From the upgrade to a luxurious suite with a sea view — a thoughtful birthday surprise — to the top-notch service provided by every member of the hotel staff, everything was exceptional. I also appreciated the possibility of a late check-out and the wonderful experience at the Premium Lounge, where breakfast could be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere with personal attention. The afternoon tea and apéritif were delightful. The bed and pillows were exceptional — I’d love to buy the same ones for home! My daughter loved all the swimming pools. I loved the spacious, clean, and relaxing beach. You truly made my birthday unforgettable. Many thanks — it is greatly appreciated!

The place is very pleasant and beautiful. However, the meeting staff and security guards were not very responsive: they did not pay attention to me, as they were interested in more expensively dressed visitors. Security completely forbids entering the hotel area without making a big detour. However, the buffets are very varied and delicious. Pramay kindly asked us to leave a recommendation, and we’re happy to do so. We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Travelling from cold Finland, this place truly feels like paradise. The hotel is large, extremely clean, and very family-friendly. There are several pools and a private beach, so plenty of space to relax and enjoy. There are also many great restaurants to choose from — all with delicious food. Special mention to Zoya restaurant and to Pramay for the excellent food and service he provided to us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, very nice hotel and perfect for families. The kids club pool was ideal for little ones to play in the water. There are lots of choice of restaurants, our favourite was Moana. The staff at Moana couldn’t do enough for us! Jessica was brilliant with our little girl, spent lots of time with her and Asha was an excellent waitress, very attentive. We’ll definitely be returning to Sofitel for another stay soon.
