout the hotel was minimal and far below the standards you would expect. The only positive part of our stay was Sebastian at the reception – he genuinely cared, did his best to help us, and was the only staff member who made a real effort to fix the problems we encountered. Sadly, because of the pool staff and the overall experience, we will never return to this hotel. Our vacation was ruined, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone.
