Every member of the staff showed genuine attention, professionalism, and a remarkable sense of detail, creating an immediate feeling of comfort and trust. The rooms were impeccably clean and perfectly maintained, which greatly contributed to the serenity of the experience. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Yoshoda. Her kindness, her attentiveness, and the consistency of her service at the fitness area made each of my days more enjoyable. Many heartfelt thanks to my favorite holiday hotel — by now my second home — where I always feel so comfortable. I had wonderful and relaxing days and slept fantastically in the amazing Sofitel bed. I enjoyed restful time at the beach and in the sea, was wonderfully taken care of, had delicious food, and indulged in the spa. A particularly warm thank-you goes to my housekeeping attendant Kamal, Jabeer and Elena from the Premium Lounge, Wilbur and Shazam from Hong Long, the best massage therapist in the world, Jentrix, and especially to my dear Tek and Michelle from Porterhouse. Many thanks to the entire fantastic Sofitel team. I’m already looking forward to coming back next time.

Very nice Sofitel! A minor issue associated with our check in was sorted very quickly by the duty manager (Basel), and it was a perfect stay from there. The hotel is suited to families and couples alike. The beach is beautiful. We swam at the beach every day but there are plenty of swimming pools if you prefer. The rooms were well maintained and service is excellent. Very easy to get a taxi to wherever you wish to go. The boardwalk along the water front is quite nice for evening walks also. If you want to experience a resort on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, I recommend staying here.

We had the most wonderful week at the Sofitel on The Palm as a family of 3 - 2 adults and our daughter who is 3. We would like to mention Porters Captain Denis and Captain Samuel for always being there to assist us and being so friendly especially with our daughter. The pools were great. Especially with the slides. We didn’t use the kids club so cannot comment on that. Our daughter loved walking down to the jetty (twice a day!) to feed the fish :) you get a great view of the Atlantis hotels from here too and the guys at Seam Ocean are so friendly - they give you bread to feed them. Food was also really nice. We loved Hong Loong and Porterhouse especially (for breakfast & dinner) If we had one slight negative about the food, it would be that we felt there weren’t a huge amount of options for my partner who is dairy intolerant, especially desserts. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to families! :)

I had such a wonderful experience here! The restaurant sits right by the water with absolutely breathtaking views, the kind of place where you can sit for hours and just enjoy the atmosphere. The service was exceptional. A big thank-you to Susmita, Nana, and Monnie for being so warm, attentive, and friendly throughout the evening.
