Excellent service from the team! We came for Iftar dinner with the family and it was beyond superb. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Naveen and Sachin, who were excellent in every way. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Their hospitality truly made our Iftar even more special. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel and truly enjoyed the beautiful property. The facilities across the entire resort are amazing — everything is well maintained, luxurious, and very comfortable for families. From the pool areas to the beach and common spaces, the atmosphere always felt relaxing and premium. The staff made our experience even better. A special thank you to Beris at the front desk, who kindly upgraded our room and made our arrival extra special. Nour, our server, was always warm and attentive, and Naveed helped us smoothly with our luggage — all of them were extremely courteous and professional. One small suggestion: for guests who check out but have very late flights, it would be great if the hotel could provide access to a full room for a short refresh instead of only changing facilities. That would make the departure experience just as comfortable as the stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily return!

The kids’ club is fantastic, the pools and water slides are a huge hit, and there is so much for children to enjoy while parents can truly relax. On top of that, the restaurant food is excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone—adults and kids alike. Sofitel feels like a second home to us now, and we already can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and a perfect family-friendly experience!

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
