From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and offered a fantastic view (of the sea/city/Palm - you can add specific detail here if you had one), providing a comfortable and serene retreat. The resort boasts an impressive array of facilities. The private beach area is pristine, offering a tranquil escape with stunning views. With six diverse restaurants, dining was a culinary adventure every night; there was always something delicious to suit every palate. An exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and pristine, and the facilities—including breakfast— were excellent. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. Everything was perfect, I went to many hotels in my life in several countries but never had such an positive experience like this hotel. The property and rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast really high quality and fresh, the customer experience really high level and many other details which are way too much to write down. Also we we were able to check in free of charge around 10AM, that was great since we were with our 3 months old baby. We will return for sure, thanks for the great holiday experience.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and has exceeded all our expectations! We've been here since June 16th and are staying until June 26th. We're incredibly happy we chose this hotel – it's luxurious, beautiful, and every single staff member we've met so far has been amazing. Our check-in went smoothly, and we spoke with David (there are two of them) – both were extremely helpful and attentive. In general, all the staff, even beyond the front desk, have been incredibly kind and welcoming – even the housekeeping team was so friendly. We're honestly sad to be leaving in two days... it's been such a wonderful and unforgettable time. Thank you for everything!❤️

‏I will honestly evaluate our stay at the hotel... ‏At first, our room was in a bad location, directly in front of the elevator. We couldn't sleep, especially the children, due to the noise. ‏After a few complaints the manager I guess her name is Raya our room was changed to a very quiet room. ‏Thank you very much. ‏The breakfast restaurant was delicious, varied, and served quickly. ‏There were no strawberries, but when I asked for them, they brought me fresh strawberries. ‏The children's pool is very nice. There's also a relatively clean kids' club with a variety of activities open from 9 am to 6 pm ‏We had a problem with the self-parking, as the policy didn't allow us to park our own car! and we didn't want anyone to drive our car. This problem was resolved after two days . ‏Overall, the hotel's location is excellent. I give it an 8/10. However, The points I'm supposed to get have not been added yet!
