My husband and I booked this hotel for two nights in mid December as part of two week trip between the UAE and the Maldives. It was our first time to the region and this hotel. We booked the reservation the prior April for the Palm Deluxe Double, Guest room, 2 Double, Balcony for about 1,150 AED per night through the Marriott website. I am a Marriott Bonvoy lifetime Platinum member. I also have the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant American Express Credit Card. As part of my elite status, we received free breakfast at the hotel; however, that was not needed because we were upgraded to the Palm Suite, M Club lounge access, 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed, Sea view, Balcony using two suite night awards. This upgrade came with access to the M Club which served breakfast, tea, and happy hour throughout the day. The M Club also seemed to have a full bar with complimentary drinks. The M Club also had multiple balconies offering sweeping views of the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. This is a very large hotel more from a width perspective. When we were visiting, it wasn’t particularly warm (or cold) and it was rainy so we didn’t use the pool or beach. Despite not using these items, the pool and beach area seemed very nice. Our room had a great view of the Dubai Marina. Our room was very spacious and modern. The hotel had daily cleaning and turn down service. I considered using the hotel’s laundry services but they were crazy expensive so I went to a local place nearby that did my laundry and delivered it back to the hotel the next day. The hotel has multiple restaurants throughout of differing cuisine and price point. There really didn’t seem to be a lot to do in the immediate area other than enjoy the beach and pool; despite this, we were able to get an uber or taxi within five minutes of needing one. The service at the hotel was generally mixed. Finally, you need a room key to get to any floor or are of the hotel reserved for guests. The hotel did have a mobile key available. I would come back to this hotel and I would recommend, but I would probably first search other areas of Dubai now knowing more about the area. Finally, as a gay American from NYC, I never once felt uncomfortable with my husband. We did not wear our wedding bands while on this trip nor did we exhibit any public displays of affection but overall felt no concerns about being an openly gay man.

Especially Lester !They assisted me quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. This hotel truly deserves more than five stars. From the calm, beautifully kept room to the exceptional food and outstanding customer service & the M. Club everything was flawless. We spent New Year’s Eve here, and the Gala was absolutely out of this world. The dining experience, featuring oysters, lobsters, an extensive dessert selection, and hot dishes was unforgettable. Paired with the spectacular fireworks, it was an experience beyond words. A few individuals that played a role to make this an unforgettable experience were Paul, Isue & Abhirup at the front desk, Gabby helping us with NYE Gala reservation & Sukhendu making sure our rooms were always kept welcoming! I would highly recommend tgis oroperty. Cant wait to come back!!!

We had the most enjoyable stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. Everything about this resort is first class but in a comfortable way. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in, and down to the smallest detail, the service was outstanding. From the extensive breakfast buffet to afternoon tea and sweets, accompanied by live harp music, to the beach and multiple restaurants on the property, our stay was perfect. In particular, I would like to recognize Vasty and Tejal who met us with smiles and kind words every morning at breakfast. They remembered our names from the first day and were a cheery start to all our adventures in Dubai. Thanks to all the staff and management at the Marriott for making our vacation truly memorable. We hope to visit you again someday.

This was the BEST Trip I have EVER had in my entire life! EVERYONE was soooooo helpful, positive, supportive, friendly, and especially VERY professional. Every single staff member actively did their best to ensure our happiness. My boys felt safe the whole time. My mom (for the first time) did not even have one recommendation to 'fix' anything . . . Rania Chamoun (Hotel Manager) is running the smoothest operation in the hotel for sure!!! Rania C., Ruchira B., Sabuhi G. and Gerrit S. are just a few names I was able to catch - they represent the vast majority of the entire staff (including the valet) whole were exceptional! Not only did I enjoy my stay . . . but I also started looking at my calendar to see when I could return! It felt like the days went by too fast . . . and I wish I was able to stay longer than the 22 nights that I was there :D
