The staff at Caesars Palace are friendly and attentive. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. Unbelievably nice place. Services are great with a friendly and helpful staff where ever you go. The swimming pools are clean and vast with life guards everywhere. The place well built and they took care of the little details which makes it impossible to be bored. I will definitely revisit.

With what feels like umpteen choices in our great UAE, it’s sometimes quite hard to narrow things down. Look no further as this hotel is fantastic! The property itself is immaculate and stunning. It’s a modernized and tasteful update on the original, with Ancient Romanesque funky artwork highlighting its chic interiors. The rooms are so thoughtfully interiorized that every nook and cranny serves a sensible function, with stunning views about. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms stocked with Italian toiletries of high caliber. Each room has a beach bag and beach shoes included. I judge a hotel based on the quality of their slippers, and these were the fluffiest ones I have ever worn. Rooms are kept clean and turned down nightly. The highlight of the stay was the warm, friendly and efficient service provided by ALL staff. Every person has a smile on their face. The staff at the breakfast buffet and Neptune pool are particularly A game. Housekeeping staff are the best I’ve ever interacted with, so friendly, hardworking and helpful! Popsicles and frozen fruit sticks are disturbed regularly around the four pools to beat the heat (two adult, two family pools with many clean bathrooms in vicinity). It never felt overcrowded or understaffed despite the Eid holidays. Operations ran smoothly in all facets. Big shoutout to the warm housekeeping staff who worked so diligently! A whatsapp concierge service makes communication for all whims and fancies a breeze. The multiple restaurants on the property were all excellent, as was the quality of their in-room and poolside dining services. Havana Social Club had the liveliest Salsa night and Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen served the best Wellington I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with varied selection of fresh items. They also have great nightly restaurant events and offers, and pool bar BOGO happy hours. The property also has multiple motorized and non-motorized watersport rentals available. One particular feature that I really appreciate is the plastic consciousness. Even the room keys are made of wood. There is hardly any plastic to be seen (glass water bottles, wooden toothbrushes, paper wrapped vanity kits, etc.), showcasing a sense of responsibility to eco efforts. A small shaded kids splash pad and kids club also keeps the little ones entertained. The bumpin Cove Beach is situated centrally in the hotel but does not interfere with guest quarters/facilities, and an efficient buggy system easily connects the two sides of the property. The “Palace” side is where the restaurants and action are, and the “Julius/Venus” side is more family oriented. We never felt the need to leave the property during our four day stay and my nit-picky self could not fault them in any department. It was excellent value for money. In sum, I highly highly recommend Caesar’s Palace Dubai for families looking for a fantastic stay!

I like the hotel and services provided in general. Hotel entrance is very nice and kind of romantic.. I enjoy having an afternoon tea.. Variety of sandwiches and sweets in the afternoon tea is nice... You can have it indoors or outdoors... Problem with outdoor is the smoking dedicated area.. The view of the beach, swimming pools and the gulf take you somewhere else and promote relaxation feelings...
